Oni sat in his room thinking about the day and decided he was never going to follow anyone anywhere ever again. He knew he shouldn't have to begin with but he had been so curious. They had though figured out his card which was a good thing. Now he had his own money.

As Oni was thinking he thought he heard a faint sudden ringing. He got up and searched for the sound and realized it was the phone Xanic had. Odd, why would it be ringing? He picked it up, opened it and said shyly, "Hello?" His eyes went wide with who answered. He froze scared at who it was. He listened carefully and got cold all over. He said quietly, "Yes . . I. . I I'll go." With that Oni hung up and tried not to cry. The Director wanted him back.

Quietly Oni put his phone in his pocket and put on his coat slipping out of the house. He walked to town and waited at the spot the Director had told him. A car pulled up and the door opened. Oni hung his head and got in. The car took off. The Director's assistant put an arm around him smiling and said, "Oh Oni you know we are doing this for your own good. Where's Xanic? Usually he comes out doesn't he?" Softly he replied, "He's dead." The man laughed saying, "Well we had an idea it might happen but honestly I'm surprised it wasn't you." The man gave him a wicked grin. Oni felt sick inside. . was this really a good idea? They said they would hurt the people at the inn if he didn't come but he was scared. Unknowingly Oni tugged at the thread in his mind that connected to Ti sending a bolt of fear down it.

anyway, i am gonna go for a quick walk, i'll be back sometime between 1/2 hr and hr. and then i can rp and stuff x3]]

Ti snapped awake from his trance as fear ran though him. He shook his head a bit, trying to make it leave, but stopping as he figured out where it was from. He stood quickly and made his way to Oni's room, knocking on the door before opening it. "Oni?" He saw the empty room and anger rose as he felt something was very wrong. He closed his eyes, focusing on the thread that bound them, opening it wider to allow communication. "Oni, It's Ti. Where are you?" His deep voice rang in Oni's head.

"I'm here Oni, Where are you?" He asked again, his hands clenching into fists. He turned and went back to his room, grabbing his gear. He put on his boots, gloves and trench coat, the turned to face his longsword. "Show time" He said, donning his fedora and grabbing the hilt of the blue blade. "I need to know where you are Oni, I will help you." He said to him, his voice even and calm.

Oni glanced out the window. He did not know where he was but he would tell Ti what he saw and maybe he would know. He said,"Ti I'm with men from the facility. . . the Director called me on Xanic's phone. . he said if I didn't come he would hurt you guys. . .I didn't know what to do. I. . I don't know where exactly I am but there are some stores, a big red building, and a park. Ti I'm scared I think they are going to do bad things to me like they did to Xanic."

The man turned to Oni and said, "Well we should get things started shouldn't we." He gave another oily grin and pulled out a syringe. Oni tried to back away from him but was grabbed by the two others in the car. "No . . no. . don't," he pleaded to them but they didn't listen. The main man took Oni's arm and injected him.

Oni did not know what this might do so he sent another message to Ti, "They just put something in me with a needle Ti . .I don't know what's going to happen. Please hurry"

Ti bared his fangs as Oni pleaded for him to help, his eyes flashing gold with anger. He whistled sharply and a moment later Dalcha came running into the room. She saw his anger and stopped wagging her tail, her brown eyes seeming to reflect his seriousness. "Let's go girl, time to show me what you can do." He said as the shadows grew and seemed to swallow the room. Dalcha let out a low growl and stood next to him as the shadows wrapped around them.

He focused on Oni's energy imprint and the short description that he gave him. It took a bit of searching, but he found him, the oily man hovering over him. He clenched his fists and his eyes shone gold as he forced himself and Dalcha through the shadows. With night falling quickly, he shadows were tall and he found himself in the shade of one of the red buildings. Dalcha let out another growl, but was silenced with a motion of Ti's hand.

Ti saw the greasy man touching Oni, his hand clenching the hilt of his blade tighter. He then closed his eyes, the shadows beginning to fill the area, blocking vision in and out. He raised a gloved hand to the car, a sound from the engine soon erupting, oil and water spewing out from the bottom.

"What in the hell!?" The driver almost yelled, jumping a bit at the noise. He gave a sheepish glance to the greasy man and lowered his eyes. "I'll fix it sir, its probably nothing." He got out of the car, gun in hand just in case. He walked carefully to the front of the car and opened the hood, steam spewing out making his eyes burn. "Jeezus! They's gonna kill me for this!" He stepped back to breath but let out a gurgle as the point of blue steel pierced through him. He looked down to the blade, his body tensing and a shot fired off, the sound ringing off the buildings.

Ti smirked as he let the driver slide off the blade, the two others stepping out of the car as the body fell into the pool of blood. He flicked the blood off his blade and held out a hand, the steam swirling to make the area fill with fog. He stalked forward, circling the two men with a gleam in his eyes that matched the one on his blade. "Don't worry about me, I can handle these idiots easily." He sent, reassuring Oni as he eyed his opponents.

Ti dropped to a crouch as the shots flew over his head, one nicking his shoulder as he did. His eyes glowed a darker gold as the fog grew darker and thicker, obscuring the dim glow of the streetlights. He stalked the men through the fog, the heavy mists swirling about him as he got closer without making a sound. He saw the men back to back and his eyes narrowed, this could get messy. He silently drew a dagger from its hiding spot and smiled at the gleam it gave, aiming through the mists. He threw the dagger swiftly, it's tip digging deep into the man on the right's gun hand. He moved as soon as it left his hand so they would only shoot air.

Dalcha padded forward slowly, her brown eyes watching the oily man through the open door. it was the gunman's mistake to not close it, and she was going to take advantage of it. She crept closer, her large paws barely making a sound through the thick fog.

Ti ducked and rolled as a few shots few askew from the man's wild aim. He saw the other try to use the dagger as a weapon and scoffed. He stood again and silently moved so he was practically in front of the man with his dagger. His eyes were gold with slitted pupils, the dangerous gleam of a predator in them as he leaned in so the man could see him, his pale face surrounded with shadow and his fangs barred in a twisted smirk. "Boo" was all he said, his eyes connecting with the man's, using vampire power to roll the man's mind. He took the dagger from the now gibbering fool and in one swift strike slit his throat.

Dalcha could see Oni struggle against the man and the metal against his head. She was by the tire, just out of sight of the man, looking up through the open door. She growled and snarled, a sharp bark sounding out as she lept up, her paws tearing at his shirt as she clamped down on the hand that held the gun, blood spurting as she growled.

( Dammit! Dante should be here! Why is he not here!? >O )
