Oni paused for a moment serious and said, pulling his arm away,"I can stop if it bugs you. I've been trying to remember thing people like and don't like." Oni laughed again when Dante ruffled his hair and said, "Ummm it might have been Rain but I don't remember. Though Lukas thinks I'm helpful too." He blushed a bit when he mentioned Lukas and wondered if he could talk to Dante bout something.

"Mmmh." He could have guessed. "It's fine, Oni. I like your hugs. didn't I just say that?" He grinned to the boy before relaxing and closing his eyes. He was still drowsy. Taking a nap like this wouldn't be too bad, though waking up with a boy clung to you was a bit awkward. Especially if someone else saw you like this.

Oni smiled and snuggled him. "I do that a lot to Lukas too. He is always telling me that if he says it he means it," he said to the man in a light voice. He decided that Dante was the closest male friend he had and that it would be okay to talk to him. Quietly he said, "Dante can I tell you a secret? You have to promise not to tell though."

"Mmh. Sure." Dante sighed before looking to Oni. "What's up?"

Oni blushed not really knowing what to say or how to get to his question. Finally he said quietly, "Um well Lukas and I did something special. I was sort of sore afterwards but I didn't tell him cause I was worried he wouldn't want to do it anymore. Does it hurt all the time?" He was beet red and not making eye contact with Dante. He couldn't believe he had just said all that.

"E-Eh!?" Dante blushed and shook his head. Dammit! why did he have to get these kinds of questions? He sat up in the bed, suddenly quite a bit uncomfortable. "O-Oni... er... it's your first time... and.. God dammit..." He sighed and shook his head. That bastard Lukas. Was it his first time too? He probably hurt Oni rather than well.. relieving the boy.

When Dante sat up and shook his head Oni was worried that maybe he shouldn't have said anything. He hung his head and poked at the blanket saying, "It was my first time but it was good just hurt some. I. . I'm sorry Dante. It's okay . . .we don't have to talk about it anymore." He frowned to himself wondering how he was so good at saying or doing the wrong things. Maybe Dante was his friend but that didn't mean the man wanted to talk to him about Lukas and special stuff. Oni just didn't know who else to talk to.

Dante slapped his hands against his face and groaned. Dammit... why him? "No, no... it's alright, Oni. You just surprised me. It's not soething I'd expect you to bring up is all." Mainly because the boy was naive as all Hell. "It hurts because you're new to it. It hurts for everyone at first." He swallowed and looked back at the boy. "Just... just give it time, alright?"

Oni's eyes lite up and he threw his arms around Dante hugging him. He looked up and said eagerly, "So we can keep doing it and it will be okay?! Oh I'm so happy because I liked it and I was worried that if Lukas found out it hurt me he wouldn't want to do it anymore. I really want to do it again. Thanks Dante now I feel better." So all he had to do was give it time, that was great! He couldn't believe his luck.

Of, Dante couldn't believe his luck either. He sighed and placed a hand on Oni's head. "Yeah... it'll be fine. Oh, and tell him to use something slick... er... it'll make it hurt less..." He coughed before looking away from the boy. "A-Anyways, Oni. Ah... I... need to rest a bit more. I didn't exactly sleep well."

Oni hugged the man once more and slipped out of the bed. "Thanks for the help Dante and I'll remember. Okay you get some rest and feel better," he said to his friend and left the room making sure to close the door behind him.

((Oni just left Dante's room, was checking up on him. I think Dante's going to sleep though. I'm on, of course, but I'm not sure if any one else is))

Dante waited for the door to shut before falling back on his bed and covering his face with his hands. Every day was just full of sunshine, wasn't it? "Italia..." He whined before curling up, throwing the sheets over his head. Killing a hundred bastards was better than this. Hell, he'd rather be beat by his mother for a day than stay here any longer, and that was quite quite a bit.

Oni went downstairs to the kitchen. He got a big glass of juice and started to drink it. Wondering what to eat he opened the refrigerator and looked at what was inside. He was feeling a little lazy today and really didn't want to cook anything. He kinda wished Lukas was up to cook breakfast for him again.

Rain had thought a lot last night… her mind drifting to the one she couldn’t stand. If he really was somehow here….and had decided that Dante would be his new body then he deserved to know. It would require talking about something she’d never talked to anybody about…not even Lily… but she couldn’t leave him blind…So she walked to his room, entering without knocking as she usually did before closing the door behind her and leaning on it.

She spoke without looking at Dante, saying quietly “There is a small possibility something might be trying to possess you… A man…..if you could call him that… from my past. I…..I killed him myself so this shouldn’t be possible…but you deserve to know….” She ended with a sigh, closing her eyes and looking at the floor.



Janu awoke with a start, having had a few strange dreams. She left the room without looking at Tal, rather ashamed of what she’d done when she knew it wasn’t truly for love. Was she a terrible person? No… Tal had wanted it too hadn’t he? Perhaps they had both needed it…it was her first time, had it been his too?

Shaking her head Janu dismissed the thought, deciding to eat. She was hungry, and wanted to distract herself from the moral questions and simply focus on how good it felt….How passion had felt without denial. Blushing at the thought she nearly jumped as she saw Oni, “h..hi” she nearly stammered, looking at her feet. “See any fruit?” she asked quietly, still as red as an apple herself.

Oni looked up, his mouth full of string cheese. Seeing Janu he lifted his cup as a wave and looked in the fridge. He pulled out some grapes and an apple giving them to her. He then grabbed some more cheese, sandwich meats and leftovers from various other meals taking them to the table. He swallowed the cheese in his mouth and said, "Morning Janu. I'm not cooking but you can pick at anything I took out." He got two plates down just in case and started to pile random things on his.

Janu murmured a soft thank you at the fruit, smiling contently and perching on a chair in a slightly crouched position. She was still nibbling on the apple as he continued to set out the other foods, her face expressionless as it often was when she was letting her mind wander. It often gave others the impression she was cold but well, Oni would likely know better.

She turned towards him, her ears bending down slightly as she gave him a smile and took a little bit of cheese. “thank you oni…that’s very nice.” She said softly. Her thoughts were a little distracted but she was mainly focused on Oni now. He really was a sweet kid..

Once he had gotten his plate full he started transferring it from there to his mouth. Stopping only to take a drink or throw more food on his plate. He managed a mumbled, "you're welcome," to Janu. He cleared most of his plate when he paused and said, "How have you been Janu? Can I help do anything today? I've got no plans so maybe I could be helpful."

Janu shrugged as he asked how she’d been, smiling softly as she said simply “well enough..” At the other questions she paused, however, thinking a moment. The feline played with her single long braid in thought a moment before smiling and shrugging gently. “Well I’m not sure…. I don’t really have plans either….” She admitted quietly, looking down a bit.

Oni finished off his food and replied, "Do you want to explore the basement with me? I haven't been down there yet but I don't want to go alone." He was hoping since she didn't have anything to do that she would come with.
