Alright Tal” She stated softly, half laughing a moment. She reached over and put a bowl of tea in front of Tal before putting in a little tea. She tilted her head to the side a moment, blushing as she realized she’d been calling him a new nickname without asking. “Oh… You don’t mind me calling you that do you?”

"Not at all, I realize it's easier to say than my full name," he said, licking her hand. "And the little ones in the clan called me that all the time." It sounds better when you say it, though... he thought, looking fully at her. She's so beautiful...

Vuri's eyes widened as she turned to Janu. "I dunno! I've never had it before. How sweet is honey? Is it like sugar?" Her questions seemed to fly out of her mouth.

Arina giggled at all the things going on in the room. she smiled thinking how lovely the evening was turning out and how she was growing to love them all in their own way, well loving to have them all here anyway. She took a few more sips of tea before moving back over towards the fire place.

Monty looked down at her teacup, moving her finger along the rim of the top. She stared blanking at her face in the brown reflection. For some reason, she didn't want to drink it just yet, instead she'd just look at her reflected face. Vuri was asking all kinds of curious questions, Monty heard, and she laughed calming to herself about the feline's ignorance. Then again, there were a lot of things Monty didn't know about the world.

(So she’d be more likely to pronounce it Tahl then Tal XD))

“Alright, thank you” She stated with a blush, the redness slightly visible under her fur as he licked her hand. She reached over and stroked behind his ear gently for a moment. Hearing vuri speak she chuckled slightly, putting her hands behind her back slightly in a shy gesture. “Heh well It’s sweeter then sugar. You can always try it now and I’ll keeping adding drops of honey until its perfect.” She suggested mildly, glancing over at Monty as she chuckled too. Janu smiled at her a moment then looked back to Vuri.

Ti listened to the hubbub of the Inn as everyone was awake now. He flipped the third set of fry cakes onto the plate and counted them out. 'Sixteen.... nope not enough' He sighed and put more batter into the oil, this was getting monotonous. His thoughts started to stray again, but he felt a pang of pain and confusion. His eyes widened and he nearly dropped the spatula as it came in waves. He took a deep breath and calmed the blood in his veins, sensing that this had come from Janu. He gave a quick glance over to her before looking back to the pan to flip the next fry cakes.

Talianda hummed as Janu scratched behind his ear, but then his stomach rumbled. He kind of shrank in on himself a bit, a dragon's version of a blush. "Arina? Do you have a good sized piece of raw meat around? I need to eat soon," he said, glancing up at her, then down at his paw. "Janu, right between the horn and ear is a better place to scratch me..."

Arina had to think a moment before answering TAlianda's question 'I"ll go check, there might be something in the meat cooler, that's asuming the man delivered it on time this week." SHe spoke softly before making her way back into the kitchen. SHE snuck up behind Ti and peered from behind him into the pan 'looks good" She said smiling up to him.

I…I’ll try to remember that.” She stated with a blush as she looked over at Tal, trying to ignore her thoughts. She was thinking of Arina and Ti again, but forcing herself away from it. She’d just work, that’s all she needed to do…just focus and work. “I …so, everyones tea how they should be?” She then glanced back to see Arina snuck up behind Ti. She tried not to feel a pang of jealousy…and yet she did. Still, a wry, bitter smile touched her lips as she realized suddenly she was jealous of both…..at the same time. Foolish girl…she told herself again.

Vuri Smiled. "Okay!" She picked up the cup and took a sip. "Hmm...Maybe a few more drops? I'm in the mood for something sweet." She giggled and her tail wrapped around her legs.

Talianda lapped up some of the tea, then looked up in time to see Janu's wry smile. He understood that smile, back in the clan, anytime he had taken a liking to a female, they turned out to be mated to someone else. "The tea is perfect Janu, don't worry," he said, the barest hint of sorrow in his voice. Now, the same thing was happening to him again. He liked someone who wouldn't give him a second thought. He sighed, and returned to drinking his tea.

Ti jumped a bit when Arina popped up and commented on the food. "Shim-! Oh, it's you Arina, don't do that again." He said, mentally cursing himself for being caught off-guard. He sighed and smiled a bit, a mischievous thought coming to mind. He focused a bit of energy in his hand, the air condensing and forming water droplets. "You really shouldn't do that to people, you never know what their reaction will be." With that said he half turned to her and flicked the water at her.

Janu smiled as she heard the other feline, dropping a little more honey in her tea. She gave Vuri a soft smile, grinning a little and remarking absently, “Sometimes a girl just needs a little honey I suppose.” She then glanced to Tal as she heard him speak. Faintly she smiled at the dragon, nodding at him and seeming glad to hear it was good. At least she could be of some use anyway…

She couldn’t help but watch Ti and Arina a moment, half smiling as he flicked the water at Arina. She wanted to enjoy the banter…but part of her, part of her just felt jealous. She tried to distract herself by going for her tea, looking for something to do at all. Oh well...at least they looked good together.

((lol XD Oh god my Janu's going to have to be major jealous then. XD two different people to be jealous off!))

Arina blinked and squealed a bit at she got hit with the water more out of surprise than anything then started laughing, " I suppose I should be more careful about who I sneak up on then. Though you seemed so lost in thought I just couldn't help myself liebling." she giggled a little and regained her composure. "I suppose I'm lucky though, if you hadn't caught yourself, coulda been a nasty spill." She smiled and nodded then looked to the cooler "Almost forgot, was going to see if the meat man came to restock the cooler, Talianda is having hunger pains." she muttered more to herself having gotten caught up in the moment. SHE smiled at Ti again before heading over to the cooler and swinging the heavy door open like it was nothing before walking in. She came back out soon though with a large round steak. "Hope this quenches a craving." She joked as she made her way back out to where he was.

Talianda looked up as Arina walked in. He licked his lips when he saw the steak, trying to get up to reach it sooner. just the smell of the meat was making him hungrier, and less thoughtful of his wounds.

Vuri loved her tea. The sweetness, it just tasted so good. The contents of the cup went down all at once. "Mmmm" Vuri glanced over at Janu then instantly gave her a huge hug "Thank you so much." She purred. "That was yummy. I'm going to have honey in my tea from now on."

ARIna saw him struggling and walked across the room faster laying the large steak in front of him. 'well, enjoy darlin."She said smiling then wandering back into the kitchen. SHe washed her hands having been touching the raw meat and then looked back over to Ti "do you need any help there?" She asked, more just wanting to be near him than any other reason.

(( I'm sorry but I feel horrible and tired, it's only 11:30 but I'm getting off. ))

Ti shrugged and glanced over to Arina "I'm pretty much done if you want to grab plates and the like." He flipped the last of the fry cakes onto the plate and turned the stove-top off. "These go good with just about any topping so you can pick what to put on the table too." He said as he set the plate down on the counter.

Talianda tore into the steak, laying back down and using his good paw to hold it still. it wasn't long before there was no more sign of the steak, save the spot on the floor that Talianda was licking clean his paw and muzzle had some of the steak 'juice' on it, staining his fur an odd color. Bit cold, but good. That wasn't deer, or anything else I'm used to.. Talianda looked up from cleaning the floor. "Arina? What animal was that from? I didn't recognize the flavor, and it was more tender than I'm used to."

Oh Vuri” Janu stated softly, half laughing as she hugged her back. She stroked the other felines back a moment, gazing up at the roof in thought. Such a warm cuddly creature Vuri was, it felt good. She half smiled a moment. She then glanced to see Arina go to help Ti, inwardly already certain they would get together. She dismissed the thought, however as she noted Tal with his steak. The feline couldn’t help but smile, thinking it likely a good thing he was trying to move.
