Dante looked up at the vampire and winced before looking down and walking right past the other. Shit, now what would he do? God DAMMIT! Why couldn't he have even one ounce of luck? Why did this have to happen? As long as Gabriel was within sight, he couldn't enter his own damned room!

He bit his lip, trying to think of just how to work this as he headed up the remaining flight of stairs. Maybe if he went up a level above his own and waited for the vampire to leave, he could get in. This was going to be a pain in the ass, though. The didn't want that man laughing at him. Dammit, how would this work anymore? He had been happy that he was finally free (in a sense), and now... now he was bound by a blushing curse.

Lonan jumped up and licked Arina. ~Thank you! Libraries can answer more than I can think up questions for!~ He dropped back down, running around her feet. ~Second floor? Up the stairs, and through which door? I just need to know where it is, and I can get myself in!~ He sat back down in front of her, ready to dash up to the library when she told him.

Pre'acha'n burst out of his room, holding something in his hands. "This is what they took? Why this? I needed that!" he shouted, running downstairs to find someone to ask. "Rain! Help? They took my color!" he said, quieter than shouting, but still loud. He held out a few pure white feathers, panting as he came to a stop in front of her.

Rain smirked and leaned close, kissing her lovers ear. She whispered softly, “Then lets go take a bath.” She teased lightly. She took the other’s hand, her eyes sparkling. She would find herself interrupted, however, and glanced at the raven. She raised an eyebrow “Calm down Bird boy, what do you mean?”

Amoni looked at him in surprise a moment, blushing a faint violet over her pale green skin. She couldn’t speak a moment, not use to such… romantic words turned her way. She nodded softly and looked at the table before whispering softly “Then perhaps something will tie me here.” She blushed still, managing a smile as she stared at the pasta.

Dante watched the man leave, hesitating for a good moment before heading back towards his room. He kept a tight watch on the staircase Gabriel had left down before slipping into his room and moving around his bed to his wash room. Hopefully the vampire had not been one to snoop. Even so, Dante hid the 'spare' clothes' under his grown up ones.

He hopped up onto the bathroom counter and stopped, holding his head as the world spun. He waited to regain himself before grabbing his toothbrush to scrubbing minty freshness all over his teeth and tongue. He rinsed his mouth and brush and hopping back down ,stumbling a bit drowsily. "Definitely sick..." He muttered before holding his head. His stomach growled, stirring him a bit. Or maybe just far too hungry.

He headed straight back downstairs, not even passing the vampire on the way. Must have gone back to his own room or whatever. It didn't matter right now. What mattered was getting good food into his stomach. He hit the bottom floor and slipped past everyone with his wondrous, tiny body before wrenching the fridge door open and shifty around the items inside. What was there that was ready to eat...?

"Uh, it's to the left." She pet him and smiled "You should be able to follow the scent of books. Some of them are quite old so you'll have to be careful with them." She said with a smile. "But you know, old books just have that aroma, should take you straight there."

Dante heard the familiar voice as he looked up at the man. He blinked drowsily before shaking his head. All he could remember was a cool feeling and that voice at the time, otherwise he could hardly place a face to the man (until now, of course.) Well, that's what happens when your mind is being fucked with.

He said nothing, closing the fridge and hopping up onto the counter. He nearly slipped, though caught and pulled himself up. His head spun as he stopped to rest, holding his head and using his hands to try and cool his forehead, though it was hardly working.

So, sick and starving, huh?

"When I summoned them, they said they were taking payment, This was it! These are my feathers!" He said, speaking fast and still somewhat loud. "They took the color out of my feathers! They could have at least taken the color from my hair, too! Then it might make sense! This doesn't!"

~Thank you!~ Lonan said, rushing off to follow the scent of paper. He came to the library, with it's doors closed. He just created a prtal to the other side of the door, walking through and closing the portal behind him. He stared at the shelves, trying to decide what to read first.

Mmm then we will..” Rain said with a smile, turning to kiss Emeriya’s cheek with her eyes still on Pre’acha’n. “The color of your feathers…” She finally said, trailing off. He was panicking over that? “You still have your feather’s right?” She asked to assess the situation.

“I have no plans…” She said softly, finishing the last bits of her pasta thoughtfully. The library sounded intriguing enough, she had not visited it yet. She watched him a moment then finished her food, taking the plate to the sink and glancing at Dante. She didn’t remember children here…..yet he smelled familiar. Perhaps she was mistaken… she thought with a shrug.



Feathers? She didn’t see any feathers…Chandra inched closer curiously. She watched them all, but her eyes were mainly on the one Rain called ‘bird boy’. He was kinda cute… and funny in an emotional sort of way. This was going to be fun…

"I... but... yeah..." Pre'acha'n sputtered, looking lost as to what to do. "But a white raven? I'll stand out no matter where I go!"

Lonan picked a random book off of a lower shelf, gently pawing it to the floor and opening it. He laid down and started reading, gently using either the tip of his nose or one claw on his paw to turn the pages. He considered books sacred, because they held what people had learned in the past, so that others wouldn't make the same mistakes or just to have something to learn from.

( PHHT! I SEE HOW IT IS! Fine, Chiky, fine. I didn't want to play with you anyway. <.< )

Dante blinked and looked up at the figure next to him. It was.. what was it? Green... cat ears... a cloth over the mouth... a freak! That's all she was!

He shook his head before grabbing a plate from the cupboard and spooning for of the pasta onto a plate. He tried a bite, tasting it and crinkling his nose a bit. They called this Italian? Tasted weird. Whomever cooked it didn't have a sense of taste at all. The spices were all wrong!

He sighed and took a fork, deciding to stay up on his perch and eat there. He didn't want to move around much anymore. He was happy just where he was.

( Of course, and then he nearly fell off the counter and went all sickly, Mr. MEAN MAN! xDDD )

Rain smirked as the other purred, keeping her arm around the others shoulders. She glanced at Dante and saw him eating, restraining a sigh. She dismissed it, knowing the last thing he wanted was HER attention. So she turned back to her dear Emeriya and the raven. She smiled lightly as she leaned on ‘meri, reaching forward to pat Pre’acha’n’s shoulder. “You’ll live… I do.” She said with a laugh.


“I’m sure I will…” Amoni responded, glancing at Dante. She could see his disapproval but thinking little of it. She was a freak, she knew that, so was use to that kind of WTF head shake. She turned towards Hito then, smiling faintly to herself. Out of habit she re-secured her face veil now that she’d finished eating, walking to the vampires side. She held out her hand subtly and almost took his but stopped herself, looking at the ground. “lead the way…”She said gently.



Chandra looked up at the other, curious at her speaking. She flashed the other of vampire blood a perfect white smile, lifting her top hat slightly in greeting. “Hi there.” She then smiled lightly, turning back to Pre’acha’n as he spoke. She laughed, poking him in the shoulder gently. “Hey standing out’s a good thing,” She said with a smile, and to the circus performer it was a wonderful thing

( Dante would actually freak out now, though. The whole... curse bit. Y'know. Thirty minutes isn't much time at all. xD )

Hito went forward and made his way up to the library. He made sure that Amoni was close by as he walked. Once they got to the library he opened the door for her to enter saying, "Here is the library." He gave a grand bow and winked at her teasingly over playing the part of the gentleman.

"A good thing?" Pre'acha'n said, turning to look at the person who had said it. He froze when he saw her, knowing, just knowing that she was another vampire. "I... uh..." he stammered, eyes darting every which way. "Yeah, I forgot... I ... have... clothes in the laundry! Yeah," he said, bolting for the stairs to the basement. "Later!" He ran down them, almost falling.

Lonan looked up when the door opened, wagging his tail when he saw Hito. ~Hi! I was reading,~ he said, turning back to the book. He turned another page, tail still wagging.

Rain suppressed a soft whimper at the nip, being over sensitive from their time apart. She grinned, taking her hand and looking at Eme softly. “Lead the way, I’m all yours.” She said with a wink, clearly loving the idea of spending time with her in the warm water. She began to feel a little less guilty and simply excited.


Amoni smiled faintly as she stayed close though she crossed her arms behind her back nervously. She blushed at the wink as was her nature but then walked into the library, noting the wolf absently. Walking to a bookshelf she began to look at them, glancing back towards Hito. She wondered if he’d come closer, saying softly over her shoulder “It seems to have a wide selection…”



As he ran off Chandra giggled to herself, quite content. Oh yes, she liked him! Her pranks would be perfect against him! Why had he run though? That she couldn’t figure out, not thinking of the fact she was a vampire as at the circus she was surrounded by supernatural beings so it was natural to her. She glanced over as Emeriya called her an oddball, causing her to laugh and say “Hell yeah I am.” With a grin. She then glanced at the stairway, debating going after him.
