Don’t cry Vuri, we’ll figure it out..” She whispered softly to the other, leaning her cheek against the other’s head a moment. She sat and rubbed her back a moment, thinking back to her grandmother once more. She’d taught her of an herbal tea for headaches…perhaps it would help though she suspected the problem ran deeper then the physical. “Lets get you some of my grandmothers tea alright?” She suggested lightly, glancing over Vuri’s shoulder to spot the herbs she needed.

Vuri blushed behind her tears as Janu comforted her. She loved having this attention from Janu. She just wished she hadn't been crying. She wiped up the last of her tears as Janu mentioned the tea. She nodded, her eyes still shut. Normally she'd be jumping up and down with joy, but right now she had no energy. She didn't feel happy, or bubbly, like usually, she was upset, in pain, and confused, but along with all those negative feelings, she felt safe in Janu's arms.

Nuzzling the other a moment to comfort her she led her inside to the kitchen. Stooping to pick up a few herbs along the way. She then sat the other feline in a chair near the stove while she began to brew the tea. “I’ll be right here…” She stated softly, though still inwardly worrying. She glanced at the herbs, having gathered a few angel’s tears to throw in. Her grandmother said that when nothing else would help…they would. She touched one of the leaves, waiting for it to bubble then mixing up a batch of the tea, watching Vuri out of the corner of her eye.

She was worried about her…she seemed not herself right now. Still all she could do was brew her grandmothers headache recipe, drop in a few angel tears and put it in front of the other. “Let me add a little honey before you drink it…it can be a little bitter the first time you try it.” She smiled faintly and then but a generous portion of honey in Vuri’s tea. She went ahead and made herself a cup too, though with no honey, as it gave her a feeling of nostalgia and being with her grandmother.

Vuri Laid her head on her arms as she was sat down at the counter. She gave a small smile when Janu reassured her that she was there. She was so happy that she had someone there for her. She couldn't think of what she would do if she didn't. Vuri glowed a bit on the inside when Janu remembered the honey. She took a sip of the hot tea. Janu was right, she could tell that the tea was a bit bitter, but then there was the sweet rush of honey. Vuri let out a sigh. She could feel the warmth of the tea seem to soothe her head.

Janu smiled faintly, watching as she seemed to be soothed a little. She took a sip of the bitter drink in her own hand and closed her eyes. She could nearly feel like she was sitting at her grandmother’s table as a little girl, sipping tea and talking to her. Her nose twitched, half remembering the smells of being at home…

The bitter sweet moment was interrupted, however, as she heard a nearby shadow whisper ’Blood princess…blood. Sweet as honey…” The feline started lightly and dropped her own tea, the cup breaking on the floor with a crash. She twitched one ear, apologizing profusely to Vuri as she bent down and began cleaning up. “I… I’m so sorry Vuri. Guess I got clumsy..” She half joked, giving Vuri a warm smile though inwardly shaken.

((Hehe I’ve decided she’s going to turn out to be a princess of sorts XD….but of the evil tribe of the shadow cats Xd. That’s why they want her back but haven’t killed her yet Xd. Her dad wants her take the title of princess…so he can then eat her magic via her soul and become even more powerful ^.^ ))

Vuri took another sip of her tea just when Janu dropped hers. It frightened her a first. "It's okay." she responded. "Here, i'll help." she got up from her chair to go and find a rag. She remembered when she dropped her teacup when Tal had frightened her. Now the inn had two less cups. she stopped in the middle of the kitchen only to remember she didn't really know where the rags were.

((That so cool! Interesting, very interesting. Vuri will be very sad if she gets taken away XD I'm getting really sleepy :/ I don't want to suddenly fall asleep here and leave you without warning. So i'm gonna go to bed now. :[))

It’s alright, I got it, Just rest your head.” She suggested lightly, finding a rag quickly then sopping up the tea. She thought again of the shadows and how no one else heard it. You’re a crazy fool, she told herself mildly, a frown on her dark lips. She hoped Arina wouldn’t mind the loss of the cup… she felt so bad.

((Heh well Janu won’t let herself be taken easily <.< and I hope nobody else will either XD))

"Okay." Vuri said, sitting back down at the counter, taking another sip of her tea, the laying her head down. She felt bad letting Janu clean up by herself, but she really didn't feel too well. She closed her eyes. Maybe the next time she wakes up, she'll feel better...

Arina awoke to a foggy morning and crawled out of her bed. she looked through het closet.... today, her winter dress would be pulled out, to fight the chill, normal dragons aren't as suseptable to weather, but she had inherited her mothers low tolerance to it. The black velvet clung tight to her curves befor flowing out at her hips, the sleeves were also very lose. Fur trimmed the top, the bottom of the sleeves, and the hem of theskit, as well as up the slit on the side. she picked a rather gaudy gold belt to go with it, her hair being let fall loose with the curls a small comb holding it out of her face. she donned a pair of gold slipper like shoes and headed down the stairs.

Gero noticed the small cat-like female follow Janu out the door and went into the kitchen to see where every thing was. After he had gone through half the cabinets, he heard the two females coming toward the door. He left the roomthrough one of the other exits and stayed just outside the room to listen, thinking he may get a chance to learn something of these strange people.
Gero had to fight the urge to go inside when he sensed another presence and heard the cup shatter for there was no sign of a struggle and the presence had left just as quickly as it had appeared. As he heard the two women ustling about and cleaning up, he turned around and left for his corner in the common room.

Vuri moved uneasily in her sleep. She heard someone come through the door, her ear twitched and she sat up looking straight forward for a minute. She then quickly turned around to the noise she heard, her white hair following her quick movements. She gripped the table with a clawed hand "Who's there?" she said defensively. This was far from her usual behavior.

Janu tossed the remaining porcelain in the trash, sighing at her inner thoughts. Had she really heard it? She was used to it but something about this time had been different…it had usually based it self on what was going on around her…but this time it had started of its own volition and there was something stronger, more insistent about it.

She dismissed the thoughts however, as Vuri spoke. She instantly walked to the other’s side, wrapping her arms around the feline’s shoulders. “Vuri? It’s alright Vuri, it’s just us…” She stated softly, uncertain. She watched her face, worried over her friend.

Arina moved through the building checking up on all the unused rooms to make sure there was no dust collecting or any little surprises. She made her way through the halls, before going down to the main room. She stretched on her way in the black fabric protesting the action and ade her way to the bar. She pulled out a small gold painted tea pot and made herself some apple cinnamon flavored tea.

Vuri became less tense when the other female embraced her, but her hand still had a grip on the table, and her tail was stiff. Her eyebrows were furrowed. "I swear I heard something." Her eyes darted around the room, looking for what she heard. After a minute of her heavy breathing, she relaxed, realizing how crazy she must sound. She leaned back into Janu, almost feeling exausted. "I'm sorry, i'm sorry..." she repeated several times.

It’s alright Vuri…probably one of the other guests” she stated softly, shaking her head as she heard the I’m sorry’s repeat. “It’s alright Vuri.. No need to be sorry..’ She whispered softly, stroking the others back a moment. She glanced up as Arina got to the bar, flickering an ear.

((XD…. My grams got me a printer scanner copier because it was on sale and now I can’t find a working usb cord to use it T.T))

"Janu?" Vuri said, her yellow eyes looking up at the woman comforting her. "Don't ever leave me, okay?" she said, only half aware of what she was saying. She loosened her grip on the table, and her tail took rest in her lap.

((yay!! I think you can buy cords at wal mart. Or some kind of electronic store. They shouldn't cost that much.))

Why would I leave here you silly thing” She stated quietly, simply holding onto Vuri. She gave her a smile but inwardly frowned, thinking something wasn’t right here… Whatever was hurting Vuri it wasn’t on the physical level…and this worried her. She bit her lip, staying quiet a moment.

One is jsut that Janu has on her black pouch belt which she literally never goes without so I can't change that XD. I drew a bit of a tail even though she hasn't gotten that back yet XD, ignore the tail))

Arina finished brewing the sweet autumn tea and poured herself a cup. "I should probably pick up some hard cider..." She mumbled to herself "I wonder who else would enjoy that..." She thought out loud as she made herself comfortable in her usual spot. She yawned softly before taking a sip of the steamy yet delicious smelling brew.

A giggle escaped Vuri's throat. She was feeling much better. She was feeling more...like herself. As she looked back up at Janu she felt odd. She had a strange urge to kiss her. She turned bright red at the thought and tried to cover her face with her hands. She changed the subject hoping Janu wouldn't notice. "Where Do you think everyone else is?" she curiously asked.

((That's so pretty!!! It's very princess like. :] XD so she is going to get the tail back...Yay! Kitty's back! <3 ))

"I'll put it on the list..." She mumbled again to herself. She had a habit of thinking out loud. She moved across the room into the kitchen moving in front of the fridge a pen in one hand her cup in the other and wrote down "Hard Cider" on the little pad of paper that hung on the fridge door. "I wonder why no one puts what they want me to get on this list..." she mumbled again thinking out loud, more in her own little world.

Well Arina’s over there…” she stated softly, indicating the direction with her head. She then studied the blushing Vuri, confused. Why was she blushing? This was odd…why was she so red. Shrugging inwardly she squeezed her shoulder gently and stood. “You want to go say hi? “ she asked softly.

Vuri nodded without pain this time. She got up from her chair and happily skipped over to Arina, like any happy Vuri would do. She then Unexpectedly hugged the woman who seemed a bit lost in her own world. "Hi Arina!" She almost yelled. Vuri let go of the Arina and cocked her head to the side. "Whatchya doin'?" she asked, curious as always.

Arina jumped a bit coming to the realization there were people around her and then smiled at Vuri. "Starting a list for when I go to the grocer. Any special food you'd like me to get?" She asked hugging her back and petting her on the head.

Vuri looked at Arina with wide eyes. "I dunno." She shrugged " I don't know very many foods..the first time I had anything good was when Ti cooked." She turned to Janu. "What were the yummy things that Ti cooked?" she asked.

Arina chuckled "Well, we still have the stuff that he used to make that, the meat man and the fisherman restock the cooler regularly. And most of the stuff i restock on all the time. I'm just talking special things..." She tried to explain. "Hmmm... maybe I'll pick you up some candies, I'm sure you, and probably Mitsu would like that." SHe turned her head to Janu "Anything special you might like?"
