Hito didn't expect him to jump or start to fidget and would have frowned at the last comment but figured it best to keep a light attitude. He gave sincere smile and said, "Hello Pre'acha'n I am Hito. I promise I will not eat you." He stayed sitting hoping this would give off a less aggressive pose and one that was more relaxed. He didn't want to scare anyone else around here.

"Hito. Okay. Um," Preachan looked around again, starting to calm down. "Sorry if I, uh, offended you, but Vampires aren't my favorite creature. There was this one group, and they followed me for a bit once..." He scratched the back of his head. "But all the ones I've met here are nice, so I should try not to be so scared, huh?"

Dante breathed deep, taking in Gabriel's scent before moving close and nuzzling against the man's neck. He slid his hands across the man's figure before chuckling softly and sliding his lips up the man's cheek to his lips. "Hey... wake up, sleepy head. It's night already." He pulled away, sitting up, straddling the vampire as he messed his hair. Uhck... he needed a haircut. |
"Well then that is understandable. I think it's good to be cautious and judge for yourself if someone is good or not. I understand how vampires are not the most favorable of creatures. I hope though that those of us that are here have been kind to you. You seem like a nice fellow yourself Preachan," he said to the bird man. He was sad to hear that the man had been, more than likey, tormented to some extent by some of his kind.

Gabriel Gabriel let out a tired sighed and looked up at the very sexy man straddeling him. As Dante messed with his hair he sneezed softly, the hiar tickling his nose. "Mmm..night already?" He breathed the words out. Sliding his hands up Dante's legts to his thighs to his hips and smiled. "Well im loving it already." |
Dante blushed a bit, breathing deep as Gabe felt up his legs. "Mmh... so am I..." He muttered before grinning and slipping close to the vampire once more. He kissed the man softly before looking right into his eyes. They were.. "Dark. Again. Quit starving yourself, Gabe." He muttered before sighing and pushing away, watching the man a bit. "Take care of yourself first." |
"Well, I feel similarly about big dogs, but they've tried to eat me, too," Pre'acha'n said, trying to make a joke. He gave Hito a crooked smile, walking over to sit on the couch, but still leaving some room in between them. "How many of you guys are really nice? I mean, it would be nice to think that most of them are, but I don't want to end up dead."
Lonan finished the book he had been reading, using his snout to close it. He looked at the rocks he had brought in, red granite, magic-ing them into picking up the book and putting it back on the shelf. It had been about the Native Americans, and it had tugged on something in his mind. Just the way those people lived, how connected they had been. He knew he would have been able to find a home amongst them. |
Gabriel Gabriel sighed and rolled his eyes. "Fine fine..." Getting up Gabe threw a dress shirt on and pulled his shoes on. "I'll be back in a bit then.." Gabe placed a few soft kisses on Dante before slipping out the door and out the window of the hallway heading into the forest for a quick snack. |
Hito thought about his question and spoke honestly, "It is very much dependant on the vampire. We have different ways of thinking and our morals can be very different at times as well. Honestly I would say it is a smaller percent of us that try and be as human as possible. But it is much like humans in the respect that some are good and some are not." He smiled at him and continued, "I don't want you to end up dead either."

"Seems a lot of things are like humans that way," he sighed, staring at the fire. His curiosity was starting to surface. "Um, about how much blood is actually needed by a vampire? I've wondered for a while." He looked over at Hito. "If the question isn't too much bother, anyway..."
Lonan looked through the shelves, trying to find something of interest. He'd been reading almost non-stop for the day, and his stomach protested. He looked around at first, startled by the sound, before realizing he made it. He smiled mentally, turning to trot out of the library. |
Dante watched Gabriel leave before sighing and laying back in the bed. He kept his eyes closed, relaxing as Gabe went to... well... feed. Feed in nothing but thin clothes. Didn't he know is was winter? He'd be freezing! Oh well... he sighed and curled up under the sheets, abuse Gabe's bed for his own comfort, relaxing especially at the man's scent. |
Hito replied, "It is dependent on the vampire and also their age. I'm a bit older so I can go much longer without feeding than a younger one could. For amount that also depends on the vampire. Some need more and others less. One human trait we do have is some of us enjoy over eating. I feel it is a waste though and harms lives so should not be done."

Gabriel Gabriel was hunting for a good hoour or so, getting his fill before heading back to the Inn. Walking through the door he glanced at Hito a moment, a few spots of blood were on Gabriel's clothes, but other then that, nothing. Without a word Gabriel looked the the stairs, fully intent on bathing quick before returning to Dante. |
It had taken so long, and he was so comfortable. He'd fallen asleep a half hour in, napping after his sleep. He hugged Gabe's pillow, comforted by all the warmth until finally he was in bliss. It wasn't as great as when Gabe was here, but... it was still nice. ( Short... D+ Hurry up and jump him or something. ) |
"Okay," he said, looking at the person who entered for a moment. "How many other human traits do you guys keep? It sounds like a lot, but I've heard rumors that none were kept."
Lonan portaled through the door, looking down both sides of the hall when he got to the other side. He sighed, walking to the top of the stairs and looking down. He needed something to eat, but didn't know if anyone was awake. ~Is anyone who can hear me awake? I'm hungry, and can't get to the food...~ he sent through the house, hoping someone was. ((I should go to bed within an hour, just to warn people)) |
Gabriel Gabriel quikcly went to the stairs acending them before Hito could talk to him and headed to the bath, but decided a shower would be easier. Quickly as in literally 5 minsutes he washed himself and dried off, wrapping a towel around himself he headed straight to his room. Grinning to himself as he saw Dante he quietly snuck up to the bed and leaned down, kissing him lovingly on the neck and purred. "Miss me?" |
"We keep various ones and lose others. The most obvious is we have feelings of love and hate. There are few who lose all traits that made them once human but they do not often survive long," he said a bit sadly. He had seen vampires like that and they often brought about their own demise.

"Mmmh...?" Dante stirred, feeling the nice tickles on his neck. He breathed deep before reaching, up, grabbing Gabe's arm, and yanking the man down onto the bed with him. He took topsies, pinning the vampire as he stared into the vampire's eyes. "I like them like this..." He whispered softly before moving down and kissing the man sweetly. "They look so lively." |
"Oh," Pre'acha'n looked down at his lap, fiddling with his hands for a bit. "We can change the subject, if you want. I've kinda wanted to know about dragons, too. If you know anything about them."
Lonan trotted down the stairs, hoping that someone was awake, even if they couldn't hear his voice. He reached the bottom of the stairs, trotting over to Hito's side of the couch and putting his head on the arm, staring up at the vampire. ~I thought you could hear me. Do you know where they keep the meat here? I'm hungry.~ His mental voice was pleading. |
Hito's eyes light up at the idea of talking about dragons. It was a teaching moment and Hito was ever the teacher. He was about to answer Pre'acha'n when he saw and heard the wolf. He pet him and said out loud and via mind, "Yes I can hear you. The meat is in the kitchen. I could get you some." He looked over at Pre'acha'n and said, "I know you are fearful of dogs but I do not think you have to worry about this one. If it makes you fell better though I'll watch out for you."
Hito stood up and went to the kitchen getting some meat and sticking it on a plate for the wolf. He also got a bowl of water as well. He set it down, "There you go. Enjoy. I will be returning to my friend now but if you need something else let me know." |
Gabriel Gabriel felt himself be pulled, his towel getting caught and pulled off him as the other straddled him. Gabe smiled and felt his lust twinge a bit as he felt the small rush of Dante's forcefullness. Placing one hand behind Dante's neck as he was kissed he pulled the other's lips closer against his. Parting for a moment he licked the others lips and grinned. "I'll try hard to keep them bright for you." Letting out a quiet laugh he pulled Dante back into a kiss. @Chiky: whats the item u used for ur background? D:]] |

"M-Mhh!" Dante gripped the sheets tight as he was pulled into the kiss, but relaxed into it soon enough. He sighed as Gabe broke the kiss, his eyes fluttering as the look to the vampire. "Mmmh... I'd like that." He grinned softly as he was pulled into the kiss again. He felt the man's abs and arms, loving the feel of the man's muscles. It felt so nice; bare skin. |
Gabriel Gabriel let out a soft sight against Dante;s lips as he felt the other's hands on his skin. "You know if we keep this up we'll never leave this room." Smirking he kissed Dante' a bit more, the other hand going to Dante's behind to give it a soft squeeze. Not being able to help the smiled that went across his face he winked. |
