Try… she did. She could not say anything about that to the vampire. She could not explain…not without mentioning things she wasn’t so sure she wanted known. Accordingly she simply said a soft, “Thank you” as En was unable to lie….so instead she would just keep quiet. It was one of the side effects of not really being use to relying mainly on words, she had become simply unable to tell a convincing lie….unless of course she wasn’t the one in control of her body at the time.

He felt something when she said her father had passed. "At least you had one.. People these days aren't grateful for what they have..." He muttered, a few seconds later realizing he'd said it out loud. "Oh, I.. Didn't mean you. Just.. people in general." He sighed. "Kitten it is, then?" He said, smiling. He saw her looking at her waist and laughed. "Yes.. I am quite an animal. They tried to get me in those damned zoos a couple times. Nearly did, too.. If it wasn't for Anna." He smiled, remembering the woman. She was in her late twenties when she'd first found him, a blonde woman with natural dirty blond streaks and greenish-hazelish eyes. She had strong features - high cheekbones and her nose and eye shape. She was around thirty or so when she died. He still visited her grave every two weeks, always laid out a iris, seeing it was her favorite.

En simply nodded, not really sure what to say. What would he feed on? One of her friends most maybe…animal friends that is…or a human. Shivering at the thought the vegetarian turned to look up at the large inn, her mind running in thoughts. Oh well, she’d rather not hear the animals whisper, knowing some were already frightened by the predator they felt dash past. Accordingly she stuffed her hands in her pockets and disappeared inside.

Derrick sighed. "Sad, but true," he said, answering her second comment, ignoring the first. He looked at Lilli, then followed her gaze to the sunset. "Yes, she did mean a lot to me. She was full of life, that dreadful woman. Loved me to death." He smiled, then let it fade. "I never knew who my parents were. I probably never will know. All I have of my father is the ring on my third finger, which tells me that he was the leopard, and my mother the human. Anna told me about it, and even showed me the letter my father had written to show she wasn't lying. Not that I would accuse her of lying," He said, pulling his hand out of his pocket and showing her the faded ring, a few bloodstains on it and a ding or two. He stopped at the edge of the beach with Lilli, his feet in the sand. He wiggled them a couple times, the sand jumping and going through his toes. He ran his hand through his hair, pushing it back from his eyes before it fell. He took deep breaths, smelling the ocean not far off. "It's beautiful out here." He said aloud, to noone in general.

Lukas woke up in the bed alone. He yawned and stretched moving to the shower in their room. He washed up and threw on a pair black pants. He looked around the small bathroom attached to the room til he found the scissors. The hair was down to his shoulders, and easily got in his face, so he cut it back to how it was when he'd first arrived there. He was going to let Oni do it but he figured he went to take a bath and eat. He then moved back to the room and threw on a clean white sweater and some house shoes and made his way down to the coffee pot.

Arina woke up in her room and made her way to the closet pulling out a soft furry and velvet white dress. She hung it on the door to the bathroom, placing white ballet like slippers next to it before moving into her shower. She let the hot water pour over her, and then washed her hair with a strawberry vanilla shampoo. She finished washing up and dried herself off, as well as dried her hair before putting the dress on. She braided her hair into pigtails putting a lacey white ribbon braided into it, as well as bows at the top of the braids. She also put on a white lace chocker with a little silver heart in the middle of a bow. She put on a silver chain link belt and a small bit of eyeliner before she made her way out of the room.

Lukas wrapped his arm around Oni and smiled. "Yeah, I hope you don't mind, long hair just kinda bothers me..." He admitted and kissed Oni's forehead. "So, did you sleep well?" He asked leaning against the kitchen counter and poured himself a cup of coffee. "And I'm guessing you're probably hungry, so what would you like for breakfast?"

Oni ran a hand through Lukas' hair smiling and said, "No it's okay. I think I would have messed it up. R-really I just wanted to do it so I could spend more time with you, b-but I got to even without cutting your hair." Oni turned a bit red at remembering everything they had done before. All of it had been wonderful and some of it even new. Lukas was amazing in every way. "Yes I sleep really good." He had been so exhausted from their activities that sleep came easily. Oni kept blushing and tired to change his thoughts over to food. "Oh um anything with meat, ya meat sounds good," he said in reply.

"Alright, omelet it is then." He said reaching into the fridge and pulling out a thing of sausage and some eggs. He began to brown the sausage in a skillet. He sighed softly at the smell of the cooking sausage. "So, you want to grab some cheese for our omelets?" he asked smiling at Oni "I forgot to grab it."

Lukas let out a laugh hearing Oni's stomach. "Yeah, I'll make enough for you to get full off of." He smiled and drained the meat then cracked a few eggs into a bowl and whisked them together adding the cheese before throwing them and the sausage into the skillet. He flipped it and let it cook then handed the plate to Oni. "I think this should just about do the job for you." He said moving to sit at the other side of the table with his coffee.

"I just can't seem to eat when I wake up." He admitted with a shrug. "I'll probably get hungry around lunch." He said and sipped at his Coffee. "So, what does Oni want to do today?" He asked leaning back in his chair smiling, happy to be around Oni again.
