[[s'ok, i'm just kinda floating around and such]] "Waffles it is then." Lukas responded. "Alright, you're gonna have to find me a big steel mixing bowl while I start to get the ingrediants." He said to Oni pulling first, the waffle Iron out of a cupboard. He then went to another one pulling out flour, sugar, and oil. [[cripes i can't remember what all goes in pancakes, does it have eggs? i don't think it does but i'm not sure]]

Ti watched Janu cry on the women encased in stone, her words stung, bringing a past back to him. He pushed the pain down, he could deal with that later. He looked to Arina, he could feel energy starting to rise from her, but he couldn't tell what it meant. He just stared, lost in his thoughts. He did feel for Arina, but was so afraid that he felt it was better to just shun both of them. He looked to Arina's eyes again and a strange thought passed his mind, casuing him to scold himself 'Fairytales? Really Ti, just because she's trapped in a slumber..... you idiot'

He sighed and lowed his head, eyes closing. "Shedding blood will just cause more harm.... More pain. I don't know what will--" He cut off, remembering something the Fae had been sing-songing. 'Fairtales..... the irony of this is gut-wrenching.' He raised head again, looking to Janu. " The Fae downstairs was singing earlier... sh said that the sleeping stone beauty... needs a kiss to wake. Something like that....." He said, almost not believing he had. It was such a simple thing, but so.... well, It was a fairytale, those are just stories, no one really waits for a prince charming to come and kiss them awake. it was ridiculous!

"Yay!" Oni cried out when Lukas said they would make waffles. "Okay I will find the bowl." he replied and began looking through the cupboard. With some searching Oni brought out the biggest bowl he could find and put it on the counter top. He asked Lukas, "Can we put stuff in the waffles? Like chocolates or berries?"

((lol, I don't know. In RL I stink at cooking. I ate ramen for dinner. . .I consider that cooking.))

"Well, it only lasted a short time while I was younger, before the humans destroyed it. It was pretty much like... a really really big city, only just nature. We fae can change our size and appearance to fit in with the humans... So that they can't detect us as easily to capture... Some are just better than others, I can only change my size." She added, her wings as proof.

Arina heard the last part. 'A fae huh... And I wonder who let one of those tricky little bastards in. Oh well, I suppose I would have too.. I let all these other ones in... but a kiss... He wouldn't....He doesn't feel for me like that....' she thought to herself, still trying to slow the magic from dissipating.

He finished getting the basic ingrediants then nodded. "You can, but here's the question, which do you want more right now? I know theres a couple bags of chocolate chips and a few things of fresh berries in the fridge, why don't you go pick something out."

((Partially that lol, I don‘t mean have her fall right now XD just in a little time after seeing his gentle subtlety. XD nOt every girl is clueless to it like Janu, some like ebony even find it attractive. And well fwi her ‘human’ form XD long, curly black hair streaked in white, black tail, ears, and claws, but otherwise human XD. She also has some black tattoos here and there, bright blue eyes. ))





Rain glanced at the fairy, gently tracing her wing. “I like your wings, give you character.” She stated with a shrug, letting her hand drop and then stretching her own arms backwards as she cracked her back. It was still a little stiff from yesterday but so much better…

The kitten flicked its tail, its eyes narrowing as it suddenly leaped up into the dust storm to catch some and fall on Tal’s head again. It briefly sneezed, rubbing its nose with one paw before hanging off his horn a moment to look at him. A kind hearted soul to be sure….intriguing. It then however went back to batting at the dust.





Janu sighed, stroking the other’s cheek a moment. She stood, walking towards the window and staring outwards. It broke her heart and she closed her eyes, but she said it without having to think a second. “K…kiss her then, it can’t hurt…” She trailed off, her voice becoming quiet. It could not hurt Arina no…. but it would hurt her… But she’d endure anything to get Arina back. She loved her in her own way….even if she had not embraced her own sexuality enough to truly love the woman as she hopelessly loved Ti.

The dust bird exploded when the kitten lept through it, but Talianda just put it back together. He looked at the kitten when it looked at him, noticing it, too had blue eyes. "How many here have blue eyes?" he asked it. "You, Ti, me... who else?"

'Of course she'd say that...' Arina thought hearing Janu, still, she wondered what it would feel like. She cursed herself for letting her think that, of course he wouldn't. It was a good thing she wasn't able to move she'd have probably just sit there drooling, but still... Most of the stone had surned back to flesh, but the thin layer over her, she had to hold her breath, but she kept still and silent. maybe they would leave the room...

"Okay," Oni replied and stood in front the fridge trying to decide. Oooh they both sounded good. He stayed there thinking about it till finally Xanic couldn't take it anymore. He pushed and said, "Agh, Oni you're too indecisive." Xanic grabbed the chocolate chips and plopped them down. He looked and Lukas and said, "Lots of 'em okay," then went back in. Oni gave a little laugh saying, "Well I guess chocolate chips then." He didn't mind since he liked both options.

He looked to the floor, hearing more pain in Janu's voice, but also knowing that Janu wanted Arina back too. He closed his eyes 'If I do this, I have no choice but to admit that I love her. Janu would be broken, and I would throw myself into this web again.... but we all need Arina here and this is my fault, I should be the one to fix it.' He thought, determination moving him forward to kneel before Arina's cold stone form. He leaned forward, his hair brushing against her as he whispered into her ear "I'm so sorry.... but I love you." He then pressed his lips to hers, his breath caught as he prayed that crazy Fae was right.

For a moment, Arina wondered if he could feel the heat of her beneath the stone, as it at that point had been only a thing layer. But it was only a short moment, until it took into effect what he had said and done. It was mere seconds before the small layer of stone crumbled and however unromantic it might have been, the only thing she could do was gasp for air. She felt stunned, as air moved beck into her lungs through a slightly agape mouth.

Lukas could only help but laugh. "Then chocolate chips it is. Now, here, you have to make sure it doesn't get too lumpy." He said handing Oni the mixing spoon and started to measure out ingrediants into the bowl. Starting with the dry ones and working his way to wet ingrediants.

The cat seemed to shrug as he spoke but was already starting to climb his horn to paw at the dust once more. It seemed to pause a moment as if realizing it’d answered but dismissed the idea as it began to paw and attack the dust contently. Soon it fell back over Tal’s head, its wings sprawled and eyes blinking. But then it simply seemed to enjoy the moment, nuzzling into his fur with a yawn.



Janu heard his whisper, and it caused her to close her eyes with sheer pain but still she said nothing. She waited, hoping….praying for Arina. She knew this had been bound to be… she knew not why she’d let herself hope. As she heard Arina move, though she didn’t think of anything but that. She turned, literally pouncing to hug the other woman. Tears fell from her eyes onto Arina’s smooth skin, the feline afraid to let go.

Sylvia smiled "Awe, thanks, I like you Rain, you're fun to be around. It makes me happy" She said in her sing song voice. "You are special, very very special."

Ti practically jumped back at the stone crumbled and Arina awoke gasping. He barely had moved before Janu leaped onto the poor woman and clung. He stood and moved back, eyes lowered and his head spinning with merciless thoughts.

Arina squirmed coughing out little puffs of dust and tried to push the ecstatic woman off of her while she tried to get her bearings. Her vision was all blurry, but that was understandable. "Let'" cough.. "go please." She said in as stern a voice as she could. Her head was still slightly spinning, had she really heard what she thought.

Oni started mixing the mixture and he did it like he does everything, with great enthusiasm. He was a little slow to notice till some it flew out and hit Lukas in the face. Oni stopped and with horror said, "Oh my goodness I am so sorry Lukas! Let me get a wash cloth." As he turned to find a wash cloth he hit the bowl with his elbow sending it flying. Oni looked at the mess he had made and tried not to cry. Looking at the ground ashamed he said ,"I'll clean it up. . .but . . but I don't where the cleaning stuff is." And again more quietly he said, "I'm really sorry Lukas."

Talianda closed his eyes as the kitten sprawled on him, enjoying the feeling of warm fur against his own.

His eyes snapped open as he felt Arina's spell vanish, and her energy return to the area. No way... He picked her? He had to, or she wouldn't have come back. He stood, doing his best not to upset the kitten. "Did either of you feel that?" he asked Rain and Sylvia.

Lukas just laughed. "Don't worry kid, it's not that bad." He said as he walked to the broom closet. he grabbed a mop and a couple wash rags wiping his face off he rinsed the wash rag in the sink an tossed it to Oni "Just start getting it up. " He said, wetting the second wash rag and kneeling by the mess to help clean it.

"Well, it was going to wear off wither she wanted it to or not, I'd smelt the magic growing weaker. I wonder why it took so long for that last bit. She must really not have wanted to come back."Sylvia shrugged fluttering around trees "our stone princess, is awake though."

Oni smiled at how calm Lukas was even though he had messed up. "Okay Lukas and I'll do good," he said putting all his effort into cleaning. Oni could not help but smile as he cleaned. Usually when he messed up and people told him it was okay Oni could feel it was a lie and at how angry they were. Lukas really meant that it wasn't a big deal. He silently thanked his brother for deciding to stay at this inn.

You just say that because you don’t know me to well……and because I’m new” She said with a shrug, saying exactly what she thought as she always did. She then smiled, ruffling the other womans hair absently. Her mind was elsewhere a moment, figuring the excitable fairy grow bored of her in time. Though confident in her looks and worth, Rain was not a trusting soul….she learned the hard way not to be. She glanced towards Arina as she felt all magic dissipate but merely shrugged.

The kitten smiled contently as Tal moved, wrapping it’s paws around his horn to keep balance. It glanced at Rain, thinking a moment before simply curling back up in Tals fur. It imagined all would go in door soon…that was the way of things.



Janu couldn’t obey for a moment, simply so glad to see Arina. “I’m so sorry….” she whimpered, still holding onto Arina a moment. “Never leave us again, never.” she added emotionally, tears still dripping down her face at this bitter sweet moment. She then reluctantly stood, glancing at both of them before looking away and walking towards the door with her ears bent. She felt sure Arina hated her….and now she KNEW her love was unreturned.
