Alana grinned and watched them.
"Thanks a lot Kari this was sweet of you but I think you need to stop and let Kage back in. Your putting to much pressure on your body. Also the next harvest moon is tonight." She looked at Kari with urgency. "I have all the items but one and you know what one that is. We should do this." |
Ai's eyes fluttered open and he put a hand up to his eyes, was he lying...on something? He removed his hand and found himself looking up at Kari from below and managed to catch the end of Alana's sentence. he slowly sat up, "I can provide that item." he said softly.

Oh…” She stated quietly, reaching forward to pull in Kage’s energy before he could ask about what Alana was saying. She put him to sleep without thought, then looked down at Ai. The harvest moon… should…should she make this choice? It would end some pain, but at the same time…What if something happened to Kage? What if it didn’t work? She’d pretty much half died when she’d pulled back his soul the first time…what if she couldn’t do it again. “I…where would we get a body without a soul in it so fast” She asked quietly, putting off making the choice. Her instincts said it was wisest..then he could truly live… but he could also truly die too. She only stired from her thoughs as Ai moved, reacting on instincts and hugging him tightly. Blushing she let go, looking away. “How would you provide that?” She asked, shifting uncomfortably…. |

Embara turned to Akuma and just couldn't help but smile, she turned to Tabitha a grinned. "Oh well, okay. Hehe, I could fix you pants.. well not with magic but the old fashion way. Just give them to me later and I'll fix them. She turned back to Hirogashi and waited for him to say something or to reach for his coin. |
Sighing she took off akumas hoodie and handed it to him, "here" she said. wearing it just reminded her about earlier and it felt like a stab wound every time she thought of it.

"Well it's right in front of you." He stated, spreading his arms. "I keep my body in good shape, it's the perfect option."
Akuma took his hoodie back from Tabitha and pulled it back on over his head. He smiled at everyone again. It was nice just hanging out like this...but why did he sense that something bad was about to happen? |
Kari’s eyes widened as she thought of her attacks, attacks which might be passed to anyone who shared a body, because they two would be standing in front of death. She would not make anyone go through that, especially not…not Ai. She shook her head, leaning back against the wall. “I can’t… No….” She nearly whimpered. |
Tabitha yawned and thought about going to her dorm. standing up she swayed slightly and then started walking to her dorm.

Alana couldnt beilieve this. Ai would give his body to Kage that was a sacrifice. But why would he do such a thing? There had to be a reason. She thought for a moment but said nothing. She waited to see what would happen.

Ai saw the scared look in Kari's eyes and felt his own gaze soften, "It'll be okay." He said, trying to soothe her. "I'll be fine. We don't know when another chance will come up. And anyway I promised I would protect the both of you, I'm sure this fits into that category."

Kari looked away, biting her lip. “You don’t understand…. Death wants him back, anyone who resides in the same body as him is attacked on a physical and spiritual level because he‘s still close to death….. It’s like dying only slow and it doesn’t’ stop. It would kill some souls. I will not put someone through that. I will not” She stated this almost tearfully, pushing Ai away and standing up. She turned her back towards them both, not able to look at Alana, knowing what she was denying her. She crossed her arms, saying quietly, “I’m …I’m sorry Alana.” |

Ai laughed, that hollow laugh again, "Is that all? i already told you. My life is not mine to forfeit. I will not die no matter what. And anyway, I have a little agreement with death anyway. Living as part human and part vampire isn't that easy at all." Ai closed his eyes for a moment, reminiscing, "I can't even count how many times I've met death anymore..." he whispered softly. |

Alana looked at her a moment and sighed.
"THe thing is that his soul would take over the body. The person who sacrificed his body for him would die. Then death would no longer seek him." She walked over to Ai. "Why dont you go bite someone. YOur half vampire. Find someone to bite and bring his unconcious body back here. Then we could do the spell and the person whom you bit would die. Im sure the world wouldnt miss him." |
Ai smiled at Alana, "No the world might not, but someone will." He turned back to Kari, "I promise you I won't die. Will it reassure you if I swore an oath then?"

“You can’t control that…. I’m sorry” she stated softly, feeling a pain she hadn’t felt in a while. The pain of being helpless… Kari sighed, rushing out the front door then and slamming it behind her. She couldn’t…she couldn’t let anyone see her cry. She excited the doors, walking onto the grounds without a word. |
Ai sighed, slumping onto the wall, "She'll do it. I'l make sure of it." He promised before gettng up again and running out after Kari. She wouldn't understand unless he explained it to her, his reasoning, so he decided right then and there, he would tell her...everything.

Tabitha sighed as she walked toward the school, she wanted to change. she ran her ands through her hair, 'shower first' she sighed

Kari continued to walk, stalking the shadows silently. She couldn’t get her emotions get a hold of her…and yet…fiercely as she fought the tears they still fell from her eyes to stream past her pale cheeks. She began to nearly run, hoping the cool air would brush away her tears. ((Yusss XD, we’re going ot combine, angel, demon, phoenix, and your spell to make it so no one has to give up a body or die!!!!!!!!!!! XD)) |
When she was walking to her dorm she saw the hole she punched into the wall. she quickly walked to her dorm and walked in. grabbing a pair of shorts and a black tank top she went into the bathroom
