Embara snickered as the girl blushed, and laughed nervously. "Hi Kari, I am Embara...pretty? Oh no not me.. but you. You are" She smiled, as she watched Kari close her eyes. "I don't know where he is.. but I think I felt him earlier. He helped me for alittle while to take care of you." She pointed towards the necklace on Kari. "Try not to take that off okay?" She closed her eyes, titling her head and smiled (insert anime face lol).

"Would you like me to help you to find Ai?" She asked her, as she waited to see what she would say, she remembered she had someone upstairs. Maybe thats' who this Ai is?

Ai groaned suddenly, alerting the occupants of the room to his presence, something...something was burning him!

(ugh, all I could think of...)

Kari grinned a little, her pretty? Most people found her a little too….punkish looking to call her pretty. “Now you are a flatterer, I’m going to go look…” She stated when she heard Ai speak. She walked over to him, taking his hand a moment and beginning to worry. She knew that it would hurt her to do so right now but she began sending healing energy into him, gripping the bed frame as it made her own fever return slightly. “Ai…Ai wake up.”

Embara noticed someone on the other bed. When did he get there? She wondered and followed Kari over to Ai. "Kari, don't push yourself too hard. You'll bring your fever back, after it just went away."

Something...something was there. He could faintly make out a girls voice amidst the loud chanting in his ears. No, not a girl, Kari. Kari was okay, she was awake...she wanted him to wake up. And so Ai fought back, it was a long climb, but eventually he broke through the surface/ mental barrier and his eyes flew open, he hid a wince though when a spasm rocked his body, and his eyes met with Kari's.

It’s fine” kari remarked with a shrug, knowing her fever was coming back but not really caring. She … she just didn’t want him to be hurt. As he opened his eyes she began to grin, reacting on instinct as she always did. She pulled him into a tight hug and nuzzled into his shoulder, nearly lifting him into a sitting position as she did so. She swayed a bit herself but didn’t care, simply grinning. “Naughty boy, Leave me again and I’ll have to be mad “ she teased.

Ai let a small smile appear on his face as his arms wrapped around Kari's back, "That doesn't sound to bad." he joked back, his voice slightly hoarse, his throat was parched.

You just say that because you haven’t seen me mad” she teased, letting herself hug him a moment longer. Her fever was starting to make her dizzy again, but she was just so happy to see him alright. She knew somehow Kage was okay… if a little sad though she couldn’t figure out why…and no longer sharing a body couldn’t ask him or review his memory.

Embara just stood their letting them rejoice, she smield at the happiness emitting from them. "I don't mean to bug you guys, but... School starts today, are you guys going... or you going to stay? Which is probably best. I'll get your work for you and bring to you guys." She moved her bangs behind her ears once more. Noticing that Ai words sounded dry, almost as if he was parched. "Would you like something to drink, Ai?" Making her way to the kitchen already but stopping at the door.

Ai blinked at the girl, Embara, "I doubt you would have it either way..." He slowly let go of Kairi and got out of the bed, after finding his center of balance again, it was a little off, he pushed Kari down, "You're running a fever." He stated.

Kari nodded as Embara spoke, wanted to say she would go to class but honestly… it was an excuse to skip school. Who would have been surprised to find she’d take the advantage to skip. She then turned towards Ai, however, as he spoke. Briefly she thought of why he was so sure she wouldn’t have it…well he is part vampire…. That could be it.

She shrugged it off, however, only moving when she was forced down on the bed. Half in revenge she grabbed him, knowing his balance was off so that he would likely fall to. She then stuck her tongue out at him, “Don’t push me……..and so? Maybe I’m just a little hot” she teased, laughing for a moment before touching her own temple. She thought absently, note to self….no loud noises for a while.

Ai silently bit his tongue as he fell, landing neatly on top of Kari, using his hands to keep his weight off of her, "Now that wasn't a very smart thing to do..." he breathed out, "And even if it's a little, you're still sick."

“You calling me a fool?” Kari teasingly replied, crossing her arms behind her head with a ’haha I win’ look on her face. She was starting to feel herself, which of course meant it was time to act out. She may not have the energy to bounce around the room but nothing can silence her teasing tongue. “Besides, fever’s cause chills don’t they? Maybe I was cold..” She then shrugged gently, speaking seriously for a moment, “The fever will fade…. Now you won’t.”

Embara had this weird look on her face, it was almost comical. " >_> I'll just go and leave you guys alone." She went into the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water and put it on the table stand, for him. Whether or not he wanted it. Bowing at the waist, she pivoted and left the dorm. Sighing, she walked down the path towards the school. Raising her arms behind her head and keeping them their. "Its time for school~♪" She sang all the way down, she skipped down the halls to her first class; Archery.

Ai slowly lowered himself and nuzzled her neck again, "I guess...did you want to go to school by any chance?" He breathed slowly, limiting the amount of air he was taking in. "I can get up now."

Kari glanced up as Embara left, half smiling a moment. She hadn’t planed on it but it was often true that her antics could clear a room sometimes. The woman simply giggled then, her dark eyes turning to Ai as he spoke. She then answered honestly, “Not really.. Schools boring even when I don’t have a headache.” As he spoke the last, however, she tilted her head to the side and began to grin. She hugged him briefly, whispering teasingly “Then why didn’t you? I don’t think you want to.” The girl then leaned back, trying not to blush as she felt his breath on her neck. She felt attracted to him so teasing him was harder then it would be normally but……well………she IS Kari. So she laughed and lay back.

Ai smiled a bit wider, "Hmm...you could say that." He lowered himself onto Kari's other side, the empty side of the bed and laid next to her, staring at the ceiling, "So we'll both miss school then I guess..." He wrapped his arms around Kari and pulled her closer, "I'm tired..." he murmured sleepily.

As he pulled her unexpectedly closer she did blush, glancing over him. She hadn’t expected that, still surprised he would find her a friend. Still…she couldn’t say she didn’t’ like it. Instead she simply grinned and playfully leaned her head into his shoulder, closing her eyes. It was so warm next to him….As he spoke she laughed, teasing “Awww am I boring you?” she whispered.

"Nah...never..." He whispered back, "Love you too." he added, grinning slightly, eyes barely open before letting his head fall and slipping back into the shadows of his mind, completely forgetting to let go of Kari.

Hehe good answer.” She stated as he remarked she didn’t bore him, glancing up at him with a small, mischievous smile. She was the kind to draw with a marker on a persons’ face so his sleepy behavior was bringing out that side of her. As he said the love you though it gave her pause, making her take on a rather baffled expression before she decided he was messing with her. “Don’t mess with me handsome…..some things even you can’t get away with.” She whispered as he fell asleep, realizing she was kinda…trapped as he hadn’t let go. Kari then crossed her arms with a pouty expression, now what was she supposed to do? Bored she began to draw light designs in the air.

Ai woke with a start, instantly alert, something was...wrong. He winced again as a stab of pain flashed through his body, 'What is this...?' He unconciously pulled Kari closer as he gazed across to the window and noticed that it was now the afternoon. He blinked slowly before realizing his position and letting go of Kari quickly, a very light flush on his cheeks.

“Morning sleeping beauty” Kari remarked with a laugh, though his sudden grip made her blush red. She saw his blush a moment though and grinned inwardly. Tempted to tease him but not wanting him to notice her own. She then playfully teased “can I get up now?” though to be honest she didn’t really want to get up.. But something in his look bothered her suddenly and she dropped the act. She sat up slightly and leaned on her hand, watching him a moment. “What’s up Ai?” she asked softly.
