"Hm? Makes no sense to me, their all vampires anyway...besides the halfling over there, hanging off the other boy." Aoi questioned. Something about Kitty was...off...

Kitty opened her mouth but then closed it, then she opened it again her smile returned, "oh i didnt know, i thought it was just the girl, tabitha i think her name is"

Tabitha heard her name and looked at Akuma, "she really doesnt like me, she reminds me of Allie" she shuddered at the thought of the ghostly girl whos mission was to kill her.

Aoi's eyes narrowed slightly, yes there was something off about this teacher...in fact, Aoi had been working at the school for a couple of years now and she had never even heard of Kitty before, "So what subject do you teach Kitty?" Aoi asked, putting one headphone back on top of her ear, so she could pretend to be listening to music, for added effects she even turned her mp3 back on.

Kitty leaned back, "i just joined the staff here and i dont really teach, so they had me become a studyhall teacher, so all i really have to do is sit here and make sure no one causes trouble, why do you ask?" She looked at Aoi her golden eyes glittering angrily, how dare she accuse me of not belonging here she thought with a scowl

"Ohhh cat fight" she giggled under here breath when she heard the anger in Miss Kittys voice.

"Just wondering, haven't seen you around before, and I've been here for a few years and all." touchy much? Aoi sighed twirling the headphone wires between her fingers, "It's nice to see a new face I guess."

Akuma let a small smile appear on his face, "Yea, Aoi does that to people a lot." he couldn't keep the amusement from his voice.

Kari grinned a little as he spoke, joking “Maybe I’m just a crazy fan girl who thinks I need you.” She then nuzzled his shoulder briefly, glad to see he was better now. Slowly she let go, perching on a nearby desk and debating what to bother now. Ai seemed....busy, and it seemed he’d earned something rare for Kari to give….respect for his wishes.

Things had settled down now, considerably. Ai could sense it in the air, "Maybe things'll stay this way for a while neh?" he murmured more to himself then anybody else.

Maybe…” Kari said softly as she turned towards Ai. She reached out, placing a hand on his shoulder and grinning lightly. She truly hoped it would…but she knew her father too well to think so. Still she said nothing, simply hugging her arm around his shoulder and glancing up at the roof. She teased softly “I know I’ll be stayin here, lord help ya.” She laughed softly and squeezed his shoulder, kissing his cheek and enjoying the glares she received.

Tabitha giggled, "well i like her better than miss kitty thats for sure" she turned her red-eyed gaze to akuma and then to kari and ai.

Kitty rolled her eyes they had lightened until they were a honey color, "oh, alright then"

"Hm, I believe I'm not in the Lord's favor though, considering one of his angels did attack me." Ai answered, letting ne eye open and smiling at Kari.

Akuma laughed, "Yea, she also tends to be liked by a lot of people, reason why Ai befriended her in the first place."

"So any real reason why you hate her? Or did you two just get off on the wrong foot?" Aoi asked in a tone that plainly said she was just to bored and she needed someone to talk to.

Well that’d explain why you’re stuck with me, wouldn’t it?” Kari said in a light tease, briefly leaning forward to kiss his cheek. The half angel then smiled, enjoying every minute of her mock pitying of him. She reached up and stroked his shoulder as she said softly “ Poor Poor man, nobody to save you from being stuck with me.” She then perched on the desk next to him and let go, giving him a grin.

Tabitha smiled and laughed, "i think things are starting to go back to somewhat normal, and i havent seen...." she stopped and took a deep breath, "Allie in a while" she growled.

Kitty flicked her eyes to Tabitha and then back to Aoi, "Shes disrespectful and i just dont like her" she said plainly, her purple nails digging into the pencil she was holding, she gripped it so hard it snapped cleanly in two

Aoi raised an eyebrow, "I see... would you like some tea?" she asked, holding up a teapot, it was her special brew, made to help calm down raging spirits.

Akuma pulled the girl back into his chest, wrapping his arms around her, "I'll protect you, no matter what, even if you don't want me to."

Ai opened both eyes, "Of course...but who said you could move away?" He hooked his arm around Kari's waist and once again pulled her into his lap, burying his face into her neck.

Kitty narrowed her eyes at the boy who seemed to be comforting that girl, then she flicked her eyes back to Aoi, she let out a long breath and sat up in her chair, she closed her eyes for a moment, revealing purple eyelids,she opened her eyes slowly "sure why not" she finally said.

Tabithas eyes widened for a moment when akuma pulled her into his chest but then she burried her face into it, "i wont want you too, but it will be appreciated" she whispered and then she looked up at him, feeling like a small child.

Kari gasped in surprise as she felt herself pulled into his lap, a faint blush showing on her cheeks. She grinned to herself, trying not to let her heart beat a little faster though as always she would fail. She gripped his shoulders, inwardly grinning to herself as she leaned forward to say something in his ear. Briefly she paused as he nuzzled her neck, particularly sensitive there so it made her shiver pleasantly. She then whispered, “My my my, now who’s giving orders” in a teasing tone as she leaned into him contently.

Aoi carefully poured out a cup of tea into a delicate teacup and handing it to Kitty, "Careful though, it's hot."

Akuma pressed another kiss to Tabitha's forehead, "Of course, oh and I have another charm for that bracelet." Akuma dug through his pocket and pulled out a small crystal.

Ai chose not to respond, instead reveling in the silence left before the bell rang for their free period. He...no, he wouldn't think about anything, for now, he would be focused on the present...for maybe a few more minutes. Nothing bad would come from it.

Kitty took the cup and took a small sip, her eyes darkened and lightened. She turned and stared out the window, the sunlight making her strawberry blonde hair look like it was on fire, she heard the bell ring and watched tabitha leave and sighed.

Tabithas face turned red when he kissed her on the forehead but she smiled and when he put the charm on her bracelet she looked at it, "its pretty" she giggled.

Kari pretended to look annoyed when he said nothing but inwardly she felt only pleased. It just felt right to cuddle him… so she closed her eyes and nuzzled into his shoulder with a light blush. Hugging his shoulders she melted lightly, simply pressing into him and becoming more relaxed then she had in a long time. She half opened her eyes to glance at Akuma and Tabitha, grinning to herself. They were cute together…

When the bell rang Ai softly let go of Kari and stood up, "How 'bout some practice Akuma? We've been falling behind." He earned a nod from the other boy, then looked over to Aoi, who let a curt nod back after checking that kitty wasn't looking. The two boys said there 'see you laters' to the girls and left the classroom together.

Kari sighed as she was put down, pouting playfully. She saw one girl smile and rolled her eyes, walking to Tabitha and standing next to her. She then gave her a light grin, sneaky as always. “Hey… You want to follow them. Or should we be good little girls and go wherever we’re supposed to” she asked quietly.

Tabitha looked at her and giggled, "What do you think?" she wanted to follow them and she knew her eyes showed it.

"No holding back." Ai called out, a teasing tone in his voice. "Never!" Akuma answered in a mock hurt tone. "Alright, quit joking around guys." Aoi called out from the branch she was perched on, "Get on with it!" Ai and Akuma both grinned at each other. Ai immediately reached for his supply of magic and Akuma opted for the physical approach, instantly charging at Ai. They both clashed at the same time, sending sparks flying everywhere. Ai grinned from behind a shield of green energy and Akuma growled, pressing the blades in his hands even further into Ai's shield. Ai let the shield drop and fell with it, extending a leg to trip Akuma, who in turn jumped up to avoid Ai's sweeping kick.

Kari laughed and took Tabitha’s hand, “come on.” She then followed outward, finding the scene quickly. She watched the two, raising an eyebrow a moment. They had to be sparing……. And with a teacher present? Now this was interesting…. Very interesting. She then teased Tabitha softly “I bet I know who you’re rooting for.”
