Mela couldn't help but smile back. Her arms full of books she stood their studying him. She had liked a couple of boys back home but she had to admit that James was very handsome. She blushed slightly and chided herself on not only was he way older but also a different species. "You've been very kind to me, thank you," she said modestly.

"no problem, and its ok dont be so sh, jusy grab what you like as long as you can pick it up that is." james picked up a book and set it on the table in front of mela." ok pick it up, if you can." james knew she was to fragile to do so but he wanted to see, after all if she was able too that meant she had a good soul.

She gave the pile in her arms a little jostle to show him she had all ready been at work. At his challenge though she set them down on a near by chair. She gave him a curious look wondering what he was up to and said, "Well it can't hurt to try." With that she went towards the book and first ran her fingers over the cover. Books were such wonderful things. Carefully, so not to damage it, she gently lifted the book up. She gave him a quizzical look, "Was there suppose to be a trick to this? From the way you sounded I was not sure if I would be able to."

"no it wasnt that i didnt think you were able to,..........the book has powers, it can tell if a person is evil or not quite useful really because if they are you can throw it at them and almost kill them, but from the looks of it your not evil so i choose wisely when i asked if you would like to stay with me in my room." jame smiled at mela, she was so cute, and yet so innocent."pick out what ever you like and we will head back to my room if thats ok unless you wish to stay here a bit longer?"

Alana went to the shelves and began to hunt around the books. SHe noticed nothing of interest until she went to the corner bookshelf. She saw a book she remembered from her childhood. She remembered her dad used to own it. It was called mythical creatures-the truth adn the source.

She picked up the book and opened it. She couldnt beilive it.

she steps free of a dark shadow her jet black hair swaying back and forth as she walked towards the top of the stairs her black gown riffles as she moves her black heels click softly on the floor her slender hand grasp both sides of her gown as not to ruin it, Her dark blue eyes scan the room around her Her crimson red lips speak out. Hello?

Xander softly smiled and walked into the manor keeping his head down.
"Is there anywhere I can sleep tonight miss?"He said softly.
Xander's arms we're getting tired from carrying around his bag all day,
he walks around until he spots a couch,sets his luggage down and plops onto the couch,
he puts his legs up and stares up at the ceiling,"I guess I'll sleep here for the night" he thought to himself.

Mela looked at the book in wonder. "What an amazing item. I didn't know there were such things," she said to him. She then laughed and said," Then again I didn't know about vampires either." She couldn't help but smile at James. She picked up her armful of books she had chosen and said to him, "I think I'm good so it's fine if we head back to your room."

" ok then off we are, hey alana are you ok here by your self? or do you wish us to stay a little longer?" james walked over to alana who was in aww at the book she was holding. "good book?"

She smiled at him "Its just the memorys This was a book my dad used to read to me a long time ago."

She sat down at the table and began to read.

"You guys can go do whatever you need ill be here."

Mela had left the library but noticed James had stopped to talk to Alana. Mela leaned against the wall since the books were so heavy. Well on the bad side she was stuck here forever but on the up side she had made two new friends. She hoped she could stay out of trouble and more importantly stay safe.

Lady Anabell Feylen shut the door with a sigh, he really didn't know what he hand gotten into. "Yes if you would like I can escort you up to the third level and you can situate yourself in a room up there." She stated softly as she moved to stand in front of him, sighing softly to herself. She was rather apathetic today, and it showed in her tone. She nimbly sat on the edge of the couch and picked up a book.

" are you sure you wanna stay by yourself?" james turned to mela." sorry just one minute kay?

She looked up at him a moment and smiled

"ALright Ill come wiht you."

She picked up the book and went up to Mela "Lets go then"

Xander sits up and gets up off the couch taking his bags with him,not saying much he makes his way to the third floor and takes shelter in a vacant room at the end of the hall.
He looks at the bed and lays his bags down without paying any mind to his belongings,
"Finally,a place to call home." He began sniffing,he smelled something he hadn't smelled in years,"human?" can it be?,he peeks his head out of the door,"hmm..nothing I guess".
He shuts his door and lies down on the soft floor and begins to doze off.."Tomorrow I suppose I'll find someone to get along with." He falls asleep.

" ok its settled then, lets go." james walked to the door and into the hallway." ok my room is down this way," james points towards the right of himself," and just around the corner, second door on the left."james starts to walk down the hall.

Mela followed him and tried to remember the directions he was giving so that hopefully at a later time she could come back to the library. She did not want to get lost in this place especially after what James had told her about the other vampires here. Mela suddenly realized something and blushed as she asked, "Um not to be a bother James but . . .um well. . do you have some clothes I could wear for bed and to change into tomorrow?" Is she had to stay here forever she would definitely need more clothes.

Alana followed quietly clutching the book she found. She didnt want it to get lost and it was like she was afraid it would vanish into thin air.
