The tale...

Be forewarned, this is a role play based off of True Blood...

In man's deepest nightmares, from the beginning till now, have always been the monsters. Man likes to make stories of them, poke fun and make these creatures seem less frightening to his kin. but he has never known what stupidity that is. These creatures have always been and will continue to be until the end of days. The Vampires have shown them selves to the world, offering peace between there race an the race of man, in return they only wish to live normal human-like lives. Of course there was mass panic at the first knowledge of these immortal creatures. However, the governments took action and established peace, after finding how truly dangerous these creatures were.

At the beginning of the vampires public notice, a major worry for man kind was the fact the the immortal creatures need blood to survive and without the red substance they would kill to get it. A substitute was create to appease the vampires and keep them from killing people to live themselves. Thus it became illegal for vampires to feed off of humans, and the laws of homicide began to apply to them to.

After five years of public knowledge, another creature decided to come forward and proclaim that they wanted human rights; the lycans. This other immortal species that wished to be recognized cause further panic to mankind and cause near hysteria. Again the government stepped in and met with the creatures, giving them rights and the laws they must abide under.

Now there were two superior species to human kind, two creatures that could wipe man kind off the planet if they so wished. Now of course between the two races there is conflict, the vampires and lycans have always had an internal war with one another and sometimes that war has spilled into the lives of mere mortals and even now, that conflict still rages and causes many problems for government and man kind as a whole.

Vampires»
The vampires are your basic creatures. They cannot be out in sunlight or they will begin to fry alive until they burst into flame and crumble to dust. They are not killed by stakes in the heart, that only hurts them. Silver and other metals have not effect. The only way to properly kill one in to behead them or draw them into the sunlight.

Lycans»
Once werewolves, these creatures can now shift worms at their own will. They do not turn into actual wolves but a wolfish looking creature. They stand on their hind legs except when running. They are half man half wolf looking. The are allergic to silver, it doesn't kill them, but it hurts and can make them sick. Again the only way to kill them is by beheading, separating the heart and brain.

This is an average lit. role play, I do not want huge ass replies, but I do not want one or two sentences, give your post some beef and detail. I'm ok with you swearing in your posts, but keep it to a needed minimum, I don't need ad trash talkers in this rp. Violence and romance are encouraged, but again, do not go over board.

There is a sheet you will have to fill out and PM to me. I will then either accept or deny you. If you are accepted I will Post your profile in the profile post, the you may reply and jump into the tale. The pics for your characters need to me real life, no anime or cartoon, I want real people. If you are a animal type character, you may use a cartoon or other type of picture for your character.

You can play a vampire, lycan, human, or any supernatural being you wish to be. Remember this is based off of True blood, so have your way with your character, but make it fit into the story, and not be some random "Hey I'm a kitsune!", none of that. So to go with that, I will not except kitsunes, "cat eared" people or any other Japanese chibi crap.
