(Yay a chance to show over-protective Talon. XD)

The moment Talon witnessed the Princess slapping his friend he immediately moved in rather fluid motions to retrieve one of his hidden knives. The pain he felt decreased his typical speed enough to where when the knife flew after she had wrapped up the paper that held the rough draft treaty, and though it didn't hit her he ensured it was close enough to her skin that if she had moved one more centimeter it would have connected. It was a warning that she had over stepped her boundaries. "Be lucky Princess that I don't slash your throat for striking my Lord. And be thankful I missed on purpose, though take another step towards him and I can't assure you'll have all of your limbs still" he said as his tone went icy and threatening. His eyes too flashed that he would not hesitate to carry out his threat. With a fair amount of effort he managed to stand, although a bit shakily as a hand rested on the wall to steady himself.

It wasn't long until he regretted the action as his body protested the movements. Regardless he stayed standing. After sending a rather cold and warning glare one last time towards Penelope before turning his gaze back to Damien. "Your the one who actually said you were going to kill him before you impaled yourself. What else was I suppose to think? And yes, Lucifer...Ow...Lord Lucifer is indeed enjoying himself in causing my body pain at the moment. He seems to have moved from simple mind tortures to prodding my vitals with what feels like his heated up pitchfork..." he said with a weary smile to his friend.

He then turned his gaze once more and directed it towards the half metal angel who had offered her assistance. "No it's alright. I don't really wish to be touched at the moment though I thank you for your offer. Besides my Lord would probably make things rather worse than they are now" he said calmly.

(uh...she didnt hit him...she thought of it

(Lol she wouldn't have died. Lucifer was giving her three hours until the mark would kill her. And remember Lucifer threatened to kill Sikura if Dia continued to try and slow down the process, so she didn't stop it. XD But to answer your question Lucifer has ceased the speeding up of the mark for the time being though he won't fully retract it until Damien fulfills his part of coming up with the treaty, signing the treaty and enforcing the treaty.)

Sikura's eyes started to open as she felt the mark lightening up on her. Her eyes closed as she tried to sit up, slowly. She looked around as she tried to find Damien. The human had no clue what was going around her. There was only one thing she was sure of Damien was distraught with her mark. "Damien..."

'Has just come back.' I said as the girl woke up and the first word was heard. My, she did grow to that demon did she? -sigh-

'He is scowling the princess right now.' I said grimacing, placing my fingers on her neck, closing the wounds that bled. Looking at the woman reaching to that demon, I figured it was quite the situation she was in. Complicated to say the least.

(wow..Im dumb) Damien watched as Talon got protective and grinned. The hit hadn't hurt at all but still. He was right that no one should hit him, let alone a princess but she was a brat so it was to be expected.

Damien saw movement over by where Sikura was and went to her. He grabbed her hand soothingly but that was all, not wanting to cause her more pain. "It's ok m Dove.The pain will stop soon, I promise."

I took a step behind letting the prince come closer to his 'dove'. Luckily he understood that in the situation she was in, him being closer than touching her hand would not bring her happiness, so to say. Though I saw the dagger, it didnt hit the princess anyway, and maybe let the princess think about her actions more. When you try to hit a prince, whether your a princess or not, you can think logical enough that it will affect the situation youre in, to say the least. Once a bleeding wound open I am afraid I will have to ask trhe prince to move, since his aura could speed up the mark...

Penelope Stepped back from Damien as Talon had gaiven her a verry clear warning. though shewasnt sorry she did it. that small impulse was well worth it. But it seemed to have uneffected the prince and made her point to him lost. She payed no more mind to him. She was not in a very good mood with this chaotic situation. She watched as the pince went to Sikura and was rather releaved that she was concous and alive. But buisness had to be done.
"ill be waiting for you in the main hall Prince Damien, Please hurry so that we may reveal the terms of this makshift treaty and begin enforcing things so that Miss. Sikura is no longer in tha pain that she is in!" Penelope stated before leaving without Zeak. She gave him a look that said he had better stay poot for even after Phoenix's healing nothing seemed to of worked very well.

Zeak watched rather helpless as Penelope gave him a silent comand to stay put. She was right to do that he was in no condition to walk let alone protect her. In any case it looked like she was in no mood for an uproar. He could tell that even though she had little to no Combat traning she would beable to handle herself agenst some defiant demons. Sighing Zeak prepaired for a small shok wave of pain as it weemd to come and go in intervuls. Phoenix had done a wonderful job and because of it Methos was just ranting and raving about her interference but the pain of becomeing a full fallen wasnt going to stop untill meoths Decited to allow it to stop.

(Lol and here I thought there would be a battle between the two pain ridden body guards. XD)

Talon watched the Princess leave silently like a hawk stalking its prey. His eyes then turned to his Prince, who had went to his human. "As much as I'm sure you'd prefer to be near your human the heir of Heaven does have a point. The sooner you tell our kind of the treaty and begin enforcing it the sooner you needn't worry about your fath- Lord Lucifer interfering..." he said wincing a little as the said Lord sent a jolt of pain through his body as he attempted to address the Lord of Hell differently than as Lord Lucifer. Before Lucifer hadn't minded being addressed as such, but since his current torture target, the human female Sikura, was on hold he decided to quell his boredom by torturing the bat winged demon.

Looking over at the demon who 'liked pain' I still felt like I should do somethig... Another sigh escaped my lips, wow... I do that a lot lately... If he wants me to help he would ask, and else he wouldnt.

Zeak watched as talon suffered from the king of hell. In a way it made him smile a sadistic smile that was alittle more suiting to his current look. He didnt even mind the thought of a good knock out drag out brawl between him and Talon. But this wasnt the place nore the time for that. Instead he sat silently waiting to here Penelope call for him incase something terrible were to happen.

Talon closed his eyes as one eye twitched a little at the prospect of being treated like a lowly dog by his closest friend. He let out a sigh though and decided it was best to let it go. "At least I'm a useful dog I suppose..." he said quietly and more to himself than anyone else. He knew of course that following after the Prince would be easier said than done since Lucifer seemed to enjoy causing him pain with every movement that he made. He let out another sigh when suddenly an idea popped into his mind. He knew that the Lord of Hell always did enjoy making deals, and he seemed to be just in the right torturous mood to make them.

There was perhaps one thing that Talon knew that the Lord of the Underworld wanted from him but would never really be allowed to receive. Although he didn't like the prospect of offering it up as a trade, if it would lessen the ruthless torture of the Lord if even for a little while, he would offer it. After all the reason he had withheld it from the Demon Lord was no longer there; as he was ordered by his dear friend, perhaps unknowningly, to have it any longer. Mentally he made his offer which, as he expected, was immediately and greedily accepted by the evil Lord. The moment the trade was accepted the bat wing demon could feel some of the pain ebbing away from his body. His eyes glanced over at the sadistically smiling fallen that was the Princess's body guard. "Enjoy your suffering" he said with his own sadistic smile and laugh. Deep down he had been itching for a battle with Zeak since their exchange of words when they had flown after the heirs after Damien's first little spat about his human. He too knew of course that now was not the time for a fallen battle, as much as he wished for it and despite the fact he was fully a demon now rather than a fallen angel.

Calmly he followed after his Prince, now that he could move without tremors of pain coursing through his body at his every movement. Talon had managed to make it beside the heir before they had fully reached the room that held both the awaiting Princess as well as the other angels and demons that had attended this ball. "You're cruel you know that? And not in a good way" he said quietly with a sigh towards his friend and playfully poked him in the side of the head before, falling back behind him as was required of him. He also managed to pull the claw of his wing out of his back, as painful at it was. It had begun to slightly heal on its own, as most wounds eventually do, though it would still take perhaps weeks for it to fully heal and be functional again without the use of healing powers. Perhaps later he would take the offer from the half mechanical angel. He didn't exactly trust the priestess angel to do it for one reason or another. Perhaps it was because of the fact she was a priestess angel who didn't quite understand the world of the demons, or so he was told by his second mentally at one point when he was searching for the Prince in Hell. Of course whether or not that was the reason only the bat winged demon knew for sure.

Regardless he pushed such thoughts aside for the time being as they entered the ballroom and waited for Damien to be seated, before he took his knelt position beside his throne. At the Prince's words he could hear a few lower demons protest at such a thing. One in particular had caught Talon's attention. It was a scraggly lower demon who was not only protesting against it, but even making pitiful threats and comments about the 'Prince being unfit to be their Prince any longer' and how 'he would kill the Prince and reclaim the glory of the demons' and so on and so forth. This of course only rallied some of the other lower demons up, as the demon seemed to offer some strange sort of courage for them. This naturally annoyed the fairly calm demon as he felt the 'weak should know their place', especially now and in the realm of demons.

Now that he was no longer hampered by the immense pain that he had felt before, though he still felt a slight headache and small spurts of pain every now and again from his wing and other small damages that had been made, Talon was able to use his natural speed to withdraw his only other concealed dagger in his other boot, throw it at the demon, and watch as it deftly hit the demon square between the eyes causing the demon to fall and die almost instantly within the blink of an eye. The only perhaps evidence that was visible that the demon's death was caused by Talon was the outstretched arm that had thrown it as it gently and slowly returned to its previous position. His eyes then glanced warningly around the lower demons while at the same time daring them to speak against the Prince and be made into more examples. At seeing their source of 'courage' fall a fair amount of the lower demons quieted down, though some still whispered their opposition towards the treaty quietly. They could fully see the 'battle happiness', begin to peak through and slowly take over, that Talon was renowned for gleaming in the bat demon's eyes. Talon knew fully well of the slow take over his alternate personality was doing and soon leave Damien's side temporarily to satisfy it at the rate it was going. Even now it was taking most of the demon's control to resist the urge to turn the room into a blood bath that the killing of the lower demon brought on.
