She nodded and laid back on the couch after he stood. She put her hands behind her head casually.

He smiled at her, leaned over and kissed her forehead, and then headed upstairs.
As he got into his car, he noticed his cell phone, which he left in the car, had missed a call. Seeing it was from Sam, he quickly backed out and drove to her place. He pulled up about 45 minutes later, cursing the number of lights he had been stopped at. He got out, made sure his clothes looked good, then headed to the door and knocked. |
my mom got the door and I could tell it was eric, he came upstairs and hugged me "hey"I say"where ya been?" I ask it wasent an acusation i just wanted to know where he was and why he didnt pick up his cell.

She rolled over on her side and took out her phone. She called up her old friend Jennie and called her. She told her about her entire day but left out the recent part with Eric. She would have told her to stop right now or this will get messy.
"Hello?" "Hey!" "HEY! How was your first day?" "Well...I went to school and a few periods into the day this kid started passing notes to me and he was pretty cute but then he mentioned his girlfriend... "Uh-oh. What happened?" "Well, he gave me a tour and we went to have lunch with his girlfriend. She barfed all over me then I ran and his under the bleachers. He gave me a ride home and we ate..." She remembered the pizza in the oven and bolted up the stairs. She took out the pizza and was clouded with smoke. "You still there?" "Yeah I'll call you back!" She said, and dropped the phone on the floor. |
"After school? I needed to get some notes to Caleb. You remember Caleb, my friend. He and I have fourth period together, and I missed it when showing Ichigo around, so I needed to find out what I missed. We grabbed some food and I went over his notes, then I came over here. I guess I left my phone in my car when we ate." He smiled at her, hoping she believed him. He would have to get Caleb to corroborate his story, but he knew his best friend would have his back. "Never mind that, how are you? What happened today?" He kissed her forehead, then motioned her back into her room.

"Oh right I remember him" I say and kiss him on the cheek.
"I just felt sick thats all..is she alright? did you tell her I am SOOO sorry???" I was worried I didnt want ichigo to hate me.. |
He smiled at her. "Of course I did. She's fine, if a little weirded out. I'm sure she'll be able to put it behind her." I hope. "But don't worry about that for now. Want to hang out tonight, or do you need to rest?"

"lets hang out, Ive missed you all day" I say and make his favorite pouty face and giggle.

She took out a hot pad and took out the pizza. She set it on the table under the cabinets. She saw the pizza was on fire and panicked. She closed the oven and crawled around looking for her phone. She grabbed the phone and stood up, noticing the cupboard was on fire. She screamed and grabbed the fire extinguisher. She looked for the directions on it but couldn't find them in the smoke. She ran to the living room and called 911. She ran outside coughing and wheezing. The police and fire trucks came and she was crying.

Smiling, he lifted her up in his arms and carried her over to her bed. Setting her on it, he sat next to her and kissed her forehead again. "I'm just glad you're alright."

"thanks" I smiled.
"how are you doing?" I was wondering if he was ok. |
He paused, then nodded. "Alright. It's been a long day, I guess." He layed back on the bed. "I just... need a break. Some time to get my head together." He looked over at her, "and sitting here with you is exactly the comfort I could hope for."

I smiled " well I am glad to hear that" and snuggle up to him, I put my head on his chest and listen to him breathe. I never want this moment to end.
" I love you" I whispered. |
He ran a hand through her hair, comforted by the soft pressure of her head to his chest. 'So do you. Sam is your girl, not Ichigo. You can't just throw away what you have for her.' "I love you too." He leaned forward, kissing her on the top of the head, then layed back again. 'Do you really?' He closed his eyes, and wrapped an arm around her.

I closed my eyes, and listened to his heartbeat. I cannot believe I was upset over that new girl.
heh. Silly me. My birthday was coming up and I couldn't wait to see what Eric got me. I sighed and rubbed my hand threw his happy trail. |
Ichigo has had asthma since she was born. Therefor, the smoke really hurt her lungs and she fell to the ground coughing. They put a mask over her face and brought her in an ambulance. When she woke up, she took out her phone and texted her mom and Eric.
"I'm in the hospital but I'll be fine, don't worry." |
I started to dose of when Eric's phone went off..
I opened my eyes annoyed and he seemed to want to ignore it but he sisnt he checked it and his eyes went wide "everything ok?" |
As he lay there, he realised his cell phone was vibrating. He never had the volume up, because he would always forget to turn it down in class. He reached into his back pocket and pulled out the phone. He held it over his head, reading the text. His eyes widened as he read it. "Um..." Should I tell her? Will she be Jealous I gave her my number? "Not sure. Just a second." He flipped his phone open, then typed out a quick reply.
"Are U ok? What Happened?" |
She coughed and immediately nurses came running in. That's when she knew she was on intensive care. She told them she was fine and opened her phone.
"That pizza I made started on fire." |
"Oh man." He typed back "Are you going to be all right?" Then he turned to Sam. "Ichigo lit her house on fire. She's in the hospital."

She coughed and was surrounded, once again.
"I'm fine! Go away!" She slid her phone open again. "I had an asthma attack. I don't think I'll be in school tomorrow, but I'll be okay." |
" Oh my god!" I say and jump up. "we have to go see her!" I say and start getting my shoes on, Eric looks shocked."what? shes our friend.we need to go and see her" and I continue to put my shoes on.
