Kitty was scared now, "Tatsu tatsu? Santo?!" They shoved a sedative on her face and she went out.

Rain turned the key after a minute or two, thinking. Too close.. Way too close. Any second later and Kitty would have been.. She gulped. She'd just met her and she felt close to her.
She put the key in her pocket and rushed in and found Santo filling out forms. She sat next to him and whispered, "They got anything on Kitty yet?"

A doctor came out of the back overed in blood, "She's lost a lot of blood, the other doctors are with her now she has come internal wounds and nurses are bringing blood and such, She'll be better in a few days." HE was wiping the blood off licking his lips. "Cats"

He turned to Rain and said, "Nothing yet." He went silent not really in the mood to talk.

After waiting for some time a doctor finally came in. Santo looked at the doctor trying not to be annoyed and said, "Can we see her now?"

Rain's head snapped up when she heard the voice.
"Days!?"

Was that.. chi [[another rough translation: blood]] on his lips? Did he just lick it off? What was that he said, 'Cats'?

[[By the way, Chikuma.. I don't know if you noticed or did it on purpose, your name is something like 'Bloodbear' or 'Bear's Blood' in Japanese. Chi is blood, Kuma is bear. I just noticed. hehe.]]

"oh sorry that was inconsiderate of me she is your friend. I like blood i'm sorry it's a medical condition. her's got on me so i licked it it's cats blood it tastes good." He was standing with his arms crossed.

Santo couldn't take it and grabbed by the man by the collar shoving him against the wall and said coldly,"I don't care if it is some fucking condition we're her friend's and that's not only unprofessional but rude. You better let me see her you piece of shit!"

Wait.. did she even say anything about the whole blood on the lips thing? Was this doctor some kind of mindreader or something!?!?
Calm down, Rain.. calm down.. you're stressing over Kitty at the moment, I'm sure you said something and didn't realize it..

She winced as Santo slammed him into the wall. She got up shaking and put a hand on his shoulder, squeezed it once, and told him to sit back down.

"heh go ahead she's unconcious in the er room down the hall, 1001" HE laughed, "yeah who said I wasn't a student?"

"Santo.. come on. We're going to go see her now."
She picked up the half-filled forms and gave them to the lady behind the counter.
"we'll fill these out later. now, don't mind us, we're going to go see her. NOW."

Santo let the man go but remembers not only his face but the name on his tag. Santo did not forget details easily once he set them in his mind. Certain things could be dealt with later. "Come on Rain lets go see her," he said his eyes still a little icy. It didn't take him long to get to the room and he went straight to her. He sat next to her bed and said softly," Hey how's girl doing?"

"I'm sorry you probably saw Zale," He was refering to the asshole from the hall, "she's fine who ever covered her eye was smart, the stomach wounds are much better, She's a furbin she'll be ok now." He smiled at them lots of blood, "Were gonna move her to a clean room now that we have got the wounds cleaned and her clean oh any clothes perchance, she'll have a robe on but she needs undergarments." He was being sympathetic.

((the guys an asshole and will say anything to anger people not that he will be reappearing, much.))

"Santo.. I think she's unconscious. Just saying."
Santo had beautiful hair.. it was shiny and looked soft.. What would it feel like if she ran her hand through it.. WAIT A MINUTE! What the hell are you thinking!? Don't do that! Your friend is lying unconscious on the bed and all you can think about is his HAIR!?!?!?

"I think I have extras I bought this evening.. I should.. run out to my car and get them."

He listened to the new doc and said, "How long will she have to be here?" He was worried about her and didn't think she would want to stay at the hospital any longer than she had to.

He turned to Rain and said softly," Could you? That would be really sweet."

"On it! Objective Get Underwear From Rain's Car IN ACTION NOWW."
Rain realized how stupid that sounded and gave a small laugh, turned around and ran out the room, blushing.
You do NOT like him. AT ALL. DO YOU HEAR ME DAMNIT?!?!?

Kitty stirred, speaking through her unconciousness, "Santo why are you with
Tatsu."

"That's not normal," the doctor said, "Then again she is an other." he watched as the nurses lifted her to the clean cot on wheels to be taken to a nicer place, "oh if you two wanna stay with her walk with me, and if you could get those,"

A female nurse looked, "though her band is probably bigger than yours, cup maybe not, Sorry, i notice these things," She frowned at her own tiny breasts.

"Ok no boob fights girls we have a long night with this one a few more sets of stitches before she can go on the clean bed." He handed on of the nurses the blood bag, as he grabbed the needles and tread, "Her eye first then the bits on her stomach the ones on her rib cage are ok for regular cleaning and bandaging, yay for ribs. And cats healing abilities."

Rain looked through her car and found the bag full of crap she bought today. she dumped everything but the undergarments out, and dashed back inside and handed the bag to the doctor.
"I'm not sure if we should put them on right now. She looks pretty bad."

He reacted when he heard her and said softly to her,"It's okay Kitty I'm right here." He touched her hand gently so she could feel him. He didn't care right now if she thought he was Santo or Tatsu as long as she knew someone was there for her.

Santo gritted his teeth as the doctor and nurse talked. It seemed to him that everyone who worked here was disrespectful and it took all he had to calm himself down. He simply said coldly,"I'll follow."

Rain followed behind Santo, keeping her eyes on the walls and things so she wouldn't reach out towards his hair.
I hope Kitty will be okay...

"no were not gonna put them on, right now." He sighed and finished sewing her eye, both along the eye lid and the slash down her face. "that is bad i feel for her she'll have to be watched carefully whatever caused this needs to be kept from happening," he looked at Santo, "Don't know anything but i'm guessing you are very close to her a boyfriend or maybe husband." He went to the worst ripped whole in her side and sewed it up along with the others.

Kitty mumbled, "Santo....Tatsu." She smiled. This was all amusing what ever was going on in her head.

"oh and thanks for the underwear i hope that someone is willing to get her a proper band," the nurse added agian.

" Shut up Naily let me work i'm almost done with these, then you can wash her up and get her dressed, while i Talk to these lovely people."

Santo got a faint blush, something he did not do often, and said to the doctor, "Ah no actually I'm her tenant. She has a lot of close friends so we can all watch over her." He kept out of the doctor's way but held her hand on the side that they were not working on.

Rain's head snapped up when she heard 'boyfriend' and 'husband'. She tried playing it off, acting like she had a crick in her neck or something..

"Santo.. I think we should drive back to the apartments and get pillows and stuff so we could stay with her."
Rain's body tingled and she tried not to blush. She really started to like this guy.

He looked over to Rain and said, letting out a sigh,"Oh uh maybe. I kinda don't want to leave her in case she wakes up. I would suck to be all alone in a hospital. Maybe we could take some from an empty room or something." He tried to give her a smile and told her, "Thank Rain for everything. I'm not sure things would have went so well if you hadn't been there. If you don't mind I would like it if you stayed. It would be nice to have someone to talk to." He wasn't a fan of hospitals and talking to Rain would keep him awake.
