He glanced over at her saying, "Are you sure? I'm fine with more people coming and I don't mind waiting a bit." He looked toward the area she indicated making a mental note so he would remember later. "Well that sounds just fine," he said with a smile appreciating the feline and feminine features of her face now that a smile graced her lips.

Kitty nodded, "wanna come see if he's awake and willing, then." She pointed up the stairs to the third floor.

"Sure, besides I should meet the neighbors right?" he said with a small laugh. He hoped the other tenants would be as friendly as the landlord. He would like to spend some of his days relaxing and talking with new people.

She Headed up the stairs, "Now if i remember right he is in the far right room. I hope his parents weren't rough on him." She walked over and knocked on the door, "Cove dear would you like to go for a walk for a bit and get some lunch possibly?"

Hearing the knock at his door Cove opened his eyes, noticing he was now on his floor. "Hmm?" Rubbing the sleep out of his eyes he pushed himself up and walked to his door. He opened his door seeing Kitty and Santo. "Heeey guys. Sorry I was taking a nap. Whats up?" Cove rubbed his left eye from sleep. |

Santo gave the man a smile and put his hand out for a shake saying, "It's nice to meet you. My name is Santo, Santo DeMaro. I'm a new neighbor now since this lovely lady was willing to let me rent out an apartment." |
Kitty blushed again, "Oh why thank you Santo." She turned to Cove, "Would you like to go on a walk around the town Cove?" She smiled, "oh and I hope your parents weren't to rough on you."

Lacey sighed, taking in her surroundings. 'Finally, im home!' She grinned widely and stretched her muscles. After that agonizing wait in the three hour plane ride, she was tuckered out. Lace trudged through the door, weighed down by her belongings, and lightly tapped on the wall near the front desk. " Kitty? You there? " She called while pulling out her rental fees. |
Cove smiled and shook Santo's hand. "Nice to meet you. I'm Cove Green." Then he turned to Kitty. "Oh man, that sounds nice. Lemme just put my shoes back on." He turned away walking towards his couch and reached for his shoes as he sat down. They were slipo-ns so he just pulled them and was ready to go. Grabbing his hoodie off the couch and slipped it on, as he walked towards Kitty and Santo outside his door. His keys were still attached to his belt loop, jiggling with ever step. "Alright, ready?" He asked them as he walked out of his apartment closing his door behind him.

Kitty nodded then heard and old friend down stairs, "Oh lacey's back, I don't know if she'll wanna go, Lets go find out." she skipped away to the stairs then turned back and winked at the boys. "Shall we?" She was blushing but enjoying herself.

"Nice to meet you as well Cove," he said and watched as the man got ready. So far everyone seemed friendly enough and Santo was glad. He had a feeling this was going to be a good place for him to stay. Santo let out a little laugh at Kitty's wink and said, "Yes that sounds good." He followed down the stairs after her.

Kitty saw Lacey at the office, "I'm here and happy you came back Lacey." She hugged the only other girl living there for now. "we're gonna head out you can go up to your room and rest we can play catch up when we get back." |
Cove followed them both down the stairs, his hands in his pockets. "I think this'll be the most fun I've had since my trip." He took one of his hands out, feeling his buzz cut. "And I can grow my hair back out." Green mumbled, and then sighed.

He looked at Cove and asked, "Why did you cut it?" He always liked knowing more about people but luckily knew when to stand back. So far everyone seemed pretty open and willing to share.

"i'm gonna guess his parent's. Am i right cove buddy?" She smiled at them. Then opened the door to let them out.

"Yup. They aren't found of long hair or facial hair. I even have a seperate wardorbe for when I go see them. Learned that one the hard way. I showed up in MANDALS and they would'nt even let me on the property." Cove sighed remembering that, scrubbing his face withhiw palms. "My parents are rediculus! My mom almost cried!" He walked out the door, smiling at Kitty. "Thank you, Kitty."

He stepped out into the fresh air then held the door so Kitty could come out. "Thank you Kitty," he said to her. He looked back at Cove and asked, "I hope you don't mind the question but why are your parents so strict?" He thought about his own long hair and how much he would hate to have it cut. He was a tad vain and he knew it but it was part of who he was.

Jaize sat at on the park bench, running her hands through her hair in utter confusion. Long white locks flushed back as she unfolded the newspaper she'd brought with her.
"What am I suppose to do..." she muttered, scanning the inky pages with little to no interest when the ad caught her eye for an apartment. "200 huh?" A smile spread across her features as she read more, standing up while a group of children ran past on the path with kites. "Address...address...addres- ah!" She pushed a thin digit to the page, re-reading the address and spinning around to head in that direction. Hopefully there were still rooms left...this woman was in desperate need of one. |
"Its alright. They've just always been that way. Everything had to be perfect and look a certain way. Mostly with appearences." Cove looked over at Santo. "I couldn't wait to move out. 'Cause then I could be myself. I mean like...they don't even know I'm Gay." He shuddered at the thought of them knowing.

Kitty laughed, "I got to put the sign up."
I'm out for now, wanna rent i got 3 rooms left and am looking for someone, look around town, I look like this: (the pic on the first page.) Kitty turned around to face the guys, and opened her arms up, "Shall we?" |
Santo held out his arm and said polity, "I belive it's the lady who holds the men's arms." He gave her a wink. He turned to Cove and replied, "That must be hard. It isn't easy when family doesn't accept you for who you are."
