He held her and could sense that more of a balance was being made between her and the cat. His heart sunk a bit when she said she had to go running but he wanted to help her and if that's what she needed then he would go along with it. He brightened a bit though when she asked if he would like to come. He looked at her and said, "Kitty I would love to come with you if it's okay with your cat." He gently brushed back some of her hair and said, "The cat is part of who you are and I want to get to know all of you Kitty."

Kitty instantl brightened at that and hugged him tighter, "I love my cat and it would break my heart if anyone didn't like her." She backed off alittle, "Though I guess Tastu didn't like her much......" She sighed, and bounced back. "Well once i get these packages out i'll take you out to the ranch." She thought a moment, "Oh and don't get in her way and no guns, but bows are ok." She chuckled it was a long time since she wen't hunting herself.

Santo couldn't help but smile at her response as she held him close. He kissed her lightly on the forehead and said, "Well the cat is a part of you so I couldn't not like it. You come together and I don't mind that at all." He was grateful his brother had listened to him. He still had to deal with his Father but knowing that Kitty cared about him made it not seem so bad.

"You have a ranch? Hmm well I've never used a bow before so perhaps I shouldn't. I wouldn't want to accidentally hurt you. Though I still want to come along," he said to her with one of his bright smiles.

"Ok. Yeah well it's a pack owned ranch. I wish i had my own place to run, but i don't. We will have to take a special bus, and the bus station is next to the post office." She giggled when he kissed her forehead. Then slipped out of his arms and went for the packages. "Why'd he set them on the ground like that?" She picked two of the three up so Santo could still carry the one if He wanted. Then she headed down the block towards the Post office before stopping and running back to Santo, "Why are you afraid of your father?" She asked with a sort of raised eyebrow since she couldn't do it.

"Pack run huh, will it be okay if I come?" he asked tentatively. He wasn't sure if he would be welcome there or not but he didn't want to be away from Kitty.

When she went for the paintings Santo felt bad and said, "Sorry my fault. I shouldn't have given them to him to hold. I hope they will be okay. If they are damaged I promise to pay for them." Carefully he picked up the one she left for him. He got a little smile glad she remembered.

Santo walked with her toward the post office. He didn't really want to talk about his family but he didn't want to keep things from her. So he said in reply to her question, "He is the head of the largest mafia on this coast." He looked at her asked pleadingly, "Please don't tell the others. It isn't something I want the others to know about." He paused for a moment and said quietly, "If. . if you don't want to be around someone like me or have me at the apartments I would understand. Good things don't usually follow people like me. I'm not in the business but Father wants to change that." He wasn't completely comfortable talking about himself but it was only fair that she know.

"You really think i'm afraid of the mafia?" She smiled at him. "I'm not so sure but there's a possibility that one of the pack members deals with them but I don't know. Leader likes to get involved with everything so he has ears and know when something unplesent happens to one of his 'kits' as he calls us." She looked at Santo, "though assuming things isn't a good thing. I don't care who you were raised as you are Santo and that is all that maters." She smiled as she finished, "My brother/cousin owns It and loves when i bring my company, because he's gay his father doesn't let him leave the ranch....one more reason for me to hate the man." She grumbled. "You two will get along great and if i tell him not to tell, he won't. That, and no one runs during the day, but me. Sunned fur is awsome!"

Shrugging, Cove pulled his camera out of his hoodie pocket and started taking pictures. It was his usually camera, it was just a normal small and silver camera for everyday use. He didn't want to use his professional one today. He tooks a view pictures of the ducks, and the fish and some boring stuff. Cove looked around and them shrugged his shoulders again. Usually when he came to the park he ran into someone he knew by the pond. "Well, isn't this interesting? He mumbled to himself, staring at a Swan.

Santo didn't comment when Kitty asked if he really thought she was afraid of the mafia. Anyone who really, really knew what his family and their organization did would be afraid. Santo himself was terrified of his family. He loved them, especially his brother but he knew what they did. The only reason he had gotten off the hook so many times is because of who he was related to. Nothing like being the son of the man in charge.

Santo said, "Yes they deal with almost everyone so I'm sure they have some sort of representative for the different were packs." He paused though and smiled at her asking, "You really don't mind being with me?" It was more than he could have hoped for.

"It would be nice to meet your brother/cousin. Gay huh," he said with a hint of teasing in his voice as he continued, "Well you better hope he isn't more beautiful and charming then you or you might have some competition." He gave her a wink to let her know for certain that he was just teasing. They had made it to the post office so Santo opened the door for her.

She play pouted, "Well what if i found your brother more attractive?" She laughed and walked to the desk seeing there was no line. She carefully paid the shipping from her account then dusted off the bottom and asked for the fragile stickers. She got the tracking tickets and put them in a little hand bag. Then turned to Santo, "Lets get out of here." She walked out of the building to the one next to it, "It's a two hour ride and we are dropped off at the gate. I'll call my brother then and he'll ocme get us in his truck." She was busy ordering the 20 dollar tickets.

Santo laughed and said, "He's about as fun to hug as a brick wall." Once she finished with the packages he followed her back outside. "Okay, but I insist on paying for the tickets," he said to her. He wasn't trying to be bossy he just wanted to be helpful and a gentleman.

Hal rubbed his red rimmed eyes tiredly. There was no denying how glad he was to be back, but a part wished to have stayed. He'd missed his ma and pa, not to mention that guy but the 'festivities' were a bit wild. He glanced at his small pack with a faint grin. Hal had tucked his tags and the like into his bag for safetey's sake, along with a dew other treasures he'd come across. The cab he was in stopped and he paid the driver before entering the apartment. Everything seemed normal though it was awfully quiet. Dragging his pack with him, Hal went to Kitty's desk and found his cell phone tucked away, before slipping up the stairs with his luggage slung over his back.

Rain stopped at a stoplight when she heard a familiar ding coming from her car. Sighing, she made her way into the turning lane and waited for the light to turn green. She drummed her fingers as a older man stopped beside her and made the motion for her to turn her music down. Seeing him, and not caring, she turned her music up louder, smirking. She wasn't really excited about going to Annabelle's house, and it put her in a really crappy mood, having to deal with the bitch. The light turned green, and she drove off, making her way into the gas station and parking, turning her car off before getting out and pushing her card into the old thing. It took about five minutes to start itself up, and Rain tapped her foot. Punching in her code, she sighed.

"You should make sure nobody can see you when you're putting your code in." Rain turned around to look at the taller man behind her, studying his features. He was Asian of course, wearing casual black clothes, but only black, from head to toe. Part of her heart bumped in happiness because her cousin was alive, and the other in hatred. "1430. Your favorite number, combined with your date of birth. Not that I had to look at your hand punching in the codes to know that," he said, leaning against her car. "Shuu, you know you missed my birthday." Shuu lifted his head at his name, and lowered it a bit. "I know. Blah, blah, Happy Belated Birthday, Rain. But that's not why I came." He pulled a piece of paper out of his back pocket. "Uncle wants you here." He handed her the paper, and she took it, stuffing it into her bra. He snorted. "I wish you wouldn't do that." She laughed. "Whenever do you care? How are they?" He looked her in the eye, his green ones shining while looking at her brownish-green. "You still have those contacts?" She nodded. "And them, their.. Eh, more or less okay." He looked around, and then pulled her into a quick hug, as if he didn't want anyone seeing it.

"Look. I'll see you then. Uncle said don't pack a ton of clothes so that you have luggage. Use an alias. Though you already are," he stopped himself. "Alright, yeah. I know, I know. Not that switching letters in my name around counts as using an alias." Sighing, she let her cousin go, watching him walk away. He stopped just before he was out of her eyesight, and twisted his hand so that he was making an 'O' with his thumb and index finger over his chest, slightly to the left. She did it back, and watched him disappear. She finished pumping her gas, and got into her little orange car, trying to plan to find a way to tell Kitty, Santo, and Cove that she would be leaving for a bit next week.

Her thoughts circling in her mind, Rina Ohayashi sped off towards Annabelle's house, trying to get this last client dealt with before the deadline.

"Ok then" She stood aside when the woman asked for 40 dollars. "I won't fight it." She smiled at him and saw that their bus was already there. "wow that's convenient, The bus is here." She smiled up at Santo.

Santo smiled at Kitty and said, "Thanks." He turned to the woman and gave her the forty dollars needed for the two bus tickets. He looked out and saw the bus saying to Kittty, "Wow that is convenient. I'm glad we don't have to wait around for too long."

The woman handed Kitty the tickets, "It doesn't change the hour ride, but still it is nice." She went out the door and knocked on the bus door holding up their tickets.

A young man opened the door, "You're going to that ranch right miss Kitty-Jean."

"As always Marko" He walked to a seat in the back not noticing Marko following her movements. She turned around. "How's this spot Santo? There'll prolly be two other people on, Not many take this bus." She laughed.

Santo smiled at the woman and replied, "An hour isn't bad if you have good company." He then looked at Kitty glad he had stood up to his brother.

When they went to the bus it was hard for him not to glare at the man that was more than obviously checking out Kitty. He turned his attention to Kitty and said, "This seat is fine." He sat down glad he was sitting with her.

Kitty smiled, "I agree an hour with good company is more important than years without." She reached for her cat so that they could share the feeling, and her cat was enjoying this as much as she was, which caused her to laugh.

Santo was about to agree with her when she began to laugh. He looked at her and said, "What are you laughing about? Hmm" He put his arm around her laying it on the back of the seat. Santo hoped she wouldn't mind but he liked having her close.

She Smiled and snuggled into him as the bus took off the older couple that got on after them were at the front looking at a book, "My cat is enjoying this, very much." She giggled.

Marko saw this and sighed, He would never win with her.

Cove stood up, camera in his hoodie pocket. He didn't bother turning it off, easier to take a picture. Pulling his iPod from his back pocket, pulling his black and gold skull candy headphones over his heads. Turning on his iPod, he scrolled to "shuffle" and clicked on it. Kesha's "tic tok" automatically started playing and he smriked, having a bit of dance in his step. He pulled out his camera, taking pictures as he made his way to the Park's exit. He was heading back to the Apartment building.
