Suddenly stood straight and walked normally through the crowd as though he were just on a stroll. The traffic was absolutely dreadful in this area, this light particularly. It was his chance.
Hal readied the large knife in his coat pocket and with the other hand waved to the crowd on the other side of the road. "Hey Christine!" He called with a big smile before looking both way and moving through the maze of cars that wouldn't be moving for quite a while.

Once was passing by the car Rain was in he flashed his knife out and smashed the but against the window, shattering it to pieces. Without a moment of hesitation he unlocked the car and ripped the door open so he could rip Rain out of the car and take off, knife ready to slice the guys if they made a move. He thrust Rain over his shoulder and was about to haul his ass out of there.

Cove shot up, awake from the couch, looking around quickly. "What was that?" He shoved his shoes on, running towards the window seeing Hal and the car. "shitfuck!" He mumbled under his breath, running to the door and pulled his black bomber jacket off of the hook from his door. On the inside of his jacket were two pockets, one the left was a gun and the right was a 6 inch switch blade. In his left back pocket was a 5 inch switchblade Reaching in his jacket he unzipped them, and then zipped up his jacket and ran out the door of his apartment. He ran down the stairs and towards the front door and out. Cove rushed in the direction of Hal and Rain, his hands in his pockets, keeping them ready to unzip his jacket and pull out his weapons if need be. He kept his eyes on the two.

Kitty glared right back, "Tastu loved me very much, There were just certain things he didn't love, my "cat" was one of them. She used Santo as a wall and slid to the ground her brother and santo were the only ones dressed. "Everyday he was worried she would just turn on him and kill. So I held back my cat, of course after 2 months of this i ended up having fits and forced transformations.

Nilx had walked into the woods and returned with a cloak for both the nude cats, then joined kitty on the ground soon joined by Meekial. "It's time to understand this I guess. I'm just tired and "cat" really wants to run, so it shall be short."

((Like one more post short. then she shall hunt again.))

Santo felt out of place but wouldn't leave Kitty. He felt a bit like he was intruding on a private conversation. He decided though he would not leave unless Kitty asked him to. Santo sat down next to Kitty and place a loving arm gently around her.

((sorry don't have time now was gonna do it but need to eat then classes around twelve thirty, I mean in 4 and a half hours, it shall be done.))

Kitty leaned heavily on Santo, "So though I'm not an Important member of the pack because i am not a direct decendant of the leader, everyone seems to have become super worried now that I am away from Tastu, since it was hard for me to change while I was with him."

Meekial and Nilx nodded, then Meekial spoke. "Now we know we were right to worry, we should have kidnapped you multiple times a month so you wouldn't have sufficated your cat."

"Well that wouldn't have helped my cat was fighting both ways she was confused as to why the human part of her was loving testu's sweet kind demenor and his handsome face, when he hated that she was able to fully turn into a cat. IT disturbed him. Yet he loved me."

Nilx spoke, "I'm sorry sis but that ain't love that's just controling and he prolly tried to change you from being what you were."

"NO!" Kitty yelled her face turned to a snarl, "Don't bad talk Tastu," She slowly calmed back down, using the act of rubbing Santo's back. "No you may be right but my cat wouldn't have it, she protected me from whatever that would be i guess."

A tear went down kitty's cheek and she shook her head, "Well it's irrelevant now i need to run with Santo so Meekial if you would, and Nilx also sho" She jumped up and stretched, "I'm tired of all the sad stuff that's been happening in my home, time to get happy!!!! WOooooo!!!" She ran in a circle as the other two cats tried to pounce on her.

"Kitty becareful I'll let Kira and Kire out, to watch you."

"Ok!" The made the peice sign and hugged the other two cats before they ran off to the ranch. She turned back to Santo and sat, hugging him in the process, "I'm sorry I was sure Meekial would pounce on you. oh and Kira and Kire are the black leopards that we let run with anyone who could hurt themselves, I won't but they shall worry about me forever." She nuzzled his chin.

((Not entirely sure it makes sense I was trying to make this short I'm tired of the emo that i keep falling back into so i hope this may clear that up a bit. There'll be another crack when she morphes till her body gets used to it again.))

Hal's eyes narrowed when he saw Cove spring from the Apartment as he hauled Rain away from the kidnappers as fast he could with as little rest as he'd had in the passed week.

He couldn't help but believe that Cove had a dangerous look in his eye that did not match the rest of his face.

Santo held on to her when she leaned against him. He listened to them but said nothing. He knew how Kitty felt about Tatsu and though it may not have been a perfect arrangement they had loved one another.

He did worry a bit when she started to run in circles but chalked it up to needing to get some emotion out. Once the others had left he wrapped his arms around her as she hugged him. He gently brushed some of her hair away and said, "It's okay. They care about you and just want to make sure you are alright. Though I am grateful it's just the two of us again." He smiled at her and placed a little kiss on her forehead.

"Me to Santo, Me to." Kitty broke free of the hug and turned shrugging off the cloak, "ONe moment." She chuckled and ran into the woods to change with a crack and a yelp. She leaped through the bushes in cat mode and laid down. She looked up at Santo attempting to show her welcome to pet.

[[Shiiet. I have the flu guys. Sawreh, meh leaves y'all open.]]

The men in the car sat back when traffic picked up, obviously annoyed. Zeb, in the back seat, checked up on Rain every now and then, making sure she was still paralyzed. "Hey, Milo.. Look." He squished Rain's face together in his hands. "Asian fish." Milo snorted as the man in the back laughed. This dumb asshole. Rain wanted to move, to slap him upright.. But all she could do was put a menacing look in her eyes.

Seconds later the window smashed. "What the hell, ZEB!" Zeb looked around. "It wasnt me! I swear!" Rain let out a small inaudible yelp when she was dragged through the window. Hal? Milo screamed at Zeb some more before noticing the two men in the street taking Rain back. "We can't let her go! Get. Her. Now." Zeb and the other man scrambled to find their weapons, getting sloppily out of the car and chasing after Hal, stopping when they reached Cove. "Move." Zeb said, making his way past Cove, only to be yanked back again.

Cove looked directly at Hal's eyes, nodding to him.

"Yeah, Noooot gonna happen, buddy." Cove said with a smirk to Zeb. "I'd call it quits and turn back if I were you two." He quickly unzipped his jacket, swiftly pulling out his gun pointing it at Milo's head, pulling back the hammer. "While you still have the chance."

Milo's lip curled up as he stood perfectly still. "Get him, Zeb!" Zeb looked from Cove to Milo, confused. Milo took a step back, grabbing Zeb. "You never were too smart." Taking a few more steps backwards, he threw Zeb at Cove and ran after Hal and Rain. He turned around once he'd reached them halfway. "Ah, ah! Don't shoot.. I might dodge the bullet, and it could hit your little friends here." He yelled at Cove, standing paralell to Hal, who was making his way towards the apartments. He pulled his knife out of his pocket, licking the blade. "Don't do it."

[ I hope you feel better soon! D: ]

"Momma always said being fair would only get me so far." Cove mumbled under his breath. He caught his balance as he grabbed a hold of Zeb before either of them could fall over from him being thrown into him. "Well, aren't you the creeper?" His eyes turned to glare at Milo letting out a growl, "Do you honestly think I'm that stupid to fire at you now? I should've just shot you right away." Cove hadn't released his hold on Zeb yet. He pulled him closer to him, pressing the barrel of the gun to Zeb's temple. He didn't say anything, just kept his eyes on Milo.

Zeb cried out. "Milo! Don't let him shoot me!" Milo snorted. "Go ahead. Shoot the idiot. Nobody needs him. He just keeps me behind. Boss'll understand if he doesn't return." He said, smiling. He backed up and turned around, walking after Hal and Rain. He could take his time. As soon as Hal set the girl down, he'd grab her and run, probably knock the guy out too.

"Fcuking liar." Cove smirked, pulling the gun back a bit. "You know you need him even though he's an idiot." He gripped onto Zeb's shoulder. "God, I just wanna hit that guy. In. The. Face." Green mumbled under his breath, glancing over Zeb. He was starting to get annoyed now, "Some 5 minute hostage you are." Cove growled, glaring at Zeb. He stood there for a few minutes. If he shot at Milo, he'd possibly end up hitting either Hal or Rain. And if he shot Zeb, it wouldn't do him any good either. He was in a rock and a hard place, not knowing what to do.

[ Oh, Coveee. He doesn't know what to do. ]

Zeb's lip trembled. "He left me." He rubbed his face with his hands. "I'm an idiot? Really? That's not what Boss told me. But Milo just left me out. He walked away." Zeb wiped at his eye and hugged at Cove, crying. "Milo left me! How could he? How?"

[[Lmao.. XD]]

Rain saw Cove almost shoot at Milo. Do it, God damnit! She sighed, suprised that it'd came out of her mouth. I guess it wasn't supposed to last for that long. Deciding to test it out, she tried to flex her fingers, and did so against Hal's back. "COVE!" She yelled, hoping to catch his attention and hoping it was louder than a whisper. "Hal, run. God damnit, still can't move my legs yet." she said to him, coming out quietly, as a whisper.

[ XDDD Aw, Zeb. ]

"I...uh..." Cove let go of Zeb, watching him rub his face with his hands. "There....there?" He patted Zeb on the back when he hugged him, hugging him back awkwardly. 'If he wanted to, he could totally take me hostage or kill me right not.' "I'm sure he's just...jealous." He looked over Milo, Hal, Rain and then back at Zeb. "What..am...I suppose to do nowwww?" He whined closing his eyes. "Milo obviously wants the glory. Duh." Cove rolled his eyes, patting Zeb on the top of his head. He paused, hearing his name."RAIN!" He yelled back, turning quickly away from Zeb facing the other three. "You. Stay here. 'Kay? If you do, I'll make you cookies." Then patted him on the head again, running off after Milo, ready to shoot him.

Zeb's lip trembled again. "You're comin' back, right?" He said, watching Cove retreat. "I like oatmeal!" He called.

Milo, on the other hand, had seen Hal make it back to the apartment. The man grinned and was ready to grab Hal when he heard footsteps. "Aww, ya back soon? Tell me ya killed the big blubbering bastard, right?" He smiled, putting his hand in his pocket.

Hal and Rain kept toward the apartment. XD.

[ XDDD. lmao. Zeb makes me laugh. ]

"Yeah, I'm coming back. Alright, alright." He called over his shoulder to Zeb.

Cove smirked at Milo, "Actually, No. We're gonna have a cookie party later. You're not invited, sorry." He pointed his gun at Milo's head, pulling back the hammer of the gun, finger just outside of the ring of the trigger. Cove watched Milo's actions, seeing his hand go into his pocket.

Santo let her go change back into her cat form. He heard the painful sounds as she changed. He hoped she would take more time to change back and forth so this wasn't as painful. Once she returned he reached out and pet her saying softly, "You're beautiful Kitty."

Zeb sat on the ground, holding his knees. "I hope he remembers the oatmeal."

Milo smiled. "Cookie party? What, ya gonna poison him then? Not my way of killing him, but it'll sure do the job. He's stupid enough to take poison if you handed him the bottle." He said, reaching around for his knife. "They didn't send me out to capture Miss Rina Ohayashi for nothing." He said, bringing out a revolver. He made sure it was loaded before he put it up to eye level. "Lets dance."

Kitty rubbed against Santo. When she was happily comfortable she smiled and nudged Santo then ran deeper into the woods. After a few yards she froze and went down. The hunt was on for the deer that was eating quietly in the clearing.

[ XDD Cove won't forget. ]

"Tchh. No. Poisoning people is for cowards." Cove at this point didn't care what happened to him, just as long they didn't get Rain or Hal and hurt them. He was about ten feet away from Milo now. "Bring it, asshole." He pulled his knife out of his inner pocket, swiping the blade out and leaving the knife in his back pocket as a last resort. Cove aimed his handgun again, bringing his finger into the ring. Smirking he pulled the trigger, his hand cocking back a bit.

[[Zeb is a cutie. XD He reminds me of Lennie from Of Mice and Men. xP;;]]

Zeb heard a gunshot and stopped rocking. "Gosh, I hope Milo didn't kill him." He said sadly. "Milo never made me oatmeal cookies. He made oatmeal raisin. I hate raisins. But Milo never cares. I wanted a kitten last week and he gave me a turtle." He resumed his rocking in place, watching the cars go by. "I really, really want that oatmeal cookie." He whispered.

Milo growled, touching his ear, bringing his hand back. "Why thanks, ya bastard. I have a hole right in my ear now." He picked the little piece of his ear up off the sidewalk, looking at the bloodied flesh. "Eh, as long as you're gone, it'll tell an interesting story." He said, firing off three shots from the revolver at Cove. "Ya still standing? Or was it an easy victory?"

[ xD Lennie was my favorit from Of Mice and Men. : D My post is gonna be lame, 'cause I can't think of where Cove would get shot. ]

Cove growled dropping his knife, clutching onto his right shoulder for a moment. 'Of course, I'm gonna get the most damage unless he dies.' His foot covered his knife, blocking from Milo or anyone else from taking it. It was his shooting arm too. His upper arm had been hit, along with his cheek being grazed as well. Grasping his right wrist he brought his arm up to steady himself, firing two rounds at back at Milo.

Milo laughed and dodged the two bullets, they were sort of off after his arm being shot. "Cove! No!" Rain's scream could be heard off, but she couldn't wriggle out of Hal's grip. Zeb also heard the shots and growls and got up, running to Cove and Milo and tripping, falling right on top of Milo. "GOD, you big lump! Get off me!" Milo said, pushing at Zeb. "Why sorry, Milo.. Gawsh.. I thought ya might be in trouble." Milo sighed. "I'm not the one trippin' on top of guns."

Zeb got up and looked at Cove. "Aww, why'd ya have to shoot 'im? He woulda made cookies and I woulda shared." Milo slapped his own head. "You big idiot." He grabbed Zeb and spun him around. "Listen up. That guy's the enemy. He has Boss' little princess." Zeb blinked, confused again. "But.. Cookies aren't the enemy." Milo sighed. Hopeless.." Milo turned his attention back. "Milo! Your ear!" Milo turned on Zeb. "HE. SHOT. ME. COME ON. Think." He said in anger, throwing his gun to the ground, it smashing into big pieces. He whipped out his knife and charged at Cove in a blind rage, wanting to take his anger out then and there.
