(( damn I'm tired. Sorry, once again I had thought I replied when I hadn't. Been helping my friend move and I'm really freakin tired so sorry for being so short.))

Santo gave her a hug and said with a smile, "It does help to get away every now and again but returning home is always a pleasant feeling. I too am curious how everyone is. I hope they are all doing okay." Santo followed her into the kitchen.

She giggled, "As long as no one is crying or dead or spurting blood all over my walls or breakin my rules, all should be normal." She smiled and poked him in the direction of the dining room, "Meekial is here and he hates eating in the kitchen, so we are in the dining room with all it's beautiful furniture and hopefully Nilx didn't get out the granduous table settings." She giggled as she entered the room and saw her cousin pouting in the corner, "What's wrong Meekial didn't catch diner?"

"That's always my job, you stick to your little rabbits and such." Meekial Stood real close to the tiny kitty making her strain her neck to see his face, "You are a kitten a little lady you shouldn't be killing things so big," He stepped away and looked over at Santo, "So did you enjoy kitty torturing herself_"

"MEEKIAL, I wasn't torturing myself I was just unaware of all the after effects of not changing." She turned a plopped her butt in the head chair.

Santo watch and listened to Meekial. He would be as respectful as possible to Kitty's family but he would not permit anyone to treat him like trash. He looked at Meekial and said firmly, " I love Kitty whether you want to accept it or not Meekial. I would prefer that Kitty have the support of her family but I can't make any of you do that. It was horrible to hear and watch how painful the change was for her but from what I understand that pain was necessary for her to release her cat. I was not the one to keep Kitty's cat locked away for so long. It was her own choice and I refuse to feel badly about something I had no control over. I wish she had taken better care of herself and I wish her last man had accepted her, all of her but wishing does not change the past. All I can do is be here for her now and support her decisions. I love her and her cat. If it means having her change, even having her go through painful changes, so it means she becomes more balanced with herself then I will be there for her through it. No I don't enjoy seeing Kitty in any type of pain. Hopefully she will allow her cat to come out more often so the change will not be so painful from now on."

Meekial was about to start up again, when kitty jumped up on his chest causing the tall man to fall, She stood on his chest and glared at him, "Leave us alone, It should only be a few more days of the cracking bones, rather than the usual clean change, It'll be fine, I have a whole appartment of happy people that i really enjoy, and each one cares about my own welfare." She leaned back letting the heals push into the large man's chest, He winced and she jumped off flipping back to Santo's side.

"Ow, little lady got strong I'm just gonna sit here for a little bit" He sat up embarrasedly, he looked back to Santo, "Sorry man but when you think about what she's been through how can you blame her family for being protective?"

Kitty was holding her sides trying not to laugh out loud, like Nilx who had entered with a dish with potatoes.

It was histerical that the tiny woman knocked down the much larger man.

Santo kept looking at Meekial and said, "I don't blame family for taking care of family but verbally attacking me without reason helps no one. I promise you though that I'm going to do everything I can to make sure she is taken care of. I can't stand to see her in pain." Santo lightly wrapped an arm around Kitty. He was going to help Meekial up but thought that might hurt the mans already damaged pride.

Kitty was beet red, "ok the bus will be here soon Hand me that sandwitch and a spoon of potatoes." She giggled distracting herself. She then went to help Meekial up, "Though your are being an ass, you still deserve curtasy."She helped him up then sat him down at the table as well as motioning for Santo to sit on the other side of her, Nilx set the full plates in front of all of his relative then grabbed one for himself and left the room.

"There he goes," Meekial said.

"He just doesn't like when people watch him eat." Kitty giggle and nudged both men in the side. smiling at Santo.

Santo sat down next to Kitty. He was actually pretty hungry so was eager to eat. His mind drifted off as he thought about various things.

Not really paying attention to the gore on the tv set anymore, Hal was startled from his thoughts by a screeching noise. He winced and covered his ears. He absolutely HATED that sound. He dashed to the window, assuming it was someone being a jack outside, to scream at whoever dared irritate him. Instead, after tearing open the drapes and wrenching the blinds aside, he blinked.

It was a cat.

A cute cat too.

With wide eyes it looked at him hopefully through the glass and opened it's mouth to meow only Hal couldn't hear it from inside the building. He wrenched the window open and scooped the cat into his arms quickly. It must have climbed the fire escape...

Shutting everything up again so the only light in the room was the glow of the television Hal threw himself onto the sofa, careful not to jostle the cat in his arms. It started at him and he returned the gesture. For several minutes.

"HOROSHEN'KII!!!"

"I'll be back. I just need to check something..." Cove got up slowly grabbing his shirt, hoodie and his other things, leaving Rain's apartment and slowly made his to the stairs and to Hal's apartment. When he got to his door, he dropped his things and knocked as loud as he could with his good arm before leaning down on it. He listened carefully behind the door, smiling a bit. Cove waited patiently a few minutes, not waiting to knock again just yet. He coughed into his elbow, leaning his head against the wall next to him. "Ugh. Incoming headache..."

Kitty finished her lunch quickly, "Hey Santo I'm gonna go get Nilx and then we can head back to The appartment." Kitty santered out of the Dinning room and got her cousin, and told him to bring the truck out front they would be ready soon. Then she returned to the dining room. "Ready?"

The meal had been good and by the end Santo was full. "Okay that sounds good Kitty. It will be nice to see everyone back at the apartment," he said giving her a smile. He made sure he had all his things which was not hard considering he had not brought much with him. When Kitty returned he took her hand in his and replied, "Yup, ready to go."

kitty hadn't brought anything important and left her room in it's usual disarray. She took Santo's hand and waited till Nilx appeared in the truck. She then lifted herself into the truck and As soon as Santo was seated they trundled up the drive only to be let off as the bus arrived, Kitty waved to Nilx as she disappeared into the bus.

Santo got into the bus and sat down next to Kitty. He smiled at her saying, "Feel better now that you've been able to change and see some of your family?" He was grateful Kitty had the opportunity to go and let her cat out. Hopefully she would take better care of herself now. He slipped his hand into hers feeling comfortable.

Kitty stretched her back alittle and it loudly cracked, "now I should." she laughed hard at Santo's worried face, "I'm a hardy furbin Santo I won't get hurt so easily." She squeezed his hand and leaned against him as the bus trudged along. Her day alone with Santo was coming to a close. She looked sleepily at him, "we should order a huge chinese feast when it comes to diner tonight." Then she Yawned and was soon dozeing to sleep.

Cove listened quietly, "I'll come see you later, Hal!" Something told him to go sit at the bottom of the stairs soon. He made sure his gun and switchblades were inside of his jacket. Walking slowly up to his to room, he planned on just grabbing a button down short sleeve shirt and a black v-neck sweater. Black would hopefully ensure nobody seeing any blood if the wound opened. It's be easier to wear until he was healed. And plus if he was wearing the clothes when Kitty and Santo came home, he could say it was to look nice for their welcoming back.

When he got to his apartment, he dropped his partly bloody shirt and jacket off in his room. Going into his closet he pulled out a navy blue sleeved button down, and said black v-neck button down sweater. He pulled them on carfully, buttoning up his shirt slowly and carefully. And just for the hell of it, he pulled out a black skinny tie. He tied it slower than buttoning his shirt. "Shit. This was a bad idea." Cove checked himself over, and then left his bedroom and apartment. Heading slowly down the stairs, he sat at the bottom of the stairs and leaned on his good side.

"That sounds good," he said her. Once she began dozing Santo's mind began to wander back to his family. He knew things would not go well no matter what but the real question was how bad. He never knew what to expect from his father. He could be so hot and so cold at any given moment. Hopefully his brother would help him to get out of the who situation.

Once they got to their stop Santo gently shook Kitty to wake her.

At some point in time, Cove fell asleep there on the steps. Him still being sick and being shot was taking a toll on his body. "Nehh..." In his dream, Zeb was dancing around with Rain's bra on his head...somewhat like he did earlier. Behind him Milo was standing there with a knife. Which...dream Cove didn't know. Yet. Real Life Cove had his injured arm draped across his lap. Blood started trickling down his arm, and dripping off of his fingers, the drops landing at his feet. In his dream Zeb was still dancing around, being silly and Milo was waiting to strike. "Mmm...nnnn..."
