Nate could only sit there for a second and then pulled on his pants and ran after her. he needed to say sorry, it wasn' this fault that his brain now continued to think of Iron. He had thought aobut her but Iron had been there and had helped confort him.

Ethan looked at the girl and nodded, "yes you can but what can you do that can help my ship?" he asked as he looked at the girl.

"well i guess i could do pretty much anything from cook to kill im good at that last one." alice knew she was making a compleatle fool of herself but she didnt care "anything you need i am good at its simple oh by the way my name is alice just alice no last name." she never told anyone her last name it usually led to trouble since she was from a high end family when they find out her last name they try to blackmail her old family and she didnt want to go back.

Rose continued to run she wasn't looking where she was going and she tripped and fell into the ocean. She continued to fight for air but it hit her, what does she have to live for?

Iron stood beside Ethan. It was very warm in the room so the decided to open the window. Iron looked out the window from the tall building and saw the sunny sky and blue sea. She smiled until she saw something splashing vigorously in the water. It was a bit far but all she could see was a red/orange dot in the ocean. It seemed to be a woman in a dress with red/orange hair..but who could Iron know that had those feature? Iron thought hard until it hit her. "Rose!" she yelled out. Iron ran downstairs and headed straight for the sea. "Rose hang in there!" she yelled out. Iron was frightened and worried. Afterall, she didn't want to to lose a friend.

Rose bobbed up and down. "Help!" She screamed! "Someone help!" She screamed louder

Ethan nodded, "okay just-" he was cut off when he saw someone fall into the ocean. Rose. "go to the ship." he told Alice and then ran out of there. He didn't care for his leg at all and Rose was the only one important. He ran to the ocean and jumped in without hesitation. "ROSE!" he yelled as he swam towards and and took her inot his arms

Nate ran but was to late to help, Ethan already had her.

Iron saw as Ethan walked on shore with Rose. Iron let our a sigh of relief. "Thank god.." she said.

alice watched as the man she just was talking to run past her she knew he was hurt and that it was stupid for him to be doing something like that but mabye that woman was something special to him. she started to run with him she got their and stood wondering what made the woman fall into the water was she pushed or something so many questions ran thru her mind at once that she looked at her new caption "is she alright."

"Ethan! oh thank god!" Rose said as she was breathing heavily.

Ethan nodded to Alice and pulled Rose close when they got to shore. He had been afraid that he wouldn't make it in time. "you okay?" he asked as he looked at Rose.

Nate could only watch, he could tell that Ethan loved her more then he had. It showed in everything that he did near her. It was exactly how he felt with Iron.

alice hadnt relised it but she was holding her breath until she released it in one great big sigh of joy "ok good no deaths today since well the guy you have to deal with is a pain in the ass and i dont think any of want to see any pretty young maiden in a box just yet." she started to walk back to the ship "oh and captian you might want to go back to the hospital you kinda screwed up your leg again." she smiled she knew he didnt care about his leg at the time she just wanted to be a smart ass.

"I-i'm c-co-cold. Act like i'm dead please." Rose whispered before she passed out. Her hair hung over Ethan's arm. Her arms hang limply to her sides.

Iron gasped when she saw Rose pass out in Ethan's arms. Iron stood beside Nate and hugged his arm with a worried expression. "Do you think she'll be alright?" she asked him.

Ethan just stared at her for a second and he pulled her closer. He wanted to keep her warm and hoped that she was okay. But why did she want him to act like she was dead? He didn't know why but as long as he could hold her in his arms he would be fine.

Nate looked at them for a second and he saw how Ethan was holding her. Like she was a fragile thing that could breaky second. "I am not sure." he said softly and brought Iron close to him.

Rose looked at Nate and mouthed I love you before she closed her eyes and stopped breathing altogether. She looked dead.

Ethan watched her then tears formed in his eyes as he gently stood up with her in his arms. "she is dead." he said softly and kept her close to him

Nate just started and shook his head. He coudln't believe it, he had made her do this to herself and he looked away ashamed.

Rose's body laid limp. She knew she was hurting Nate but she had to do this. Her fingers twitched.

Ethan then turned away with her in his arms. "I will burie her." he said softly and he started to walk away with her.

Nate wanted to follow but his legs wouldn't move and he could only look down.

"Ethan?" Rose asked softly. Her eyes were just barely opened.

"I am here." he said softly and looked at her and hoped that she would be okay

Rose smiled.

"why do you want them to think that your dead?" he asked and kept her closer to him. He gently kissed her head and didn't want her to do anything like that agian.

"I want to see how Nate reacts." Rose said as she touched his jaw.

"did you get the reaction form him that you wanted." he said as he looked at her.

Iron looked down sadly. Before she could let out a tear Iron asked a question. "Wait a minute, doesn't anyone here know CPR? She could be drowning or something.." she said seriously. Knowing Iron, she wouldn't cry unless there is nothing to save her with.
