"mommy has to apologize" Rose sang

"Hey I'm not the one that's pinned." Rafe laughed and licked her snout playfully.

"true" Xena sighed "ok,I'm sorry for... sticking my tongue out at you."
"yay mommy apologized"Rose said loudly

Rafe chuckeld and let her up a little reluctantly. "So Rose why don't you take a nap huh? It's been a big day for you." He said.

"I don't wanna"
"finally" Xena said getting up.

"Well what do you think Xena? Should Rose take a nap?" Rafe asked sitting down and watching how'd she handle it..

"but Rose if you don't go to sleep you won't get to play"Xena said softly.
Rose grunted and walked into the den.

Rafe smiled at how she handled Rose. He gently grabbed onto Xena's tail to get her attention. "Can I ask you something?" He said a little nervously.

Xena turned to face Rafe "yeah,sure"

Rafe opened his mouth about to speak but then stopped. "Never mind." He just couldn't pull up the nerves to ask.

"what were you going to say"Xena asked curiously

Rafe sighed and made a second attempt to speak. "I was going to say that I like you and was wondering if you might like me as well." He mustered just enough confidence to hold her gaze not that he'd actually said it.

Xena was shocked by what he said.She smiled at him "yeah I do"

Rafe smiled at her in return while his heart was beating a mile a minute with excitement. He took a step towards her carefully. "So then would you mind being my mate? Whether or not I become alpha one day?"

"yes.your probably gonna become an alpha"

"You really think so?" Rafe smiled and nuzzeled her.

"yeah I do"she said nuzzeling him back.

Frost open her eyes and looked down at her pup she felt her heart break at his question. "Fang why do you ask such a question. I love you as I love Snow there is no difference between you in my eyes. You are both amazing to me." She leaned down and nuzzled him pulling him close to her with her paw. "So this is what has been on your mind. Well you shouldn't think such thoughts Fang. I loved you very much and I am very proud of you. I think you will make a great wolf."

"As great as you and dad?" Fang asked in a shy voice.

Frost nuzzled him and licked him in a loving manner. "Yes as great as your father and I. Though I don't believe that I am that great. But I am quit lucky to have son such as you."

Fang wagged his tail in happiness. Dresdus woke up, his keen ears over hearing the conversation. "Whats going on?"

Frost looked at Dresdus and stuck out her tong as she leaned down and nuzzled fang. "We are having mother and son time would you like to join?" Frost looked at Fang and winked at him as she leaned over and gently nipped at his ear then pushed him to the ground gently playing with him.

Dresdus walked over licked Frost, Then gave her a little love nip on the ear. "I've been thinking. I recently had a talk with night pack, and they share the same views as we do. I think we should head over to their den and plan out what to do about moon pack. I'm sure we will be welcome."

Frost looked up at him as she moved to her feet she nuzzled him then looked back at Fang and Snow. "Are we going to leave them behind? I think we should take them with us this time. I would feel better to know they were near."
Snow open her eyes as she looked up at her brother and parents she slowly rose to her feet as she tried to wake up she wandered why no one ever cared to tell her when things where going on. She walked over to were her brother and mother was and looked up at her father as she waited to see what he had to say about her mothers request.

"I was just about to suggest that. I think it's time the pups saw the rest of the forest" Dresdus said. Fang turned to his sister."You hear that sis? we're going out with mom and dad!"
