Dresdus layed with Frost as they both watched the two pups play. Fang began biteing his sister's tail, and Snow let out a yelp. Dresdus walked over, grabbed Fang by the scruff of his neck, and liftted him away from Snow. Dresdus placed Fang next to a wall. "You stay here until you can play nice with your sister."

Frost got up and walked over to Snow as she licked her tail. She sat down as Snow nuzzled up to her. Frost looked down at her. "You went to far Snow. Next time stop before it goes to fare." She licked her then went to Where Fang was. She laid down beside him. "Fang...you know you went to far it was a game not a fight. You will have to learn how to control yourself my son." She nuzzled him gently then got up and went back to where Snow was.

Dresdus came up next to Frost. "I remember when we got into trouble for doing that when we were their age. It almost mirrors the situation we have right now with the humans and Moon pack, don't you think?"

Frost looked up at him and shook her head." No I remember you getting in trouble and me having to learn how to run and out smart humans because I wanted to follow you." She looked up at him leaning up and licking him playful. "Though my parents weren't as nice. I still remember my fathers bark and bit. Thanks to our little stunt I got stuck the den for two weeks with the other pups."

Dresdus licked Frost in the face. "But in the end, wasn't it worth it? After all, I did choose you as my mate and alpha female." Dresdus then gave Frost a little nip on the ear, feeling a litle frisky.

Frost looked up at him a bit shocked then waged her tail as she moved to her feet. She walked up beside him and nuzzled him as she licked his muzzle. Happy to see he still found her interesting. "Your words are true. You were wroth it though I think you would have picked me regardless. You have always fancied me as I have you."

Dresdus put a paw playfuly on Frost's shoulders. "Your right, I would have" he said with a smile. Dresdus then layed down on all fours, urging Frost to join him by licking her nose.

Completely serious behind her mask of playfulness, Xandri grinned a toothy grin and bounded up into the air. She landed a few feet to the left of where she'd been before; her tail was wagging at a mile a minute. When this did little but make the humans jump more, she thought that her sudden movement had scared them, she instead took a deep breath and rolled onto her back. Such stupid humans. They don't know how degrading this is... She glared at the humans but didn't change her face. After a few seconds of rolling in the dust she rolled over, stood, and shook out her fur. Dust flew everywhere and she sneezed then cocked her head to the side and let her tongue loll out the side.

Standing like this for a few moments longer, Xandri let her face slip a bit, but not toward the anger she actually felt. She let a bit of concern show in her features. Then she turned and walked a few feet into the woods. She turned, looking over her shoulder at the humans, and released a low whimper. She was trying to make the humans follow her.

The old man inched forward in the direction the wolf had headed. Lilith hissed "what are you doing!?" but the old man kept walking toward the woods. The hair on the back of Lilith's neck stood up and she was suddenly aware that she was being watched. She looked round and didn't immediately see any other wolves but something primal inside her screamed RUN.

Her eyes darted left, right and then she took off running. She ran past the old man, past the in the woods that the wolf had returned to and back down toward the link up location. When the path pitched downward, her boot caught on a gnarled root and she stumbled.

Frost laid down beside him and licked him back. She was about to play with him when she hear the nose outside. Fang and Snow both ran to their parents side. Frost looked out the den her ears up and lessening trying to figure out what was going on.

She tried to catch herself but continued to slide, she desperately reached toward a low branch but it snapped before slowing her sufficiently. Her side slammed into a rock. The act of clutching at the injury caused her to roll into a sort of ball and she rolled of the path. Eventually, the brush and grasses caused her tumultuous tumble to finally end but she was in a great deal of pain.

Damn it! Xandri chased after the wildly running human and watched in horror as she fell. She continued to follow though. Xandri took the hill much better though and made her way gracefully down by jumping from rock to rock. At the bottom she gasped in horror at what she saw and smelled. The human was laying right on the border between Blood and Moon territory. Crap crap crap crap crap! Xandri screamed inwardly. With a groan she abandoned all caution. She walked over to the girl slowly, looking around with her ears pricked forward to warn her of any danger. When she reached the human she grabbed the back of her collar in her teeth and fought against the urge to spit it out: it tasted awful! Ignoring this, Xandri began pulling backward. She struggled against the weight of the human that was more than half of her own body weight. She only stopped pulling when the human was completely on Moon territory. When she was confident that they were far enough away from the border Xandri stopped pulling quite so frantically. She released the human and padded a few feet away, where she sat with her tail curled around her paws. She looked much more wise and leader-like than she had when she'd been trying to lure the humans before. What she didn't look though, was dangerous.

Dresdus stood up next to Frost. "Do you smell what I smell?" he asked in a worried tone. Dresdus showed his teeth. "Xandi has brought humans to our border" he said with a low growl.

Herbert stared in amazement watching as, on the verge of blacking out, Lilith was dragged from the forest and back to path. The old man knew the animal could not understand his words but might understand his body language. He bowed down as low as his aging back would let him and looked up, careful not to make eye contact. He was abasing himself before this incredible creature.

Xandri looked side to side quickly, again looking for any trace or sign of the Blood pack. Seeing none, she looked at the older human. Nodding her head once, low to the ground, Xandri showed that she understood the meaning behind his gesture. Even so, she once again grabbed the younger female humans collar in her mouth and started pulling. She needed to get all three of them, herself and the two humans, farther away from Blood borders before Dresdus came and had a coniption. When she had finally pulled the human female fully into the underbrush and a good 20 ft from the Blood border, Xandri stopped again. She raised her head to the sky and released a long low howl.

Roxas heard the howl and stopped every movement of his body. His ears swiveled around and he finally turned toward the sound. It was his mother and she was calling for him. Sparing not a moment for thought he immediately retraced his steps back toward her.

Herbert followed the wolf as she dragged Lilith off the path, deeper into the forest. He didn't know what the wolf's motive was but he knew enough to let her lead the way. Lilith stirred and opened her eyes. She gasped, from on her back the wolf looked very, very intimidating. Lilith almost passed out again when it threw it's head back and howled.

With an audible creak in his knees, Herbert squatted down so Lilith could see him. "Shouldn't have ran. You looked like a scared rabbit. Lucky she didn't chase your ass down and rip out your throat." He pulled out his tin of chewing tobacco and pinched a bit between his fingers. "Don't suppose you want any?" He said, laughing, and held the tin out toward the she wolf.

With an odd look, Xandri stuck her nose to the can smelling the pungent odor of the tobacco. She never took her eyes off the man as she inhaled deeply. A little too deeply. The smell made her sneeze violently and shake her whole head. When her fit was over she gave the old man an odd look; it appeared as a cross between amusement and disgust.
Again she raised her head to the sky and released a howl. This time telling Roxas to hurry.

The old man tried very hard not to giggle. He didn't want to offend the wolf but it was just plain funny to see her shake her head like that. Lilith watched the whole tableau, her horror melting around the edges and turning into disbelief. This whole thing was.. insane. Or maybe she was. Could be she hit her HEAD on that rock and was still on the path with her brains leaking out from her ears.

She tried to sit up and was reminded of the reality that it had been her side she injured. A low moan of pain escaped her lips before she could stop it. All traces of humor died on Herbert's face. He saw where her hands had clutched at her side and removed them. "Let's see how bad you're banged up." The shirt was damp and there was a very dark stain on it. Not good Herbert thought. He gently peeled the shirt away from the wound.

There wasn't as much blood as the shirt had indicated but there was some. A bruise about the size of a softball blossomed on her pale flesh. It was already various shades of purple and dark red. There wasn't anything to really wrap it with so he lowered her shirt again. "Looks pretty nasty and I bet it hurts like heck but I think you're okay." He pushed himself up on to his feet, knees popping, and offered a hand to the young woman. She bit her lip and forced herself to move through the pain until she was on her feet again.

Dresdus turned to Frost. "Im going to investigate. I sense something is up with Moon pack." Dresdus took off and made hs way toward the boarder of the territories. He sniffed around for awhile, until he picked up the scent. "Xandi is helping the humans. Foolish girl"

Frost rose and stud beside him as she let out a low growl. The hair on the back of her neck stud on end as she felt her claw digging into the ground ready to do their damage. "Yes I do. What is the plan. We should go and investigate before we do anything rash."

"We sneak into Moon territory, saying down wind" Dresdus said to Frost in a low tone. "We spie on them, find out what Moon pack and the humans are up too."

Frost looked at him and hung her head. "You have learned nothing over the years. If we get caught there will be death. There is a rocky area on our side that we could use to spy from. We want to know what is going on not to get ourselves killed. If there is one human there will be more."

"Your right. I have to stop letting my emotios get the best of me." Dresdus and Frost made their way to the top of the rocky overhang, and listened in on what was happening.

Frost kept quite as she sat there and watched she made sure the two of them couldn't be seen from the brush as they sat there. "They will smell us but other than that we are unseen to them. It is ok love that is why you have me to keep those emotions of yours in check."

Dresdus licked Frost and smiled. There was no wind, so he was sure they would not be noticed.
