[color="orchid"]The fairyfly heard him chuckle and was slightly embarrassed. Grinning she flew along side of him seeing the shiny coming closer. As they saw the pretty shiny become a lake her eyes grew wide. It was so pretty! She was a bit taken aback by its beauty."So, pretty." Was all the little fairyfly could manage to say. She saw all the flowers and the fish and it was just so much to take it. Mjrn had lived by a small lake when she was growing up. She had never seen one so big actually. The one they had lived by was very very small. And the flowers there did not even appear so vivid. As they began to descend Mjrn followed Raven down.

Raven couldn't help but smile at her words. It was indeed a beautiful sight, although the raven demon believed it failed in comparison of the one that flew beside him. That thought however he decided to keep private to himself for the time being. After all saying such things to one he met only that day was a bit embarrassing, even for him. "I'm glad that you like it" he said in a gentle though clearly joyful tone as he continued to slowly descend. He had made it so that it would take a few minutes to actually reach and touch the ground, mostly so Mjrn could experience as much of the aerial view as possible. He knew of course that if she wished to still see it from the air once they land, if she chose to land with him, that they very well could. After all they both had wings, and they weren't bound so there was nothing stopping them from that.
After a few minutes of the slow circling the ground was soon low enough to step upon if they so chose. Raven though chose to hover slightly just in case they were to stay aerial. "I thought perhaps it best to not over exert our wings, since they were restrained by the cages for so long, although if you'd rather we stay aerial I wouldn't mind" he said with a still gentle and warm smile upon his face. |
Mjrn looked over at Raven and saw the sun glistening off his dark wings and hair. She nodded and giggled softly. "I love it." She answered in an airy tone. The fairyfly followed as she circled around the water slowly lowering themselves to the ground. It was so beautiful she just wanted to stick her fingers in the water. She looked up at his as he stood slightly hovering, but Mjrn just lowered herself to the ground. Her arm remained stretched above her head as she kept her fingers laced with her's. "You're right. I could use a break." She answered gently looking up at him.

Raven gently nodded his head and allowed his own feet to touch the ground. "Alright" he said with a gentle smile and still keeping his fingers interlaced with the fairyfly's. As his golden gaze continued to stare at Mjrn, he couldn't help but notice how the area seemed to radiate her own beauty. It almost seemed as if the area was made especially for her, and for him it seemed as if to see her like this in the area was a privilege. He knew that in a world of such colors, his darker appearance stood out rather easily, although he didn't mind too much and hoped that she wouldn't either. He seemed to stare at her for a few moments more, before he realized that his constant staring at her might make the fairyfly woman feel uncomfortable and reluctantly turned his gaze slightly away, although he couldn't help watching her out of the corner of his eyes, towards some flowers and realized there were a few butterflies dancing about some of them. He then remembered that as he had gazed at her in the sky he believed he may have seen her interest in the water and that perhaps she would like to go to it. After all it was rather clear and it sparkled brilliantly from the sun's rays. "Shall we go relax by the water's edge or is there a different area you would prefer to rest?" he asked gently.

Mjrn giggled as Raven lowered himself to the ground as well lowering her arm with him. She looked up him and still the sun managed to glimmer off of his Raven wings catching his eyes. As he looked away she blushed slightly then giggled. Her eye then caught the butterflies and grinned at them. Then as Raven suggested they rest by the water she nodded. "That sounds lovely to me." Lightly she began walking for the water's edge Raven's hand still in her's.

Raven calmly and warmly walked beside her, keeping their hands entwined as he did. As they walked he found his golden gaze was continuously drawn to Mjrn, as the shifts the light had upon her features as the walked made her seem even more beautiful and alive. It was at this time he was thankful that he had the privilege of meeting her and for the kindness of their Mistresses to allow them to spend time together. It wasn't too long before the water's edge was near enough for them to sit and outstretch a hand in it if they so wished, and soon the raven demon gently sat himself down, with one leg bent and propped up with his free arm resting on it and the other leg stretched out before him, though he still kept his hand in the fairyfly's, after all if she was content with allowing his hand be with hers then he was more than happy to leave it there.
His gaze soon drifted out towards the sparkling clear water, and watched as a fish seemed to leap out of it, to try and catch an invisible dragonfly dinner. It's scales and fins seemed to glitter and sparkle as the sun rays caught it, and seemingly turned the fish into a cascade of blue, orange and yellow colors, before disappearing once more into the water with a small splash. "It seems the animals are enjoying the day" he said warmly, perhaps in an attempt to make light conversation, otherwise he would probably simply stare at the woman and her beauty in the daylight. |
Mjrn was glad he didn't mind keeping her hand in his. It was strange, but the pink haired female felt so much warmer next to him. She felt as though she was glowing of sorts. Occasionally she found herself peeking over just to look at him. Was that at all normal? Grinning she continued to walk beside him as they approached the water. Sitting with both her knees pulled up she lightly rested her chin on the one. She peeked over at Raven and smiled widely. Mjrn was honestly confused and could not understand how just looking at a person made her smile.
As soon as she caught the shimmer colors of the fish out of her eye she quickly turned to gaze at him. He was so beautiful. She was bit sad as he disappeared with a splash. "It would seem so... I'm sad he's already disappeared. His colors were so vivid," She answered in her soft whimsical voice. Mjrn lightly dipped her fingers into the water of her free hand. The water was quite cool to the touch and she shivered a little then laughed. A small fish had come up to see what her fingers were. "I've caught someone's attention," She chuckled at the little fish. |
Raven's gaze warmly came to rest on Mjrn, and couldn't help but smile gently at her. "I'm sure he'll return. After all I doubt he could resist jumping again when it's such a beautiful day out" he said with a soft and almost reassuring tone. Soon after his words the fish once more made a jumping appearance, though whether it was the same exact same fish, but the colors were very similar. The raven demon's gaze however had drifted to the fairy fly woman's fingers were a fish showed itself in curiosity to her fingers.
"It seems you have indeed caught someone's interest..." he said gently, although for him he wasn't so sure whether he was actually referring to the fish or himself. While in his thoughts upon that, one of his wings shifted slightly and soon ever so lightly brushed against her own wings. The light feeling immediately brought him out of his thoughts, and made a light red blush flush across his cheeks, even though it had been technically an accident. "Ah I'm sorry...Sometimes these wings have a mind of their own" he said with an embarrassed laugh. |
Mjrn nodded quickly then smiled at the man. He was indeed right. She gasped a little as a fish jumped again and giggled softly. "And right you are sire," she giggled impishly.
Her gaze returned to her fingers again as she lightly shifted them and scared him away. "Oh, well," she sighed lightly. As his wing grazed her's she shivered slightly. Looking over at Raven a light peachy blush covered her cheeks. "No, it is no problem at all, really," she said softly. Mjrn found herself shifting a little bit over so she was closer to Raven. She had done it subconsciously, but smiled up at the male. |
Raven couldn't help but to continue smiling at her reactions to the jumping fish. Really his eyes hadn't even been focused on the beautiful water creature at the time, and he didn't really seem to really acknowledge that he had been right. Instead he seem more focused on her lovely laugh, and fingers that had scared away the curious fish there. He would have gazed on her face, but he was still working on recovering from the embarrassment of his wing's accidental bump.
The raven demon noticed her shift, but didn't mind. Of course this once more caused his wings to gently touch her own wings, making it seem as if they were a dark glistening shadow upon them in some places that the feathers touched. The touch still caused the light blush to remain on his face, although this time he didn't move his wings like last time. "I think that, although this may seem a bit cliche, this place would also be rather nice for an afternoon lunch sometime" he said trying to once more to make conversation, though he was finding that the close she came to him the harder it was getting for him to try and focus on speech. |
Mjrn blushed when she felt his wing touch her's again. She didn't mind and was somewhat happy when he did not pull away. At his suggestion she giggled softly. "I would have to agree. It would really be perfect," she answered lightly. Her amber eyes looked up at him as she smiled. "Perhaps we could have lunch here sometime... It would be rather pleasant,"she grinned as she looked up at him. Her one hand still rested in the water and she nearly jumped out of her skin when she felt something nip at it. "Gosh! He bit me!" She shouted softly as she withdrew her finger from the water. Looking down it was indeed the same fish from before. "My, that gave me quite the fright," she laughed as she looked back up at Raven her one hand now resting on her lap while the other was still holding his hand.

Her heels clicked and clacked against the cement floor as she entered the slave trade market. The trade market was cold and dark. She grimaced at the sight of it. She was only here to find an assistant not a slave. She couldn't care for two ill elders on her own let alone run a country. She nodded at the guard who greeted her at the door quietly.
Lana walked slowly up and down the cement hallways looking at what there was to offer. She would prefer a male whom is strong. Someone useful in her needs. Occasionally she would stop to look at the slaves. None seemed to strike her interest at the moment. Maybe she should keep walking? So she did, she walked and walked looking at every one of them. To them she would have fairly fair skin with a blueish white tint to it. Her lips were and icy glossy blue. Locks of hair on her head were a bleach blonde, almost like snow with flakes falling out of it. It went to about mid-back. She was rather built , but not overly muscled. and she was young, probaly younger than some of the slaves in here, she didn't mind an older slave. It would probaly do her some good. It, that's what they were right now right? It,, something you could use and throw away later? She frowned thinking about it while observing the slaves. |
Raven gently nodded his head in agreement. "Yes I think use having lunch here sometime would be quite wonderful" he replied with a warm smile. Some of the dark feathers on his wings continued to rest lightly upon Mjrn's, and again he seemed quite content to let them stay there. After all the fairyfly hadn't made any gesture to remove them from her wings, so he figured it was alright. He was a little surprised by her light shout, but couldn't help but lightly chuckle. "Are you quite alright?" he asked with his tone rather light as he tried to suppress his chuckles. Then again when he thought about it, it was technically a fish trying to eat a butterfly, except the butterfly was rather too large for it and she had fingers.

Walking and more walking.. It seemed there were no slaved to her interest for today. she took a seat in the guest waiting area and thought for a few minutes to herself about how she was going to take care of her parents and run a whole country. She needed to find someone..
Getting back up Lana walked back into the area that held the slaves. She would find a slave tonight. |
