Huzzah! The Rules of Dystopia. [Please tell me someone finds that humorous]

[1]R-E-S-P-E-C-T [hush now]. Respect is a biggie. Not only to myself and anyone I appoint as Whities (see white list) but to everyone involved in this rp.

[2]This would usually be my number one, and I really don't know why it isn't, but the emphasis and importance of it is still alive nonetheless. And that said; BE LITERATE. And I do not mean the definition of being able to read and write. I don't need walls of text like the background, but I do need players to be capable of putting a story together. I want players who are mindful of grammar and such as well, but I am somewhat [emphasis] SOMEWHAT lenient on this. Especially considering that from time to time my own grammar and spelling sucks. It happens. This being said, I know there are some who may find my roleplaying beneath their own. Constructive criticism is welcome and I would actually be extremely grateful for it.

[3]Okay. So. Let's talk rights. Everything in the above background is my own storyline; and although due to its new birth and being a in-the-works-project it is somewhat generic, it is still mine. Please don't steal. Please? <3

[4]Another number one [why do I use numbers then?]; follow all Mene rules and such. It comes with the thread so just do it.

[5]READ! Read the stupid background, thats why its there. And although I probably need to completely go over it and change and add and take out a bunch of things, it still is the basic idea of what is going on. It is NTK information! [need to know]

[6]As much as I hate them, I must require a skeleton to be submitted before you can rp. It is a necessary evil at this point and an easier way for me to answer any questions you might have about the most likely filled with holes plot. They are to be PMed to myself and I will respond as soon as possible.

[7]As you may have noticed, I will have a spot for art, banners and advertisements. By advertisements, I mean of other threads. in otherwords, if you have a thread you wish to pump up some popularity for, and you give me reason to help you out, i'll post your banner linke or whatever here.

[8]Basic rp rules, no gm, no pp, no mary/gary-sues.

So, another pretty straight forward. This is where I will post white and black lists. If you are on the white list, you have befriended me, gained my trust and help manage this thread, or are simply a long term roleplayer with this thread.

If you are on the black list you have found a way to truly irritate me and are to be ignored by anyone you try to interact with on this bored if your posts are on this bored until I take you off this list. Please let no one end up here. 3:

Here I will post all announcements related to the thread and try to update them as needed. Which means you should probably keep an eye on them. ;3

Dec. 22 2009- Due to a need for polishing, more work, and organization; I am 'opening' the thread, but not quite. I am accepting profiles and am keeping the OoC thread open for discussion, but I don't see the thread being fully up and running until after the holidays. 3: Which most likely works out for more than half of you who are on vacation and such. But I will be checking in periodically and of course making changes and adding things as I go.
