"Jaekil can give a more accurate number for the snakes... they are split amongst themselves into the various subspecies. I just know that put together they have thousands."

He muttered something about useless leaders and generals, waved his hand over the map and nodded to aurora, "I want your men to cover the other main targets, here, here, here, and here. the rest are then to join the fairies." He pointed to the four cardinal points on the map. "As for you weres, until i get some hard numbers i can do nothing with you."

Aurora glanced down to the map and studied it then sent orders thorugh her mind to her leaders. "They are preparing as we speak. I am having them split up the strong magic users evenly." While she was talking she raised her hand to her temple and massaged it while send out more orders to her people.

"Useless?" Jeakil said, a hiss entering his voice. "The weresnakes total five thousand and forty three, with four thousand and ninety seven warriors, and forty two spies, all spread through the other nations. Seventy five of the fighters are also magic-users, as well as twenty three of the spies. Is that hard enough numbers for you, oh High and Mighty ruler?"

Glaring he motioned to the map as the tokens distributed, "Fine, whatever, just follow the plan, take them to the main entrances to the woods. the rest are to be stationed here to protect the city."

"And what of everyone else's homes? Is your city going to be the only place we protect?" Jinsu glares at the demon lord. "Who are you to take command without even listening to OUR general, or the general above? You don't even give other leaders thoughts a second of consideration. You simply assume that your way is the only way and therefore we will all follow you blindly. I will have you know that amongst my people, all noncombatants are still able to hold thier own if it comes to a fight, and we heal faster than most of your demons. Most of them are trained in medicine or magic, so all the numbers that i didn't list off are still able to fight, I just usually hold them back to protect our young and elderly. In truth, we out number you and could, very likely, defeat you. Don't go around acting superior when you aren't. We have spies everywhere, and we know more about the inner workings of your kingdom better than you do. I know all my people are loyal. Can you say the same?"

He shrugs nonchalantly "I could be bothered to listen to, Whats your name again?" he glanced at the general "And, although you dont like me, I know your not stupid." He leand back in his chair stroking his beared, "Anyway, as for your first question, We have the other peoples covered." He pointed at their points on the map and nodded, "Its not alot, but it wont take many. even if they break through the first line, there wont be enough to do any damage. As for trusting, what did you say, our general? I dont care. Never did. The only reason there was a general during the first war was because some idiot refused to listen to me." He sighed, "Is that all?"

Jeakil glared at Valentine, his eyes shifting to golden snake-slit eyes. "Trust is not to be taken lightly. To trust in your subordinates is to know who they are loyal to. Most of the collective underground leaders picked me as the general, that includes some of your underlings. Let me ask, have you bled and sweat on the battlefield or training ground with your subordinates? All of the people I have worked with, all of my nestmates; my followers, for your mind; know me, know my blood, know I would bleed myself dry before I let them all die. In times of war, the general is to take control, to be the deciding factor. I am to take into consideration the views of the leaders of the seperate factions, but I am to make the final choice. I lead the armies. Period."

"Did you... You know what. Never mind. Go ahead. Make the same mistake." Leaning closely he smirked, "you'll be just like him" he whispered, "he didn't listen to me. And I was able to overthrow him. You wouldnt stand a chance." He motioned to the guards and nodded, "Your no longer welcome here. You may return when you have learned your place."

(( I'm not able to post IC yet, but I do have to say this: You need to stop GMing. Just because your character is an all-powerful fallen angel with un-godly powers and is the King doesn't mean you can do anything and control what others do like this. Plus, what she said is right, in time of war, the Military leader precedes the King or figurehead in control. Your "King" should be more mindful of things outside of himself and listen to his advisers, it's why they're there. I'm sorry if this comes off as rude but you are breaking Mene rules and the rules of common courtesy.))

((Hes a demon. His speciality is NOT being very respectfull or nice. He has good reason to think hes the best. And wether or not that works out, that IS his character. Not gming, just strategising, and being an ass hole, get used to it. Valentine tends to do that alot.))

(( i dont think it was realy gm-ing. it realy is valentine to do something like that, and twists are added in all the time with rhuia, there are so many different ways to respond to something like that. thats what makes it so fun. so actually i thought it was okay. ))

((here's the thing... you can be an asshole. that's fine. But saying that your character cannot be killed. that's gming. If you're going to be a demon, then be a demon. Demons can be killed. But the moment you said you couldn't be killed other than by death himself, you started gming. and fallen angels can be killed... they are fallen from grace after all. they no longer have the protection of god. you can keep your powers, but you also have to be killable. after all, whats the fun in life if you know you can't die. the possibility of death is what drives us. It is fear of death that drives leaders to stop at nothing to become more powerful or to secure thier power base. If you knowe you can't die, then you can just give up and fight another day.))

((Actually, Valentines very possible to be killed. He's keeping it a secret. Why? cuz he doesnt trust you guys. *shrugs* the real point of his story was that lucifer cant be killed. Yeah, i didnt mean to create that misunderstanding.))

((lol he was ordering jaekil to "leave until he had learned some manners" and as to his character if youve kept with his character youll see that ive also clashed with his character a couple times in mental battles. remember this is a demon whom excells at strategizing... it is his greatest strength so it goes to follow that he has a great weakness and being a demon who is a fallen angel it is possible to exploit that weakness and kill him. ))

Jeakil stared at the demon lord. "No." he said simply. "You can try to force me to leave, but I doubt that would work. I'm here to lead the armies, and to plan the strategies for doing so. And I'm not giving you the respect you think you deserve because I do not think you deserve it. I know that quite a few of your subjects are unhappy, and I can see that you only think of protecting yourself. Let me tell you something: You are not the only one in danger here. Our people, the weres, are in just as much danger, as well as the surface nations. Your plan only protects you, when all of us need the protection. I pointed that out, and you try to evict me? You must not be such a great ruler after all. I apologize for bursting any illusions you had about it." His voice was calm and cold, the hiss that was in it before gone. He stared at Valentine, his energy starting to drift over, chilling the area around him. "I doubt that your guards could force me to do anything but kill them."

Jinsu places a hand on Jaekil's shoulder. "Do not think he is alone in this. If he is forced to fight then my mate and i will fight alongside him. However, I would rather it didn't come down to this. A fracturing of our nations isn't the best thing at this time. Lets face it... you need us and we you. Forcing us out would only weaken you and the other nations. So, why don't you thry to be a little more diplomatic and show us a bit of common courtesy, and we'll find it in us to do the same. For instance why don't you share this grandios plan of yours with the rest of the class?"

Sherlindia growls deep in her throat in ascent. She has kept silent and unobtrusive for long enough. "Why are we even here? I would have never come if i had known this would be nothing more than the demon pissing all over us. Why should we follow one who doesn't even have full loyalty of his own people?"

Pointing at his map, "This, right here, Look closely, what do you see?" He pointed at the weakpoints, than the fairies city, "He's going to hit here first and hardest. Than he would try to take out the elves." He pointed at the entrance to the city, "As soon as the war starts, we can seal ourselves off from attack. Making a war with the city a siege. We are going to separate his forces into smaller, disorganized groups. Than, with the rest of the warriors, we clear out the remnants." He shrugged. "As for my people, they aren't happy, their demons, they aren't loyal either. Each out for their own purposes. Get used to it, cuz they arent loyal to you either."

He returned to the general, "You see, To me, you are nothing more than a peice on the board. You move properly, according to my plan, and the least ammount of soldiers die. On both sides."

Sym flew into Luna's room. "The women and children have been evacutated.... The men and elders are waiting at the western gate. I can send Atremis... Luna? Are you okay, honey?" Sym laid her land on Luna's shoulder. "It's going to be okay."

luna looked up hearing sym's voice. "i-im fine. we have to get back to the demon's territory. were following the women and children's evac group." she handed sym a long cloak and said, "here, we have to hurry. im going to give artemis some more directions, i need you to wait for me at the evac group with nalie. i'll be there in a few moments. we need to hurry, evening is approaching and if we dont get there by then, valentine wont hold out women and children." she held onto sym's shoulder a moment then flew off to artemis, telling him where to go and what time he had to be there. she then flew back on her way to the gates to find nalie and sym.
