He grew tall and spread his wings wide, "My kind has survived millenia longer than any of yours, my kind will survive many millenia after your kind is dead," he glared down at the gathered members around him.

luna was seriously mad at what valentine was saying.did that mean he would fight whatever it was by himself with only demons?this was realy starting to tick her off. she turned to the girl who chatted with valentine before he left."ugh! now how are we supposed to know what to do!we dont even know what were supposed to be joining forces to fighting against!" she paced around thinking of what to do. her hands cupping her forehead in frustration.

He chuckled from the shadows and waited a few moments, letting the queen stress out for a few moments before he emerged from the shadows, standing immediatly behind luna he smiles. "Ready to talk with me seriously than? I happen to have plenty of time." Shrugging lazily he chuckled, "You, on the other hand... Do not."

she turned and crossed her arms angry he did this just to make her stress. rubbing her eyes in frustration she sighed"if i give you half of the land you ask for will you cooroperate and tell us everything? and im still not comforatable with giving you that much since you underground demons always seem to dirty up the forest around it"

He smiled viciously, muttering something as a demonic assistant stepped out of the woods to hand him a pile of paperwork "And I am not comfortable trusting your kind with anything. Alas, this is a necesary request. Unless you agree to give me the land, than I cannot house these demons, which means that, as a leader you understand, I will be unable to help you." Dropping the files on the ground, it was half the hight of an average human, "Get the idea?"

He smiles, "And just sign this here, assuring that we are in agreement." Then he sighed "Lucifer himself leads the darkness." He paced, "in terms of power," he shrugged, fluttering the wings and spreading them wide, "Well, in terms of power hes much stronger than any of us here. In fact, I was unable to slay him when i took his place as the lord of our world." He nods, "His power alone could threaten this forest of yours." Turning on his heel, he bared his fangs and narrowed his eyes, giving his face a feral look, "I refuse to let him make a mockery of demons as he did before." He snarled, than calmed himself, "I warn you now, fairie, if you or your kind gets in our way, we will destroy you along with the Bringer of Light."

luna waved and made a quil and ink appear.she signed and then looked up to him. "well that makes me feel better" she murmered sarcasticly, "as to who will be fighting i have an army as well lest you forget, and i plan on doing everything in my power to protect my forest and all its inhabitants!" out of the corner of her eye she saw her warriors nodding in agreement.seemed they wanted to fight...

He smirked as he picked up the paper luna had just signed, "Thank you," he bows sarcastically, and held it up to the other members of the collective, "And this proves I am." he faded out and reformed in his study, "Alright, summon the four lords. We rise to war." a small imp nodded and ran off into the dimly lit city.

luna watched valentine fade away and felt the urge to scream he was a poopy mcbutt face! but instead she calmly turned and faced the crowd that had gethered with her leader of the fairys face on. "it would be wise to ready your armies. gather what fighters you can. my warriors will be on guard at checkpoints in the forest to insure the safety of those who inhabit it and to keep watch for lucifer, so do not fret."

"hmn i dont think its us that we have to worry about so much as its them who has to worry about us" i mutter to my self fiercely as i run through tthe forest a blur of motion in the northward direction towards the city of elves "

luna watched as rosalie left and decided she would leave herself. she turned to the were leapords, "we'll keep in touch i suppose" she bowed then left to search for sym in the forest.

"Well that's that. It seems we must band together with our enemies."

"Do you think you can get some land for above ground for the weres? Just think. If Valentine could, I'm sure you could. We have a greater respect for nature than those demons."

"I don't know. I will see about it. But for now we must summon the leaders of the various clans. Go and tell them to meet me in the council hall." he looks to his people. the leopards were one of the smaller factions, and this war could destroy them. They were only 67 strong. Some weren't even fighters. They would need training. When they started to leave with Sherlindia, he said, "Wait." Sherlindia turned. "Go love. I meant the pard." She left and Jinsu came to his pard who surrounded him. "A war is approaching. And I'm going to need all of you to fight. I know some of you aren't fighters, but you are going to have to learn, if only to defend yourself. I'm going to have Sherlindia pair those without fighting skills with who are experienced fighters. I must go and inform the other clans what needs to happen. I will be gone often, but know that i will miss you all. You mean more to me than my own life." With that he left for the council hall. His pard followed him into the underground and went to their territory. He stalked to the council hall and sat i his place as king.
Soon after Sherlindia walked in with the other leaders. She took her place at his side and he turned to the others present, "War is approaching Ladies and Gentlemen. A vast horde is coming our way and the only way to defend our people is to band together with our enemies. I am giving a general order for all of our people to prepare for battle. Train your noncombatants. Even if only to give them some measure of self defence. Make and gather weapons and armor. Gather food. prepare our medical personel. Go now."
Jinsu had already made it clear to the other leaders that, if he was not obeyed, he would kill the one opposing him, so they simply left to do what he told them to do.

Sherlindia waited for all the others to leave before asking, "What do you want me to do with our pard? we don't have much other than what we can get through you."

"Pair up our noncombatants with experienced fighters and teach them how to defend themselves. this war could demolish our people. I want them to have any edge they can get before this gets bad." He pauses and looks out into the distance, shakes his head and says, "Go. Now. I will see you this evening, love."

Sherlindia kisses him passionately, then goes to do what he asks.

Jinsu thought about it. All together, the weres banded together had the largest force. The other nations didn't know just how strong they were. Jinsu had wanted to keep it that way in case a war between his people and theirs were to happen. There were over 300 fighters among the wolves and hyenas, 400 among the rats, the tigers have well over 400, the lions only had 87 fighters, the snakes have thousands, almost all warriors, and the other lesser factions, his pard included, had about 100 fighters, hopefully more by the time this war started. The snakes would have to be called in from their recon in the other nations' lands.

Sym walked with Kezi through the forest, but her mind was in another place. She had missed her half-sister immensely, but the idea of an upcoming war was troubling. She was a strong fighter, but she felt a sense of hopelessness, for she could not protect everyone.
