Sarlene Paradise & Christina Paradise

Sarlene walked towards the middle of the woods on the outside of The Paradise Castle grounds to see her sister stirring over something bubbling and steaming. Her faced seems to glow green like the liquid in the cauldron did. It looked as though she was summoning something, or trying to cook up a traveling potion. "Hmmm, Beam it looks like she's doing more Black Magic." The faerie spoke quietly talking to her little pet, a baby dragon named Beam who was resting on her shoulder.

The cauldron begin to bubble more frantically, the ground beneath her beginning to crack. She smiled devilishly and turned around to face her sneaky sister. "Follow me Goody-to-Shoes?" Christina asked throwing her arms in the air making the cauldron explode into a frenzy of magma. "Well sister Why did you make such a stupid mistake?!" She asked with a thundering voice. She motioned her left hand down to the ground pointing her finger at her sister, sending the splitting earth toward her sister.

"Darkness rise and help me take over Castle Paradise? She's horribly mistaken, she will never take over the Castle, it's mine and she knows it!" Sarlene spoke to the dragon as if he could understand her. When her sister started speaking to her she was stricken with speechlessness. I-i---i did follow you, you evil vile creature."She started speaking with more definiteness "I will not let you get away with this!" With that Sarlene fell into the crack in the earth.

Dorian grinned as the earth around him opened up and he caught teh falling princess in his arms. "Why hello my dear." He grinned and quickly chained her to the wall. The chains were made specially to hold magical creatures, he'd made them himself. Now all he needed was to wait for the right moon phase and he could drain her magic, adding to his supply that he'd stolen over the years. Dark hair, and pale skin with grey colored eyes. Dorian was Dark Elf perfection, except for the fact that he was evil, and wanted more magic than mother nature had given him, and so was now steeling it.

"Who are you? Where am I? What the hell are you doing to me?" Sarlene screamed as the dark elf fastened her to the wall. She was getting tired so she shut her mouth for minute. Luckily, Beam had hidden above the crack in a tree before Christina was able to send him down the hole with her sister.



Christina hopped down the hole next to Dorian, "Hey handsome. She kissed his cheek, Thanks for tying up my sister, she's such a pain." The cauldron Christina had been working in had fallen gracefully through the crack to in front of the two people.

Dorian smiled, "Now all we need is the full moon, and that's two and a half weeks away, but she should be alright down here. She can't break the chains, I made them myself." He grinned, white teeth flashing as he ignored Sarlene. "And just think. I already get the throne here, and with you next inline once we finish her off, we can finally unite both our worlds, my kind won't have to hide in the shadows."

Christina laughed manically. "Finally, but what are we going to do for two and a half weeks?" She asked looking at Dorian with a confused face.


Sarlene somehow fell asleep, even though she was in chains.

Dorian smiled, "we can think of something." He grinned and pulled her close, "Perhapes we could torture her? But how?" He mused and grinned evily.

Adrian was in the shadows, a hood pulled over his blindingly white hair. His eyes were grey as well, but of a brighter shade. His clothes were black so he could hide in the shadows with out being seen.

Christina looked into Dorian's eyes and laughed manically with him, "Torturing her sounds like a perfect idea,how...maybe we could stretch her limbs until they practically rip out of the socket?" She asked with an evil excited voice.


Sarlene stirred in her sleep, but remained asleep in her shackles.

"WE can think on it over some lunch. I'm rather hungery." Dorian smiled and kissed her cheek as he led her out of his magic chamber.

Adrian smiled as the heavy door closed with a loud thud.

Christina followed Dorian out the heavy door walking like she was on a cloud, she may be evil, but she was still a girl that liked a powerful man. "Okay" She said and kissed him back with a smile on her face.

Adrian rushed forward and shook the woman in the chains. "Hey, wake up." He started working on breaking the chains, muttering the needed spell.

Sarlene woke up and tensed seeing a person in front of her. She was ready to start screaming, but by the looks of things she realized the man was trying to help her escape the clutches of her sister and the other man. "I'm up, I'm up. Now what do we do?" Sarlene asked speaking in a whisper.

"You do nothing." Adrian said as the chain's snapped. "Your kind of magic doesn't work so well down here. Now come on." The manacles still around her wrists he wrapped the extra chain around her wrists. "Follow me." He said and hurried off, not even looking back. The corridors were hardly lit. Bright light hurt the Dark Elf's eyes, and when they did go up they had to wear hooded cloaks and bend their heads so the light wouldn't hurt as much.
Adrain weaved through the corridors, his cloak fluttering behind him as he moved.

Sarlene nodded at the man, "Okay". She followed him down the corridors trying to let her eyes adjust, but they couldn't she just made sure she stayed right behind him and took her steps where he had taken his. She moved hurriedly almost tripping a couple of times,somehow managing to catch herself.

Adrian opened a door and shoved her through. It was lightly lit bed room, lushious looking bed draped in black silk and accentuated with red. "We need to get you out of here...If only father would belive me that he's stealing magic....but he doesn't steal from our kind...he's to smart for that. Father would get suspicous." He muttered and grabbed a bag, throwing items in, cloaks, sets of blankets for outdoors. "We need to stop at the kitchens for food." He said softly and threw one of the two bags he filled at her.

Sarlene looked in awe at the room. "Yea, I need to get out of here, I feel so tired and powerless, it must be the fact that I'm underground." She spoke thinking out loud. "Okay, which way are the kitchens?" she asked as she caught the bag clumsily and walked towards the door.

"You will wait for me." He said and threw her a dark cloak. "Put that on...your bright skin will stand out to much otherwise." He said and pulled his own hood up and slung the pack onto his back.

"Okay." She said, she wasn't about to venture out there on her own. Sarlene put the cloak on covering all of her from nose to foot. Sarlene followed the man's lead and put the pack he had given her on her back.

"I need food for about a month, for two..."I'm getting away from the family for a few days." He smiled andh eld open his pack. The cook smiled and gave him some bread and cheese and a it of dried meat.
"Thank you.
He smiled and grabed Selen's hand and draged her towards the top. Above the earth and his home underneath it.

Sarlene followed the man out of the kitchen to the open air quietly not asking any questions.

In a dark forest he adjusted his pack and looked back, with the light much brighter here he had to wear dark lenses over his eyes, his skin was a dark grey, and his hair was purest white. "Lets go. What the hell was going on in your mind to try and stop your sister while she was brewing that?" He asked as he started walking. "We are far from your home, but I'm taking you back. It will take longer than normal too. We will travel during the day. Brother won't expect me to want to be in the sunlight." He said and pulled the hood over his head as he started to move forward.

"I was trying to stop her because I didn't realize what the hell she was doing." Sarlene spoke keepng a quieted tone as she walked beside him. "Taking long isn't a problem, the problem is keeping us both in fighting shape. Plus, don't you think your brother would be expecting you to travel by daylight, because he'll know you'll expect him to think you'll travel at night, so he'd know that you'd travel during the daytime." She spoke in a run on sentence taking only two breaths in the long sprawl. Sarlene looked at him hoping he understood what she had said.

"No....because I'm alergic to the sun. He knows I wouldn't put my health at risk. But what he doesn't know is that Mother made a lotion for my skin, that blocks out the sun rays, and with the dark glasses I've got on I don't have to worry about the light hurtting my eyes." He smiled, white teeth glinting in the sunlight. "Lets get going." He said and turned away. "We'll have to share the tent and blankets, I only brought the one set to make our packs lighter."

"Oh Okay." Sarlene said quietly feeling like a fool, and laughed lightly at him smiling, 'Cute' she thought but said nothing. "Sharing things is fine." She walked alongside him at a brisk pace, "So I don't believe I caught your name, I'm Sarlene by the way."

"You didn't catch it because I didn't tell you...but my name is Adrian." He said softly. They moved the whole day untill the sun was almost gone, then they looked for a good place to camp. He set up the tent and gathered the wood for a fire, thanking the earth for any branches he had to take from living trees.

"Oh okay." Sarlene said quietly, "It's nice to meet you Adrian, and Thank you for saving me." Once night had fallen Sarlene brushed the ground clear of any stray rocks and twigs before Adrian had set up the tent. She then took the stray sticks and put them into the fire that Adrian had built. Sarlene sat down by the fire and ate some berries she had found, "Want some?" she asked holding a handful out towards Adrian.
