Drake placed the burgers on three plates and carried them, following Chloe into the dining room he placed a burger in front of her, Janice and one in front of his own seat. "Let's eat." He said and bit into his burger.

Chloe smiled as she took a small nibble off of her food, happily clapping to show her approval of how it came out. "Mmm, good~"

"Yummy!" Janice chimed in agreement. She looked to Drake. "It's good, isn't it? Right?"

"Very good." Drake said after chewing his food a bit more. "Awesome Job Chloe." He smiled and laughed lightly because he had swallowed his food finally after speaking a few time with it in his mouth.

She just laughed a bit, shaking her head. "You helped, silly. So don't make it sound like I'm the only one who did anything."

"True, true, but I give you more credit, you did most of it." Drake bowed his head slightly and laughed.

She shook her head. "On the contrary, you sorta did most of it considering I was just sitting there in a wheelchair..."

"You weren't just sitting in a wheelchair, you were cooking and I was just doing the stuff that was a little...out of reach for you." he smiled slightly.

Chloe laughed, followed by Janice to the little joke-like words. "Well I feel you did a lot more then you give yourself credit for. So there."

"Alright, I'll take some credit." Drake laughed and took another bite of his burger.

She nodded, smiling more easily and taking a secondary bite. "I'm glad they came out so well!"

"Indeed they did." Drake laughed.

Chloe giggled slightly, smiling to him. "Thank you again for helping me. It's gonna be hard to cook when I get home for a while."

"When do you think you're going to be going home?" Drake asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Shouldn't I head home tonight?" She blinked quietly. "It's wrong to mooch off of someone for too long after all."

"No, you can't go home tonight, it's such a long travel, and it's night, there's the two of you and you're in a wheelchair. I don't think it would be a good idea to go home tonight." Drake shook his head, "You're not mooching off of me or my family, I welcome you here for as long as you need to stay." Drake nodded.

"I do need to go home eventually or we'll get cockroaches or something. I'd rather that not be the first thing I do when I get out of the wheelchair- cleaning cockroaches, I mean, or something like that."

"Alright, have it however you want." Drake said and didn't push her staying anymore, "Whenever you think you are ready to leave then leave, but if I may I request that I escort you atleast halfway home. It is your choice." Drake smiled and looked down at his plate, "All finished?" he asked everyone.

Chloe nodded, smiling easily. "I'll think of it, 'kay? And... I'm done~"

"Me hungry still! Is there dessert too~?"

"Hm..." Chloe looked to Drake with curiosity. "Do you like pastries per chance?"

"Okay." Drake said smiling as he picked up his Chloe's and Janice's plates.
"Pastries.... yea." He said with curiosity in his voice, "What are you thinking?"

Chloe giggled, letting out a soft wink of sorts from her eye. "I work at a bakery for a reason, y'know. What's your favorite? I'll make something really good either way- promise!"

"I don't have a favorite, I eat whatever everyone else wants. So, Janice, what do you think we should have?" Drake asked smiling.

Janice thought for a minute and looked to her mother with a cheery smile. "Mommy should make cake~! Strawberry cake!"

"Strawberry cake hm? Alright. I think I can handle that... Though I may need some help."

"Strawberry Cake sounds good," Drake nodded, "I can help you with that." He smiled and opened the kitchen door for Chloe, himself and Janice if she wanted to come. "Let's go back a cake." Drake said and laughed lightly

"Me stay here, kay?" Janice smiled cheerfully to the two, watching her mother nod.

Chloe looked to Drake, smiling, then went to the kitchen through the open door and forced the refrigerator open, seeking ingredients. "Can you get out some flower, sugar and baking soda?"

Drake nodded at Janice and put a door block on the floor next to the door so it would stay open. He came followed Chloe to the fridge, "Alright" Drake said and went off to get the ingredients. Flour in the cupboard near the fridge, he leaned around Chloe and grabbed it out of there and placed it on the counter, when his hand was coming away from the cupboard he gently and accidentally swiped his hand across her shoulder, "Oops, Sorry" he said his face turning a slight pink. He turned away to get the sugar and baking soda which were both above the stove. Once he got them he held them in his hands and asked "Where would you like the stuff?" Drake asked smiling.
