Kylie is a young 17 year old girl who no longer has a family. She is shy, and timid. She usually keeps to herself. As a child, villagers didn't accept her family due to the fact that they could change into wolves. Demons, as they were called. They were cast out and left with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Soon after, her mother died while giving birth to a stillborn child. It was then just her father and herself. After his wife's death, her father wasted any money they came by on alcohol. Forced to leave him in order to survive, Kylie has been cautious of all others she came by. She tried to hide the side of her that the villagers of her childhood did not accept. Now, life is quiet for her. She doesn't have a permanent home and she is still searching for a place to finally claim as her own. Away from the towns, she normally travels and stays in her wolf form for it is easier to eat and survive in that way.
Fortunately, on way across the lands, Kylie comes across a strange sight, another like herself. He was the most beautiful creature she had rested her eyes on, he was a large black wolf with a powerful stance. From there on, they stayed together. They learned each other's stories and traveled the lands together. Hunting and protecting each other. As for their relationship, just friends, but it could always grow into something more.

Personality: Kira is the quiet twin. She's shy and usually only speaks up when she needs to. However, when it is just her and Riley, she is open and isn't afraid to say anything. She is very kind and observant, but she lets others take advantage of her too often. When she transforms into a tan cat, she is more adventurous and comfortable. She comes up with most of their good ideas, but rarely takes credit for it.

Personality: Riley is flamboyant and proud of everything he does. He seems childish and jokes around often, but he wouldn't let anything harm his sister. Although he acts like a younger sibling at times, whenever something bad happens he's always there to protect Kira. When he transforms into an orange cat, he struts around, the same as normal. He usually leads the way, and Kira quietly follows behind him.

Information: Kira and Riley are orphan twins, Riley being the older one. They were born in Melbourne, Australia. Most of their lives they've lived in the city in cat form, since they are poor and cannot afford clothing/housing. They steal from the more fortunate to survive, and usually eat leftovers from restaurants unless they have the money to afford a real meal. Recently they've been exploring other areas of Australia, and have been traveling in human form more often.

Cat Form

Large Red Cedar trees shaded the cool stream that Kylie and Luka were relaxing in. The temperature was warm and the air humid, so the coolness of the softly flowing water brought relief to them. A Mottled Petrel could be heard chirping in the canvas of the huge trees and the chatter of squirrels fighting over nuts displayed how nice of a day it was.
Both Kylie and Luka were in their wolf forms, slurping up the clear water and soaking their fur from snout to tail. Under the shade of the trees, Kylie's white fur appeared silvery. She rolled onto her back in a shallow part of the stream, letting her fur become completely soaked. "Oi, this is ripper." She was speaking to Luka using mind talk, which was how they communicated in their wolf forms. Her voice was a deep Australian accent, displaying a country, yet city accent.
Luka whined as he splashed around in the shallow water, causing droplets to to fly off in every direction. His black fur shimmered from the wetness as he trotted through the stream, passing under random spots that the sunlight managed to penetrate. "Aye. That it is." His voice hinted the same country-ish accent. He eased his way closer to Kylie who now had her golden eyes closed as she stood in stomach deep water stream. Letting his tongue flop out of his mouth, Luka silently crept closer to the unsuspecting victim.
"Gotcha matey!" Luka cried excitedly as he pounced on Kylie, causing her head to do under the water. Luka let out a bark of laughter as he pounced back to shore just in time for Kylie to react to it all.
"Luuuuuka!!" Kylie growled after she pulled her head from the stream. Water was dripping from her snout as she took an attack pounce growling at Luka who was still rolling with wolfy laughter. "You are..going down!" Suddenly Kylie pounced from where she was standing, landing on Luka who was too busy cracking up to realized that she was coming at him.
They growled and fumbled around, playfully nipping at each other for a few minutes. Kylie backed off of him, panting and had a look of satisfaction gleam across her eyes. "Ha, I win." She growled playfully.
"Oi, you won't next time." Luke grinned. Suddenly both of their stomachs began growling. Their eyes met, and they moth nodded.
Kylie trotted away from Luka and hid herself behind a tree that she laid her clothes. One of the downers of being able to transform into an animal was they always ended up naked once they turned back into a human, and if they wanted to avoid ripping their clothes, they would have to strip down before transforming into a wolf. They had never seen each other fully unclothed, for they always turned away from each other in those moments. Kylie returned to where they just were, brushing out her hair. She was wearing a smooth black dress that she had torn just above the knee due to the heat they sometimes faced. Her hair was long and silvery blonde as she set on the ground, waiting for Luka to finish up so they could eat. He returned and sat beside her, pulling out some sandwiches from a pack he carried. He was wearing a simple white, button up shirt and blue jeans that Kylie thought made his butt look good. (Lmao)
"We better get going soon. It's almost the arvo." Kylie said with a mouthful of bread.
Luka slapped Kylie on her back, causing her to choke on her food. "Don't you have any manners, mate?"
Coughing, Kylie glared at Luka who was grinning down at her, "Luka, do you want to kill me?"
"Nah, not yet. Because I know you don't have a fair go against me." He grinned again and slapped her on the back once more, finding what he said the be hilarious.
"Oh, you are so funny, you must be away with the pixies to think you have a fair go with me."

The two finished up their meal, packed away their things, and transformed back into their wolf forms to continue their journey through the country.

"Slow down Riley!" Kira panted, her hands placed firmly on her legs as she keeled over the soft earth below her. Her brother was sprinting, and laughing in front of her. He turned quickly to get a glimpse of her soft face, the hot Australian sun beating down on their fair skin. Kira wasn't used to being out like this during the day. "Ahh, when are we goin' back to the city?", she thought. The maniacal laughing sound of kookaburras echoed around them.

Riley slowed down a great deal, letting his sister catch up with him. "Now now Kiruh, we're almost there." He patted her on the head lightly, a grin covering his face. "We'll head back home soon, luv. Don't ya wurry one bit." He took her right hand in his, and walked with her slowly.

"I've been wanting to see dah lake for a long time." She smiled quietly, her cheeks a light rosy hue from the heat. Her hair was tied up in the back loosely, a slight mess from the running. Riley put his arm around her as they continued walking. "Riley, look!" She pointed in front of them. The ocean was slowly coming into view. They began running, trying to get to the ocean as quickly as possible. It was still a good many feet away from them, but they couldn't help but get excited. All Kira could think about was catching some nice fish to eat for dinner.

"Tell ya what! I'll race ya there!" Riley shouted as they kept running. Kira nodded in agreement, and they raced off, the sand now under their feet.

Kylie and Luka were panting was they made their way through the trees, avoiding patches of sunlight that managed to break through the heavy leaves of the Red Cedar trees and the palm bushes that grew taller than an average human male. They reached a small pond after a few straight miles of running.
Panting heavily, Kylie lapped up the pond water greedily and let her body cool down in the sun warmed water. Luka slid into the pond, drinking as he waded in the water.
"Wull bloak, the watua isn't the best, but it's butter than nothing." Kylie panted and duck her head under the water.
"Aye." Luka yawned and doggy paddled across the small pad, disturbing pond lillies and frogs. He nipped at the frogs only for fun as they croaked wildly, swimming quickly away from him.
"Eh, can't you ever bahave?" Kylie rolled her eyes and pawed Luka who was now walking towards her.
"Wull, where's the fun it that?" Luka flashed his white canine teeth and nipped at at Kylie's ears.
Kylie shook her head and whimpered playfully, "Aye.
They played for a little longer, splashing the water around causing it to get murky and muddy. When they finally finished messing around and left the pond, mud and slime clung to their shaggy fur. Kylie's white fur had a greenish brown color now and Luka's fur looked greasy and nasty.
"oi, that idah wus not the best." Kylie muttered as she tried to shake the grime from her fur.
Luka barked and shook his body, sending slime and mud flying, which ended up covering Kylie's fur more. "Luuuukaaa!" She growled, then laughed.

They didn't really know where they were going, they were hoping they were getting close to the ocean by now.

The sand was mushy under their feet. They quickly threw their shoes off, Kira being the first to strip into her under garments, then they quietly played in the salty water. Riley splashed Kira in the face, laughing loudly as she closed her eyes and splashed back.

"Dis is what you wanted, right luv?" They were both smiling at each other.

Kira nodded her head approving. She then crawled out of the water and sat down on the beach, looking at the different sea shells that had been washed ashore.

Riley followed at sat down next to her. "We bettah staut catchin' our lunch." He smiled at her, then got up then began running back towards the ocean. He nearly tripped on a sea shell, sending Kira into a laugh attack. Once she calmed down, she walked out into the ocean to help him catch some fish.

By the time the sun was going down, they had managed to get a nice bunch of fish. They had dried themselves off and put their clothing back on, and was beginning to cook the various different fish. The smoke rose up into the orange-red sky.

"I hope we don't attract anywon..." Kira said quietly. She was curled up in her cat form, nibbling on a fish bone. Riley was also in his cat form, sitting next to his sister.

Kylie's nose started twitching as she began to smell a saltyness in the air.
"Lukaa, do you smeh the oceacun?" Kylie let her tongue plop out as she raced towards the direction the salty air was coming from.
"Aye, that smell, it's so fumiluah" Luka replied, his giant wolf pads thudding faster on the soft grass which gradually turned into sand.
Kylie stopped at the ocean shore, the waves crashing up, lapping over her front paws. "Luke, we are funaluh ere!"She then pounced up and down in excitement, biting and barking at the waves that were constantly rolling up the shore.
Luka chuckled and joined her, splashing the water with his paws and digging in the sand, trying to keep the whole from refilling with sand every time a wave rolled over.
Suddenly Kylie stood abrupt and sniffed the air as a breeze blew her fur.
"Oi, Luka, do ya smeh that?" Kylie growled lowly.
"Aye, I do." Luka brought his head low to the ground, sniffed the sand and air, moving towards the scent. Kylie followed beside him, silently.
They moved a mile or so down the beach until they caught sight of a strange sight in the distance.
"Are thuoz cuts?" Kyle narrowed her golden eyes as the glared at the strange creatures before them.

Riley blinked, seeing something move in the distance. It was two wolves.

"Kiruh, get up love." He quietly whispered to her. Her ear twitched, but she was otherwise unaffected by his voice. He looked around nervously, then grabbed her by heir neck like mother's do to their young kittens, and he carried her off running as fast as he could. "Kimmruh, youm'e rmweally huwmvy..." he mumbled, his heart racing faster than his legs could carry him.

"Wut's goin on Riley...?" Kira woke up to a surprise. She looked around, struggling to get out of Riley's mouth.

He dropped her, expecting her to keep running. She stood blank for a second, then turned to look behind her and began running. "Where the bloody blazes did they come from?"

"I dunno luv, but they're closin in on us!"

Kylie and Luka watched as the cats began to run away.
"Ah we that scareh?" Kylie barked as she slowed to a sprint
"Oi, I guess so." Luka slowed down as well. "Do ya wunnah turn inta our humahn forms, and see uf they culm dun anuh?"
"Wull, Luka, we ah out un the opun." Kylie remarked as she glanced around the open beach.
"Wull, Kuhleh, stund un frunt of meh aund I wull change." Luka whined as he stopped and changed behind Kylie, he faced away from him. She was large enough to cover his important parts. They were larger than normal sized wolves. If they stood next to a human, their shoulders would reach up past their waists.
Luka got dressed in one quick motion and turned to Kylie. He smiled down at her, and pet her behind her ears, "Aye, you're such uh cute duggie, mate." He grinned at her and ruffled her fur.
Kylie growled, rolled her eyes and Luka laughed and turned his eyes from her while hold her dress around her body as she transformed into a human.
"Luka, you ah such uh puin." She grinned and pushed him playfully after she was dressed.
This took hardly a minute, for they were both so used to changing in and out of their wolf forms and they had both had gotten quick at it.
The then remembered the cats and their human faces turned to stare in their directions.
"I but those cuts ah gunna be guing crazeh nuh." Luka laughed at his joke. And Kyle smirked, shook her head and giggled.

Riley and Kira transformed back into humans, their clothes magically appearing back on them as if they had never been cats. They panted, now out of breathe in human form.

"I think we might uh lost em Kira." Riley smiled, still trying to catch this breath.

"Did they try tah attack?" Kira's face was flushed, even more pale than her usual self. The moon reflected in her light green eyes.

"No... I dunno. I just saw them and panicked."

"RILEY!" Kira shouted, coughing afterwards. "They might have wanted help. Just because you see someone doesn't mean you can always run away." She looked at him, dead serious. Kira rarely burst out like that.

Riley shook his head, then put one hand on each of Kira's shoulders. "Kiruh dear... you are da one who always runs away. Don't hide yurself..." He smiled, brushing her bangs out of her face.

"Riley... I think I see two... people walking this way" He turned to look behind him.

Kylie and Luka were chatting calmy as the walked across the soft sand of the beach.
"Thus is uh nice day." Kylie grinned and kicked at the water, her bare feet hitting a rolling wave. She was enjoying herself.
"Aye. That it is." Luka agreed, "You sum ta enjoy this place." He glanced over to Kylie, smiling.
"Wull, yes. It is rully nice here.." Her voice was soft and she glanced up so see Luke smiling at her, his eyes on hers. She felt herself blush and turned away. Suddenly she was being pushed and nearly fell. She would have fallen if Luke hadn't caught her. He had his arm wrapped around her waist. "Luuuuuuka!" She suddenly turned a darker red as she realized his hands were touching her body.
Luke felt himself blush and he let go of Kylie after he made sure she was steady on her feet, "Sorreh about that..." He apologized and bit his bottom lip. His white shirt was unbuttoned revealing a small muscular stomach that Kylie couldn't help but the glimpse at.
"Hey.. I see those cuts!" Kylie exclaimed, "Only... they changed into humans."
"Interusting." Luka replied as he stared across the beach, at the humans.

Kira thought about what Riley said, then decided she would approach them. "I'm gonna talk to em," she said with her head held high, trying to show off.

Riley nodded, then grabbed her tightly by the arm before she could go. "But let me go with ya Kiruh." A smile was still across his face. "I con't let mah little sissy go alone!" He let go of her, then they walked together.

Kira slowly approached the two humans, waving her hand nervously in the arm. "Ello? Wolves? Is that you?" Her eyes were wide when she got a better view of them. They were both so strange looking, and yet so beautiful.

Riley wasn't his usual self. He was quiet, and tense, holding onto Kira's hand tighter than he probably noticed.
