[[Ah okay then, I could have sworn I described it though, let me find it again.]]

Hamlet chuckled a little, knowing where both the men were and were most likely doing even though he had assigned the older vampire and the occult master with an important task of doing. Hamlet really wanted to be human soon, since after what had happened that night, the beautiful human Rosaleen would probably be expecting the child. He didn't want to break and dash her hopes (as well as his) at having a child, but his vampiric sterility prevented him from doing so. So Hamlet tried to bide his time, saying that it didn't work the first time round and hopefully before the next, he had become human at that time.

"They're probably in in my study engaging in some activity, that I do not know of." Hamlet chosed his words carefully, since he didn't know about Rosaleen's view on homosexuality. It is taboo amongst Christians and much of the London populace in general that two men were to be together (despite their losseness about women lovers which infruiated Hamlet to an extent)*, so Mikhail's and Zaberisk's affairs were in total secrecy amongst human guests and Rosaleen.

"I get Theodore to fetch them." Using Rosaleen's glass bell that he had given her in case of needing a farway servant, Hamlet rang the bell, which emitted a high frequency sound that pierced through his and Tutti's enchanced hearing, making them wince slightly.

Distant running foot steps could be heard as Theodore ran into Rosaleen's room, panting slightly from his run. "Is there something you need of me, my Lady? My Lord" Thedore asked in between pants as he straighten up and bowed in respect.

"Please go fetch Mikhail and Zaberisk from my study, my Rosaleen requests their presence." Hamlet said as Theodore nodded in response, descending down the staircase to the parlor before heading down another sets of stairs to the darkness which was Hamet's study.

There Theodore found and rolled his eyes at, the indecency of the two men as they continued to eat each other's face and swap saliva, heavy with lust and love for each other. Theodore coughed loudly to gain their attention before telling them that the Master and Mistress requested their presence.

Both blond and blacket flushed red in embarassment before placing their clothes on and regaining their normal composure before following the young man towards where Hamlet and Rosaleen was.

Meanwhile, Hamlet decided to ask Rosaleen a question to pass the time. "So Rosaleen, may I ask how you knew of my gift to you?" Hamet asked with a warm smile gracing his normally emotionless features.

[[* I mainly got this from some research and documentary about London about some of the entertainment that they often had. Sometimes, high-class men would watch two women kiss each other and what not especially during Aldini's experiments. This is what I am referring to if you were confused.]]

"I saw it resting on my bed while I was getting ready for dinner, Oh wasn't their daughter just adorable. I hope we have children as cute as them." She sighed running her finger along the box, she didn't know how he would react about her talking about having their own children, but she had always wished to be a mother. She sighed and thought about how much fun it would be.

She could already picture herself holding Hamlets child in her arms, and then her first words, her first birthday, her first step, Her eyes swam while she thought of it. She couldn't wait to play in the snow with her own daughter, and to have Hamlet play with them. She smiled thinking of how Christmas would be if she were pregnant by then. All the baby clothes she would get, and the toys.

She watched as Mikhail and Zaberisk entered then she pulled the ribbon and pulled out the dress. It was made with the latest pompadour fabric, royal navy blue in color, with various winter flower designs of light colors and had white ribbons.* She gasped as she stood and held it up to her. "Oh my..It's beautiful." She said holding it up to herself and spun around. She laid it down on the bed and walked over to Hamlet. "Thank you so much." She said hugging him. She gently kissed his chin, since she couldn't reach his lips or cheek.

[[*I found the description sorry]]

Mikhail smiles happily, applauding his friend at the lively choice in dress. But that is without a tease. "It is amazing how you are able to choose exquisite apparel for your wife but not so for yourself, Hamlet." Mikhail teased the man whom was enjoying his wife's display of affection.

Hamlet just glared at the blond, as he wrapped his arms around his wife's waist, kissing her forehead. "I'm glad that you like it Rosaleen." Hamlet had said this warmly, a smile gracing his lips not truly aware that vampiric canines were portuding out of his lips.

Rosaleen looked up at him and gasped. "Wh..What are those?" She asked stupidly pointing at his sharp teeth. Her eyes were open wide and her heart was pounding. She wanted to sqiurm in his grasp and run away, but if something was wrong she knew she must stay with him. Instead she stood loosely in his arms.

She looked over at Tuttie, and Makhail, Then Zeberisk. She wondered why none of them rushed forward the save her, or to see what was wrong with Hamlet. It seemed as if they were just frozen in place. As if everything had just stopped, She felt as if her own heart might stop.

Achingly slowly Hamlet let go of Rosalee to bring his hands to his lips, feeling the damp and smooth as well as sharp canines protruding without his knowledge. Speechless Hamlet stepped away slowly before bolting out of her room, pushing his shocked friends away as he ran and sped of into his privacy and th comforting darkness of the dungeon, bolting the doors as he slowly slipped down.

Grapsing his black tendrils in fear, frustration and a myriad of other emotions, Hamlet's resolve slowly started to shatter. Those poisonous words that his parents had spewed from their mouths, echoed and resonated deeply and loudly within his mid getting louder and louder, shattering his resolve to be and lead the human life and mortality the he so dearly desired.

Zaberisk coughed loudly breaking the the tension and silence as he brought the attention to himself, "Tutti, please tend to Rosaleen's needs whilst Mikhail and I tend to my master's...condition. Rosaleen, there is nothing to fear. I'm sure my master did not mean to scare you in anyway." Zaberisk said calmly as he and MikhailntIled after the fleeing young vampire.

Rosaleen stood stunned, her foggy memory starting to remember the day in the basement, her hand slowly reached up to her bandaged neck. She looked at Tutti who started to step forward as if to comfort her. She tried to remember something that she had seen in a book she read once. "Tutti, I'm going to go down to the library..I..I read when I'm upset." She said leaving the room and and heading down stairs to the small library Hamlet had showed her.

She walked over to the shelves and read the spines, slowly running her fingers along each one. Finally she recognized one of the books she's seen before. She pulled it out and stood there reading it over again. IIt told of the legend of the vampire, and the tall-tell sign one is a vampire. She gasped as she read them:

Appears to drink Red wine regularly.
eats meat very undercooked.
Sharp teeth.
Rarely goes out in day time.
When out in day time wears heavy or thick clothes.
Has many servants who seem extraordinarily pale or beautiful.

The book fell out of her hands as the looked straight ahead as if frozen. Hamlet was a...a...vampire.........

Zaberisk did his hear his master out using his enhanced hearing as he looked for around in various rooms, such as the parlour, the reading room, the dining room and a variety of other places all except for the dungeon where some of the pets were kept such as the bats, feral wolves and fetal cats.

Mikhail was helping with the search to the best of his human abilities. Mikhail didn't resort to black magic as he found that uneccessary at the moment. Finding his lover, Zaberisk heading to the dungeons, Mikhail chased after him only to find Zaberisk breaking the door and be overwhelmed by the smell of animal blood, excrement, stale urine and a myriad of putrid smells.

Both saw that amongst all the carnage as well as the waste matter, was naked and bloody Hamlet in his vampiric form. His lipa black from countless times of drinking blood, his black hair longer with long bone-like horns growing out of his head and smaller ones in his hands. And his finger nails dyes crimson from the massive killings.

This was the true form of the De Villaamil vampires evident by the form in which they took, which was more humanoid than any other vampires. This was the form that Hamlet De Villaamil took on as physical signs of his ancestors sins as well as the curse in which his ancestor were cursed with.

Tutti ran after her Mistress to see to her needs as she should and by unknwon instinct styed behind the doors and voiced quietly, "Lady Rosaleen...?"

Rosaleen couldn't speak. She was stunned by the knowledge she had learned. Blinking slowly she felt her head begin to rush, and she felt lightheaded. everything was growing dark, and confusing. "Ha..Hamlet." She muttered before she passed out. She fought the darkness that was fighting to win her over, calling her name in a sweet, tempting voice.

Her dreams were full of Horns and blood and creatures stalking the shadows. She could hear voices about her, as if yelling to wake her up. She tried to call out to them, but she couldn't speak. She felt trapped as if she were just a voiceless, moveless doll. Watching everything, but doing nothing.

It has been days since that incident and both affected parties, Rosaleen and Hamlet had been kept at isolation within their rooms whilst Zaberisk treated Hamlet's needs and condition whilst Mikhail, Tutti and Theodore have been treating Rosaleen's needs and condition.

Zaberisk had managed to find put that Hamlet's condition was induced because it was soon to be THE NIGHT which was time where all the supernatural will come to roam the night for the entire week night. And that Hamlet was suffering his third case of it ad has yet to really know the signs it.

Meanwhile Mikhail has been calling out the the unconscious Rosaleen for quite a long while. "ROSALEEN!"

Whimpering Rosaleen slowly blinked her eyes open, almost tearing up at the bright lights. "Hamlet?" She asked weakly as her eyes adjusted. Slowly blinking she found herself in her bed, wearing a night gown. Her long hair was tied up with a ribbon to keep it from her face, and she smelled of sweat. "What...Where am I?" She asked sitting up.

She was confused, what had happened? All she remembered was getting a new dress from Hamlet then hugging him, then his teeth. "Mikhail, Mikhail, we have to get out of here, It isn't safe. There vampires! Hamlet, oh my beloved Hamlet, He's not mortal. He is undead, a blood sucking night walking fiend, as is Zeberisk." She said grabbing Mikhails arm as if in a fit. Her eyes wide and troubled and she was trembling.

Mikhail doesn't know to say to the grief stricken Rosaleen. Afterall what she said was the truth. The entire staff in this manor were all vampires. It was only natural that someone like Rosaleen would be afraid of such creatures and now that THE NIGHT was coming she'll have more reasons to fear then household whom will be shifting to their vampiric forms soon.

Mikhail sighed loudly. He didn't know what to do to be honest. Mikhail just figured that now she knows the truth, he'll just have to tell her the things that he was to relay now that all the vampires were sleeping in their coffins besides Zaberisk due to the darkness of the lower levels.

"Rosaleen, this us all I can say. I don't expect you to believe me hjust hear me out. Hamlet's affection and love for you was genuine. Even though his time has been short he truly loves you ever since he first saw you, as shallow as that maybe." Taking a deep breath Mikhail continued, "He'll allow you to escape and call the mob to kill him. There is a carriage outside waiting for you."

"I..I don't want to kill him...Can..Can I see him?" She asked, suddenly unsure if she truly wanted to leave. She had in fact fallen in love with Hamlet, all be it a short time. "Please let me see him, I know he's asleep, it's afternoon. But I...I just want to see him." She said trying to get out of bed.

Shes stood an grabbed her robe and wrapped it around her then turned to Mikhail. "Where is he? Down in the basement?" she asked stepping towards the door. She's fight to see him. She wanted, no had to see him before she made her choice to leave or not. She suddenly felt light headed as her head bod adjusted to walking about.

"He is in the lower levels yes, which was previously a cellar, which has been converted to be his private study and bedroom. I shall warn you, there will be things that will be...questionable in the study." Mikhail warned the blonde woman as he as he linked his arms with hers, allowing her to use lean against him to walk properly without falling and get use to the feeling.

As they headed towards the darkness which was the lower levels, Mikhail lighted a torch at the entrance, lighting the way down the stairs. Reaching the last of the steps which they were now in the study, there was a chalk pentacle create by the candles laid in the pattern as well as bowls of a variety of plants and dead animals, books of the occult and black magic laid strewn about as though there was an attempt of magic.

"Before you ask, yes we were dealing with black magic. I did say I was a magician. Afterall, it is in my blood. We were trying to find the cure for Hamlet's curse." Mikhail stated as he placed the torch in its stand and picked up the books, arranging them neatly in his hands as he places them on the mahogany desk just next to the chalk pentacle. Across it there was a door leading to Hamlet's bedroom, where Rosaleen first saw his blood frenzy as well as his coffin.

Rosaleen tried to hide her disgust at the sight of the dead animals and blood, she held strong and walked towards his door, her hand hesitated on the knob, something yelling at her to turn and run but instead she turned to Mikhail. "Wi...will you come with me?" She asked, her bare feet freezing on the cold stone beneath them.

As she turned she saw a wider view of the room, the chalk pentacle and blood, and other signs of black magic. She closed her eyes trying to convince herself that it was all a dream, and she was still passed out and asleep in her bed, Or that she had yet to wake up after her bath with Hamlet. She thought back to that happy moment then turned back to the door and opened it.

[[After this I'm going to sleep. Good night, sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite (if it is night time where you are) ^_^.]]

Mikhail accompanied Rosaleen towards Hamlet's bedroom, where inside there lay and open coffin with a normal-looking and sleeping Hamlet, as Zaberisk gave and forced the deeply sleeping figure to ingest an amber fluid. Zaberisk turned and greeted the two humans with a nod, as he forced Hamlet's mouth open, fangs not present, forcing the fluid into his mouth and lifting Hamlet's neck up to swallow.

"I'm assuming that the spell and ritual were a success?" Mikhail asked, placing a hand in front of Rosaleen as to not allow her to step any closer, as a precautionary measure.

"Indeed, however we need to see the results of such an experiment. If this is indeed the cure to the vampiric curse that our ancestors' enemies have plagued our kind with." Zaberisk replied, unemotionally as he took a step back to see the results.

The results didnt't sink in until fifteen mintues later where, Hamlet's body started to convulse, shake, tremble and twitch in such as seizure like manner. At some point in time, he had opened his blood red eyes which have become dilated, his fingers moving erratically as the fluid took its toll on his body. Screams were soon heard forcing itself from Hamlet's mouth as though he was on fire.

The sezsure ended as quickly as it started as black smoke escaped through Hamlet's mouth, colour returning to his skin, his red eyes had turned cerulean blue and his long hair remained black. Zaberisk and Mikhail were surprised that the spell had worked however they thought all too soon as the change came and went, reverting Hamlet back into his vampiric self.

"Hmmm...It seems we need higher concentration of this fluid for prolonged use, however by the looks of things it vampires could gain immunity towards such a concoction. Interesting..." Zaberisk thought out loud as he examined every bit of his master's body, checking his eyes, mouth breathing movement and reflexes.

Rosaleen watched shocked as Hamlets body trashed about in the coffin. She wanted to run to him, but Mikhail held her back. She bit her lip, drawing blood as she watched in horror, slightly surprised when his body returned to normal then back to his pale vampiric state.

"Wh...What was that stuff?" She asked not truly trusting her voice. She watched as Zaberisk poked and prodded Hamlet checking him as if he were a piece of meat on a slab. Her heart Bursting at the seams as the black smoke slowly billowed out of his mouth as if he were burning from the inside. She couldn't watch anymore. She turned and walked into the other room to wait until they were done.

Allowing his lover to help Hamlet out of his rather empty state of being, Mikhail followed blonde woman out to check up on her condition. From the looks of things, the once strong Hamlet had broken down and is now going full out allowing his head butler to give him various alchemic, black magic and scientific concoctions to help sate his desperate desire to be human.

It seemed that upcoming event was effecting Hamlet badly since, he'll have to roam the streets of the night to either hunt, kill or drain blood and satisfy his inner demonic bloodlust.

Closing the door behind him, Mikhail looked to see that the blonde was heavily effected by what she just saw somewhat distressed and traumatised at such display of the supernatural.

"Rosaleen, to answer you previous question that was what we call Tsurunna's Baptismal Will. It is a medicine created by the white witch Tsurunna to help people return to their natural state. However it has side effects as you probably saw." Mikhail started, running a hand through his blond locks in anxiety.

As Zaberisk came out dusting his hands, Hamlet's demonic screams can be heard as well as the sound of chains rustling. There Zaberisk left without saying a word as he reverted to his true form and exited readying himself for The Night. Seeing this Mikhail knew he needed to act fast.

"Rosaleen, we're going to have to leave. It'll become dangerous soon." Mikhail let out, grabbing the blonde's hand as he guided her to her room, locking, bolting and enchanting the lower levels doors and various others before going into her room.

The servants have already left by the looks of things and Mikhail had already placed various enchantments in the days that Rosaleen had been unconscious, that are now in effect. Luckily for them they had two weeks worth of food that they can make themselves without the cooks that'll surely last them the duration of the Night.

However since Hamlet didn't want to particpate in such demonic acts, he had made his manservant chain him up as well as his magician friend to enchant the doors as to not allow him to escape.

Rosaleen nodded and followed him in a zombie like state. She couldn't get the thought of Hamlet and his god awful screaming. Tears slowly forming in her eyes as she followed Mikhail into her room. She sat in one of the two arm chairs that sat in front of her fire place and stared emotionless into the unlit fireplace.

"Will...will he be all right?" She asked after a few moments of silence. She had wanted to stay with Hamlet, but Mikhail had said it was not safe, so she dare not stay. She had read that some vampires change into a monster, that of which she had seen Zaberisk change into before leaving. And that most of them, cannot control themselves.

"Hamlet will be fine. If he does break out of his chains and bedroom, he'll have barrels of blood to feast upon if he gets desperate." Mikhail replied as he lit the fire place and burnt some scented items, looking at the smoke rise as it travelled up the chimney.

Mikhail felt the tense silence blanketing them (mor like him for that matter), watching the flickering dance of the orange flames, his cogworks in his mind turning. He was looking for a way to lift this omnious silence that was going to suffocate him! This would result in him going insane!

Finally Mikhail found something that he could say to the dead-looking blonde. It had been bothering him now that he thought about it and wanted to pry further.

"You know Rosaleen, you're one of the few females that is taking this pretty well. Albiet you look horrible and quite traumatised, you holding up quite fine. Usually his wives would be running for the mobs." Mikhail commented.

Rosaleen sighed when he spoke. "I guess, I'm not like most girls. I've never really been afraid of most things, maybe dying, or being alone. But vampires and demons and what not, they don't scare me...Just the fact that I'm married to one, kind of scares me...I mean I've always pictures myself having a loving marriage, and two kids. Maybe a dog. But now...now it's impossible isn't it?" She asked looking up at him with questions in her eyes.

She looked back at the flames, images of what she had just seen still running through her mind but she tired to pull forward the good memories. Their time in the bath together. Their first real night together as a couple. She smiled to herself. She would stay by Hamlet's side, unless he wanted to push her away.

"Do you think he might want to send me away...now that I know?" She asked sadly keeping the tears that threatened to fall from leaving her eyes.

She wanted to get up and do something, anything to keep these bad feelings form coming back up. She sighed and allowed her head to fall into her hands. She was tired, emotionally and physically. "He'd kill me if he saw me right now wouldn't he?" She asked as all these questions flooded to her mind.

She wanted to see him, to be by his side during his hardship, but she wasn't sure if he could handle himself with a human in the same room. Chained up or not, he'd brake the chains if he really wanted to. She wondered how much of Hamlet was in that creature who's screams were filling the mansion.

"Knowing Hamlet, he may. And I understand his position in this. You're the first he has actually spent time with, which is proof enough that you're his beloved." Mikhail stated straightening himself up and going to the window witnessing the abnormally darkening skies as supernatural creature both benevolent and, but mainly, malevolent in nature roamed the grounds and skies.

"I can tell that he loves so much that he'll set you free before his darkness rubs on you and engulfs your being and soul. Afterall his desire to be human and be with the one he loves, he is risking everthing in dabbling in ancient dark arts."
Mikhail continued having a staring contest with a supernatural upside down woman before glaring at her to send the pixie away.

As Hamlet's demonic screams echoed throughou the manor, scaring off the supernatural creatures outside and away from the grounds. Milkhail sighed sadly, "Poor Hamlet. To have such a strong bloodlust must be tough, for a vampire achieving goals such as his."

Rosaleen sat shocked, he would really send her away? She shook her head and allowed a few tears to fall. "What if I refused? What if I told him I'd never leave him....and asked him to turn me?" She asked standing up. Her hands were clenched in small white fists, she wouldn't leave this place, even if she were dragged away she'd find a way back.

She looked at Mikhail with a hurt expression and sighed. She sat back down, bringing her knees to her chest and allowed herself to weaken. She buried herself into her knees, and cried. She hadn't cried, really cried, since she was a child. Her uncle had told her crying was for babies and the Mourning.

But here, with everything that had happened lately, rivers of tears cascaded down her face. Every shield she had made was breaking, she felt so lost, so alone. She felt as if her heart was breaking each time she heard Hamlet's screams of pain and hunger. Her small fragile body shook with each sob and sniffle. She was so distraught that she didn't even notice the little heartbeats in her stomach, growing stronger with each day.

"B...b..But I L..Love him!" She wailed looking up at Mikhail.

Mikhail pitied the blonde woman. He really did. Afterall to fall in love with a vampire does have its occasional perks but there is a whole lot to consider. Afterall, with his constant questioning of the older vampires within the manor and Mikhail's observations and assumptions, he concluded that most vampires tend to stray from their partners after a huge amount time.

Not only that the knowledgeable woman is in the centre of the occult! What with Hamlet's constant and often sleepless nights of experimenting with the spells and concoctions of the ancients and Mikhail himself being an agent of the supernatural, he was quite surprised that Rosleen has yet to scream the house down with her cries of being Satan followers. Or calling the mob which ever came first to her.

Placing a comforting hand Rosaleen's head, he allowed her to cry all her sorrows away until she could no longer shed any tears. "I know." Mikhail said, comforting blonde as an older brother would for his little sister.

------------------------------------------------

Red.

Everything was blood red. It blinded him. Mocked him. Clouded not only his vision but his thoughts as well. All he could think, feel, embrace and bathe in was hunger, bloodlust and murder. Adrenaline was pumping rapidly throughout every blood vessel in his being.

Hamlet was hungry he knew he was. The more hungrier he got the more he wanted to kill. To bathe in the rich crimson which was the life essence of all living things. To drink the gods wine. Be empowered and run free like the ferals, the animal that he was.

But all that was preventing him was this stupid, mocking chains and the unrelenting bolted and enchanted door. Panting as a low hiss escaped through clecnhed teeth and fangs, he gave eveything he got and all his might to lift the heavy, black-lacquerd coffin and ran towards the door, ramming it as everything shattered to pieces, splinters of wood flying everywhere, cutting his pale skin, painting it red.

Hamlet managed to get the chains off of him and strectch his majestic black wings. However that was short-lived as he let out roars of anger and determination as well as sheer stubborness as he continued to ram himself into the door. Trying to escape the small room and dine along with his brothers, sisters, friends and family that were roaming the night sky for prey.

Rosaleen sobbed and set a hand on Mikhail's hand. She knew it was pointless to cry anymore, her tears fell on empty ears. She smiled and stood. "I..I..could we get something to eat? Or is it not safe?" She asked hearing the ungodly screaming of Hamlet ringing through out the house.
