Christmas at Hogwarts

It was Christmas time at Hogwarts. Remus had elected to stay behind, but at least he wasn't the only one. He knew Sirius never went home except during the summer so at least he had someone to talk to in the Common Room. He was in the dorm, currently wrapping up some last minute presents and hoping that his friends hadn't spent too much on him. After his father left the Lupin family really didn't have a lot of money to splurge... He didn't really know what he wanted for Christmas, but he had made up a list anyway of every day items like new dragon-hide gloves, quills, books, etc. It was rather... blah.

Sirius was finishing up some last minute things and knowing it was time to get them wrapped and ready. He only got presents for Remus, Lilly, James, Dumbledore, and even one extra person he didn't have to get anything for and that was Snape. After picking out gifts he went back to his dorm and wrapped them all in black and red with a green bow.

(If you are Sirius I most deiffiantly chose Snape-Oh and this is when they were younger like teenagers))


Snape was in the lunch room reading his spells and potions book at the table while those who stayed were eating (sorry I will write more once this gets going)

Sirius sat on the floor while chewing on his bottom lip. He was just putting the finishing touches on Remus’s present. He knew his friend just pulled something together when he asked for his present so took it upon himself to get Remus a present he’d really like. It took him weeks to think of the right thing, but with a little help from his friend James he thought of something.
“Hmm,” Sirius said aloud as he lifted the wrapped gift to examine it. It looked good enough to him. He set the present aside and stood up while stretching. He scratched his stomach nonchalantly and looked around. He might as well get something to eat.
He glanced around his dorm room one last time, deciding he didn’t need anything from the room he headed down toward the common room.

Snape was still sitting there and reading, everyone now and then he would eat an apple when he wasn't reading, he heard others making fun of him and he did his best to ignore them (sorry characters should meet and I can write more promise)
