Helios frowned after several mintues standing outside at the front door. He knocked again, this time a little harder, hoping he was heard this time. He stood back a bit, peeking into the front room window. He thought he saw moment inside, but he wasn't able to tell. He hummed to himself again as he waited or the door to be answered, unaware of the danger lurking behind him.

"Hey boy, you shouldn't be outside alone." A strange male voice said from behind Helios. Before Helios could turn around, strong hands grabbed him, pulling him hard against a hard body. Helios managed a scream before a rough hand clamped over his mouth and he was thrown into a van.

Helios woke, his head pounding and his body stinging in pain. He looked round, unable to see anything in the darkness. Fear and anger rose in his throat, his harpy squawking inside his head. However he was weakened due to him being tied up and his wings were bound. Tears flowed from his eyes as he realized that he wasn't at home with Kira and Gio.

((Hee..thought I put a little action into the RP. :D))

((Hey, Helios, I answered the door for you, unless you still want that to happen a lot faster, but Toby went almost right to the door when ordered to.))

((I thought I read all of it. Sorry, let's just say that Toby saw Helios get tossed in the van. :D ))

Toby walked to the door, stretching, then taking a more respectful posture. He opened the door, and leaned out. "Yes, how may I-" He stopped as he saw Helios, who had just screamed, and a figure pulling him into a Van. "Hey, hold it!" He threw the door open wide. "Master Samuel, trouble!" He leapt down the stair, but wasn't able to get to the street before it had pulled away. He turned to look back for Samuel or Shiloh.

((dont worry im still an honor student so far unless my teacher screwed that up for me... Hope not though))

Kira gave a worried look outside as she heard the scream from helios. "Somethings wrong." She said as she ran downstairs and outside. Gio was cooking when he heard her say that. She saw Helios get thrown into a van and ran after it as it drove off. She kept running as fast as she could getting further and further behind the van. "STOP!!!" Screaming at the top of her lungs. She put both her hands out and a stream of light that she grabbed onto caught the van. She pulled it hoping Sam or Gio or anyone else would help her get Helios back. Samuel and Shiloh rushed passed Toby. "HELIOS" Shiloh screamed as she ran after the vanShiloh was in the lead with her cat like speed. The vans power was too much when Kira saw something to her right as she let go. It was Shiloh running after the van and jumped on top digging her claws in the roof to stay on it. Soon after she got a grip she started to rip the top of the van to shreds. Samuel was behind her looking like he had been trying to stop her as he also ran passed. She watched the van turn the corner and then looked up when she saw Gio on the roof tops running along it. "SHILOH.... NO..." Samuel said running after the van. He had promised himself he would keep Shiloh and Toby safe, now he felt that he had failed. Gio ran across the roofs till he couldnt figure out where the van had gone. "Damnit i lost them" He smacked the ground of the roof he was on in frustration.

((Helios you can control the people from the van k? or Darkestofsouls can do it since it will be a sort of convo between all of us))

When Toby saw them run after the car, he set off after the vehicle as well. When he saw Shiloh leap onto the car, he knew they would never catch it like this, and ducked into an alley. Closing his eyes, ha apologized in his mind to Master Samuel for not asking permission to do this, and hoped his helping whoever this was would earn his forgiveness over this. He leaned forward, and closed his eyes. A soft glow emanated from him as he groaned, and a pair of wings, made more of light then feathers, appeared on his back. He looked up into the sky, then leapt up, his wings flapping silently as he gained altitude, and looked down to try to find everyone, then flew after the van, well above the others to avoid detection.

((Best if Helios controls the escaping Van, as he's the one leading the kidnapping.))

"Get us out of here! And get that THING off the roof!" The dark haired man yelled at the driver. Helios looked up and saw claws digging into the roof of the van. He whimpered slightly, worried about whoever that was on top. The Dark Haired man had a gun in his hand. The van jerked hard to the right, tossing Helios hard against the right side of the van, then they jerked hard to the left and again he was tossed hard against that side of the van. Helios' harpy was screaming inside his head, telling him to kill and maim these men. He felt his ropes loosen just enough for his wings to wiggle free. He felt his power grow stronger again.

"Dammit! Let's get out of here!" The Driver yelled. The Black Haired Man smacks him with his pistol. Helios let out a dangerous sounding squawk as he tore himself away from the ropes. His eyes are turned completely red and his fingers had became long talon like claws. He swiped at the black haired man, who tried to fire at him. When the gun went off, the driver freaked out and slammed hard on the brakes. He tumbled out of the van, yelling about a monster. Helios continued to tear and swipe at the black hair man with the gun.

Shiloh flew forward after the van stopped though she had held on for so long after all the crazy turns. She tumbled across the ground and knew that the others would have heard the gunshot and thought that one of them was hurt. The driver ran out of the van in which she engaged with knocking him out. She ran up to the van and pulled the man out of harms way of Helios only to bash his head against the wall to knock him out as well. "Helios its me. Its Shiloh. Your safe now." She said hoping he wouldnt try to maim her though she knew he might. Gio heard the gunshot from earlier and had ran across teh roofs towards it showing kira the way using a flashlight. Kira followed the light with Samuel at her side. The both were hoping that the other two were alright and couldnt believe the sight they had come up on when they got there........

(Dun Dun Duuuuuun.... suspence... I need to wait for Helios' or rather the harpies reaction to Shiloh before i do anything))

Toby fell into a holding pattern above the site, watching Shiloh deftly handle them, and noted the person, or was it thing, moving in the back of the Van. He waited, in case he needed to drop in, or intercept it in the air if it took off.

Helios snarled as his prey was yaned away from him. He stared at the girl infront of him, trying to decide weither or not to maim this one. He squawked at her before he took off into the the air, tearing through the top of the van. Helios snarled when he saw the flying creature. He felt threatened by him, so he went on the defensive, swiping out at Toby. Helios glanced around quickly, trying to find somewhere to run to.

Toby saw him coming, and easily ducked the defensive swipe, diving forward and tackling Helios around the waist. He flapped his wings, and flew down towards the van again, flying hard and keeping his arms around Helios with the intent of ramming him through the van, to get him under control.

((There, that should give you some options, to either escape, attack, or get pile-driven into the ground :D))

((Har, this is fun! Helios can only be calmed from his hapy rage either by his consort, which he hasn't find yet, or naturally *Wiggles brows*))

Helios dugged his talons into Toby's back, screeching as he was grabbed. Helios' sane side was trying to fight through the harpy's rage. Something inside him recoginzed Toby as the same as him, calming the harpy inside him. Helios' eyes began to fade, returning the whites to their normal state. His talons began to retract, changing back to their normal finger like form. His fangs returned to normal as well. He looked at Toby, tears flooding his eyes. "I-I'm S-Sorry" He said, bracing himself for the impact.

Toby gritted his teeth as he felt the talons dig into his back, and leaned forward to gain more speed. His eyes widened as he heard him say sorry, and looked up in surprise at the returned to normal Helios. Without thinking, he spun them in the air, so that Toby was at the bottom, seconds before they slammed through the remains of the Van. With a loud smashing noise, Toby's force tore the bottom of the van in half, causing the vehicle to lean in on itself. There was the sound of bones crunching as Toby absorbed the impact he had almost delivered to Helios.

((I'll wait until everyone's had a chance to reach the van before I respond for Toby again.))

Helios gasped as they hit the van. He had tucked his head against Toby's chest as they crashed. Once things were settled, Helios looked up from his chest and at Toby. He started crying when he saw what he had done. "Are you ok?!" He said through his sobs, trying to wake Toby. He had no idea who he was or why he was flying in the air, in fact Helios had no idea where he was. He remembered being kidnapped and thrown into a van, stirring the memories of the day he was catpured by slave traders. After that, it was all a dark blur. He shook his head, his pale blonde curls swaying in his face. "What did I do? Oh God, not again." He said as he looked at the blood on his hands, tears blurring his vision. Helios let out a sorrowful scream as he sat still atop Toby.

Shiloh was watching as the two fought in the air. The men she had knocked out aparently grew awake and started to fight her in the street. She scratched them quite a bit but cats are no use when they get tazed. The driver had pulled on out as she fought the other man who had her in his arms. She let out an ear piercing scream that the other two had plainly not heard as they hurtled to the ground, for the other man muffled her as best he could till she went limp. They didnt use the van but a different car which they had just a few block away. They ran with her when they finally heard a crash into the ground where the two men hit. They laughed to eachother as they threw Shiloh in the backseat of the car. The driver got in the drivers seat of course and the other got in shot gun. He turned to tie Shiloh up as they drove off.

Meanwhile, Sam, Gio, and Kira all got to the grounds where the other two were. Kira ran to the van as well as Samuel who swiped at the dust in the air to keep it away from their nostrils. "Are you two ok?" They asked in unexpected unison. Turning to eachother they both laughed and looked at all the damage. Suddenly it hit Samuel hard in the chest that something was wrong. "Wheres Shiloh?" He asked looking at Toby worriedly.

Toby lay in a heap, unmoving as he looked blankly into the sky. His wings seemed to flicker, then vanished in a burst of feathers that vanished if they hit the ground. He groaned slightly, Helios's weight uncomfortable on him.

((Sorry for short post, but I didn't figure we'd have another kidnapping already right after Toby plowed into the top of a steel van from a 100 foot fall. He'll be fine, just not right away, so you're going to have to rescue Shiloh with only Helios's help. Sorry again))

((It was suppose to be a suprise and i kinda figured as much... lol i thought about it as a slightly on going problem thing lol... Just to elongate the action))

Helios quickly jumped off Toby, glancing between him and their owners. "I'm so sorry! I caused so much trouble!" He cried out, tears streaming down his face. He wrung his hands in worry over the catboy angel who had flung them to the van. He knew that he must've turned harpy and attack him. When Shiloh let out her scream as the men took off with her, Helios let out his own ear splitting squawk. He had gone back into harpy mode and chased after the car that had Shiloh in it.

He easily caught up with the car, his wings beating faster than a hummingbird. He reached out to the back of the car and grabbed on to it. He dug his feet into the ground, trying to slow the car down. He snarled and growled at the men inside, he knew he had to stop the car without hurting the girl inside.

((Lol yeah))

The car sped up making it so that Helio's feet would hurt as he tried to stop them. One of the men aimed a gun at him by climbing up the sun roof and shot Helios with a tazer. He seemed to be trying to get him to either let go or get knocked out just as Shiloh had done. It wasnt easy but he got him on the first try by aiming a little higher than his target for the wind seemed to want to make the wires go more towards the ground. He made the gun let go of the wires after a short while and put his head and torso back in the car. The Driver closed the roof after him. He checked on the girl who was still knocked out in the back as they went. The cat tail intrigued him a bit.
