♥ Love Me True ♥

As children, we all had our one dear toy. The one we tell everything to. The one we never went anywhere without. Our first true friend. It never abandoned us, never turned us away, only wanting to love us and serve us; only to have us grow up and forget them. This is why a special group of toys where made, not only to love and grow with the child, but also to be the child’s soul mate. As the child reaches her teenage years their beloved toy will change and become human (only at night), but there is a catch, if a toy is turned down or left by it's child-the toy will become evil and slowly die.

These girls soon will find out that their toy is the boy of their dreams, but it may take some time before they will actually understand that. These toys watch their girl’s grow up and become lovely ladies, who seem to go off and date or love others. The toys know what is best for their girl’s but will they be able to make their girls understand this? Will the girls understand that these toys are their prince charming before it is too late?

Info:
For now there will only be 6 girl and 6 toy spots available. The toys, if you did not guess it, are all boys. So for extra help; at night the toys turn human, the girls believe that the toys are their best friends, and so far that is all they think. However, the toys secretly are in-love with the girls.
Now all the girls bought these toys form the same store: A Toy for Love, in a mall in LA. Now some of the girls may have stayed in LA, some may have moved away.
So for the start of this RP, lets just set a date.. lets say January 27th, and the girls should be in school

~ Be at least semi-literate. No one-liners, at least one hefty paragraph, no text talk. Be descriptive, use " " for speaking. No **'s for actions, actually type out what your character is doing. EX: She walked down the hall to see her friends. "Hey guys!" she said excitedly.

~ No God-moding. I am god in here, not you. If I catch you, you will be blacklisted and taken out of the roleplay.

I believe that posting will begin once we pair up some girls and toys.

So you can start to choose out of what we have right now, your girl/toy

"Hey Haru! Were almost there. Aren't you excited!? I know I am hehe." Ana squealed in the back of Shi's ridiculously large truck. In the rearview mirror you could see him snickering at his sister; who was dressed in a yellow and white checkered dress, with a pink ribbon by her neck on the dress, and brown sandals. Haruzuki was wincing because Ana, one of her few real friends, was practically screaming in her ear. "Yes I can see that, and no not really." She replied calmly although inside she was estatic about it. A few more minutes and the arrived at 'A Toy For Love'. Haruzuki blocked out the sun with a raised hand so she could see the sign. It was so beautiful, and inside even more so.

Skipping inside with Ana and Shi in tow, she scanned the shop and its customers and employees. With grin on her face she marched right up to the counter where you could purchase your plushie. But Ana had stopped her, she knew the twinkle in Haruzuki's eyes all too well.

"Haru, your not going to do what I think you are, are you?" Ana asked in a parenting tone.
"I've no clue what your talking about." She said turning her head from her friend.
"You can't just go and buy stores, what about everyone else? I know your not that selfish and cruel...right?" She asked placing her hands on her friends shoulders. "Besides these little girlies need friends too." She smiled, as Haruzuki looked back at her and shrugged.

"Eh, thats ok.. I didn't want this store anyway." She looked around for Shi and saw him looking in a pile aimlessly. She knew he was listening, and wander on over to him. "Whatcha doing? Helping your sister out hm?" He looked over to her and dropped the animal he had in shock. "Oh.. eh ..hehe no.. um." He scratched the back of his head. Haruzuki laughed and nudged her brother before walking off.

She looked around the store for awhile, she didn't find anything that interested her, much less grab her attention. She saw quite a few that she might have wanted, a few of those consisted of a Husky, big enough to cuddle in bed with. A greyed Teddy Bear with an umbrella attached to him, even though he looked like he been through alot, he still appealed to Haruzuki. Next was a really colorful Panda Bear, it was cute. She reached out to touch it, he felt softer then he looked. Sighing she left the shelves headed towards her friend and her brother tell them 'let's go somewhere else or just go home'. But she saw something the corner of her eye, at first shelf she went to.

Quickly moving over to the shelf, dodging younger, and older looking girls. She made her way to the shelf, she looked around the shelf for what it was that caught her but didn't see it. She frowned and walked off, looking back once more was she made to the front door where they were. She saw it again, beforeing rushing back she noted where she saw and walked back over to the shelf and moved the plushies around until she unearthed a black Dragon Plushie. Immidiately she fell in love, grabbing it before anyone else saw it, and strode to the cashier; Smiling the whole way there.

Inside the soft stuffing of the plushie, Lung sighed. Another day is here, he though to himself. The store owners had just came in, and officially opened the shop for the day. The little black dragon was hidden behind multiples of other toys. No one could ever see him. After a few minutes passed when the owners came, the door opened opened again. There were squeals of happiness from children of all ages. Lung smirked to himself bitterly. I guess I'll just sleep this day through. Again. And he fell into a deep slumber.

What the...? What's going on...? Am I...being moved...?

Lung couldn't keep awake. Before he fell back asleep, he noticed the warmth that covered his whole body, as if he was pressed tightly against a soft, human body...he gently looked up, and saw the most cutest girl ever. Then, blackness took over.

Skyller Carter


Sky woke up in the morning to the sound of her dad’s yelling. She sighed softly and walked out and to the little bathroom across from her room. She locked the door and took a quick shower, not wanting her dad to think it was she. Wrapping the towel around her body, she ran back into her room. Drying off and then looking through her cloths she picked out a dress, knee socks, a jacket, and shoes. Yeah her jacket was her brothers, she didn't have enough money to get a new jacket this year. Sitting down on her bed she looked into the mirror across from her. She plugged in her straightened and then worked on her hair, tying a bandanna around her hair. She looked outside her window and smiled softly. It was February and clouds crowed the sky. She looked behind her and then opened her window, sneaking out and onto the lawn. Sneaking onto the lawn, she ran down the street. Ending up on Sunset Boulevard, she walked down the street, going to random place and ending up and different streets. She wondered around until she ended up at a toyshop, “A Toy for Love.” She had seen the store before but now for the first time she went into it. Walking through the doors she was in aw, so many toys.
Wandering around the store, she soon took her wallet out form her jacket. She did not have that much money, only a 20-dollar bill. She sighed softly and then walked to the stuffed animals section. Watching the kids attack the toys she smiled. Soon she saw an older girl she was very cute. The girl picked out a black dragon plushy. Watching the girl she looked at the plushies, they were all so cute. She noticed on a higher self were some that the littler kids could not reach. She saw a little gray bear and a rainbow panda. It looked so cute that she just had to pick it up. Softly hold him in her arms. She smiled and softly hugged the panda. Looking up, she looked for the check out counter.
Walking to the counter, she softly placed the panda so the cashier could ring him up. She stared at the panda as the cashier handled the panda. She wished the person had been softer. “Your total is 15.60 miss.” Sky handed him her 20 and then took the change and the little paper bag with her new friend. She walked outside and quickly slipped the money into her pocket and the panda out of the bag. She threw the bag out and then began walking to a park that was near by. She held the panda in her arms softly, lovingly. When she came to the park, she looked around for a place to sit. Finally, a rather large oak tree she ran over to it and began climbing it, sitting on a concealed branch. She looked up laughing at the fact that she was sitting right under a large hole in the tree. She watched the clouds for a few minutes and then looked at the panda in her lap. “What should I call you little panda?”

February 12th

'Mm?' Ruki's consciousness awoke when soft hands picked him up. What was happening? He felt arms wrap around him and hug him close to a warm body. A...hug? Did that mean he would get a home? he watched the ceiling pass by as the girl holding him walked towards the counter. There he was handed to rougher hands, hands that stuffed him into a brown paper bag. His world was plunged into darkness. A moment later he was pulled from the bag and fresh air hit his plastic nose. Was he...outside? When the girl cradled him in her arms a feeling of contentment settled within him, was this...love?

After she had climbed into the tree and sat down Ruki was content, maybe even slightly happier than content. Now if only she could get his name right...

Haruzuki T'ao:

"I see you found someone, Miss." The cashier said, trying to make small talk as he scanned the tag.
"Yes, I have. Thank you." She offered up a smile, and waved Shi over to pay for the plush. Ana came trailing by and approved of Haru's choice. "Although I would have chosen a different one, this one is still cool too." Haruzuki just shrugged and told the cashier 'No' when he asked if she wanted a bag for it, or rather just tried to stuff him in one. "I'll just carry it as is, thanks though." Hugging it closely she gave her brother a hug with her other arm. "Your the best," She walked to the truck and waited for Shi to open and unalarm it. Once inside she set the dragon plush on her otherside and opened a conversation with Ana while Shi drove them home.

Ana stared out the window, and commented her home. "You know, I can never get over your house. It's like I never seen it before even though I been here more then twenty times! It's just so beautiful and even more so at night." She told Haruzuki and as it came more into view she noticed the fountain wasn't running. "Hey.. isn't that thing usually running Haru?" She pointed to the fountain. Haru was still laughing about Ana's earlier comment that she couldn't look outside the window. "You okay?" She asked touching her friends shoulder. "You...you.. haha you should have seen your.. face hehe." After a few seconds she stopped laughing and told Ana about the broken fountain. "My Dad's suspose to be getting it fixed today, so it should be up and running by tonight." She told her, and picked up the dragon as her brother pulled into the driveway. "Thanks big bro, again." She leaned up give a kiss on the side of his face and hopped out the car.. Holding the plushie, she waved Ana goodbye before Shi went to take her home. Her house was a couple of minutes behind hers (if you drove). "Be back later."

Haruzuki, turned on the fountain in the lobby and admired it for a few seconds before heading to the backyard. Kicking her sandals off she took a seat by the pool and stuck her feet and placed the plushie in her lap and leaned back alittle, enjoying the sun before it fades. "Welcome to your new home..." she let the sentence trail off, then looked at it for a second. She looked at him to see if he had a tag to see if he had a name, but there wasn't one but the normal price tag. "Hmm.. I wonder what your name is, little guy."

Ethan Avery

It was another day in the shop, he mused in his mind as the shop keep came in and unlocked the doors for the employees. They went around every shelf to straighten things up. Soon the girls started pouring in, some didn't even take the time to look and just started grabbing. Heh, they're acting as if it's a grand opening.. he thought and kept watching. And waiting, till he got bored of waiting. This was just going to be another day and night on the shelf.

Someone (Haruzuki) came by looking, but didn't actually pick him. To past the time, he just went to sleep.

Abigail Reynolds

Abigail looked around the store as she saw a few other girls picking up plushies and seeming to fall in love with them at once. Looking at a asian girl leaving she was hugging a black dragon to her chest, it was cute but Abby wantedsomething a bit more cuddly. "Well go on, pick one, I'll meet you at the register." Nodding Abigail started to wander the store, she saw a verry ragged teddy bear and lightly touched its nose. "Poor thing.." She whispered, continueing down the hall and saw a few plush cats and even fish. Nothing was really speaking out to her until she looked to the end of one of the ailes. Her steps became a bit quicker as she approached a very large Wolf plushie. Taking it in her arms she looked at it, the fur of it was so soft and she hugged it to her a bit. Abby smiled to herself, it reminded her of the husky she had as a child, Nanook. Yet she got a male vibe from it rather then a female, so she decided she'd name him later. Running to her brother she had a big smile on her face, which made Adam quite happy, he hadnt seen her that happy in a while. "I want this one." Abigail said nuzzling the neck of the large plushy. "Its pretty big, but alright." He grinned and looked at the cashier. "23.65" Hadning the man 30$ he got his change and turned to his sister. "23 bucks? You're lucky i love you." He said with a wink and wrapped an arm around her as they left the store. Getting into the car Abby sat in the back seat, letting the wolf dog lay across her legs as she pet it. "What to name you..."

Something warm reached him in his sleep, and awoke him. Hmm...? What..? He couldn't really see anything at first, only thing he noticed was he was off his shelf, and in someone's arms. Soon he was hugged to a body, was he going to be bought today? He would love to see he picked but he couldn't really move. Soon he could feel slightly jumpy movements, and guessed they were running. By her voice, he knew she wasn't one of those little young kids he sees running around from shelf to shelf squealing from time to time. Soon he felt her nuzzling him, it made him so happy. He was going home, he wished he could hug her and say thanks. But instead he just enjoyed the nuzzling and smiled mentally; it felt nice. He watched the exchange of money, and soon was moved abit to make room for the person who bought him for her.

A few minutes later he found himself in a car, in the back seat. Once she was where she wanted to be he found himself lain across her legs. While he was moved he caught a glance of the girl. What popped out most was her beautiful emerald colored eyes. Listening to her trying figured out his name, or rather a name for him he was being petted; if he was one of those electronic toy things, as a cat he would be purring right about now. It made him quite content.

Abigail lifted the dog up so that its nose was against hers. She eskimo kissed it light and hugged it lose to her. Already she was feeling all warm inside and laid down in the back seat, the wolf being hugged to chests, facing her. The drive was pretty far so she closed her eyes and let out a soft sigh as she slowly drifted into a short nap. In her sleep Abby would nuzzle the wolf time to time. Eventually they pulled up to her house and Abby's eyes blinked open sleepily.

Abbys House

He just about ready to fall alseep, when he was moved yet again. Were they at the house already? She lifted him up and gave him a eskimo kiss and hugged him. He was starting to feel all warm and fuzzy inside if that was possible...well he did have stuffing inside him... Soon the scenery changed infront of his plastic eyes, and turned around to face her. He assumed they were laying down, because the way the car seats looked.

Short while later, the girl had fell asleep. Maybe the ride to the house would be a long one? Guess I'll go to sleep too he mused as he drifted off.

Once the car stopped Abby sat up and carefully got out of the car, shutting ir behind her and hugging the wolf close to her. Adam ascended the stairs first and then Abby, since he had the key. Once inside Abigail saw her mother watching TV on the couch, her eyes dead as always. "Well, I have to go pick up a friend from work..." Adam kissed Abby's cheek and smiled. "Be back in a while ok?" The girl nodded and headed upstairs straight to her small bedroom. With a sigh Abby opened the door and shut it behind her, taking a seat on her bed afterwards. "Do you think my Mom will ever be happy again?" She asked the wolf, not really expecting a true answer. "We'll i hope so.." The girl yawned and laid down on her bed, laying the wolf next to her and looking in its eyes. If she didnt know better, she swore she could feel like she was being watched by them.

He awoke to movement and looked around. There were alot of trees, Are we in the woods? he wondered as she followed the same guy. He must be her brother by the looks of him. On the way to the front door, he had a chance to observe the house, the color of the wood complement the brown roof nicely, he also took note it was a two story house. Once inside the house he heards voices, but he didn't see anyone else but the brother and part of the girl. He could see shadows of the railing on the stairs as the went up.

What's wrong? he wanted to say when he heard her sigh as she opened a door. Finding himself on a bed, and by the looks of the room it must be hers. It was really homey and nice with its canopy bed, book shelf and pictures. She even had a laptop with a computer to boot. Hearing her say something, he paid attention to her and listened. '...Well depending on what happen..she should mostly be happy' he told her, although she couldn't hear him. After a moment of silence she said she hoped so. This made him wonder about something. Now that he thought about it, she did feel kinda of sad.

Abby stroked the plush's fur and bit her lip again. "She's..so empty all the time...ever since dad died.." the girls eyes started to tear as she thought about it, she was losing everyone lately. "And now Adams leaving too.." the girl sniffled and wiped her eyes. "You wont leave me right..?" Inside she couldnt beleive she was talking to this thing like ti was real...but it was all she had..Plus she had a feeling it was listening. Abigail pulled her legs up so she could hug them with her arms. She laid there curled up crying for a good while before she finnally fell asleep.

Sky looked at the cute panda, naming was the next task. “hm I wonder if you have a name already little one, maybe a tag or something.” She picked the panda up carefully, there was a tag attached to him but it was faded, she could barely read a few letters of the name that was given to the panda. “R….u….k… is that an i?” she looked closer, rubbing the fabric softly. “I’m not sure but I like the name Ruki, it sounds so panda-y. Like pandas are from China and then name Ruki sound oriental, so it matches. Do you like the name Ruki?” she turned the panda to look at her, smiling she kissed his nose and then hugged him softly. “I don’t wana take you to my house yet, my dad might still be drunk.” Sighing softly she looked at the little panda and kissed his nose again.

'Oh.. I'm so sorry to hear that... but.. if you give her time I'm sure she will get better.' He told her in what would be a soft voice if he could speak to her. 'Eh? No-no don't cry' He told her as she appeared to be thinking about her Dad's death. Adam..the guy, is that her brother or..? he thought as tears rolled down her cheeks, slowly at first then picked up speed as it traveled. 'Leave you? No... never I'll always be here....even..even if your not and or forget about me.' Seeing her there all curled up crying, made him want to hug her and tell her it's alright.

After awhile the tears and noises stopped, he looked at her face, she looked like cried herself to sleep. He reflected on his words from earlier about being there for her always. It was true, he'd be in her room while she went out, waiting--if she left him here.

'Oh? I had a tag?' Ruki mused. He mentally sighed, he hated that he was stuck in the form of a stuffed panda. He couldn't move or anything. When she kissed his nose a warm feeling rose within him. 'Well it ismy name...You're a nice girl. Why would your dad drink with you around?' He thought-asked. When she kissed his nose yet again Ruki couldn't suppress a small smile from rising to his face...well his spirit face anyway. The stuffed panda's face wasn't going to move or anything. 'I'll stay with you, no matter what.' Ruki promised quietly as his plastic eyes watched the cute girl in front of him, 'Definitely.'

After a few hours the smell of smoke hit the girls nose and her eyes shot open. "No..Not again!" Grabbing the wolf Abby ran downstairs and into the kitchen seeing some soup that was bubbling over and burning on the stove. Abby place the wolf on the kitchen table and ran to turn the heat off, watching the bubbling start to cease. "She always forgets.." The girl sighed and poured the soup down the sink and quickly washed the pot, making sure none of the burn soup stuck on it. One down she put it in the correct cabinet and scrubbed the stove top clean and washed her hands. Sitting down at the table she sighed, her mother frequesntly left things burning on the stove. It was only now that Abby noticed a fading tag on the wolfs left side by its leg. Reading it she saw the name "Ethan" written in blue permanent marker. "Ethan? Is that your name?" Smiling Abby let out a giggle, it was a nice name. "Ethan it is then." Standing up she hugged Ethan to her and peeked into the living room to see her mother staring at the Tv, expressionless.

She looked so peaceful while she was sleeping although she had been crying. When he saw her eyes pop open and scream not again, he became curious and slightly worried. He was soon grabbed and before he knew it he was downstair in what appeared to be the kitchen. Whats wrong with the kitchen? He wondered as she set him down on a table, luckily he was facing her so he could see what was wrong. Oh, smoke.. something was burning. He heard her sigh as she emptied the pot and scrubbed it clean then washed her hands. 'Always.. forgets?' he asked, while she looked behind him. Was something wrong going on again but behind him? Then at the sound of his name if he could his ears would perk up but he isn't a dog..not really. Plus he is a stuff animal at the moment, so all he could do was be alert, he hasn't heard his name in awhile. Was she giggling, what was so funny he wanted to ask. Then he was hugged once more, 'Huh.. forgot I had a tag...'

Quietly Abby headed back upstairs and into her room, looking outside she saw the sun was going down and figured she better get ready for bed. Placing Ethan on the bed she pulled one of her draws open and grabbed her pajamas. Pulling her shirt over her head and sliding her pants down she pulled the dotted flannel pants on and undid her bra, quickly pulling the camit over her head. Abby yawned and crawled onto her bed and laid next to the wolf, rubbing her nose against the wolfs plastic one. "I have school again tomorrow." She groaned slightly. Abby had a few friends, but wasnt that popular due to her shyness around new people. But around her friends she was a barrle of fun. "Wish i could take you with me.."

Abigail stopped peeking at whatever it was she was looking at and picked him and took him back upstairs into her bedroom on her bed. Before he was set down he was able to see outisde, the sun was already starting to set. He getting excited but wary at the same time. Busy inside his thoughts he didn't notice she pulled out any pajamas from her dresser till he stopped spacing out and was greeted with a nice surprise. '...!' If he was a old man he'd would be having a heart attack. He could feel a blush rise to his face while she undressed. Great now I'm a pervert.. he thought as she slipped on a red cami and blue pants with colored polka dots on. He could still feel the hit in his face when got into the bed and laid next to him. He couldn't get the image out of his mind, it was like it was super glued...don't get him wrong he enjoyed the view but.. wouldn't this be spying in a way? He was distracted from his thoughts by a nose rub, and her voice. 'School..? What day is it... oh, its Wednesday.' He said more to himself then to her. 'Maybe you can.. if you have a big bag or something. Or stuck me in your locker, but I don't recommend that option!' He hastily said as he laid there. '..I'll be here waiting for you, remember that.'
