Tobias stood in front of his Manor waiting for the Elfin princess to by arrive, they were now married due to papers signed their parents. He sighed and played with a bit of his hair while he waited. He had yet to meet her and wanted to know just strange this girl would look. He knew most elf's had big long ears and he was slightly amused to see how long this girl's ears would be. He looked up and sighed as a carriage arrived with clear elven design on the side.

((oh just great xD shes gonna get discriminated because of her ears T~T))
A sigh was heard as Dia 'looked' outside, her golden eyes glittering and looking normal, something extraodinary for a blind person. She could feel her mother and father stare at her, something she couldnt really do cause it would look like she would look right through them. She closed her eyes, and played a bit with her white purplish air with one hand, the other fumbling with her necklace She was nervous, and in a shortage of air due to the corset they thought would suit her, making her chest stand out more. She gaped, her hand in front of her mouth, she could feel the wind wooshing due to her mother shaking her head in disapprovement. Another thing she had done just wrong. She was more of a priestess, not a woman. Healing and purifying, making trees grow and play violin. Learning magic, songs and dance. Not marry. Definetely not marry, but she was the eldest, and she wouldnt dare to lift such a curse to one of her other younger sisters. No, not them. They deserved better and Dia just wanted peace. If this would stop all the deaths so be it.

The carriage stopped, and the door was held out for her parents, and Dia of course. She took a last breath, before taking the hand of her father who helped her down. Except for the coret, she simply wore a white dress, strapless, with attached by a silver ornament sleeves. She looked just like an elf, light clothes, light complexion though definetely not white, pure eyes, long soft hair her front locks held together by a small silver butterfly clip of sorts, at which the long locks were braided at the back of her head. She didnt carry any luggage, cause she would teleport those, easier for the horses right?

She loved horses, they were kind soft smart and gentle, their galop felt like flying and they sat like heaven. But that all was gone now. Her parents walked ahead of her, and she simply followed, her gaze meeting the ground.
'It is a pleasure to meet you in person Prince lyndell.' they sat, her mother curtsied, and her father held out a hand knowing that was normal, for elves not but for vampires apparently it was. Her father gestured her to come stand next to him
'My daughter Diamond Tsubasa, though she wont carry that name any longer now will she?' He smiled, Dia gesturing very ladylike, elegant and smooth like she was taught. Though she felt the need to pass out, she would use air bending to just get the needed amount of air. Even if it was just to be her first moments in that mansion conscious.

((LoLz, I'll try to be nice ^_^))

Tobias took her fathers hand and shook it then looked over the young elf princess. "She seems out of breath." He said watching her as she seemed to gasp for breath. He sighed then slipped behind her and loosened the ties on her corset so she could breath then flashed back in front of her. No one had seen it, but he was sure she had to have noticed. He bowed and with a wave of his hand smiled and flashed his fangs. "Sorry to have had you come out so late..But as you can tell I cannot be out in the daylight except for an hour, It is a pleasure to meet you Lady Diamond Tsubasa. Well I mean Lady Diamond Lyndell now don't I?" He asked with a laugh.

He stood back up and took her hand and kissed it. It was soft and smooth and warm compared to his ice cold hand that held it. He smiled wondering what she would think of his coldness, He dropped her hand then pulled a black velvet box out of his pocket and got down on his knees and opened it. "Since we are already legally married, I suppose I must give you one of these. I had one of you people craft it. Its made of Crystal water from the Grungier River for the band, and the Ruby is that just a ruby." He said taking the ring and placing it on her hand.

He stood again then smiled at her parents. "Well, thank you for delivering her, I think we should spend some time alone since we are husband and wife. And I havn't feed today, and I bet that she is hungry also. She looks as thin as a twig. I shall have to fatten her up if she is to hold any children." He said with a dark laugh.

'I am sure she is fine' her mother smiled. Though her father was already at the loss of what to do, if his daughter showed something that simple, how much of a failure could she become? Dia sure felt way better as he had untied some of her straps, and gasped for air ever so softly happy her lungs could fill up that little bit. She raised herself, 'looking', at where the earth under her bare feet except for some silver adornments told her, where the prince was, and made a small thank you with her light pink lips.
'It surely is okay, we were able to take our leave with still time to let our daughter say her goodbyes, in the morning without waking someone up.' her father answered, smiling. Her mother nodded in approvement, and Dia faked a smile, knowing her parents would have made her leave without saying her goodbyes if they hadnt needed to come here a tad bit later than a usual appointment.

'It too for me is a pleasure to meet you.' Dia curtsied with a small smile, though now it wasnt fake. This meeting meant there would be peace, and he already showed some care for her well-being. It could have been worse, a lot worse cause this is actually a bit of a pleasant meeting.

Her eyes widened as he took her hand, feeling the cold. Though she didnt react to it, she knew vampires were less hot-blooded. A blush adorned her cheeks as he kissed her hand though, that came quite unexpected...
'I thank you sincerely for giving me such a beautiful present.' Dia smiled, 'looking' at the ring, happy he gave a smal discription since she wasnt able to see colours. And the fact one of her people made it was something nice, though ironical too, but she did not let that show on her face.

She heard her parent laugh at the comment, and smiled with them, not feeling the funny part though. Fatten? She now already felt ready to gag everything out, and if she would eat a bit more than normal she actually would too. Her mother and father were obviously happy to hear she was as thin as a twig, that was the reason behind the whole corset thing. Though she could stop acting like it was as tight as before once they were gone luckily. And children...? She could feel the courage sink to her feet to turn into a puddle of nothingness.

'I am sure you are right, come my dear wife, let us go home. Our people want to hear what happened, and we want to be home as well. Take care, I leave my daughter in your hands. We will visit you two once in a while, which we of course will announce.' My father waved, and my mother curtsied before going into the carriage. Dia waved them off, a sadness covering her eyes as she watched the carriage with horses leave.
((I need to leave for now, but since it is so entertaining, youre the first person next morning ^.^))

Tobais waved as the two left then turned to Dia. "My Lady. I know you are blind, but has anyone told you that your eyes are beautiful?" He asked running a cold finger along her ear. She was very beautiful, of course he wouldn't admit that, but none the less he figured he might as well be civilized with her. He took her hand and lead her inside. He wasn't sure if he should describe the home to her, or if she could just sense the beauties of his home, as he thought of it.

He decided not to and lead her into the dinning room. "I had dinner prepared, but I am unsure what you like." He said helping her sit in the chair on his side, then sat in his own. "You may order anything you like." He said with a smile. He could wait to eat until she herself had food. "And do not worry. You wont have to wear those constricting corsets unless we are going out, when we are not, you may wear just Slips, I hear they do the same job as corsets, yet they do not cause breathing problems. I do not know. I have never worn one." He said with a laugh.

He knew most vampires were not known for having a sense of humor, but he hoped not to seem to stuck up around his new wife. He knew that unless they mated and grew happy with each other, then there would be no hope for peace. He sighed inwardly at the thought of this elf holding his child. He had the mental image of a snowy white child with her long ears, and his fangs. He laughed again but stopped suddenly as he realized it might send the wrong impression to her.

'Then you have noticed rather quickly, the most quickly to be precise. And its a common sentence when trying to flatter someone, though I still am happy to hear it from my husband.' she smiled, her ear twitching a bit against the contact. She took his hand gladly, for it was something only couples did, and sometimes you just get jealous of those....

'It all feels very detailed, could you describe the colors, please?' she smiled, blushing a little since she had never asked help from anything, or anyone in this matter.
'I am not the kind of person who throws everything away when she doesnt like it.' she said as she sit down, one hand under her chin, the other tapping at the table to get to have an idea from what all was on the table.

She took a simple apple, for enjoying the simple yet pleasurable taste, and yet still powerful in a sense.
'I dont feel like wearing anything that flattens me at all, when not going out because then it is courtesy' she sighed
'Do I look that fat?' she sighed, closing her eyes feeling shes going to fail her parents, sisters and people.
'And no Mister, a male shouldnt wear corsets, or slips, its not natural for them to look thin!' she laughed with him, though keeping the whole fat thing in the back of her mind.
((I love taking the time for posts on roleplays, but now I need to leave for school xDDD love it ember <3))

"The colors are mostly reds, blacks, and purples. I am a very big fan of silk and velvet. You wont find much cotton or Polyester in here. And no you are not fat, I just do not think it is fair to treat woman as dolls meant to look perfect and slim. You looked perfect just the way you are, I can tell even with out that corset on, you will still look just as mouth-watering." He said reading her mind.

He smiled at her joke of men wearing a slip and laughed also. It seemed this Elf also enjoyed his rotten since of humor. He sighed and motioned for the servant to bring him a goblet of Doe blood. As the servant set it before him Tobias's eyes flashed blood red then he took the goblet to his mouth and sipped it painfully slowly so it wouldn't cause him to go into a blood lust.

((LoLz, sorry I went to work at 6, and never logged out and I just got back at 10.))

((screwed up school badly, so you wont find me on uber much xD))
'Though I cant see colours, I am sure we are on the same line on that one. Silk and velvet feel very nice, comforting in a way of their own. And yes, women shouldnt be used as an advertise for something people want to sell, or see. And the last sentence made me feel like you can look through my clothes!' she smiled, taking another bite from the apple.

'Well may us both go through this as comfortable as we can. Even though it is arranged I dont want my life to turn out miserable, or anything close to that. Might as well enjoy this odd experience...' she sighed
'Who knows, I might learn something anew.' she smiled, as if she had made a final decision, though it was more of a impossible but who knows smile.

"Yes, that makes sense. If we are to make everyone claim peace we will have to have a child, but it would be rather unfair to bring a child into a loveless marraige." He said finishing his blood and setting the goblet aside for the servants to take back into the kitchen. "Are you sure you do not want more to eat?" He asked noticing the apple she was chewing on.

'I never spoke about children, did I...?' she said, almost choking in the apple, looking a bit shocked at him realising that probably was needed for the peace...
'Though I guess youre right. That wouldnt be nice for the two of us, and so the child...But it wouldnt be nice for our people either....' she sighed

'At the moment I cant say I am very hungry. Its not abnormal for me to skip dinner though, dont take it out on yourself.' she smiled apologising of sorts... Then taking the last bit of her apple, not really knowing where to leave it.
'Could you show me around the mansion please?' she asked, curious as to where everything was, she had an idea but it inm the end was nicer to actually know.

"Of course, What where would you like to start?" He asked standing up. He was quicker now that he had feed and with in seconds he had pulled her up from her chair and lead her into the front hall. "There are four door, one leads to the Ball room, the second the sitting room and library, the third to the staircase and upstairs where the bedrooms are, the the forth outside to the garden." He said to her so that her decision would be easier.

'A ballroom, library and a garden... I am starting to like this~' she laughed, happy he had loosened up making her know she could too somehow.
'Hmm, different question... How should I name you? Husband sounds cheesy, and mister Lyndell sounds like we are barely related.' she said, looking at him with her hands at her back, a contend smile playing on her lips glad she said this even though it was something she had learned not too, but hey, its not like she ever listened to those lesons anyway, fighting healing and playing music was way more important.

"You may call me Tobias, or Toby." He said with a laugh. "And you My Lady? What shall I call you?" He asked taking her hand and smiling down at her. She had a rare short of Beauty that wasn't seen much anymore. Her laughter seemed to send chills down his spin, a feeling he had not had since he was a young man of 100.

'Well then Toby it is, at the moment I'm amused, But I'd like you to call me Dia' she smiled, blushing a little as he took her hand (from behind her back o.-) giggling a bit as she thought of her etiquette teacher scolding her for using such a stupid childish and whatever more line to introduce yourself, but Her parents werent here anymore right?
'Maybe its my imagination, but is your hand warmer than before?' she asked, maybe it had to do with the drink, or maybe she was just colder.

((Oi, I forgot it was behind your back. :headdesk: ))

Tobias smiled and kissed her hand. "Well Dia, After I feed, i Do tend to be warmer for a little bit." He said with a laugh. "Come, I shall show you to your room. It is late you must be tired." He said leading her to one of the doors which lead to the staircase. "These stairs, the walls of the stairwell are glass, and go through the enclosed garden." He said as they walked up the stairs. He stopped at the first door off the stairs and opened it. "This room is full of flowers and sprites or fairies. I can't remember. The bed is four poster king size, with emerald green silk sheets, and a fur comforter, it gets rather chilly."

Another blush rose to her cheeks, and she shyly nodded, walking with him up the stairs.
'Thanks toby' she tenderly smiled, and laughed softly, the palm of her hand at her lips. Her breath got a bit taken away as she felt every little detail as he opened the door.

'A room with sprites and fairies? My, you sure have everything dont you? And I am an elemental bender of sorts, so you dont have to worry about me being cold...' she smiled happily, not really happy there was fur in the room, she was a vegetarian at heart and would always be. But the plants and flowers sure felt nice under bare feet.

'Mostly sprites, but a few fairies are hiding under the flowerbeds...' she sensed, a smile playing on her face as she felt every little detail of the room, and knowing the colors since she felt what kinds of fairies and sprites they were, since she too had once seen all of them even though now she was blind. Makes Dia happy she always was curious as to what was in the forest, and always wanting to see it with her own eyes.

"You have not been blind your whole life?" He asked walking over and pulled the Fur blanket off the bed and folding it up and putting it in the closet. He was slightly surprised to hear that she had once been able to see the sprites and fairies. He watched her with a curious grin.

'huh...?' Her mind went a lot of ways, mental contact maybe? Odd.... No then I should be able to read his mind too, mind reader? My oh my what kind of a place have I entered?
'How...?' She managed to get out softly, as he put the fur in the closet, thank god for that...
'Well I guess thats how you found out I was blind...' she sighed, running a hand through her hair, a proud smile of sorts appearing as she was about to tell her story, proud of the fact he found out so quickly and even found out she wasnt blind her whole life.

'Yes, I have been able to see for the first of my years. When I was less powerful but still quite strong. I was saving my youngest sister, when some kind of odd magician took my sight using a spell behind my back, me being busy being emotional over my sister not watching my back. he payed for that, not by me though... My body got used to it, so it sadly enough couldnt be treated as a wound of sorts.' She said, going on her knees, stretching her pinky so a hiding faerie could hop on it. A melancholic smile appeared on her face as she thought of how many times she did that when she was oblivious to the whole war.

"You know, When a vampire changed someone, it fixes any and all problems the victim had before transformation. You would get your sight back, in other words." He said watching her play with the fairy. She seemed so peaceful, compared to the stories he had heard of her kind. He almost laughed again, but couldn't really find it in him to do so.

Instead he walked back over to her. "Are you tired at all?" He asked with a wondering voice. He wished he could know what it felt to be tired again...

'No, it was my own mistake, and Im proud of it. I saved my sister, and have now a bit of a better level of awareness. Its a kind of remembrance that I was more busy with my sister than myself. Which is good. And its not a transformation of sorts.' she sighed, looking at the fairy dancing on her hand, now being not shy anymore and pretty open.
'I dont want to change by someone else, I want to change by myself, that makes me me.' Dia smiled, breezing away the fairy, who then tried flying back again a huge smile playing the fairy her face.

'Hmm, just a bit. Not used to sitting in a carriage. I like horses better.' she smiled, surpressing a yawn with the back of her hand. 'You?' she asked looking up at him, from her kneeling form.

"I do not get tired, except when I do not feed." He said watching the fairy float away. He didn't really like fairy's they seemed to to enjoy hiding his socks from him. He smiled down at her. "I can understand that, but if we do decide to ever have kids, you will have to either change half-way, or all the way or else the child will kill you before it even leaves the womb." He explained, while debating wither he should have told her that.
