Afterward, Alex came out of the small room and tapped Patch's shoulder. "You guys ready? It doesn't look like John and Lina are." she said, laughing a bit.

lina smiled at alex and stood up with john, holding onto his hand. "do you want to stay the night with me alex? you know your welcome and my mom wont care." she asked before she had the chance to forget.

"Sure, just lemme text my mom..." Alex said. She pulled out her phone and texted to her mom that she was going to Lina's tonight.

Patch nodded, "sounds good." he said as he stayed close to Alex and was going to stay close to her and make sure nothing happend to her.

John smiled and wrapped a arm around Lina, "sounds like fun." he said as he looked at them.

"alright then." lina smiled, staying close to john and keeping an eye on alex, even though she was just about as safe in the police department with her loving boyfriend right noext to her. she still worried, but she texted her mom that alex was coming and didnt wait fr a reply.

Alex hopped into the back of John's car and waited for the other three to get in. She sighed and rand a hand through her hair.

lina hopped in the car after alex, sighing and ready to get home.

Patch jumped in besides alex and then john climbed in and started to drive.

"You're going to text me every second while I'm at Lina's right?" she asked Patch.

lina heard alex and smiled. she knew the answer already, but it was funny the way alex had asked so bluntly.

Patch smiled at her, "of course I am." he said and kissed her cheek.

John smiled when he heard that and knew that he would do the same if the same had happend to Lina.

"'Kay." Alex said smiling. She hugged her knees to her chest and yawned.

lina saw her house approaching in the distance and she pointed it out to john so he wouldnt miss it. "on the let side. the one with the crappy blue and whit paint." she said grinning. her parents sucked at painting. and her brother and her didnt make it look too much better when they all markered on it, leaving mom and dad to paint over it, making it look crooked for some reason.

John parked outside her house and smiled at it. "nice house." he said and kissed Linas cheek

Patch smiled as he got out, "I will walk from here since my house is just two houses away." he said as He smiled at them

lina smiled at john. "thanks." she said and nodded at patch. "alright, talk to you in awile then." she smiled and stood out of the car, helping alex out. "lets go make a big bowl of pop corn and watch some 1930's horror films." she leaned down into the car and kissed john with a passion. "thank you for this. very much. i'll call you tomorrow when alex leaves, 'kay?" she smiled.

While John and Lina were talking, Alex walked over to Patch and hugged him. She kissed him for about 6 seconds and pulled away. "Ugh! Why are you leaving me?"

John kissed lina back just as passinatly, "okay and call if anything bad happens." he said as he looked at her. He didn't want anything to happen to ehr so he decided to spend the night with Patch since his house was nearby.

Patch held Alex close to him, "because I need to go check in with my parents." he said as he looked at her and then kissed her gently. "but I will be at my house. Remember it is only two houses away so if anything happens either call and I will be over in a matter of seconds or come over." he said as he looked at her.

lina smiled lovingly at john and nodded. "will do." she promised. she gave him one last small kiss and leaned out of his car and shut his door. she walked over to alex and patch and smiled, crossing her arms. they were a cute couple. and she could tell that they truly belonged together. she waited quietly until they would finish.

Alex nodded and hugged him once more. "'Kay, love you." she said. She kissed him once more gently, then she was off.

Patch smiled and kissed her back befor ehe got back in the car. John started to drive and he looked at Patch. Patch nodded and they drove to Patchs house which was just down the road and got out. Patch kne whtat John would want to stay clsoe so he was fine with him staying over.

lina watched them leave and followed alex into the house. "alrighty then. popcorn and old horror films coming right up." she smiled taking off alex's jacket for her. she set their jackets on the chair by her door and led them both into her kitchen beginning to make ppcorn. "want some soda?" she asked already pouring herself a glass.

"Root beer please." Alex said sitting down at the kitchen table. She spun a bottle cap on the table and waited for Lina.

lina poured it like sh asked and slid the glass to her. the microwave went off and she poured its contents into a large bowl. "okay..." she said, moving to the living room. what to watch...what to watch..." she muttered to herself trying to think of some nice old horror films. she pulled out her two favorite and asked alex. "the wolfman or frankenstain?" she asked.

Alex took a little popcorn and sipped her root beer. "Frankenstein! Duh!" she laughed. She sat on the couch and waited for Lina to get the movie set up.

lina stiffled a laugh and set it in, knowing better. she grabbed a big quilt and sat up on the couch next to alex covering them both and snagging a handful of popcorn from the bowl. she sighed and leaned back still watching it, even though she had seen it only a hundred million times before.
