Alex kept her face buried in the couch and sniffled as she wiped her tears. "What? Are you going to tell me now that you're dumping me for your ex? I'll save you the trouble. Just...leave, I can walk home by myself." she said a bit muffled by the pillow.

Patch frowned and looked at her, "will you listend for just a second." he said and really wasn't likeing now and he had a major head acke. "I dont even remember half of what happend last night. I didn't even know that my ex was here till I woke up this morning. I didn't even plan on getting back together with her since I had you." he said but then sighed and headed towards teh door since he wasn't sure if she would believe him.

Alex wasn't buying it. She knew he loved her, but if she didn't invite Ariana then it must have been Patch. "Oh? Well if you didn't plan on it, then how the HELL did you sleep with her? Who invited her anyway? It wasn't me, that's for sure. I just don't know how you did that...you told me you loved me, Patch...how could you lie? Really...how?" she asked as she continuously wiped her tears.

Patch looked over at her and you could see the sadness in his eyes. "I dont know and I really hardly remember last night. I can remember up to when I went to go get a drink then nothing. So I really dont know how she got here or how I got in bed with her." he said softly, "and I go love you and you have no idea how much I hate myself for this."

Alex glared at him. "You have just lost complete trust in me. I wanted to feel safe from all the drunks going through the kitchen with sharp utensils, so I ask you to come upstairs and I lost three hours of sleep, thinking that you fell asleep or something. I finally managed to pushed myself asleep. Don't you dare turn this on me. I did nothing wrong. There must have been something, even if you were drunk, that would have pushed you away from her." she said.

Patch looked at her and looked down. he didn't remember much of last night and only said, "I think I did try but I was just to drunk to fight back." she said as he opend the door. RIght before he left he said, "I am sorry... I am not sure what else to say since I cant find any word to say how sorry I am." he said and started to walk out of there.

Alex fell to her knees behind him and wiped her tears again. "...okay." she whispered.

Patch stopped when he heard her and turned around slowly. He looked at her, all his love and care and everythign else for her was in his eyes. "I am really really sorry."

Alex nodded and stood to her knees. "...I believe you." she said.

Patch couldn't believe that she did and slowly walked over. he wrapped a arm around her and said softly, "I wont do anything like that again, I promise." and he would keep that promise.

Alex nodded and sighed. "Okay..." she said quietly.

Patch looked at her and then got furious as he thought of his ex. "there is one thing I have to do." he said to her softly as he ehaded towards the stairs, he was going to kick the girl out and get a restraining order on her.

Ariana was still asleep at this point and didn't have a clue about what had gone on downstairs.

Patch kicked the door open and yelled, "wake up!!"

Ariana rolled over and smiled as she rubbed her head. "Hey, Patchy..." she said.

Patch looked at her and growled as he threw her clothing at her, "get the hell out of there, I dont want to see you face again."

Ariana frowned and grabbed her clothes as she started putting them on. "What got into you?" she asked.

Patch growled, "what got into me was a drink last night that messed with my head. Now get out, I dont want to see you near me or my girlfriend again." he said as he glared at her.

Ariana quickly ran out of the house and left.

Patch watched her go and then went down stairs to Alex, "she wont come near me again." he said as he sat down next to her.

Alex was still partially in shock, so her body wasn't exactly reacting to what he said the way it normally would. She hugged her knees, shut her eyes and set her head on her knees without saying anything. She yawned and rocked her head back and forth.

Patch frowned when he saw her like this and gently picked her up. "come on." he said to her softly and took her up to the other bedroom. He gently layed her down in the bed and stroked her head, "everything is going to be okay."

Alex faced the opposite way of him and gently nodded. "...I'll be fine."

Patch frowned and nodded, "call if you need me, I will be down stairs." he said as he slowly got up and headed out the door. Once he got down stairs he buried his face into his hands and couldn't believe how stupid he was last night.

Alex tossed and turned, but eventually when she woke up, she walked downstairs and looked for Patch.
