Raziel nodded softly and with a blush, stroked James' cheek. "I doubt this will end well...but...know that I love you." he murmured. He let go of their hands and stretched his wings out for battle, his eyes hardening and his muscles tensing. "Let's go."
"Of course I hate them sweetheart." Lyrrien purred. He strode out and put his arms around the other. "But yeah, go ahead and just get rid of the nuisance here before Gabriel gets here. She's annoying." Lyrrien knew Gabriel probably wouldn't mind if Chibi was taken out of the equation either. She was expendable either way. And he glared at Chibi, the little bitch, trying to blow his cover. He'd do it when it was time. |
James stood up shortly about Raziel. He then left his room, he knew that there was a potential that Raziel might be forced to leave. "If you were being forced to leave, would you fight back?" James asked looking at the angel. An angel is an angel, they cared for the chance to look good in the eyes of Him.
Lucifer, frowned at Lyrrien, before looking at Chibi. He then took his sword, and stabbed the angel in the stomach. Chibi screeched, before falling to the ground. "Lucifer, you bastard. I'm not the one....you should be wasting your time on-" She paused to cough up a large amount of blood. "Look to the one you hold dear." She then looked at Lyrrien.Lucifer growled one more time, before taking his sword, and making the final blow to the back of her neck. |
"That's so much better." Lyrrien sighed softly, gazing at Lucifer's back Chibi was a little bitch to try and rat him out like that to save her own skin - and look how well it worked. Besides...she should know better. Lyrrien's allegiances fell to who was winning. And right now the demons were winning. Once Gabriel dropped with the rest of the armada though, well, things might change. For now, he was content to let himself be thoroughly aroused by his lover's bloodlust.
"Forced to leave where, here?" Raziel murmured. "Or forced to leave heaven? Which do you mean?" He was confused - he was not a complicated angel, but he was a kind one. But he was simple and needed a lot of explanations. |
Lucifer placed his bloodied sword back into it's holster, and he looked at the demons. "Take her away. And do as you please." the demon cheered before dragging her body away. Lucifer laughed evilly, before looking at Lyrrien. "One down one to go." He muttered darkly.
"If you were going to be forced back into heaven. Would you fight back?"James cleared. Seria then came rushing in, and she seemed disturbed. "Lucifer just killed Chibi." She muttered worriedly. James chuckled. "Bitch." He stated, he then sighed. "Okay okay, we'll be out before anything happens to anyone else.' Seria nodded her head. "And she also said something that bothered me." James frowned "What?" He asked. "Well one of the demon that was outside came in and told me that Chibi stated, in a long winded kind of way, that Lyrrien is betraying Lucifer..."James looked at Raziel, before back at Seria. "That would be catastrophic...."He muttered getting into his own thoughts. |
"If you plan on taking me down, shouldn't you have kept the others around to help you? You mock me." Lyrrien said, bristling softly. "You wound me - I'm not that easily done away with." he whispered, softer, placing a hand on the other's sword and kissing Lucifer's lips softly. "Even through all this, I never left you. You can't deny that." he murmured.
"But...but Gabriel HATES Lyrrien..." Raziel blinked. "Who would Lyrrien betry him to?" He was very confused. He wasn't happy about James' suffering either, and he took him into a strong arm. |
Lucifer looked at Lyrrien. "You're terrible." The man stated letting Lyrrien kiss him. After a second passed, Lucifer moved away from Lyrrien. "And I'm no fool. I warned you, even before I was banished from heaven." He stated keeping his hand on his sword. Lucifer was hurting, and hurting badly. The last thing he wanted was to kill Lyrrien. "I don't want to kill you..."Lucifer then stated shaking his head. The demon then unhook his sword from his belt, and tossed it to the ground. "I WON'T kill you. As much as I want to...I couldn't..."He then announced shaking his head again.
"That may be true, but they hate Lucifer more." James stated. "Lyrrien was never one to fall from Grace, even when Lucifer told him that they would be together forever. Damned and blackened, but happy. Lucifer confide in me, and told me his plans. Of course I never expected Lyrrien to take his love for Him to that extreme. Which is half the reason why I wanted to come down to hell with him. I found that God is nothing more than a puppet master, as the angels are his puppets." James stated balling his hands into fists. |
"If you want to, why don't you?" Lyrrien asked, grabbing Lucifer's hair softly from behind and letting it go. "You should, you know." he said, letting out a strange sounding laugh. "Because as much as I'd love to lay in your arms forever, sweetheart, I have this horrible fear of dying, and it outlives anything else. Everything else." He shook, his eyes widening, the other demons taking a step back. "What do we get, huh? Even humans, when they die, get eternal life in their own private section of heaven or hell, but when WE die, we disappear! We don't exist! Dammit, I don't want to stop existing! I'd do anything to outlive that!" he panted hard, tears collecting at the edges of his eyes. He grasped onto Lucifer's body and clung. "If you're not going to kill me, and I have to kill you to survive...you WILL die." he whispered.
Raziel stayed quiet, as was his usual nature, and he held James close to his chest, rocking him slowly and bowing his head softly. It was then that Gabriel and a multitude of angels swooped down from the heavens in all their terrifying, muscle bound glory, Gabriel's eyebrow partially raised at Lyrrien's current freak out. Was this part of the other's plan, or a breakdown? |
Lucifer shook his head. "That's irrational. You die you die. It's not going to matter how many of me you kill, once your dead people remember you for who you were." He stated pushing Lyrrien away. He's seen Lyrrien freak out, but never this bad. "And is that why? Is that why you turned your back against me?" Lucifer asked. Angels soon surrounded them, and he growled. "Gabie. It's so nice to see you." He stated as he walked back over to his sword, picking it up. "Now get your dog and get out. If you want to kill anyone, kill Lyrrien." Lucifer stated, he knew what he was saying was hurting him, but he wouldn't become some kind of selfish ploy for Lyrrien's survival.
He calmed only for Raziel. James then looked out his window, and found a few angel wuings. "Gabies here."The fallen muttered looking up at Raziel before looking at Seria. |
Gabriel's wings swooped out to the sides, and he smirked. "This isn't a negotiation Lucifer. You're being brought to heaven on high trial for corruption of several of our angel brothers and sisters, as well as your cohorts' kidnap of Raziel." he said. "If the hosts and I must use force against your unholy legion because of your refusal to cooperate, it shall be seen as an act of God's will. I trust you shall think carefully before you act."
Lyrrien twisted heart twisted further, and he chuckled blackly, licking the tip of Lucifer's blade. "We're immortal Lucifer - I can play my cards right and never die." he whispered. Raziel frowned and flexed his wings outward. "We should meet them." he murmured. |
"Fuck God's will!" Lucifer exclaimed. The demon then drew back his sword. "Lyrrien, I'll cut your tongue out if you don't shut the fuck up!" The man then added on hotly, as he pressed it against the angel's tongue. "As for you Gabie. Raziel was not kidnapped. Nor was it my idea unlike you I let my people think for themselves. I don't treat my brothers and sisters like dog-slaves." Lucifer told the head angel. The demon who had dragged Chibi's body to an unknown location came back. The female of the group was wearing her dress. "Gabie." She stated smiling with bloodied teeth. "Don't this dress look fimilar. Your little girlfriend let me have it....of her dead body."The others around her cackled maniacally, before joining Lucifer.
James nodded his head, and took Raziel's hand. He then exited the room. As they reached the front door, James caught some of the conversation. The fallen smiled, and opened the front door. The demons looked to see who it was, and it was James. "Gabie. How 'bout you take Lyrrien and leave. Lucifer has done nothing to make you come down here. From the look of things you're the one disobeying the word of God. Not us." The fallen stated chuckling. Everyone including Lucifer chuckled along with him. |
"My NAME is GABRIEL." He bristled, and his eyes flashed so hard they threatened to shoot laserbeams. And now Chibi was dead as well. As much as he didn't agree with her - she was a good employee of the Lord. Well, was. Not much of a fighter or negotiator though apparently. "All of you, bring Lucifer to heaven for high court trial. Should the demons continue to resist...slaughter them." he said, then turned his head to Raziel, immediately seeing the change in him. "I am deeply disappointed in you, but not nearly as much as our father is this very moment."
Any words that Raziel might have said died in his throat. He loved the Lord - he'd spent his life devoted to him, playing music for him and trying to earn his favour. And now...by falling in love, he'd betrayed him? He felt a sinking feeling in his heart, and he did not chuckle with the others. As the angels rushed forward with an angry yell to fell demons and capture Lucifer, Lyrrien licked up the sword, drawing blood from his tongue with an anguised moan before pulling the demon into a bruising kiss and flying upwards to pounce on top of him, knocking him to the ground to catch him off guard. |
James growled, and squeezed Raziel's hand. "Keep your mouth shut Gabriel."The fallen hissed. He then looked over at Raziel. "Don't listen to him. He's only trying to get you to go back...."James whispered to the angel. Of Raziel left him, it would most likely be the last time he would ever see the angel again. A few angels came towards him, and Raziel, but James took care of them quickly. Blood splattered on both of the men, and James growled deeply. He didn't want to leave Raziel's side, but he couldn't stay here for very long.
The demons fought the angels a few gaining killings, and others being killed. Lucifer was caught off guard by Lyrrien, and hit the ground. He growled deeply as he soon push the angel off of him. "Where does you real loyalty lie?" Lucifer asked holding his sword out in defense. "You can have God, or me." The demon then chuckled. "And I doubt God can make you scream like I can." Lucifer stated in a dark low tone. |
"What if he's right?" Raziel murmured quietly, but all the same, once angels tried to drag him off, he pummeled them with his fists. "YOU do not decide who I follow. I do." he snapped, eyes narrowing. The angels looked nervously between each other - not even used to hearing Raziel...TALK this much, let alone use his brainpower to this extent.
Gabriel's nostrils flared, and bloodlust filled his eyes. "It is clear you've made your decision. Take out Raziel, take them all out save Lucifer." he roared, charging forward. Lyrrien laughed darkly. "Loyalty? You're talking in a foreign language love." he said quietly. "My loyalty is to life and living. Keep me alive and I'll love you forever." he murmured. |
"Fine then. If that's the case then die!" Lucifer then took his sword, and stabbed it straight into Lyrrien's body. "I told you get in my way and I'll kill you." He muttered. His attention was switched when Gabriel came charging after him. His follows took on the angels, while he fought Gabriel.
James then took his sword, and killed each angel. "You seem fine on your own. I want to help Lucifer." James stated looking back at Raziel. His face was bloodied up, as well as some of his clothing. "Just try not to die, kay." The fallen stated winking at the angel. He then was soon off and running towards Gabriel and Lucifer. |
Lyrrien's eyes widened as the sword went through his ribcage, and he watched man he often loved completely and utterly betray him in a way he hadn't fully counted on. "Lucifer..." he whispered, feeling his body organs shutting down.
Raziel nodded, suddenly dealing with more of the heavenly host attacking him than previous, but he was ready - as much time as he spent playing the lyre and harp, he also trained extensively and was one of God's best soldiers. Gabriel roared and went for Lucifer, slamming his sword against the other's. "I'm sick of having to see you pollute the Lord's world." he snarled. |
Lucifer heard Lyrrien. He blocked Gabirel's attack. "I'm not doing anything. You're the one who broke one of the Ten Commandments "Thou shall not kill.""Lucifer repeated coldly. The man then shoved the angel violently. His attention then turned to Lyrrien. "I'm sorry Lyrrien. But I told you." The demon then caught him, so that he wouldn't fall onto the ground. "But you didn't stay by my side....."He whispered. "....I still love you though..."He added trying to keep his composure.
While Lucifer was busy with Lyrrien. James went to keep Gabriel away from his Master. He stood in front of the two men, and stood in a defensive pose. Other demons in the mean time were caught in their own mini battles, and bodies of both angels and demon littered Hell's floor. |
Gabriel narrowed his eyes. "The commandments are for the humans. We are God's messengers, musicians, soldiers and avengers. We are of a different breed and purpose." And then he was shoved violently back into a swarm of demons who started to claw at his flesh. He was now busy with that.
"You're making me leave...don't make me leave..." Lyrrien begged softly, using what dying strength he had to keep his eyes open and touch Lucifer's arm. "Don't make me leave you Luci.." Raziel by this point had killed a multitude of angels, and their excess blood was starting to cloud his vision with rage. His mind was starting to turn off, and he was slowly turning into a berserker. His soul was aggrieved by so much death and violence that his body began to lash out violently. His eyes rolled back into the back of his head...and then suddenly both demons and angels were being felled left and right by his bare hands. |
Lucifer shook his head, he was near double crossed. "I'm sorry Lyrrien." The demon placed his hand over the angel's and held it. The man then leaned down and kissed Lyrrien's bloodied mouth. His heart belonged to Lyrrien and him alone, for him to use that love so that he could be on the "winning" team, didn't sit well with Lucifer at all.
With Gabriel distracted, James turned to Raziel who seemed in a rage. The fallen dropped his sword, and ran over to the angel. James grabbed Raziel from behind. "Enough. I shouldn've never let you out here." James stated. He couldn't let Raziel run rampant. The angel could kill himself, or Lucifer or even James himself. |
Lyrrien whimpered softly, kissing Lucifer back as long as he could. He was crying, tears mingling with the blood running down his chin. He could barely breathe now, and was fading. He gripped his lover's hand until he could no longer feel it, and his head swam. Then, everything turned off, and it was like suddenly going to sleep, away from pain. Lyrrien's dead body rested limply in Lucifer's arms, lips still pressed softly against the fallen angel's.
Raziel lashed out at James, his mind having retreated inside himself. He couldn't tell who was friend or foe - he was mindless, angry, hurt and powerful. He connected a fist and his sword into James' shoulder, hacking off a fair bit of armour and jarring him in the process. |
Lucifer pulled away once he felt Lyrrien go limp. He had been crying himself, but he only just realized it. The man placed Lyrrien down lightly, before standing up and turning. "GABRIEL!"The man exclaimed. The demons stopped in their tracks, they looked at Lyrrien's body and backed away from the angel. This was his kill and his alone.
James winced when his shoulder was hit. The man still went over and held Raziel even tighter. "Raziel!Stop!Hear my voice, and calm down. You're going to kill yourself!You're going to kill me!" James stated nervously. The hit to the shoulder hurt, there was no doubt that the angel could kill him. |
Gabriel came back, wings outstretched, a stony look upon his face when he saw Lucifer's rage. "Well. You've saved us the trouble of disposing of that rat. I suppose with the Lord's grace, I can be grateful to you for that." he said, sneering at the end of his words. His eyes flitted only slightly in the direction of Lyrrien's crumpled body. He held no lost love for the silver haired angel. "Come at me then, only you would dare to attempt to overthrow those whom God appoints to his service."
Raziel, somewhere in the deep fog of his mind, started to come to, but only as he had started to put James in a chokehold. When he finally got a hold of himself, his hands were wrapped tightly around James' neck and he had just finally stopped growling. His eyes grew wide and he dropped the angel before fleeing, taking off as fast as he could in pure fear. |
James was afraid also, but he soon darted after Raziel. He had snapped out of it, but Hell isn't a place to go running around in, especially if your still angelic. "Raziel!Come back!"James exclaimed stretching out his wings. The man was an excellent flyer, no one, minus Lucifer of course, can out fly him. "You'll get lost!"He soon added.
"Fuck God. I don't care what he thinks, and what you have to say. So shut up!" The man exclaimed. Lucifer then went after him. He was angry at himself, as well as Lyrrien. The angel should have stated at his side, however Lucifer shouldn't have placed that steel blade through him. |
Raziel flew for a while and then landed in a cave, walking inside and hiding as far in as he could, knowing James was right behind him. " Go away." he murmured sadly, curling his wings around him. It was a large, white feathery shield that made him look like a huge feathered egg.
Gabriel brought up his sword, focussing his eyes at Lucifer as the blade gleamed in the light. He would vanquish him once and for all. It was his mission, his duty. It was the will of God. He would not fail. |
"No." James replied followed Raziel in the cave. Being that Raziel still had his white wings, he easily spotted him in the cave. "Raziel...."The fallen muttered going up to him. He placed his hand lightly on the feathers, and sighed deeply. "......you don't need to hide. I'm fine...."James added on sitting next to the angel. His throat hurt, but nothing more.
Lucifer then brought down his sword at Gabriel. He will kill Gabriel, the angel has always been a thorn in his side. Demons watched on as Lucifer and Gabriel were about to fight, some even started heading off inside. They looked at Lyrrien, and two demons brought his body into the building. Seria gasped, and sighed deeply. "Come we shall clean and dress him for the funeral." The woman stated sadly. |
"I could have killed you." Raziel said, his voice laden with sorrow. He pulled his wings tighter, shaking so hard that feather started to molt off them. "I can't trust myself to be with you if that is how I act." Inside his self-made feathery prison, Raziel wept silent tears.
Gabriel swung hard and true, hitting Lucifer in the lower abdomen, on his armour. The shock sent huge vibrations up Gabriel's arm, but he held fast and braced himself for an impact, holding his shield and then charging again, the sword pointed at Lucifer's face. "Die, scum!!" he roared, losing his grace now at the peak of his anger. |
