In Kalika's sleep she had the same strange dream... staring threw a looking glass at her mother and father. This time she saw Ares as well. He was watching his love with another man. The blonde watched as the god of war stormed off and took with another mate. As she watched her brain was fuzzy. She was trying to figure out what she was watching, but it just wouldn't add together the pieces...
She woke when the sun warmed her face. Once awake she realized she had just seen the story of herself and Ariston's creation, though that wouldn't make sense... He was born before her. Then she realized... her mother wasn't with child the first time Adonis and her hooked up. She frowned and realized she had lost a sibling at some point in her life. Sitting up she looked to Aris still peacefully sleeping on the bed. Kalika was tempted to wake him, but decided against it since he had woke in the night. Snuggling over to him she wrapped her legs around him and laid her head on his chest. She listened as he exhaled and inhaled and his steady heartbeat.

Aris didn't dream again that night he just had a sound sleep although he didn't feel as though it was peaceful. When he awoke the warrior opened his eyes slowly to a bright sunny morning and a beautiful woman laying on his chest. Seeing her there brought an unusual smile to his face as he greeted the blue eyed blonde, "Good morning," he said in a deeper voice than his norm. She was indeed a captivating woman, and very hard not to stare at when he was with her. She had been at his side during the night when he had experienced that nightmare and he was thankful for that. Although he was sure that any other woman would have done the same, it actually meant something to the man since it was her. Pulling the woman on top of his body with one arm Aris smiled at her then said, "Thank you for last night... I don't remember if I thanked you then so I'm thanking you now." His voice was soft and sincere though it was rough now as it usually was but it still got the point across.

When Aris spoke his deep voice sent shivers down her spine. She looked up into his honey colored eyes and smiled. Softly she reached up and brushed a few brunette strands from his face. Then she shook her head. "It was no problem Aris. I just wanted to make sure you were alright." Usually she would have just rolled over and gone back to bed, but she truly cared about him. The roughness of his voice raised goosebumps on her skin. It was amazing to think that one person could do that to someone. Leaning foreward she kissed him softly on the cheek.

Ariston was elated to hear that she truly cared about him although he already knew that to be the case, it was still something about actually hearing it from her. The thought brought a bright smile to the face of the young man with hazel eyes. He leaned in and kissed Kalika softly a few times then he had to stop because he noticed he was getting excited and they had no clothes on and she was on top of him... the circumstances were not in his favor to keep control. He had a full hard on by the time he stopped but he tried to focus so that he didn't instigate anything that didn't need to be started. It was touching her already and he blushed and apologized quickly, "I'm sorry... I... it's hard not to get excited around you... forgive me."

Kalika was enjoying his kisses and felt her heart begin to race in her ears. Once she realized what was poking her in the back she moved from ontop of him to the side of her. Her cheeks glowed with blush as she looked at him. Softly she kissed his neck and shook her head. "Don't worry, the problem is mutual... my problem just isn't as uhm... noticeable." She giggled as she teased him.

Aris blushed lightly then sat up, "I think it's about time we get ready to set sail don't you think?" He seemed really cheerful this morning despite not having had a good night of sleep. In all due honesty he was still tired but he wasn't going to show that to Kal and have her worry for no reason, after all he could always catch up on his sleep during the trip. Hoping out of bed he grabbed one of the towels, "I'm about to go wash up I sweated quite a bit last night so I kind of smell. We can go get breakfast when I we're both ready, how does that sound?"

Kalika blushed as he caught sight of him as he slipped from the bed. She averted her eyes and nodded. "Yeah, I think I should wash up too. I-I'll wait til you're done."The blush on her cheeks grew as she thought of them... in the shower together. She sat up pulling the sheets over her chest. "I'm excited... to get far away," The blonde said softly smiling at him.

Aris wasn't a shy person and he knew she had seen him as he got out of the bed which was why she had turned bright red. He laughed when he realized that was what had happened and it left a lingering smile. Then switching gears he nodded his head in agreement with her statement, "Yeah will be good to get away for a while. I think we can afford to mix work with pleasure..." his smile grew mischevious and he turned and left the room. He walked down the hall to the washroom and warmed his water and hopped in. He sat back and relaxed as the hot water soothed his tense muscles. A few other men were in there as well all of them were a bit older than him and they seemed to be giving him nasty looks as usual but he paid them no mind.

Kalika felt as though her face was on fire. Her heart thumped in her chest as she thought about his statement. She watched as he left her mouth gaping slightly. Falling backwards onto her back she stared at the ceiling. Since they only had one key she would of course wait so she wouldn't lock him out... though locking him out seemed like a fun idea. The blonde refrained and laid on the bed staring up at the ceiling. She hadn't meant to fall back asleep, but laying there all nice and warm in the bed... she did. Her dreams switched to her conversation with Aris rather than swimming.

After finally deciding that he would wash up and get out of the men's bath Aris dried himself off and made his way back to the room. When he walked in he saw that Kalika had fallen back asleep and he silently walked over to her and placed a few kisses on her neck. Aris was gentle about it not wanting to startle her too much if she was easily startled and he whispered in her ear, "Rise and shine sleepy..." Of course he was still just in a towel, and glistening a bit as he was still a little wet, but he would finish drying off and change once she left and went to take her bath as he had.

The blonde's dream broke off somewhere towards the middle. She woke when she felt some kisses on her neck. Her eyes fluttered open as she saw Aris over her. A soft blush colored her cheeks as she loved at the attractive male who was still somewhat wet. Leaning up to him she gently kissed him on the lips. "Sorry, guess I was tireder than I thought." Kalika giggled as she slipped out from under him. She grabbed one of the towels and wrapped it around herself. "I'll be back shortly." She winked at him then stepped from the room. Walking down the hall and around the corner to the women's wash room she prepared a tub for herself with lukewarm water. Leaving the towel beside the tub she slipped into the warm water. Looking around there were a few women there whispering to each other as she walked it. She paid them no mind as she enjoyed her bath.

Aris smiled as she awoke and gave him a kiss, it gave him this tingly feeling down his spine. He winked back when she winked at him and left the room then he finished drying off and grabbed his armor. Taking his time with it he put the bottom of his armor on and then his shoes. He debated whether or not he would put the top on but decided he wanted a new one and would have one custom made in the islands. Lastly he hooked on his bracers and let rubbed his wrists to make sure they were tight then he laid on the bed and waited for Kal to finish so that they could go get breakfast.

After a while she slipped out of the tub and dried her hair off. She wrapped the towel around her body then headed back into the room. Closing the door behind her she laid down on the bed beside Aris. Softly she kissed his lips and smiled. "Hope I didn't keep you waiting." She giggled softly as she laid kisses on his neck. Kalika softly sucked on his neck then stood up and went to put her armor on. She pulled on her corset chest guard and pulled it tight against her skin. Then pulled on her gaunlets, socks, and boots. The blonde laid back down beside the hansom brunette and smiled at him. "Are we ready to leave?"

Aris smiled as the woman entered and joined him on the bed to give him a kiss. He laid there until Kalika had fully dressed and again joined him in the bed then he responded to her question, "Sure we can leave as soon as we have breakfast. I believe the first ship leaving the harbor towards the islands sets sail at noon since there is suppose to be a high wind," he said. Sitting up he leaned over and pressed his lips gently to hers and then he hopped out of bed and waited for her at the door, "Care to join me Kal?"

Ariston nodded in agreement then smiled when he received the kiss, being with her just seemed so natural it was almost unreal. After their hands intertwined he lead her down the hall to a table in the middle of the tavern for obvious reasons and he pulled out her chair and awaited her to sit. Then he sat down across from her and grabbed the menu and looked through it searching for something he was craving for breakfast.

The blonde followed him as he led them to a table in the center of the tavern. She was already scheming how to get them all riled up this morning. Giggling she pulled the menu up over her face as she looked at the menu. Kalika felt the butterflies of new love, but felt that they had known each other for ages... perhaps this is what it felt like.

Not wasting time Aris called a waitress over to take their orders for the drinks and this morning. When she got over to the table she seemed to be trying to ignore Kalika completely and this made the hazel eyed man chuckle a bit to himself before placing an alluring gaze on the woman. She seemed as though she was mezmorized for a time before she shook her head as if snapping out of a spell then she asked what he wanted to drink, "I would like a mix of apple and grape juice please." Then in a obviously unwilling move she turned to take Kalika's order. The whole while Aris had a miscevious grin on his face knowing that they had both made a large number of enemies yesterday night but it didn't bother him not one bit.

Watching the waitress she couldn't help but grin. Softly under the table she rubbed Ariston's leg just like yesterday. The waitress bit her lip as she saw the girl's leg move. "Grapefruit juice for me, please." Kalika requested softly with a delicate flutter of her eyelashes. Behind her she could see a few men enjoying looking at her though a few grimaced as she rubbed Aris's leg. She watched as the waitress flitted away after grinning at Aris. The blonde's gaze turned to Ariston with a devious smile on her face. "Ready to have some fun?" She asked him softly with a wink.

Aris watched on with nothing but pure innocence of guilt as he was enjoying the show that was being put on. He noticed that the men behind Kalika were enjoying the view but seemed to be upset at the fact she was rubbing his leg. When the waitress walked off and smiled at him, he decided to put an exclimation point on it all and he gave her an alluring smile in a return hoping that Kal wouldn't mind. It was all just for fun and he knew she understood that and he smiled and nodded at her remark, "Yeah, I figure we are entitled to a little fun before we leave, after all we will be going to work anyway... but I do have something I want to do to you before we get our first job. I will wait until we reach the islands and after that your body is mine." He spoke in a voice that was only audible for the two of them in this situation because he wanted the people to believe that they had done something last night even though they hadn't done a thing. It was all for sport...

The blonde caught the smile he gave the woman and chuckled at him. She looked over her shoulder at the men several of whom decided to whistle at her. Kalika just giggled and turned back towards Ariston when he started to speak. A deep red blush colored her cheeks and her heart beat faster as she realized what he was talking about. Then a sly look crossed her face. "As long as I get to return the favor." She whispered with a wink. Kalika continued to rub his leg with her foot as she looked at him biting her lip.

Aris smiled when Kalika looked back at the men who were whistling at her, it thoroughly tickled the young man. His smile grew mischievous when he saw the woman turn bright red once she picked up on what he was referring to. Then she switched up her attitude on him and she started to smile... the words following that smile made him cock his head slowly to the side in interest. This would be one heck of a trip if things went well for them, "Yeah, you can do whatever your heart desires my lady..." He smiled again knowing she had no idea what he had up his sleeves but she would find out sooner or later. Then as she rubbed on his leg and bit her lip Aris had to speak, "Hey hey, calm down... we don't want anything getting started right here. It's hard enough for me to resist you as it is so try not to make it too much harder when I can't act on it... unless you're into public scene's in which case, feel free."

Kalika giggled as he tilted his head. He looked very cute with that look on his face. Then she blushed violently as she realized she was affecting him more than she had expected. She stopped nibbling on her lip and pulled her foot away from his leg. "Sorry... I-I wasn't trying to... but we should save it." The blonde muttered quietly to his statement. Her gaze drifted to the table as she felt embarrassed for exciting him so much. Then that devilish gaze returned as she looked up at him. "The anticipation will only make it better." She teased.

Peering at Kalika through his hazel eyes Aris came to notice that she was fairly easy to embarass which was cute, she was a shy woman after all or at least she had been for the most part with him. Then an almost sinister gin crept onto his face as he listened to her response to his statement and it tickled him a bit. She had an odd way of turning things around on him as she demostrated when she mentioned the anticipation building... it was a very true statement. Then switching gears for a moment he asked her, "So do you know what you want for breakfast Kal?"

The blush faded as he changed the topic of conversation. She had a hard time trying to stay on track, and not think about later that day. "I was thinking of pancakes and bacon." She answered quietly. Kalika always felt manly eating bacon, but she just thought it tasted so good. "What about you?" She questioned him softly.
