((so wheres my character katie o - o))

Katie watched the elven boy after he had pushed her aside.She wondered why anyone had shot at her?!She turned pulling out her sword and sneaking behind the trees,coming up right behind the boy that had shot at her.She poked him in the back with her sword."Excuse me..But I believe you shot at me."She said,knocking him from the tree and putting her sword to his throat.

Drake flipped her off of him and sat on top of her."Well,your quiet pretty up close."He said quietly,and put out his hand for her to shake."My names Drake, Vladimir."

She pushed his hand back in disgust."And my name is nothing of importance to you."She hoped the elven boy would sneak up and chop his head off or something,she was very annoyed by this strange male sitting on her.

Akiko realized what was happening as she felt the saddle start to get yanked from underneath her, and she had a few more seconds to react she would have been able to hold onto the horse and wouldn't have fallen off. But as it went she instead fell of and this elf... guy had the reins of his horse grabbed in seconds and her arms tied with the rope. holy crap he's fast. She wasn't about to underestimate him again, but than again she was now bound. "Yeah and you aren't trying to harm me in any way, as long as i corporate and such nonsense. how did i not notice the rope! I'm such an idiot. She pulled herself up to her knees without using her hands and knelt on them. "So you caught me, i just need to get to this one big city place in a few days, and I want to get there fast so that I can be there on time because I don't know where it is." She looked at him cross, not at all trying to be seductive anymore.

Kotori watched katie sneak up on him and he signaled to Solruil to follow. Holding up one finger he tried to indicate that it was one person, though the message may have come across as 'hold on.' Hopefully not. He moved down the hill bow sideways and in front of him at all times. He saw the target and adjusted his aim to point at the boys head, "ya lle?" [who are you?] "Get off of her."

Akiko grumbled snatching the dagger from him. "Fine. You can accompany me, kind sir." she wasn't about to play the seductive act again she was still emotionally wounded. Well, she was slightly upset, okay she was just annoyed that she had been outsmarted. "You deceived me to though so that makes you just as guilty."

She was literally picking at stones here. She didn't have an excuse to deceive him, all her points had been turned down. Though now she did, he'd deceived her, there it was even. She brushed the front of her cloak off and let the newest gust of wind catch her hood and blow it off. She looked up in the direction it was coming from before bothering to fix the hood, revealing her red headress and her dirty-blond hair that peaked out from beneath it. "I think there's a storm coming."

Kotori could feel the storm brewing too as the wind began to be less calm, down in this slight valley though it wasn't as strong. He signaled to Alana, hoping she would turn to see what was coming.

(( lol sorry I didn't make it more clear. I looked back at my post and understand how you could have. I meant to type -and must've forgotten- that the arrow from Drake was the first arrow. Then after that was others, -like if we were getting attacked from two different places was the idea. but I'll just revise my old post cause you guys already moved the characters :) )))

((This is gunna be short also, because I'm way behind with school and have drill all weekend -when the schoolwork is due- so I have to do it tonight...))

Solruil immediately followed the man's advance toward the owner of the loosed arrow. she was careful to keep her sword's tip from dragging against the ground. She stopped crouching so much when he motioned that there was only one enemy..Not much of a threat with all of them. When the elf started to converse with the new person, she just stayed somewhat behind him silently..Just waiting to see what happened next.

Drake looked up at them and stood up,getting off of Katie."I'm Drake Vladimir,and you are?"He said putting his bow and arrow up.

Katie stood up sighing,she knew the elven boy wouldn't tell him his name.

((Its ok! I had to be stuck in a Fort all weekend for drill with no computer time so I'm glad I didn't miss a lot. lol))

(i had a busy weekend to , haha. That's rather ironic. I'm also posting this in class so.... going to be rather short. oops, hopefully I don't get yelled at =] )

"Well I'm going to ride in the storm. I have to get there fast and either your tagging along or you're not." Akiko gave a shrug and stood up walking back into the stable. She busied herself with preparing one of the dirtier horses, brushing gently. She found some wounds and knew she'd picked well. "I'm taking this horse, and you can make the owner of this stable aware if you want to, but its abused. Now i'm leaving in a few minutes to try to outrace the storm."

Her hand went to her pouch and withdrew the emblem from her priest. He had saved her when she was young and he was saving her again. She felt she had to pay him back now by finding the magic.

"Why did you shoot at us?" Was Kotori's reply instead of saying his name. The wind was beginning to get stronger and it chilled his neck. He was afraid it was going to be a big one at this rate. Already it was getting dark out and it was just past sunrise.

"Us?"Drake questioned."I shot at her..You just pushed yourself in the way."He said quietly,dusting off his pants.

Katie sighed looking at the ground.

Drake sighed."Because I can.Okay?"

Katie smacked the boy as hard as she could."Your lucky I didn't kill you!"

"No,I don't know him."She said,a sad look on her face.

Drake sighed as if he was hiding something."Well,can I travel with you guys??"

Solruil very slightly un-tensed. and very slightly nodded back to the new person. Standing up fully, Solruil turned half of her attention toward the changing sky. Darker clouds were moving swiftly across the sky. A thunder clap was heard in the far distance..."Whatever we decide to do with this -Drake- person, we must do now. The skies are changing quickly." Solruil whistled for Phantom to come to her side. She mounted him and waited for this "thing" to be resolved.

Akiko turned to hide her smile. She figured he would join her and it would be nice to have someone else around when she had barely left the village of her priest before now. "I have no idea." She admitted, a worried look coming onto her face and she cringed as a very loud thunderclap struck. She bit her lip realizing the storm was probably worse than she had thought it was. Thankfully her horse only shook its head in slight annoyance and she brushed its head, more to calm herself down then the horse, but it would seem like it was for the horse. She reached up making sure her hood was secure and than braved it out into the wind and the drizzling rain. It felt like it was raining harder because of the wind, but it wasn't yet.


Kotori nodded with a sigh. "It's up to them." His eyes revealed a non-trusting glare. "As long as you don't try anything more." He moved to secure everything he had on him, making sure that they were tied or secured nicely on his back. All the while his eyes kept looking up at the sky and he moved back out onto the path. "Never mind we will deal with you later, just move fast because we need to get moving now. " There was clearly a bad storm about to hit and it unnerved him. As he put a hand up to block his face when the wind got stronger he turned, "Next town than rest some of the storm out." He realized his voice had been drown out quite a bit by the wind, that was even more upsetting.

Katie caught up to the elven boy,who was trying to get away from the storm.She still didn't know his name.She thought if she told him her name that might bring up his."Since were going to be traveling together,I might as well tell you that my name is Katie."She said over the wind,then looked down feeling small drops of water hit her face.If only she still had strong enough magic to cover everyone..but she didn't.She pushed back her hair out of her eyes and pulled her dagger off her ankle,looking at it.

Drake walked along behind the two of them,He didn't uderstand what the big deal is,he loved storms.He loved everything about them..the thrill,the lightning..He thought as he caught up to them.

Kotori shook his head that he didn't than added his response in voice. "No, I don't!" So they were going to Minota, that was 20 miles away. His thoughts were that he was going to hate traveling across that expanse in a storm but he had to do it. He was also calculating what he could do in order to help them move along faster. "Would it be shorter to cut straight through the fields or is the path pretty direct." I think most bandits and creatures will be in hiding with this storm, if not we have that assassin like guy back there... He glanced over at Drake, than at Katie, "I'm sorry I didn't respond to that I'm trying to figure out something. " His voice was lower than it had been when he'd been trying to be heard by everyone. "It's Kotori." It was a simple answer and he moved ahead quickly to scout things out that he could. He thought about drawing his bow and having it ready but in this... He wasn't sure that would be the best idea. This is going to be one hectic scramble to the town. "Keep an eye out for any caves!," was the next thing he called over his shoulder to everyone.

Akiko nodded, "yeah that's pretty much it!" Her voice was much more cheerful than she was, in fact she was down right terrified at the moment but she wanted to complete this quest, she had to. She slid the emblem back into her pocket and nudged her horse forward faster. She shivered slightly as they traveled, the rain creeping down her neck and she secured her hood on tighter. No way was she going to be taken down by a measly little storm!
