"Nobody knows what anyones capable of these days, such are the times we live in, unfortunatly. That is part of the reason why I refuse to read the local newspapers." Everything in those papers was just.. far too dreary. Murders, rapes, stealing.. where was all the positives? Or were there simply no positives to report? If so.. what a miserable world this really was. "He just seems to be in a constant bad mood. Needs to remove that stick lodged somewhere unpleasant and enjoy himself once in a while."
|
"That's true. And newspapers these days just focus on the negative things because it gets more attention. A robbery, a murder, a car pursuit, things like that are what people want to read and hear about. Not about a school for example doing a ton of fund raising to help some charity. No one wants to read about that any more". It was true that people focus more on the negative side of things to share in the media. "So when is he not in a bad mood then???"
|
"I suppose. Its sad though, but if it sells then I guess thats all that matters." Julian sighed and fell silent for a moment, thinking several things over before the hunter spoke once more. "I'm not sure. I've not known him long but in the time I've known him.. he's always been in a bad mood over something or other. I never seem to find out whats the matter though, he usually changes subject or says he's going to bed."
|
"I don't know how you could deal with someone who is always in a bad mood. Though I'd watch out from him if I were you. It seems to me that he doesn't want to tell you the truth at all. And is always avoiding the issue. I don't know him, nor do I know what he is capable of". Hisoka then thought to himself about the matter. "A human who isn't a hunter that is following a pureblood around is certainly odd. What could he be after???". His gaze drifted down to his watch. It was late, "I'll be heading back to my dorm now. Tomorrow we don't have classes due to the dance. Also I have some business with the association to deal with", Hisoka said, sighing at that last part. He didn't like doing any work with the hunter's association.
(We should do some evil plotting with Natsumi and Caelius :3) |
"Oh, don't worry, I am keeping an eye on him." Julian had memory loss, not a complete lack of a brain. Caelius had brought him to this academy, though he didn't really understand why. Nor did he know where the human had found him, but ever since that day, the human had been coming to see him an awful lot. Then again.. this could just be the way Caelius was. A stick in the mood with difficulty opening up to anyone else. "Alright, well good night." It was late, perhaps it was time he returned to the dorms and did some of the homework that had been piling up on his desk. Oh.. the dance was tomorrow. Well.. that was going to be most interesting. "See you tomorrow." He said, bowing his head to Hisoka and started towards the dorms.
((We should =P Should probably have them interacting at some point too xD )) |
"Later then", Hisoka replied, waving goodbye as they both departed their separate ways.
Natsumi was still in her dorm, reading the notebook she had found in her grandfather's room. She flipped through the old notebook, careful not to tear a single page out of it. "He had been searching for a way to live forever. A key to immortality. He'd tried so many different things using alchemy. But in the end, lost his life through it all", Natsumi said, still reading the notes that her grandfather had compiled. There were so many different pages on different ways to obtain immortality. The pages of failure had been either crossed out, or tore out of the notebook completely. |
Julian gave one final bow of his head before heading into the dorms. There were several other vampires along the way, they nodded to him in greeting, though no words were spoken. The pure blood then retired to his room.
Caelius was still awake, he'd left the dorms sometime after arriving and was wondering the grounds, lost in thought. Well he'd managed to get Julian here and so far he didn't suspect anything. Or so he hoped. Finding a large tree, the male sat himself down beside it. |
Natsumi closed the notebooks, got up, and stretched. She figured that she would take a walk around the campus while everyone was sleeping. She grabbed the jacket of her uniform, and left outside. After a few minutes of walking, she noticed Caelius sitting alone next to a tree. "What are you doing all the way out here???", Natsumi asked him.
|
Crossing his legs beneath him, Caelius let out a small sigh of annoyance and closed his eyes for a moment. Well, he'd only intended it to be a moment, but as he heard the female talking to him, he realised it had been more than one moment. "Thats none of your business." He said, frowning at the female.
|
"Aw, you don't have to be so mean", Natsumi said, laughing a bit. "You always seems to be in a bad mood. I've always wondered why that is", she said, pondering why Caelius might be in a bad mood. "So how goes the plans so far??? Is everyone going according to plan on your end???", she asked him. Natsumi had made sure that Hisoka trusted her to no end, which would prove helpful to the rest of her plans.
