((I'm just going to start it off.))
Footsteps were heard as someone walked down the old part of town. IT was late and the moon was already starting to rise. It was beyond stupid of a female of all creatures to walk around this late as well. Sighing she looked up at the sky pulling her coat around her. It was a wolfs moon the largest of all the moons in the year to come. She smiled softly and looked a head again. IT was eerie to walk along this path at night. She couldn't hear anything but her own shoes and a dog once in a great while.
(I'll introduce my male in a bit.)

The thundering of paws hit the ground, running far and fast. He was picking up speed, everything a blur rushing past him. Scents of the night filled his senses and a eerie howl resonated into the distance. He was fierce. He was strong. He was a werewolf; an animal that none could tame with the mind of a human and the strength of a beast. Stopping on the outskirts of town, his breath came out in quick, even takes.
Blinking his blue eyes and scanning the area, he lifted up his snout to sniff the air. A human wasn't far... Female? Deciding that his night run would have to be cut short, he stared at the moon and gave a longing howl. When the note faded, the animal wandered carefully behind a thick shrubbery and everything grew silent.
In seconds the frame started to crack and bend, until nothing left than a bare human male. Rubbing his sore muscles from the transformation, he felt blindly for his clothes he laid there earlier that evening. Quickly he yanked on the pants, grabbed his shirt and pulling it over his head.
The boy ran his slender finger through his jet black hair and started jogging into town. He always went this way because of its more deserted area. It was the older part of his home town, and noticeably emptier. His pack claimed this territory as their own, finding it safer the farther it was from humans. Speaking of humans...
Using his sharp senses, he silently made his way in the girls direction. After a few minutes her form began to come into view and he bit his lip. What was she doing here? Another howl filled his ears and he took a deep breath. The others would be out running. Maybe he could get her out of the way before they came back.
"Hey." He called, heading towards her. He stopped a few feet away and smiled, in hopes to show he wasn't planning on hurting her. "Why're you out so late?" He asked, not recognizing her face or smell.

The girls face stayed calm but her body tensed. Her brown hair sitting over her shoulder and her light jacket pulled around her. She was pretty more or less with a decently curvy body and a flawless face for the most part. Speaking of her face her appearance was almost that of a procaline doll. Almost as if she would break if something hit her. It was a shock seeing someone appear so quickly. Her bright blue green eyes scanned the male in front of her over. Then she was asked a question sighing lightly she shrugged some. "I got off work late and still had to run by the store." She said simply. "Nothing more nothing less." He voice was soft and smooth to most humans it was rather attractive. She never really liked it though. Moving off to the side to avoid the man she kept walking. In one hand she held a small paper bag with some flour, sugar, and baking soda in it. She baked in her free time and worked at the large library down about four blocks in the direction she came. Her apartment was about three or four blocks in the direction she was going and then two streets into the newer part of town.
Lilian wasn't much of an exercise person but she didn't really mind the walks except when they took place at night. She was about twenty and had never had trouble all her life in the area. That being said her mind traveled back to the strange male. Raising an eyebrow she wondered if it was just her or if something smelt like dog.

Nicholas cocked his head to the side slightly, not sure if he should smile or not. Was she brushing him off? He wasn't used to being shown this type of behavior towards himself. In fact, in the pack he was almost the alpha male, but went solo too much to actually claim the position. Hmm, perhaps he wasn't clear on how she was speaking. Her tone seemed to be a variation of simple fact, but the ending seemed a bit sharp. Not to mention she was walking away as she spoke.
Slightly awkward from assessing her mood, he was still persistent in his original task - To make sure she got out of their territory quickly and safely.
When it came to his animal senses, Nick could be both determined and fierce. Not to mention a bit stubborn. But when it came to his human side, he could easily be a sweet heart. It depended on which side was becoming more prominent at the moment. Right now, it was a mixture of both so he just couldn't walk away. "Do you need any help? I can make sure you make it home safe." The words sounded silly but he had to say them. "I'm sure you're perfectly capable of walking home yourself, but I like to think of myself as a gentle man. It would hurt my honor if you declined." He gave a playful pout; an expression that would make the females of his pack either swoon or scoff. He supposed it was time to find out what kind of girl she was.
"Oh! I'm Nicholas, by the way." His pout instantly turned into a boyish grin and he gave a slight bow. "Pleased to make you acquaintance, Ms...?" He waited patiently, hoping she would introduce herself.

Lilian sighed as he followed her around. Hearing his question she looked back at him. She did neither swoon or scoff she sighed. "Alright if you must apparently I can't brush you off either way." She stated simply her voice now as just soft it had little emotion to it. She felt a slight breeze and shivered some. "Its a pleasure Nicholas." She said simply before taking in a deep breath. "Ms. Lilian Found." She said simply looking at him. "Don't laugh I didn't choose my last name." She added still trying to keep herself from relaxing. It was not a good idea no matter how kind Nicholas seemed to be he could still be very dangerous. Looking back up at the moon she smiled lightly. The moon was the brightest this year and made it easy for her to see. Not as bright as the fake lights that lined streets but her night vision was very good making the environment ideal for a late night walk.
"What keeps you out so late Mr. Nicholas?" She asked as she avoided a broken cobble stone.

Aha, so she was trying to brush him off. Too bad it didn't work as well as she planned. "Lillian Found." He repeated, smiling. The expression didn't hold any mockery in it, "I wasn't going to laugh. I think it's an interesting name. Has character, ya know?" He shoved his hands in the pockets of his ripped jeans and took in a deep breath.
Noticing how she was watching the moon, the smile kept tugging at his lips as he answered her question, "I was out for a run." He informed, shrugging. "I like nights like this. They're so..." He trailed off, not sure how to put his emotions into words, "Exhilarating."
He kept pace with Lillian, his stance very casual and at ease, almost completely comfortable. The moonlight lit everything up and combined with his heightened senses, it seemed as luminary as any hour of the day time. Even the trees and any puddles of water were bright and had a silver sheen. Glancing at Lillian from the corner of his eye, he asked politely, "Would you like me to carry those for you?"
He slowed down, just as a howl ripped through the silence, bringing Nicholas to a complete stop. He listened, not even daring to breath. As the sound ended, his eyes widened, "You need to go home. Now." He hoped she would assume the sound of the carnivorous animals would be the cause of his worry, but in actuality it was the message that scared him. Enemy pack arriving in territory - Fight was about to ensure. If Lillian was caught up in that, he would practically be responsible.
"C'mon. We need to leave. The wolves are closer." He started walking again, his pace much fast and he began to pass the girl. "Hurry."

Lilian looked at him like he was odd. She didn't think it had character unless being the center of most mockery was character. She continued walking with a shrug. Her pace was still some what uneasy but she wasn't really minding the company. "No, no I've got them." She said simply looking around again. Her heart raced a bit since the howl wasn't one of a dog. His alarmed behavior frightened her a bit and she kept her breath from catching up. She sped up a little and tried to keep pace but he cobble stone didn't agree with her work shoes. Slipping a little she caught herself and continued practically running to get home. It was known that wolves stalked the woods that surrounded the town and more then once they were seen in the old part of town. Frankly being caught by a group of wolves didn't sound like an ideal way to spend the evening. Her mind wen through every short cut she knew and she realized most of them were in new town.
She could see the railroad tracks that were really her only physical obstacle in her way just a few feet in front of her. She couldn't risk jumping and breaking her shoe because then she wasn't going anywhere fast. Taking in a deep breath she slowed down and tried to take them at a sensible pace.

Nick wanted her to go, and quickly. He could feel his skin begin to prickle with anxiety and he bit his lip, cursing under his breath when he saw Lillian slow down on the rail road tracks. "C'mon...C'mon..." He hissed under his breath, hoping she'd speed up. She obviously didn't understand, nor should she, how dire the situation was. If she could hear the urgency in his friends howl, she wouldn't be trying not to break a shoe. She'd be too busy trying not to trip from running so fast!
Jogging up to her, he was about to help her when another piercing sound boomed around him. The enemy was coming and they were close. Circling the old part of town. Just yards away... It was going to be a territory battle. Why tonight? Why now? "Here. We need-" Nicolas froze, his heightened sense on end when the sound of paws pounding against the ground began to thunder around them. Instinctively, Nicolas moved in front of Lillian. He wasn't even aware of his actions at the moment as he listened. The sound was moving east... Could they be passing them up?
Suddenly the sound stopped and it seemed like eternity before he sensed anything. The sounds were faint at first, before making picking up in pitch. Bones were popping back in place, forming into their original shape. Some were transforming back into human form. "Shit." Nick muttered, giving a quick glance at Lillian. Without another word, the male spun around, running to the the cover of the alleyways. He prayed Lillian wouldn't follow him as he began to strip off his clothes with expert speed.
----
Adrien felt his shape morph back into its weaker counterpart. Yanking on his pants, he grunted and stretched. It was time for war. Time for this territory to be theirs. Walking out, he glanced over, spotting some of his comrades. Most were still in their wolf form, but others decided to join him as humans. "Let's do this."
At this moment, they were exceedingly close to the town. They just needed to walk out of the shadows and into the streets. Now, the real question was, where was the victims hiding? The Zephyr Clan knew they were coming, so where were they? Letting his gray eyes scan the area, his crew moved deeper into the town, fully alert.
Taking a deep breath, he grinned. He sensed two, although the second didn't seem werewolf. "Here little piggy, piggy..." Smirking, the female came into view and he grinned.
"Why, hello there..." His voice had a venomous mischief, and he began to advance on the human girl, his pet wolves coming with him.

Lillian felt her heart racing a thousand miles per hour when Nicholas started acting so...on edge. To say the least she watched as he ran off and blinked. She couldn't help but stand their in shock for a second. Getting across the rail road tracks she looked behind her hearing very faintly like someone was their. She gasped slightly seeing another male and not believing it wolves around him. She stepped back and turned on her heels and took off towards her house again. There were two things prior to crossing the train tracks that she thought of and wanted. One was her life, the other her job. If she died she wouldn't worry about the job but if she was alive she wanted her job. So she worried about her shoes. Now she just wanted her life and didn't give a rats about her shoes. For some reason she felt threatened by the new person. She also wasn't going to play with wolves either. Truthfully they were better to be looked at from afar and probably from a high tree.
Lillian closed her eyes for a second making a plan of action in her mind.
She felt her hair fall out as she took off and realized a few seconds latter she had dropped her bag back at the tracks. For now she didn't care. If she got safely home she'd curse herself but till then it was an act of self preservation to toss the heavy bag. As for her hair it wasn't really blocking her vision so she'd have to live with one less hair tie. All she could really wonder, probably latter, is why she was such a girl and why she couldn't seem to remember her self defense training.
After a few moments she could see bright, almost painfully bright, street lights at least she was only a few, maybe two, from home. She could feel her chest becoming painfully tight as she ran she'd have to stop soon if she wanted to stay awake and not pass out. She couldn't pass out, if that guy or any of his pets were still behind her, she'd be toast. Stopping she leaned on a light looking behind her, her body gasping for air as if she hadn't breathed the whole time she was running.
It played out perfectly in her mind. If she took off she was safe the only problem was she was stuck, no not physically but her sudden unease caused her to become as stiff and still as a tree. If she could get her feet moving, do what she had thought of so quickly prior. Run for dear life throw everything with out much of a care of the way and get home then it'd be perfect. She couldn't however get herself to do much more then a patient almost unaffected walk.
