Chris watched her through impassive eyes for a few more moments before finally turning away again. "Good." Was all he said. A soft laugh sounded from his lips, his eyes closing and nose wrinkling a little, the way he had laughed when he was a human. It had been a while since he'd laughed like that. "Gee I feel so special, no, I feel honoured to be the one breaking your number one rule. I don't deserve such an honour." He chuckled softly through his sarcasm. Looking around, Chris took in the human world around him. "So shall we get going? I want to see Misty again"

Astrid smiled slightly. Everyone was still the same no matter what happened to them when they died. "Yes we can go, and I'll be sure you can see her before you have to go and everyone has to see what is going on. I don't know what the fighting plan is. " Would Misty know him when she saw him? What if she didn't? What if something went wrong durring the fight. What if something happened to Chris or Misty. What if......."We need to go before I explode from thinking about to many things that could go wrong durring the fight.

Because he had turned away, Chris didn't see Astrid's smile before she spoke. Chuckling again, he shrugged a little. "Fighting plan? What plan? You're dealing with a demon now Astrid, we have no plan." He smirked before stretching agian, liking the freedom of this place. Pacing around the area they were standing in, he was surprised when she spoke again. "Yeah, I'd rather not have to clean up the mess you'd leave behind." He joked as he returned to stand beside Astrid. "You'll have to lead the way though, I've never been to Heaven, or anywhere near it." He added sheepishly.

Astrid stuck her toung out at Chris and couldn't hold back a small laugh. "Its umm...that way." She said pointing up. "Well there is an opening somewhere...I just never can figure out where untill I get up there...so lets go." Her wings on folded and she pushed off the ground up into the air. You could see everything from up in the air. The endless land seemed to go on forever.

He raised an eyebrow as she stuck her tongue out at him. Was that meant to be funny? Still, she looked so childlike for a moment, so human, he couldn't resist letting his lips twitch up in a smirk. Raising his head he stared up at the sky, shielding his eyes with one hand from the sun. In a couple of seconds Chris' own wings had spread wide and he was shooting up after Astrid, glancing down when he was high enough. "It's nice y'know, not having to be up here causing chaos, just looking at everything...Pretty..." He muttered, half to himself.

"Can demons read minds or something? That was exactly what I was just thinking." Astrid laughed looking around them and grinning. Flying was a wonderful thing. They flew up higher and higher untill Astrid stopped and looked around just floating in mid-air. "It's somewhere around her..." Looking around she finally saw the gate she was looking for and flew over to it. "It's Astrid, and Chris." She called hoping someone would let them in.

(Wicked. It was really good. And I've always liked elphaba even in the wizard of oz XD)

Glancing sideways he gave Astrid a funny look before shaking his head slightly. "Nah, only the powerful ones. Human minds are easy to hack into though so all demons can do that. We leave angels to the Greater Demons, is it the same with your kind?" He answered, gazing at her wings curiously. Quickly Chris' attention was snapped back to where they were when he heard Astrid's voice calling out to the gate. He clasped his hands in front of him, bowing his head and pretending to look 'meek and innocent'. Well, it was worth a try wasn't it?

((XD I was the Wicked Witch of the West when we did wizard of oz at school XD Green face paint and everything! I got to try and kill my best friend, then got killed by her instead XD I quite like RENT, depressing, but great music and a good meaning in it, funny too))

Astrid peered through the gate and noticed a man coming to open it for them. Glancing back at Chris she held back a giggle. "Yeah, well that's another thing, we all can read minds if we tried hard enough but it's a rule that we can't because it's rude to go into someone elses mind or something like that." The gate opened and Astrid reached out for Chris's arm pulling him inside as it closed. Anyone coming by glanced up at them and looked away. Seeing a demon wasn't normal to them so it was best not to look. Astrid's wings stopped moving and she dropped to the squshy ground. There was a castle in the distance and a cloudy walkway they followed to the doors without a word. It's like another earth once you go inside the castle. Although everything is on a cloud you won't relize that unless you leave out of the same door we're going in." Astrid let go of his arm figuring he could manage on his own. It's not like he would fall through the sky.



(WOOHOO Go the wicked witch of the west. Face paint is amazing XD And Rent has good music. I haven't watched the whole movie yet. Have you seen chicago?)

Chris almost spluttered as he burst into laughter. "You're telling me you have all that power but you don't use it cause it's rude? Couldn't you read people's minds so you can see who are evil and who are good? Then help protect the good people? I mean, that's what I'd do." He shrugged when he finally fell silent again. Lowering his gaze, Chris stared at the ground, well, if you could call the squishy, white puffy stuff ground. He hated being stared at anyway, even when amongst his own 'kind', being amidst angels made things even worse. Pausing, he glanced briefly up, surprised to see the large castle. "Going for grandure here? It's nice and all, a little...pretty though." He shuddered. Chris hated using the word pretty, it was such a boring descripition, he had always tried to avoid using it back when he was alive.

Astrid didn't say anything to him. As the front door opened she turned to the left and walked up a few flights of stairs before stopping outside a large door. "She's in there. Chris, go in when you're ready. If she doesn't say anything don't worry about it. She'll be okay soon. I have to go find some people. I'll be back. But right now she needs you." Turning to walk away she quickly turned back and pushed him closer to the door before running off back down the stairs.
