As Hikaru looked at the vampires taking Dawn away. He got up as he forced himself to get up no matter how much pain he was in. He stood up on his feet as his legs shook a bit. He tried to reach for her as one of the vampires holding her kicked him back to the ground. Daigo had gotten up to his feet as if he wasnt even hurt a bit from the fight what so ever. "I'm done here......your lucky, Hikaru....I wont kill you this time...lets go." he said as he turned around and vanished into thin air. "D-d-dawn...." he said as he got back up holding onto the leg of the vampire holding her.

She fell unconcious as a tear rolled down her cheek. Her blood dripped from her shoulder as the vampire tried to shake Hikaru from his foot. Dawn was now helpless and losing a lot of blood.

As he noticed the blood tripping from her neck, Hikaru's eyes started to get a bit more angered that he let himself get caught up too much into the fight to realize that Dawn wasnt safe. "Let her go......please...." he begged a bit as he pulled on the vampire's leg trying to get him to comply with his request. Meanwhile though Daigo had reappeared back inside the old mansion that was used for the vampire's hideout. He sat down in a den as he started to wait for them to get back with his new bride.

The two vampires looked at Hikaru then at each other. "Daigo will punish us...but we don't agree with this plan either." They sighed and finally put her down near him. "She may not last with all the blood gone."

As the two vampires put down Dawn near Hikako, his eyes widened as much as they could as he looked up at them. "Yo--your he--helping us?" he asked as he looked back at her and wrapped one arm around her and tried to get up just a bit to look at her face. His eyes were filled with confusion on what to do, he could bite her and slove the problem and make her into a vampire too, but doing so, that would cause her to go through the same suffering of blood lust as all other vampires must face.

The vampires nodded and started to beat each other up so it looked like Hikaru beat them up. They then vanished to Daigo's hideout and passed out. Dawn laid there at his feet as her heart started to slow down. The color was draining from her body as she lost more blood.

Daigo noticed that two of his best vampire fighters were back at the hideout as he got off his chair and went to them. Once reaching them, he didnt noticed their blooded hands from punching each other as he frowned noticing they didnt have Dawn with them. "What happened?!" he yelled as he grabbed one of them by the collar of their shirt and pulled them up to his face demanding an answer not caring if they were unconcious or not. Meanwhile Hikaru's eyes were filled with sorrow as he moved his lips to her neck and was a bit afraid that the only other choice soon would be to bite her. His tears ran down his cheeks as he looked at her shoulder bleeding still lost if he should bite her.

The vampire in his hands just groaned as he laid unconcious. Dawn also laid unconcious as her heart beat slowed even more. Her body was dying and her heart cried out for Hikaru.

Daigo looked at his vampires as he sighed and threw the one he was holding on top of the other and turned around. "Hikaru.....you've gotten strong.....if you truly beat those two...." he said to himself as he walked away from them both. Hikaru at the time noticed how much blood Dawn was losing as her face turned pale. He gasped as his tears tripped onto her wound. "I dont have choice now..." he told himself with tears still going down as he showed his fangs and bit onto her neck deeply, and slowly changing her into what he was.

She laid there as her body started to spasm as the vampire venom began to fill her body. Dawn's heart stopped as her body lost the warmth. Her body would need some time to complete the mental change.

As Hikaru had finally biten Dawn's neck, his eyes were completely filled with sadness that he had to go that far. He never wanted to have to bite her and turn her but this time, it didnt seem like there was another choice. "Dawn.....I'm sorry.." he said as he kept crying over her body, as he cried he closed his eyes and without even noticing he passed out due to how hurt he was already both physically and mentally.

Her eyes started to open as she felt something burning. Dawn sat up and looked at her legs to see her thigh was burning in the sunlight. She cried out and moved out of the sun. Then she stopped to think, she hadn't been hurt by the sun before. Her tongue ran over her teeth and hissed as she felt the points of her teeth in her tongue.

Dawn looked at Hikaru and realized, she was finally a vampire. But the celebration was short lived. She crawled over to Hikaru's side.

Hikaru had stayed asleep as he was just a bit away from the sun from burning his back alive. He did feel Dawn laying down by his side as he wanted to reawaken from his unconciousness but couldnt due to how much energy he had lost from yesterday fighting with Daigo. He kept trying just to stay alive as a vampire at the moment as he at least wanted to be able to wrap an arm around her body but even that didnt work at all, all that really happened was that his arm shook but nothing else.

Dawn hugged him as she cried and rested her head on his chest. "Hikaru, I'm so sorry. If I wasn't so weak...I'd be human right now..." Her eyes closed as she wrapped his arm around her. "I love you...please, forgive me."

As Hikaru felt his arm was able to go around her body, he smiled softly and was slightly able to pull her closely to his chest. He heard her voice as he wanted to tell her it wasnt her fault and that he loved her too, but all he could even do was just slight movements with his body that wouldnt be able to do anything special. So he was able to move his lips a bit but that was all.

She looked at him as he hugged her and smiled. Dawn looked at her room and it was completely dark, so she started to carry him there. Her eyes went to him as she laid him down and smiled. The new vampire went and got him some water, she couldn't go get blood so it would hae to do for now.

As Hikaru slept he could feel everything Dawn had done for him, but he just couldnt get up and do or say anything. He kept trying to force himself to wake up from his unconciousness but nothing was working so he just kept himself the way he was and tried to relax himself for her, hoping if he relaxed his body would react to his commands a little sooner.

Her hand went to his cheek as she smiled and kissed his lips. "Just rest honey." Dawn said as she could hear his thoughts. She smiled as she took off their bloody clothes and wiped the blood from their bodies.

As Hikaru slept unconcious he didnt realize that Dawn was wiping away the blood on his and her own body. He just smiled a bit in his slumber and nuzzled against the hand that she was cleaning him with.

Dawn kissed his forehead as she walked to the bathroom and wrung out the washcloth. Her eyes stayed on him as she walked back and laid down next to him. She smiled as she wrapped his arm around her and fell asleep.

After a few hours of being unconcious, Hikaru was finally able to open his eyes as he looked around where he was, as he noticed he was in Dawn's room. He still had complete memory of what had happened last night as he frowned a bit, until he noticed that she was on his side and his arm was still around her. "Dawn....." he said as he took the back of his hand and ran it on her cheek gently.

She didn't move as he stirred beside her but her eyes opened as she felt his hand on her cheek. Dawn smiled revealing her new fangs as with her blue-green eyes still on him. "Hikaru..." Her voice said softly as she kissed his naked chest.

As he felt her kiss on his bare chest, he slightly smiled and rubbed her back a bit as he just realized that they were both topless. He blushed a bit as he noticed her fangs as well and frowned a bit softly remembering why she had them. "D-d-dawn......I'm sorry....I had to change you....." he said with a quiet voice as he looked down a bit and ran his fingers through her hair.

"Don't be, my love. It would have happened anyway or I would have been dead. Besides, now I'm yours forever." Dawn said as she kissed his chest again as she felt his fingers running through her hair. Her now pale body was pressed to his as she rubbed his torso. She was naked as was he.

As Hikaru slightly began to smile softly, he wrapped his arms around her body and pressed his body against her a bit more tightly and kissed the top of her head since she was kissing his chest. He kept running his fingers through her hair as he nodded a bit to himself. "Ye--yeah.....I-....I guess your right.." he said as he began to rub her soft body and moved his hands down to her bottom and pull her closer to his own body as always. Being mine forever.....?........ he thought to himself and smiled just imagining their future together.
