After seeing her nod, Hikaru nodded back in agreement to go out with her. He looked around the room to see if he could find a coat to put on, then he looked over back at Dawn. "Wait if you and I are to go out.......I know I might sound strange but it should be during the day......I have to be on look out at night so I wont be able to concentrate much, I'm sorry." He said softly towards her as he turned away for the moment.

Her eyes went to his as she nodded and looked at his eyes. "That's all right. I'd rather spend the night at home with you." Dawn kissed his cheek softly as she stood up and walked over to do the dishes.

He looked at her as she walked away from him to go wash the dishes and smiled softly, he then looked back down at the floor thinking about how his master was going to treat him now that he had basically betrayed him.

She finished the dishes and walked over to sit next to him on the couch. "Do you need anything before I go shower?" Dawn asked as she looked at him and rubbed his cheek.

He shook his head towards her. "No its okay, I dont need anything.....you go ahead and take your shower." he said with a smile and leaned back against the couch and closed his eyes for a moments rest.

Dawn nodded as she kissed his cheek and went to get her shower. As the water ran down her body, her mind focused on Hikaru as she tried to relax. She stepped out of the shower and dried off before putting on a pair of pants and a nice blue dress shirt.

Hikaru just sat downstairs and finally found a coat to put on, it was rather big, but that just made it better for him to be covered by the sun, and other familiar faces.

Her eyes went to him as she walked out of the bathroom. Dawn smiled as she watched him. "It's supposed to be overcast today. So won't be as sunny today." She said as she fixed his collar.

Hikaru heard that it wouldnt be sunny out today so he was really worried about the vampires showing themselves during the day, even he could walk in that then, but he kept the coat on just in case. "Oh....uhm okay....are you ready to go?" he asked with a loving smile.

She smiled and nodded as she looked at him. "When you are." Dawn watched him as she was tempted to kiss him. Her eyes stayed on him.

Hikaru got up and walked over to her to hug her just slightly, suddenly he kissed her cheek and held onto her hand. "Come on, lets go..." he said as he began to walk towards the door.

Dawn smiled and blushed as she nodded. Her eyes went to him as she stepped out of the house and waited for him. "Want to go to the movies?"

Hikaru smiled and nodded in agreement. "I'll go where ever you want to." He said as he began to walk out of the house and held onto her hand.

Her eyes stayed on his as she held onto his cold hand. "I figured it would be dark in case the weather man was wrong." Dawn smiled up at him as she looked at him.

He smiled at her and gave a little slight laughter. "Yeah, their usually wrong...you cant predict what the weather is supposed to be like." he said looking up at the soon darkening sky.

She smiled at him as she pulled him towards the shadow. Dawn made sure to guide him through the darker areas so he wouldn't burn. Her eyes went to him as she bumped into a larger man. His eyes went to her as he growl. "Stupid broad watch where you're going!" He raised his hand to smack her.

Hikaru ran up in front of Dawn and grabbed his hand before it hit her. He looked down at the floor rather then up at the large man's face. A vampire's strength was much greater then a pure human's but this man seemed strange to him. "I wouldnt if I were you...." he said slowly beginning to twist the arm.

Dawn looked at Hikaru and hid behind him. The man scowled at the vampire before felt the man twisting his arm. "Alright, chill out, man."

He let go of the large man's arm and began to look over towards Dawn with a smile. "Dont worry...." he said softly towards her, then looked back up to the man's face. "I'd just go...if I were you..."

Her eyes stayed on him as she smiled back at him. The large man nodded as he scowled at Dawn and Hikaru. Dawn clinged to Hikaru as she tried not to cry.

Hikaru turned over towards Dawn and grabbed onto her hand gently and walked passed the man with her. "Come on Dawn, lets keep going." He said softly as he kept walking down the dark alley with her hand in his. What is up with that man?.....he doesnt seem....normal. he thought to himself.

She nodded as she held onto Hikaru as she shivered a little bit. Dawn looked back at the man as he stood scowling at them. The man got on the phone soon after and called to report that he found the girl. "She's with an enemy."

"Hmm...thats strange...shes with an enemy? and they arent hurting her?..." The other man on the phone said back. Hikaru kept walking with Dawn's hand in his, he suddenly stopped after feeling her body shivering, and turned around. "Are you okay?...." he asked her worried for her, thinking he should just stop and rest for a moment.

The other clan's member said "No, but I'll follow them." Dawn nodded as she smiled and blushed. "I'm fine, just a little scared." She said as she looked at him.

"Watch your back....they usually stick together with others...you never know what you'll find." The other man said on the phone and suddenly just hung up on him. Hikaru had suddenly just hugged her closely towards him to comfort her. "Dont worry....that man is gone."
