Hikaru looked over towards a window and saw as it was getting dark outside, he frowned and looked over to her. "We should get home...before the sun sets completely." he said worried for her safetly even more then before.

She nodded as she smiled and started towards the exit. "Come on, if we get home after the sunsets you owe me a kiss." Dawn said as she looked at Hikaru.

Hikaru's eyes widened hearing the deal they had now. "Huh? oh..uhm okay." he said nervously as his face went completely red. He ran up to the exit with Dawn and smiled as he grabbed onto her hand.

Dawn smiled at his blush and let him see the sun was almost touching the ground. "The sun will touch the ground in five minutes. My house is thirty minutes away." Her eye went to his as she stood close to him and held his hand.

Hikaru blushed even more when he heard that how quickly the sun was going to set and how long it was going to take them to get home, he smiled as he held her hand with her holding onto his. "Well I guess....I'm going to have to......give you that kiss." he said with a playful little chuckle.

Her eyes stayed on his as she smiled and stood closer to him. "I guess, so." Dawn blushed innocently as she held onto his hand.

They both kept walking home and the sun had finally set and they still werent seemingly anywhere near her house. "Hmm....I wonder....is there any shortcuts home?....its not very good for us to be out here too long." Hikaru said as he started to look around the area.

She shook her head as she looked at him. "The shortcuts are worse. I was almost raped for trying to take a shortcut." Dawn shivered as she got a little light headed. "Sorry..."

Hikaru's eyes widened from the sudden confession of what almost happened to her, deep inside he was angry, but not at her at humans who tried to rape her. He saw as she shivered and he hugged her close him and smiled. "Why are you apologizing?.....its not your fault...." he said slightly sounding like a whisper to her ear.

Dawn looked up at him as she shrugged and blushed. "I know..." Her eyes stayed on him as she rested her hands on his chest.

He held onto her hand and brought them up to their faces and kissed them. "Come on....lets get home.......I still owe you that kiss too." Hikaru said with a little soft smile and and started to walk with her hand in his.

Her eyes stayed on him as she smiled and held onto his hand. Dawn felt a bit relieved when her house came into view. But she stopped as she saw Hikaru's clan surrounding the house and inside her house.

Hikaru looked at his clan's groups standing all over the house and inside, he looked through a window and noticed that his master was waiting for him and for Dawn. "Dawn....just stay next to me....they wont hurt you as long as your near me...dont leave my side, okay?" He whispered towards her ear.

She nodded as she held onto Hikaru and looked up at him. "Okay." Dawn said softly as she heard someone behind them. Her head turned to see who it was. A clan member had hidden behind them. "Hikaru..."

The other clan member pointed towards Dawn's house indicating that the master wanted to see them. Hikaru nodded and held her near him. "Come on...Dawn lets go...he wont hurt us." he said with a gentle little smile, and they both walked back into the house. "Well well well.....looks whos finally back." the leader of the clan sat right on the couch looking over at them.

Dawn looked at Hikaru as she nodded and hugged him. Her eyes went to the clan leader as she held onto her vampire. She was scared and still wounded from earlier.

"Go ahead sit down, sit down." The clan leader waved to Hikaru and Dawn to go and sit down as he sat on the opposite side from them. Hikaru looked over to her and smiled. "Dont worry he wont hurt you..." he whispered to her ear.

Her eyes went to the man across from them as she sat down. Dawn held onto Hikaru's arm as she looked to Hikaru.

Hikaru went and sat down right next to Dawn and looked at his clan leader wondering what this was going to be about. Hes probably going to ask about why I left her alive.... he thought to himself and let out an annoyed sigh. The leader got up and walked looked down towards her with a slight grin. "Where are my manners?......" he said as he bowed his head down in front of her. "My name is Daigo...."

She looked up at him as she blushed a little but held onto Hikaru. "I'm Dawn, sir." Dawn looked back at Hikaru and felt comforted in his arms.

Daigo grinned a bit as he turned around and walked back over to his seat. He sat down onto the couch and leaned over slightly towards them. "So....Dawn....now that you know who we are.....and who Hikaru is.....you should know what I want too dont you?" he asked with his grinn enlarging a bit more. Hikaru heard him and held onto her a bit more tightly and his eyes angered looking at his own master. "Master....I'm sorry....but I cant let that happen!"

Dawn looked at Hikaru as he had his outburst. "I think I know." She squeezed his hand and rubbed his chest to try and calm him. Her hands were soft as were her eyes as she looked at Hikaru.

Hikaru looked down at his hand and noticed how Dawn was squeezing it tightly, then he looked back up to her with a bit of shock. "You know Dawn?" he asked being worried for her safety. Daigo began to clap his hands. "So you know....then you should know why we're here...." he said with his little grin going across his face.

"I think so..." Her eyes stayed on Hikaru as she looked at him. "To bite me and change me right?" She asked as she looked into his eyes with a worried face.

"Wow...for a human you catch on pretty quick..." Daigo said with him keeping his grin on his face and his fangs slightly showing now out of his face. Hikaru moved right in front of Dawn to keep her safe from him. "No, master please....does it really have to be her?....I dont want her to get hurt!" he yelled with true saddness in his eyes wanting his own master to spare her. "Hikaru did you forget I'm not going to kill her?!.....I'm just going to use her as my bride!" he yelled at him with an angrily tone.
