Sally sat on edge the whole day, Oogie wasn't there, thankfully, but the vampire brothers were in almost all of her classes. She couldn't pay attention in any more her classes, when the lunch bell rang, she sat frozen in her seat, petrified.

Hearing the lunch bell Jack got off of his seat and ran out of the room he was in wheather the class was busy or not. He ran to go find Sally as quickly as possible since this was the best time to find her before Oogie did if he was even in school, which he wasnt. Oogie was at home all day writing down different plans for to ruin the celebration, he even planned for it if Jack's dad came into try and stop them.

Sally was forced out of the room by the teacher and stood in the hallway, looking down, hiding behind her hair.

Jack saw Sally standing outside one of the classrooms and ran over to her. "Hey there.......Sally." he said with a tired voice standing there trying to catch his breath.

"Hey." She said smiling. She wrapped her arms around him and just held him. "I hate this, I'm terrified of just walking into class." She muttered into his shoulder.

Jack began to wrap his own arms around her as he smiled softly towards her. "Sally?...do you want me to go with you to your classes just to be safe?" he offered as he took one of his hands and put it onto the back of her head.

"What about your classes?" She asked looking up.

Jack began to shake his head lightly. "Dont worry.....it doesnt really matter to me.....right now....I just want you to be happy and safe." he said with a soft smile as he held onto her hands in his and looked into her eyes.

"Thank you." She whispered kissing his cheek again.

Jack's face began to blush slightly as he nodded lightly. "Your welcome Sally........come on......lets get you to class." he said with a soft quiet voice and walked ahead of her with him holding onto her hand with his.

Sally took his hand and followed him to her class, she was glad he was there, and for once, students staring at her didn't bother her at all.

When Jack had reached Sally's next class he walked in first as the teacher turned over to him for a moment in a slight shock. "Jack?...what are you doing here?....this isnt your class." she asked looking at him as Jack looked over towards Sally and smiled. "Come on Sally..." he said with a light smile.

Sally followed him closely and walked into the class room. Instantly the students started whispering amongst themselves as she moved to her seat in the back of the glass.

Jack looked at how the students were whispering and Sally sitting at the back of the class alone. He frowned as he looked at her and looked over towards the teacher. "I'll be staying here for today...ma'am......I would just like to spend at least one day in an actual classroom." he said as a slight excuse to be near Sally. "Alright..........students! stop whispering and pay attention!" she yelled as she contiued to write notes on the blackboard.

Sally sighed and pulled out her notebook and a pen and looked up at Jack smiling slightly. She began taking the notes off the board and ignored everyone. She was glad he was there, at least she didn't have to block out everyone today...

Most of the time in the class Jack looked at Sally, but tried to keep it so it wasnt obvious. He gave a slight smile as he grabbed a notebook of his own and began to draw a little sketch of the both of them hugging, as he drew the picture he suddenly started to think of Oogie as he started to press down on the pencil until the tip broke causing a large black dot to be on the paper. Oogie himself was finally done planning for ruining the dance and halloween town celebration and started to laugh a bit manically from his treehouse.

Sally jumped up as the bell rang and stood next to jack.
She looked at the picture and smile.
"It's nice." She said softly.

Jack hadnt notice that Sally had just come to his side and looked at the picture, so he gasped when he heard her. When he looked over towards her he gave a slight nervous smile. "Thanks......" he said with a smile as he looked down at the picture. "You can....have it if youd like."

"Thanks." She said kissing his cheek.
She took the picture and placed it inside her notebook so it wouldn't get ruined.
"Hungry?" She asked as the lunch bell rang.

Jack smiled looking at Sally as he shook his head trying to hide the fact that he was actually hungry. "No....I'm not--" before he could finish his sentence his stomach began to growl a bit loudly, as his face blushed bright red and smiling nervously.

"You don't have to lie." She said giggling, then blushing like Mad.
She took his hand and lead the way to the cafeteria.

Jack smiled a bit nervously as he followed Sally towards the cafe. He looked around seeing all the students eating around talking with one another. It was quite different for him since he never really ate the school's lunch before.

Sally smiled and dragged Jack to the line and helped him get the food.
then lead him over to a table in the back.
"Have you never ate lunch food before?" She asked.

Jack looked down at the food as he shook his head lightly. "Well.....I've never had it from school." he said as he tilted his head slightly.

Sally giggled a little and took a bit out of her apple.
"Where do you normally eat?"
