A long time ago there was a large castle that over looked a small village.Inside the castle lived a princess whose mother had died after the princess's birth and the father slowley dieing himself.The girl had to marry to get the throne..which wasn't a problem because she was in love with the boy that played the piano for her and made songs everyday.But the boy was sent of to war and never returned.The princesses father died,and the sky grew dark.Leaving no one but the 15 year old princess to become queen on her own.Soon when it came to a point where the villagers were revolting that they didn't have a king they started spreading the word that the princess would allow 5 men from each village to come to the kingdom to try to win her heart.She knew none of them would be the one..The princess tried to be as kind as possible but always had doubt.So instead of staying in the castle,she ran.She ran away to try to live a normal life without royalty.The villagers are automaticllly told to find her.Who knows,Maybe she will find love or death on her journey.Maybe you will be the next Piano Player.

Katie walked along the dark woods with a pack on her back,a huge jacket to hide her very girlish figure and her hair up under a straw hat.She didn't wish to be recognized by anyone,especially since almost everyone ,even from different kingdoms knew she had dissapeared.She leaned back against a tree to rest and took out her sword,resting with it in her hands.

Dante sat on his throne. He had nothing to do. Sometimes being the prince was boring. He looked at Lessa his slave girl. She was so obedient. She was quite beutiful and truthfully he was quite taken with her. But he was so sad. He just wanted to find this princess that was supposably wandering around on her own. It made him sad that she was gone. After all royalty didnt belong out there will commoners.

Lessa sighed. She was tired and bored. She looked up at her master with a frown. She wanted to go back to the woods and live with her wolves but he wouldnt let her. He had caught her and to make sure she couldnt leave she wore this magic collar. She hated it. He had tried more than once to woo her but she was in love with someone else and she would not be happy till she got back to her love.

Drake walked along the road with his bow and arrow looking for a good kill for the night to take back to his mother and younger brothers and sisters.He had 4 younger brothers and 3 younger sisters.His father had died recently and he had become the man of the house.He turned hearing a snap of a twig and saw a man watching him from behind a tree."Come out of I'll shoot."He said quietly as the man stepped out.There was something odd about him..he was covered in head to toe with clothes much to big for him and a straw hat."Who are you?"

Katie gently watched the boy that had stopped her.Did he believe she was a man like she hoped?She cleared her voice and tried to make it deeper."My name is Gale.."She said but with a hint of lie at the end.She stepped back and pulled out her dagger,seeing the boys bow and arrow."Put it down."She said gruffly trying her best to be manish.
Drake stared."What are you doing out here?"Katie shrugged."Hunting,same as you."Her voice cracked,sounding feminine .
Drake raised his bow again."Take your hat off."He said quietly.
She sighed and slipped her hat off revealing her silver hair and pale beautiful face."Happy?"She questioned.
Drake stepped forward."Your .."
She nodded and put the hat back on."Drake stepped forward."I can help you."
"oh really? How."She said angrily.Drake sighed."I have a hide out..here in the woods."
Katie looked at him."And why would you help me?"
Drake rolled his eyes."Because of your kindness."

"Lets go hunting Lessa. We need to anyways. Its boring here and I do so love to hunt." He stood up and grabbed his bow and arrows equiping his sword to his belt. He grabbed Lessa and took off through the woods. He stopped on the path as he noticed two people talking a male and a female. He recognized one as the missing princess. He ran up to them and paused.

"Well well what do we have here?"

Lessa watched intregued. The woman was so pretty. She wondered who it was.

Katie jumped back at the sight of this man.She knew it was to late to have her disguise on and watched as Drake stepped in front of her."Just..hunting."Drake said not making it sound like anything wrong.

Dante put out his hand.

"I am prince Dante Regal. I was bored and just came out to hunt. This is a missing princess. Everyone is looking for her."

He looked at her with kind eyes.

"Tell me princess what did you run away for?"

He sat down on the ground motioning for Lessa to sit also.

Lessa sat down behind him crossing her legs. She would wait and see what was going on. She was interested.

She stared at Dante and took Drakes hand."I don't know what your talking about,I'm no princess.But to be compared to one is an honor,thank you."She smiled and sat down,unbuttoning the giant jacket a little for air.
Drake sat down by her and looked at his hands.

Dante frowned a moment.

"Very well that you dont want to be known but I know who you are and I can help you you know."

He ignored the guy just talking to the girl.


Lessa looked at the guy a moment. She was curious about him and reached her hand out to touch his bow. She did so love archery. His bow was splendidly formed.

Drake smiled at the girl reaching for his bow and handed it to her to look at it."My father taught me how to make that before his death."He was very proud of making it and flipped his hair looking at this dante fellow.

Katie sighed."You don't give up do you?I Don't like the having everything but not the one thing you want.."She said referring to the boy she had loved that had played the piano for her.

Lessa smiled at him shyly.

"I just love archery. I never get to practise anymore but I used to alot."

She had a very shy nature and it bothered her to talk to strangers but this guy was rather nice. She actually felt comfortable talking to him.

He sighed some and looked at Lessa.

"I know how you feel. Sometimes you just have to shoulder your responsibility and just accept your losses or your sorrow. I hate being a prince but I deal with it and still do what im supposed to. Its not an easy thing."

He smiled at her.

"I still dont know your name."

"And you never will."Katie smiled at Dante."I just..I don't want to be pressured to fall in love and have so many guys trying to win my heart that I'll never love."She said looking at her palms.

Drake smiled."I love it too."

"Well what do I call you if I cant know your name."

He watched her a moment. SHe was friendly and beutiful. He wanted to be nice and help her out as much as possible.


She smiled a bit at him.

"May I use it?"

Katie stood up."No clue,Dante."She said."Ugh..I really need to get out of this men clothing..you guys must really like to cover up."She sighed and walked behind a tree changing into a peasant dress she had gotten in the market on the way here.It was form fitting and she looked better then in the baggy clothing she wore before.She put the mens clothing in her bag and came out of behind the tree looking at everyone."So whats your name?"She said looking at the girl that came with Dante.

Drake smiled."Sure you can use it."He said then turned hearing Katie's voice.

Dante frowned a moment. She was talking to Lessa now. Lessa was his slave girl there was nothing to talk abotu with her.

"She is Lessa my werewolf slave girl."



Lessa picked up the bow and looked at the girl as she spoke to her. She had changed clothes and she looked like a girl now. Lessa smiled and raised an arm slowly in a bit of a wave. She stood up and picked up one of the guys arrows putting it into the bow. She aimed above Dantes head and shot an arrow missing his head by an inch hitting a notch in the tree she was aiming for.

Katie looked at Dante,she had had servants at the castle..but never used them."I for one think having slaves is wrong.But hey..it just shows how lazy a person is to not do there own work."She said slyly."Nice aim Lessa."She smiled and looked at Drake who was now standing up."Well if anyone needs a place to stay..I have a small home with my family by the market place."He said lightly."That would be wonderfull Drake."She kissed his cheek and then looked pulled her pack off her back and digged inside it ,pulling out a dagger and bending down attaching it to her ankle.She looked up at Lessa,she was quite beautiful for a slave,she wondered why Dante didn't seem to care for her.

Dante stood up.

"How many family members Drake?"

He was curious to see how others lived.

"I treat her well. She gets food and she gets shelter. Shes ungrateful though."


Lessa put down the bow reluctantly and looked longingly at Drake. She would love to go live with him and get away from Dante but that collar prevented it.

"I am grateful to you Master Dante. I just dont want to be in a relationship with you."

Drake sighed."I have 4 younger brothers and three younger sisters..and my father died recently so I'm pretty much the man of the house hold.I help my mother a lot by hunting as well.."He looked at Katie.

Katie grinned."Do you read minds Dante? Because you just answered my thoughts.And don't make the poor girl feel bad..I could find a lot of women out there who wouldn't want you either."She laughed.

Dante chuckled some. He stepped a bit closer to her.

"So you find me unappealing do you?"


Lessa looked at Drake with a smile. She stood closer to him trying to stay as far away from Dante as possible.

"I hope it works well for you and your family. I hunt easily because of having a good sence of smell."

She stepped close to him until she was right by his face."I didn't say that now did?"she stepped back and walked over by Drake.

Drake smiled and looked at Dante."Well if you wish to not go back to your castle for the night my home is always open.But I have to get back soon so my mother can cook this."He said walking behind a tree and coming back holding a duck he had shot.

He grinned.

"Well your family is welcome at my castle. Im sure the room would be welcome. Besides theres also plenty of food. Your also welcome mrs. no name."

Lessa sighed. She hoped they accepted at least then she wouldnt be stuck alone with Dante all the time but she just stood there silently.

Drake paused."Wait here."He said as he ran home to talk to his mother.He came back 20 minutes later."She dosent wish to come but she said she can manage the house without me for a few days."

Katie sighed."Do you really wish to know my name?Drake knows it."She added with a smirk.

Dante nodded.

"Good I could use the company anyways and I doubt this lady would come without you as she seems to have some sort of infatuation with you. And no mrs. No name im fine with calling you no name."


Lessa was so happy. She would have company for a few days at least. This was good.

"Its miss no name to you."She smiled.

Drake noticed it was getting darker."So lets get this show on the road."He smiled.

Dante started to walk back towards his castle pushing Lessa in front of him.

"Come on then. Its not to far and we better hurry before it gets full night so I can cage up my wolf."


Lessa walked along silently.
