The reservation had once again become quiet now that everything was settled. The Cullens had left and even though Jacob had a slightly okay relationship with the bunch, he was relieved they were gone. Now things could go back to the way they were supposed to be. Now he could go back to being a normal teenager. And that was perfectly okay with Jacob.
It was about a week after the valley just outside of Forks, Washington had been filled with vampires from all over the world. Times had been tense, but if you looked at the people of the town, you wouldn't be able to know. Normal people had no clue that the horror stories of the world were real. Jacob Black couldn't count on his hands and feet how many times he had wished he was a normal person. He didn't want to be a werewolf. He didn't want to know any of it existed. He tried to forget but some things are impossible to let go of. Especially when you're in love with someone who doesn't want you.
La Push was quiet today, not many people came by during this time of year, which Jacob was thankful for. It gave him an opportunity to wallow in misery on his own. He had been spending most of his time here lately, thinking about the past two years and how his life had changed the moment he met Bella Swan. Shaking his head for the millionth time that day, he tried to get the image of the girl out of his head. She wasn't his anymore now that she was one of them and he could never forgive that, even if he still loved her. As he walked along the beach that was littered with rocks he reminisced about all the times he had shared with Bella at this spot; the good and the bad. Some of them made him smile and it was almost like she was still here.
"Bells, why did you have to choose him? Why?" He was talking out loud to himself again, and he didn't care if anyone thought he was crazy. Maybe he was and hopefully soon he'd become so insane he wouldn't have to remember anything any more. He felt sick to his stomach and he suddenly didn't want to be in this place any more. He walked home, ignoring the rain. He was used to the weather after running around half-naked for nearly two years. Jacob walked into the house and felt the thrill of excitement in the air. He walked into the living room, and saw his family gathered there, blood-related and non. Everyone was talking animatedly among themselves and he had no clue what was going on. From what he could hear, someone new was on the reservation, and they weren't a native. 'This is the scandal of the century,' he thought, rolling his eyes. He went back into the kitchen, grabbed a soda and headed to his room. He was tired and hoped that sleep would soon come and relieve him.

The sound of the truck door's closing echoed blandly in her ears as she dragged her hands against the the roughness of the seat beat and down toward the buckle. She was still facing forward, her eyes open as she continued to stare ahead of her. Perhaps it was a bit odd, but it was something she'd often do. What people didn't realize the first time was that she was blind... She wasn't given the ability to see. It was a disability, but she learned throughout her years of growing up to adapt.
"Is there anything you need me to do?" the voice of her new guardian questioned. Sarah Saoyen merely shook her head as she unbuckled herself and used her free hand to feeling for the handle of the truck's door. She heard the soft hum of her guardian reply to her answer, before he moved out of the way and allowed her to climb out of the truck herself. She easily hopped out, her dark tresses bouncing slightly as she turned around and grabbed her bag, before moving out of way so that her guardian could close the door. Smiling slightly, she took hold of her cane, which helped her move around slightly easier.
"Uhm, thank you Mr. Walker..." she muttered softly, dropping one side of her cane to the earthy floor below them, "I really can't thank you enough for everything."
"Nonsense, child," he chuckled as he wrapped one around around her shoulders, "Alright this way Sarah~ There's a few things here that I have laying around since you were a bit unexpected."
Sarah hummed gently, allowing the much older man to guide her to the house he lived in... Yes, she was the non-native living in the reservation. And even though Jackson Walker or Jack was in trouble slightly, he didn't mind. Sarah's family was practically his family; he had lost his wife a few years ago from illness and his children were all grown up and ended up going to out of state schools or starting their own families elsewhere. Jack didn't mind... Sarah was just like another daughter, especially when she had lost her eye sight in a younger age.
"Alright, is there anything else you need?" Jack once again questioned.
"Mind taking me to my room?"
"Oh! Right!" Again the older man chuckled as she guided her to the room where his daughter once stayed, which was now empty, but it held her bed, drawers, nightstand and lamp, "You'll be staying in Heather's old room."
"Okay, thank you Mr. Walker," Sarah said as she moved away from Jack's grasp and made it to the bed, before sitting down. If she could see, she would have noticed Jack's nostalgic smile.
"Yell if you need anything," was the last thing he said as he left the room. She nodded gently, letting her hands drift on the surface of the bed. It felt comfortable and the comforters were soft. This will do, she mused to herself as she leaned back and just laid there.

When Jacob opened his eyes, it was barely light outside. Just how long had he been asleep? He sat up groggily and rubbed his eyes. He stood up, stretching his incredibly long arms and legs before making his way into the tiny kitchen of his house. A glance at the clock showed that it was about six in the morning. 'Did I really sleep all that time?' he thought to himself as he looked in the fridge for something to eat. After finding nothing for five minutes he gave up and shut the door, making his way into the living room. He lounged on the couch while turning on the TV and flipping through the channels. Nothing was on at this time of the morning, but he didn't care. Jacob just needed a distraction. He was tired of longing after someone he could never have.
"Hey dad," Jacob called out without even looking up. He could hear Billy wheeling his way into the living room. "Mornin' son," Billy replied in his rough voice. They sat in comfortable silence for a minute and Jacob continued flipping through the channels. He stopped on the morning news, not that he really wanted to watch it, but it was a distraction. While watching with little interest his mind began to wander and he remember the conversation he had overheard last night. Since Billy was a council member, he would surely know what was going on. "Dad, what was the big commotion last night? Did someone new move onto the rez?"
Billy frowned before answering, "Yes, someone has moved onto the reservation. Someone of non native descent," he said gravely. 'Non native descent... A pale face?' Jacob thought to himself. 'Why would a pale face want to live here?' Jacob couldn't understand. Sure, he loved living in La Push, but he often dreamed of something more. "You mean a pale face is living in here? Why?" he asked Billy, trying to make sense of the whole thing. Billy sighed before answering, "I don't know all of the details, but Jackson Walker has taken in this girl. Apparently she lost her family in some way and Jack took her in. I think she's blind or something."
Jacob could tell by the sound in his father's voice that this was an upsetting thing to the council so he decided not to question it any further. He shouldn't really care; it's not like this girl moving in was going to affect him in any way. But he was curious and he might have to make his way over to Jack's later and find out what was really going on. He'd have to come with an excuse of course; Jack didn't live that close to Jacob. He thought about this while watching TV. Maybe things would finally get interesting again.

The homely smell of an early morning breakfast woke her up. Her body shifted loudly under the thick comforters; a slightly golden tanned hand crept out from under her source of warmth, before her slender fingers grasped the edge of the nightstand next to her. The teenager groaned, those morning aches bothering her as she pushed herself up from the bed and sat up, the comforter still covering her head. She then yawned, releasing her hold of the nightstand and stretched out. A loud crack in her arm and in her lower back caused her to wince; however, all those aches finally went away, which she was happy about.
"Morning Princess," the sound of Jack's voice suddenly entered her ears, which caused her to jump slightly and the older man chuckled loudly, "Sorry, did I startle you?"
Sarah merely shook her head, turning her head to the direction his voice was coming from, "Well... Kind of. And you're still going to call me that? Should I start calling you Gampa too?" Again Jack chuckled, remembering the times when Sarah was so much younger; she was just learning how to speak, but she still held that baby-ish accent with her words. Laughing softly, the girl then lifted both her arms up and pulled off the comforter off her head before holding out her hand.
"You smelt breakfast?" Jack asked as he walked forward and took her hand. Taking this moment, Sarah pushed herself out of bed and held onto Jack's hand, who guided her out of bed.
"I missed your cooking," she answered with a sincere tone, "It feels like its been forever..." If she could possibly see, she would have caught the frown on his lips; but she didn't and she merely stared ahead, her lips never faulting from her smile, "And I can't wait any longer! Let's hurry, I don't want to eat a cold breakfast."
Jack's loud laugh caused her to only smile wider, the both of them walking over to the dinner table, where the scent of the food was the strongest. Sarah once again lifted a hand, swatting around for the head of the chair and once she found that, she then dragged her hand down and felt for the arm rest. She then pushed the chair, allowing herself enough space so she could sit down and out of pure whim, Jack pushed the chair closer toward the table; which Sarah thanked him.
The breakfast was a good one, the both of them reminiscing about the past and all the things that had happened since Sarah had moved out of state for a long awhile. She told him memories; the wonderful times she had, a few sad ones, a few funny ones... Serious ones, pretty much her life story up to the point of her loosing her family, the few days she was in foster care and the great news that she finally got a hold of him.
"Well, besides all of that, did you enjoy the meal?"
"Of course I did! I told you, I missed your cooking and I finally got to taste it again~" she laughed as she heard a chair being pushed back and the sound of plates and silverware clacking together, "Uhm... Can I help you with anything?"
"It's fine," Jack reassured her, "I missed this... Caring for someone, so let me enjoy it."
Again, she laughed loudly as she felt around for her silverware and gently placed them on the plate, "Oh by the way," Jack continued, "Since we're done with the formalities, no more of that Mr. Walker stuff. If you don't remember... I used to change your diapers too."
"Okay, sorry Jack," she giggled.

After watching TV for a couple hours and eating everything that wasn't nailed down in the house, Jacob made his way outside, unsure of what he wanted to do. He could go down to the beach, where he spent most of his time now. He could work on the latest car that sat in his garage, a 1960 Corvette. It was an amazing find, but right now Jake wasn't in the mood to be cooped up in his little garage. So, he aimlessly walked through the reservation, not really paying attention to where he was going.
As he walked, he mused about the past couple years of his life and how it had all turned upside down after Bella Swan came to stay with her dad, Charlie. They were destined to meet seeing as their fathers were close enough to almost be brothers. He smiled at his first memory of her, that day down at the beach of La Push. She didn't seem to fit in with the group she was with, but Jake was no one to judge. He remembered the stories he told her and frowned. They weren't just legends, they were very real. Jacob couldn't remember how many times he wished he could go back to before he knew the truth.
As he thought about all of this, he hadn't realized where he was. Some how he had ended up in Jack Walker's yard. This was going to be a tough one to explain, but as Jake looked around he saw that the yard was a mess and an idea came to him. He sighed, trying to clear his mind and walked up to Jack's door. Before knocking he put on his best smile and looked around to see if he could get a glimpse of the girl who was now under Jack's care. After seeing no sight of anyone after a minute or so, Jacob knocked on the door. "Hey Jack, it's Jacob. Billy's son. I was just walking by and noticed your yard was a mess. Want me to help you straighten it up?" It was a lousy plan, but it was the best he could come up with. Besides, if Jack accepted Jacob would have something to do and to keep his mind occupied.

Dragging her hand against the cool surface of her radio player, she softly inhaled and exhaled. Her fingers brushed the radio, searching for the shallow engrave of the play button and the moment she found it, she then pressed it; her ears picking up the playful sounds of one of her favorite songs. She couldn't help but giggle as she swayed her body and bobbed her head to the tune of the melody, her lips syncing along to the lyrics. And before she knew it, she got up and began to dance around.
In the living room, Jack Walker was currently watching TV; well somewhat watching TV, Sarah's radio was rather loud and he could barely heat to the program that was playing. Teenagers... Was the only thing that came to mind before he shook his head and heard the sound of the door and a familiar voice. A slightly confused expression suddenly appeared on his aging face, wondering why Jacob Black would be all the way here of all places? Then his eyes wandered toward the room Sarah was occupying and it suddenly hit him. Oh... Right...
After pushing himself up from the couch, he then walked over toward the door and opened it, revealing no one other than Billy's son, "Jacob..." he greeted with a slightly amused face, "Interesting to see you here. If you want you ca--" However Jack was interrupted by the sound of something falling and a loud yelp, "Excuse me, you can come inside if you want. I'll be right back... Sarah!" Jack spoke loudly as he left the door opened for the boy to come inside and ran toward the room she was occupying. "Sarah! Are you alright?"
The girl couldn't help but groan loudly as she swatted her hand around for something to hold onto. Soon a warm hand grasped her arm and quickly helped her up, "Oh God, I'm so sorry Jack! I hope I didn't break anything..." She apologized as she stared ahead. Jack merely expected her, finding no injury on her before he gently helped her to sit on the bed again.
"Nothing's broken... Although, I'm not sure about your radio," he frowned as he bent down and picked up the Hello Kitty printed radio, "You're not hurt are you?"
"N-no..." she answered as she held her hands close to her, "I'm fine... I guess I'm probably gonna have to get a new radio later... Who was at the door?"
"Oh, you can say he's a friend," he answered as he turned, "Would you like to meet him?"
"Yeah, that'll be nice," she smiled gently as she unclasped her hands reached forward, which Jack took a hold of and helped her back up once more.

Jacob stepped inside the house and made his way into the living room. The place was familiar to him; Billy and Jack were fishing buddies. He stood there awkwardly with his hands in his pockets, waiting for Jack and the girl, was her name Sarah?, to return. He looked around the living room and it reminded him of better times. He shook his head. 'Come on Jake, you're gonna have to get over that.' Turning his attention to the TV, he got interested in whatever Jack had been watching. He was so into it, he didn't hear the others come into the room.
"Ahem." Jack said, causing Jacob to around. When he did his mouth fell open and he tried not to audibly gasp. The girl looked a lot like Bella had. Sure, she wasn't as pale and her face was a bit different, but give her a few months here and from far away she could be a dead ringer for the girl Jacob Black loved so much. Jack narrowed his eyes at Jacob, a reminder not to try anything funny. "Jacob Black, I'd like to introduce you to someone very close to me. This is Sarah Saoyen, and she's like a daughter to me." Jacob didn't know what to say, so he stood there with his mouth open, trying to regain his thoughts.
After a few seconds, Jacob was able to control himself once more. "Hi Sarah, it's nice to meet you," he said as he stepped forward and extended a hand. He looked from Jack back to the girl, waiting for whatever happened next.

Sarah can only stare ahead, her head tilting to the side as she lifted both her hands and reached forward, "He's in front of me, right?" She questioned, which Jack responded with an approved grunt of some sort. She smiled brightly, taking a step forward and managed to clasp her both her hands around Jacob's arm, "I apologize in advance if I make you uncomfortable with all the touching I do... But it's a pleasure to meet you Jacob and if I'm anywhere uncomfortable, please say something."
Taking another step forward, she slowly lifted a hand and dragged it upward, her fingers brushing his upper arm to his shoulder, then to his front neck and stopped on his other shoulder, "Sorry, am I making you uncomfortable? This is just a way for me to identify people." Even though her eyes were practically just staring at his chest, she flashed him a friendly smile, "Jack told me you were a friend of his."
A few feet away, Jack merely watched quietly, his old eyes watching Sarah's hands as she used her weird method of identified people, "Be a bit careful..." he warned, slightly frowning... His fatherly instincts kicking in again as he turned his attention to the boy, "How's Billy doing by the way? I haven't spoken to him for awhile."

Jacob stood still while Sarah got to know him in her own way. It was an odd sensation to have someone touch him in such an intimate way, but he honestly didn't mind. He shook with laughter when she thought she had made him uncomfortable. After being a werewolf and having no secrets, this was nothing. "Go ahead and take your time. You're not bothering me at all," he said, a smile in his voice. He tried not to laugh at the fatherly tone in Jack's voice; he didn't want to be kicked out and never invited back.
"Billy's good. He's back to his old self now that all that council business has been sorted out or whatever," Jacob said in a friendly tone. That was the standard answer for anyone who wasn't in the know. 'Stupid secrets..' Jacob thought, flashing a smile back at Sarah. He didn't care if she couldn't see, he had a feeling she would know he was smiling at her. "So I wasn't joking about cleaning up your yard Jack. The place is a mess. There'd be no charge at all. I've just been dying for something to do. Plus it'd give Sarah a chance to make a friend, if she wants of course." Jacob said, shrugging his shoulders only slightly.
He turned his attention back to Sarah before speaking again. Her touch felt good against his skin and he wondered if she could feel his slightly higher than normal body temperature. If she did, he hoped she wouldn't ask any questions. "So, Sarah if you want some time I could show you the rez here. Well, I guess not technically show you, but you know what I mean," he smiled wider and looked to Jack again. "Of course it has to be okay with you too Jack."

Seeing... No pun intended, as Jacob didn't seem to mind that she was being super touchy feely somewhat surprised her. Normally she'd feel the tension of others as she ran her hands around them; but Jacob was different. Like if he had nothing to hide... This caused her to laugh lightly as she lifted a hand and shyly placed it on his cheek. "Mmm," she hummed as she gently felt around his face, "You have a really pretty face, you know that?" She couldn't help but blush slightly, she felt his laughter and easily heard it, "Normally people get really uncomfortable and edgy when I do this, but you don't. I believe I just made my first friend."
"Sarah..." she didn't need to see in order to know that Jack was frowning, but she didn't care, "Well, if it's safe to go by... I'm thinking about dropping by and having a bit of a talk at least." He had a bit of a right to frown at least, those councilor members were getting a bit too uptight about having a blind girl live here? "Anyway, I suppose I go drop by and say hi to an old friend. Mind babysitting while you work?"
"I resent that," Sarah added with her own frown, still holding onto Jacob, "And I would be more than happy if you'd give me the first class tour... It's been so long since I've been here. And he will let me, he's just being fussy."
"Again, mind babysitting?" Jack questioned, ignoring another hey from the girl, "I can only handle so much."
"I love you too Gramps..."

Jacob smiled as Sarah continued to familiarize herself with him. He blushed a bit when she complimented him on his face, and he'd have to return the favor. Only he would wait until Jack went about his business. Jacob smiled at the easy relationship between Sarah and Jack and he could just tell that she seemed to belong here. It was like she had been here her whole life. When Jack asked him about babysitting he laughed, a hoarse but warm sound, and smiled while answering.
"Sure, sure. I wouldn't call it babysitting though. I'm sure Sarah is more than capable of handling herself once she gets used to her surroundings." Jacob smiled even wider at the thought of showing Sarah around the reservation. He knew every rock, every tree, even every blade of grass. Being a wolf had its ups. Jacob had a feeling Jack was going to go talk to Billy about the situation, so he figured he'd give him a warning. "Oh Jack, just to let you know Billy might be a bit touchy today. He wasn't in the best mood this morning."
Jack nodded, acknowledging that he'd heard Jacob, so Jacob turned his attention back to Sarah once more. "Is there anywhere specific you'd like to revisit today? Or shall I just surprise you?"

"I have a hunch as to probably why..." Jack bit out as he turned around and went to his room; most likely to change into something a bit more outside wise.
Sarah merely giggled again, "Yeah, just give me a small while, I'll get used to it eventually," she hummed as she moved her hands so now that they were loosely gripping onto his hand. "Well, I don't know... Surprise me then, but sometime today, I want to go to the beach~" She flashed him another bright smile before the sound of Jack's door echoed in her ears.
"Alright then Mr. Black," Jack spoke with a stern, fatherly tone, "I leave her in your hands, no funny business either."
"Just go... The sooner you leave, the sooner you can come back," she made a face, even though she wasn't facing the older man. Jack merely sighed as he walked forward; this caused Sarah to turn around, releasing her grip from Jacob's to Jack. The older man merely hugged her and kissed her head tenderly before letting her go, flash Jacob one of those I'm-Watching-You expressions but smiled anyway. He then walked out the door and left. Waiting a few moments, she listened for his truck to start, which then disappeared; leaving her and Jacob alone in the house.
"Well, I suppose we could talk more now that Jack isn't eying you like a hawk," she commented with another giggle, "But you should probably get to work so you won't get yelled at later."

Jacob smiled once he heard the truck pull away. He wanted to grab Sarah's hand again, but he didn't know if she would want that, so he put his hands in his pockets, rocking on his heels. "Well, I won't be able to clean up the yard in one day, so I'll get started on that later. I think I'll take you on your tour first." Jacob looked at Sarah again only more closely this time. She was beautiful, there was no denying that and for the first time in a long time Jacob found himself a little nervous being around a girl.
"So, since we're going outside I don't know if you want to put on something warmer or..." he said, smiling at Sarah. He found himself missing the touch of her hands already. They were soft, and felt good against his skin. He was really glad that he was going to be around a lot, helping Jack clean the place up. He wanted to get to know Sarah, she seemed like a really nice girl.
He stood there, planning out their day. First he'd take her to the beach since she wanted to go there so badly. Then he'd take her to some of his favorite parts of the reservation. The quiet parts that people had forgotten about. Jacob hoped she'd like them, and maybe appreciate them the way he did.

Sarah merely nodded gently, swatting her hand around until she felt Jacob's warm flesh against her slightly cold hands. It was his chest that she touched, before she dragged her hand toward his arm and once she felt his wrist, she then embraced it with a few of her fingers, "Alright then... I dunno how long Jack's gonna be gone though." She then tugged on his wrist slightly.
"I probably should put on something warmer," she commented, still holding onto his wrist, "Uhm... This is a bit awkward for me to ask, but do you think you can help me find my room? I'm still trying to get used to the layout of this house... Even though Jack said it was tiny." She smiled a bit awkwardly, clearly embarrassed for having to ask such a question. Normally she wouldn't ask, being slightly shy and independent; however, she wanted his presence to be near her. And for being able to touch him in such a way; she knew she was going to like him... She was already developing a small infatuation.
"It shouldn't be hard to find," Sarah continued, staring ahead, "I have a Hello Kitty radio that should be sticking out like sore thumb... Unless Jack left it on the floor; he better not... I wanna know if it still works or if my CD is broken." Unlike most of the teenagers these days; Sarah only had a radio or a TV for her source of music. MP3 players or the computer; it was too much of a hassle to deal with, especially since they were developing those touch screen ones and those were obviously not meant for the blind.

Jacob smiled and took her hand in his gently. "Sure, sure. Don't ever be embarrassed to ask me anything. I'm pretty comfortable with everything." Jacob held her hand gently as he led her through the small house. He looked in the rooms and stopped when he saw the radio in the floor. "Well, I found your room. Your radio might need fixing though."
Jacob carefully lead her into the room, around the damaged radio and over to her closet. The room was plain and was obviously rarely used, but Jacob had a feeling it would soon take on the personality of it's latest occupant. He picked up the radio and inspected it for a minute. It was clearly damaged, but he thought he could fix it. It would be a challenge, but he liked a challenge. He then picked the CD off of the floor and placed it gently on the nightstand since it wasn't broken. "Well, I have good news and bad news, but I'll wait to tell you until you've picked out something a bit warmer."
Jacob, sat on the end of her small bed, feeling like a giant. It wasn't easy being tall and muscular while living in a place where the homes were modest. He sighed, wishing once more things could go back to the way they were before. He thought for a moment or two before snapping out of his reverie. "Do you need me to help you find anything? Or are you good?"

The girl merely giggled as she felt his warm hand against hers as began their mini journey to her room. It didn't take like for Jacob to find her room because she did describe it to have a rather noticeable item either on the floor or put away somewhere. Once they made it inside the room, Jacob had told her of the fate she didn't want to know for her radio, "Oh damnit..." she couldn't help but mumble.
Sarah merely stayed on the spot Jacob kinda left her in; awaiting for him to say anything. The sound of her radio being messed with entered in her ears, along with the sound of her CD. She continued to wait patiently, until Jacob spoke again; which she nodded to, "Alright~" was all she said as she heard the small cry of her bed squeak because of the weight. Well, Jacob was indeed tall; he already proved that when he had allowed her to touch him.
Again she giggled softly, slowly walking toward the sound of her bed and waved her hand around for something to guide her with. The cool touch of her wooden bed sent a few shivers down her body; her mind slightly wandering to Jacob. She couldn't help but blush and gasp quietly before she gently shook her head and laughed once more, "Mmm, I should probably unpack, but I'll do that later. Can you hand me my bag? I'm not sure where I dropped it though..."

Jacob smiled as he watched Sarah. She was strong and independent, he could tell that, but he liked seeing her a little vulnerable like this. "Sure, let me look for it." He looked around for her bag, and leaned over when he found it, trying not to fall off the bed. He somehow managed to accomplish this and set the bag down in front of her, on the bed beside him. "Well, I found your bag. Do you want me to guide you to it?" he asked as he lightly traced a finger over the hand on her bed frame.
Jacob watched her face, studying the shape of her cheek bones and the lovely blush that lingered on her cheeks. He couldn't believe how much this girl had already come to mean to him. There was just something about her that he liked. She was unlike any other girl he'd known. Even the one he still loved. He was glad he made the decision to come by today, even if it was an unconscious one.
"You know, I'm really glad I met you. You seem like someone I could easily be friends with." he said quietly, trying to keep the emotion out of his voice. He didn't want to give too much away, he was tired of everyone always knowing everything about him. Plus he just wanted to take this friendship slowly and not rush in head over heels.

Again she listened to his heavy movement, her head following the sound and she waited. She smiled softly, even though she couldn't see him; his presence reassured her for anything she was nervous about. Having this disability scared her, she feared things she couldn't see and seeing nothing but pure darkness or nothingness... However, her mind snapped out of her inner thoughts the moment he touched her hand. She couldn't help but jump, "Hey, that tickles!" she pouted, turning her head slightly, "And its okay... I got it from here... Lemme just--" she voice trailed as she squatted down and groped around for her bag, "Ah ha! Found it~"
She giggled as she pulled out some jeans and a long sleeve shirt; as for her undergarments, she was just going to wait until he left the room to pull out those. Standing up straight, she held onto her clothes and used her free hand--which was on the wooden frame of her bed--to grasp his hand once more before smiling and biting her lower lip, "I've never been able to judge people by mere looks," she told him as she ran her thumb around his fingers, "I have to go with what I hear from either others or when I actually speak to them myself. And I'm super happy I got to meet you, Jake." She then laughed.
"And I believe that we'll become the best of friends~" she finished with a cheerful smile. Releasing her grip from Jacob's hand, she then gripped his wrist, tugging him to get up, "Now, I need to do my girly things... Well, change at least and we can leave! Out out~"

Jacob smiled as Sarah confessed she was happy to have met him too. He laughed as she ordered him out of her room. He stood up and turned to walk out of her room. When he reached the door, Jacob turned around and faced her. "Alright, I'll be just down the hall in the living room. Call me if you need me." He had a smile on his face and as he left he closed the door behind him. He went back out into Jack's living room, and sat on the couch, turning on the TV. Sarah shouldn't be too long, but he didn't want to sit there awkwardly.
Jacob watched TV and wondered just how he was going to be able to keep the wolf part of him a secret. It was by sheer luck he was able to get Bella to guess and that the pack didn't get pissed at him for it. He didn't think he would be able to get away with it again. Hopefully she wouldn't realize anything strange about him. Hopefully there'd be no need for him to phase anymore and he would be able to move on to the next part of his life. As Jacob thought, he noticed that it started to rain. "Oh, Sarah! It's raining, you might want to grab a jacket or something!"

Hearing Jacob's voice, she nodded quickly and closed her door afterward. She sighed heavily, lifting her hands toward her warm and tingling cheeks; she then pressed her cool fingers against them, causing her to shiver. Shaking her head, she swatted her hand around and walked forward, her legs bumping into the side of her bed, which caused her to yelp a bit loudly, but not that loudly. Again, she shook her head, before she began to strip herself.
After fiddling around with the long sleeve shirt, she then managed to put the said cloth on her and right afterward, she then slipped on her jeans. Once she was satisfied with herself, she then bent forward, hoping she'd be able to reach for her bag, which she finally did. Pulling out some socks, she then slipped those on before standing up straight. But the moment she was about to reach for the doorknob, Jacob's voice echoed loudly from the living room; warning her that it was raining and she needed a jacket.
"Oh, thank you!" she called out her thanks before going for her bag again and hoping that she had a decent jacket. Damn... She cursed mentally, slightly irritated that she didn't have a raincoat. Shrugging, she grabbed the thickest coat she could find and slipped on before she made her way toward the door. Waving her hand around, she felt the doorknob and twisted the cold ball to open the door, "Jake... I'm ready!"
