Appearance: Tall, elegant and graceful with her own atmosphere that she carries everywhere. Black, hip length hair with sky blue forelocks, small wisps of blue are usually pulled down to breeze around her face, feathers and beads are braided into the wisps, soft midnight blue eyes in pale white heart shaped face with soft chin, soft jaw line, soft rounded nose, slightly arched eyebrows, and pouty lips. Her hair is usually twisted in long braid or loose bun. She wears simple shirt that manages to cover a pale blue twisting and twining marking on left chest, over her heart. She wears tight pants tucked into tall boots.
When she is performing the beads are not in her hair, her hair falls loose in waves and her clothes consist of an indigo and aquamarine dress. As she uses her element light grey, shadow-like lines will begin to cover her hands and feet in a swirling pattern and if she uses the element long enough they will cover her entire body.

Bio: She was born into a wealthy family, her mother stayed at home as was expected and her father worked at a well paying job. She had the signs of an elemental but didn’t develop her control over air until she was ten, a year after her mother died of sickness. When her father found out about her power she was disowned and run out of her home town. She went from town to town, performing for food and money to repair her instruments. Finally five years later she found a man who liked her music and voice enough to give her a show in his theater for a price. Ariana took the offer but didn’t know the price would be a large amount of the money she earned from her shows. Eventually she developed the alias of Sky in the theater and Skylar on the streets. After five years at the same town it was beginning to be time for her to move on, her income dwindling so much that most nights she went without food.

In front of the crowd waiting for the performance to begin was a tall elegant woman with a windswept appearance and long flowing body that seemed to retain its own atmosphere. The woman, appearing to be about twenty, had jet black hair with sky blue forelocks that contrasted sharply against her colorless skin and the dark midnight of her eyes. Her hair was worn in loose waves down to her hips, the shocking blue mingling with the endless black in her wind and small wisps of blue breezed around her face, feathers and braided into the wisps. For now she is in a loose, flowing gown, indigo and aquamarine, made of material light enough to be affected by her constant wind.

Ariana, more commonly known as Sky or more closely as Ari, was an elemental and a musician, specifically a singer but she created her own accompaniment music through her talent to go along with her voice. Her planned performances occurred once every other week and were somewhat expensive to see but when she ran low on money, which was often, she’d do street performances with her friends performing aerobatic tricks and mock fights with them as well as simple tricks with her wind.

Many people in the crowd still did not realize that this was the woman they’d come to see, that Sky was an elemental with an extraordinarily strong tie to her element.

A note sounds, the mere plucking of a stringed instrument. At this the crowd hushes and they begin to look around for the man with the instrument but as the woman raises her graying hands and a melody begins they realize that this woman is Sky. Hundreds of glass orbs raise on her endless current, ready to begin the song she will sing and in an instant the beads are in motion and she is singing, hoping beyond hope that she will be able to afford to eat this night.

Picture: When he uses his elemental powers a rock like feature appears in his skin. Starting on his chest and moves downwards, his face has only been covered once and that was the day he lost total control while fighting a rival guild.
Bio: From the time he was a young boy he knew that he was different because he could make the earth move around him and form wall easily. Living on a farm this made it easier on his parents because he would make the walls to enclose the crops and animals. One day while repairing a wall he was seen by a member of a thieves guild, this member was amazed by this boys powers and kidnapped him. Since then his powers have been abused by this guild because they black mailed him into thinking that they would kill his parents. So he stayed to protect his parents.
Personality: He is usually quiet tending to stray from the norm. He likes talented people and usually attracts air element people. He is not afraid to speak his mind.

Lucien entered the showing after paying his fee with a purse he had just stolen. He tossed it up and it still felt very heavy and was looking for someone to spend this money on. All of a sudden he heard the most beautiful sound, he searched for it and saw it coming for the most beautiful women he had ever seen. He sat down at a table after getting something to drink.

He was infatuated with her and he didn't even know here name, she had an aura about her that reminded him of a young girl that he used to play with when he was younger. Throughout the entire performance he stared at her and thought i will give her this purse of money.

After the performance Ariana was exhausted, face flushed as she moved back stage to change, joined by Jadeh after she'd changed. He told her her performance was excellent as usual and gave her six coppers, barely enough to buy a slice of bread with but she took it gladly. It was better than the absolute null she'd been getting as of late.

Moving out from a doorway into the main room she now wore men's clothing fitted to her form, a light grey, loose shirt open enough to show her well formed body but not enough to show the marking over her heart, the shirt was tucked into tight black pants which in turn were tucked into black sued boots. It looked expensive but in truth she'd stolen them a few years ago. She'd been caught but was allowed to keep them for a price, one she reluctantly paid. Her hair was braided down her back, wisps braided with beads and feathers swaying gently around her face.

She looked around then looked at the six coins in her hand before she walked amongst the tables, sitting at a few to ask about her performance and see if any were willing to give her a donation as thanks for her performance, hands still sporting the swirling grey lines from it. Just one more table. she thought moving to a table at which a lone man was sitting. She sat down across from him, smiling, "How are you today?" she started kindly.

He looked up to see the beautiful women that had just been performing sitting across from him and he smiled. "I am fine and yourself?" as he said this he jingled the coin purse on his belt loop to feel how much he had left for the night. Just from the sound he determined that he had roughly 5 gold, 20 silver and 5 copper pieces. I'll give her the gold and silver after buying both of us dinner as a bigger smile crept up on his face.

He leaned back in his chair and looked at her, "your show was amazing. Would you like anything to eat?"

Ariana nodded at his first question, the beads in her hair clacking together with the movement, "I'm fine enough." but as she started to ask what he thought of her performance he answered and she smiled, finding his simple phrase boosted her day since most people complained about certain parts or would tell her they'd heard better before saying it was nice. At his second question though she blinked and her hand went to her pocket, now ten coppers in her pocket, more than you know she though but answer with, "I would. Are you sure though?" No one had ever freely offered her anything more than the occasional coin or bread for her performances.

He saw her reach in her pocked as she did this he reached for his coin purse and pulled out 2 gold. He handed her this money and winked at her with a little smirk on his face. "Bar maid could we get some food over here preferably something that will fill both of our stomachs." The bar maid asked to see some money before getting the food and he took out 5 silver pieces and handed them over. "I hope she brings something that you'll like. I'm sorry i forgot to introduce my self, my name is Lucien Grimoire." As he said this he stood up and bowed to her holding his hand out.

Ariana's eyes widened as he handed her the gold but she didn't pause in taking it and pocketing it. When someone offered two, or even just one, gold to a starving person, there was no asking why or what it was for. She listened to him and nodded, placing her hand in his, blushing lightly as was expected, "Ariana Skylar."

He kissed it "i was wondering if it is miss or misses skylar for you had me in a trance from the moment you started to sing. It was like an angel had descended upon me." He smiled and sat back down across from her.

Ariana blushed truly as she listened, looking down shyly, "Miss Skylar, if that is what you like." She wasn't used to acting like a lady anymore, being treated differently when she wasn't on stage. "Thank you for the generous compliments but it couldn't have been that great could it?"

"I say what i mean and meant what i said. You have a very unique way of playing, you wouldn't happen to be an elementalist." he asked as he looked at her. "Yes i do like that your title is miss for i am a master not mister." As he said this the food arrived for the two of them. "I hope you enjoy."

Ariana nodded, "Then thank you." she said listening and nodded, "I am. I have been since I was a child." She answered, showing the fading grey lines on her hands. She moved her hands as she saw the food, "That's a relief, I'd hate to be caught eating with a married man." Ariana ate politely but it wouldn't have been the same if she was alone. She was so hungry and it was so much more food than she'd had in a long time.

Lucien ate very slowly admiring the beautiful women across the table from him. "I would like to show you something but it would have to wait till we are in private, don't worry i will cause you no harm." He thought to himself that she might be the opposite element but i tend to like getting in trouble with them.

Ariana seemed to think a moment but nodded, finishing her bite of food, "Alright." she said slowly, giving him a bit of a look but it was only curious before she went back to eating, focusing on being polite. A few moments later she looked up, "Can you tell me why it'd have to wait?" She was an innocent type, her thoughts never on anything but where her next meal would come from and when she could repair her instruments.

"Its kind of a reason as to why i could tell your an elementalist but id rather show you why in private." he said after finishing his meal. "I have a room booked here if you'd like to join me up there ill show you then." Lucien stood up and offered his had to help her up after she finished and to escort her to his room.

Ariana finished a moment before him but nodded at his words, taking his hand and standing. She was curious to see what he meant by what he'd said so followed him easily.

Lucien opened the door to his room and offered her entry to the room first, he then shut the door and removed his shirt to show her what he meant. He then proceeded to use his elemental powers and his body looked like it was being covered by rocks. "This is how i knew that you were an elementalist for i am one of earth. I have been from the age of 2."

Ariana watched him, blushing when he removed his shirt but frowned slightly as his skin began to look like rocks, "Why do you hide it then?" she asked, brushing a lock of blue hair back. "I know society doesn't like us but this town doesn't mind us very much."

"You mistake the fact that i hide my powers. I do use my powers but only when the time is needed. I mainly only use it to protect the members of my family," he said to her "however i did happen to notice that you liked it when i took my shirt off." Lucien walked closer to her flexing his muscles and leaning in while offering his hand.

Ariana nodded listening, "Are they in danger often?" she asked but blushed more at his words, smiling shyly, "It's not an everyday sight for me." she responded, letting him have her hand but didn't move any closer. She wasn't used to this much attention from anyone let alone men.

Lucien took her hand and pulled her closer to him letting her feel his muscles as he spun her around. "Oh they are in danger occasionally but in their line of work that tends to happen." As he says this more of his chest looks like stone and it travels down his body, his body my look like stone but it is still as soft as skin.

Ariana's blush just kept growing darker and she smiled, letting him spin her, "If it's not rude to ask, the what do they do?" she asked as she watched his face. The slight breeze that followed her most places picked up slightly, a light breeze passing around the room.

He smiled when he felt her breeze on his body. "Well i am a member of a guild that hires out the members to do tasks for money, I just happen to be more of a muscle type skilled with short blades of all kinds. Does that bother you?" he said as he looked at her face and looked into her eyes.

Ariana listened and shrugged, stopping them from spinning as she grew dizzy, "If you killed people it would. I fight myself but it's hand to hand and only for performances." she said, starting to look thoughtful. For a moment she'd forgotten about her instruments and all the things she'd sold recently but now the worries and anxieties were coming back to her.

"No i don't kill people how ever if someone tries to kill me i will not refrain from protecting myself." He said thinking of the man that he accidentally killed when the guy wouldn't stop even when he was trapped and encased in stone. Lucien quickly kissed her on the cheek "i take it from how quickly you took the gold that you need money?" he asked her.

Ariana smiled at him, "Glad to hear it." blushing and looking surprised at the kiss on the cheek. At his question she sighed, looking away and stiffening slightly, "I won't stoop as low as to ask for it but yes I do. I'm working on it though." she didn't look at him as she thought of how over half of what he'd given her would go to the tavern master for the room he lent her, what was left would go to repairing her instruments and the ten coppers she'd gotten today would be saved for later. The meal he'd given her would last her about two days before the shakiness would set in and her powers would fail her.
